The latitudinal connecting portion 3222 in each electrode unit group is defined as the first latitudinal connecting portion 3222A, and the other latitudinal connecting portions 3222 are defined as the second latitudinal connecting portions 3222B. There are ten adhesive members 33 in total, which are respectively bonded to each electrode unit group.
[0036] Among the ten electrode unit groups of the electrode sheet 30, the fourth electrode unit group (C7, C8) and the seventh electrode unit group (C13, C14) are located at the center of the electrode array 32, and are defined as the central electrode unit group; the other eight electrode unit groups are arranged around the periphery of the central electrode unit group, and are defined as the peripheral electrode unit groups. The two electrode units 320 in a single electrode unit group have the same performance and the same heat generation, so the temperature is basically the same. The electrode sheet 30 is provided with a total of eight temperature sensors 321. In order to fully detect the temperature of each electrode unit 320 in the electrode sheet 30, each of the eight peripheral electrode unit groups is provided with the aforementioned temperature sensor 321, and each temperature sensor 321 is arranged on the electrode unit 320 at the center of the electrode array 32 of the electrode sheet 30 in the corresponding peripheral electrode unit group, so that the temperature sensor 321 is closer to the fourth electrode unit group (C7, C8) or the seventh electrode unit group (C13, C14). These eight temperature sensors 321 are respectively arranged on the electrode units C2, C3, C6, C9, C12, C15, C18, and C19, and can directly detect the temperature of each peripheral electrode unit group. The temperature of the fourth (C7, C8) and seventh electrode unit groups (C13, C14) can refer to the temperature of the respective adjacent electrode unit groups. That is, the temperature of the fourth electrode unit group (C7, C8) can refer to the temperature of the third electrode unit group or the fifth electrode unit group, and the temperature of the seventh electrode unit group (C13, C14) can refer to the temperature of the sixth electrode unit group or the eighth electrode unit group. With such a reasonable arrangement, only eight temperature sensors 321 are used to monitor the temperature of all twenty electrode units 320. In this embodiment, the electrode unit 320 provided with the temperature sensor 321 is defined as the first electrode unit 320A, and the electrode unit 320 not provided with the temperature sensor 321 is defined as the second electrode unit 320B. The electrode unit group includes two second electrode units 320B arranged adjacent to each other in the row upward; or includes a first electrode unit 320A and a second electrode unit 320B arranged adjacent to the first electrode unit 320A in the row upward. Each electrode unit group also includes a connecting portion 322 connecting two adjacent electrode units 320. Specifically, each peripheral electrode unit group includes a first electrode unit 320A, a second electrode unit 320B arranged adjacent to the first electrode unit 320A in the row upward, and a first latitudinal connecting portion 3222A connecting the first electrode unit 320A and the second electrode unit 320B; each central electrode unit group includes two second electrode units 320B arranged adjacent to each other in the row upward, and a first latitudinal connecting portion 3222A connecting the two second electrode units 320B.
[0037] From the hierarchical structure of the electrode array 32, refer to Figures 5 to 7As shown, the electrode array 32 includes a flexible substrate 325 in a sheet shape. The substrate 325 is used as a supporting base plate and is integrally arranged in each electrode unit 320, each connecting portion 322 and the wiring portion 323. For the convenience of description, the portion of the substrate 325 corresponding to each electrode unit 320 is defined as the main body 3250, and the portion of the substrate 325 corresponding to each connecting portion 322 and the wiring portion 323 is defined as the connecting bar 3251. Each main body 3250 and each connecting bar 3251 are different parts of the entire substrate 325. The thickness of the substrate 325 is 0.1mm-0.3mm, and its material is polyimide or polyester film, which has the characteristics of light weight, thin thickness, bendability, high flexibility, etc. The main body 3250 is arranged in a circular sheet shape, and the electrode unit 320 is provided with a conductive sheet 342 on the main body 3250. The ground terminal 3211 is welded to the corresponding ground pad 344, and the signal terminal 3212 is electrically connected to the corresponding signal pad 345 through a lead 3213.
[0039] The electrode array 32 is provided with a plurality of conductive traces (not numbered) on the substrate 325. The conductive traces (not numbered) include a ground line (not shown) electrically connected to the ground pad 344 and used to transmit a ground signal, eight temperature measuring lines (not shown) electrically connected to each signal pad 345 one-to-one and used to transmit a direct current signal, and an AC line 3254 electrically connected to each conductive sheet 342 of each electrode unit 320 and used to transmit an alternating current signal. Among the plurality of gold fingers 3231 of the aforementioned connection portion 323, one of the gold fingers 3231 is connected to the ground line (not shown); one of the gold fingers 3231 is connected to the AC line 3254; one of the gold fingers 3231 is connected to the shielding layer (not shown) of the conductive wire (not shown) and is grounded; for electromagnetic shielding and to prevent signal interference; the remaining gold fingers 3231 are connected to the temperature measuring lines (not shown) one by one.
[0040] The grounding wire (not shown) is led out from a gold finger 3231 on the wiring portion 323 and is divided into multiple branches that extend to the center of the electrode units (C2, C3, C6, C9, C12, C15, C18, C19) of the temperature sensor 321 and are electrically connected to the corresponding grounding pad 344. The grounding wire (not shown) is mainly distributed on the front side of the substrate 325. The gold finger 3231 connected to the grounding wire (not shown) is electrically connected to the gold finger 3231 connected to the shielding wire layer (not shown) and both are located on the front side of the wiring portion 323. A number of temperature measuring lines (not shown) are independent of each other and are respectively led out from a corresponding gold finger 3231 on the wiring portion 323. Each temperature measuring line (not shown) extends from the wiring portion 323 to the center of a corresponding electrode unit (C2, C3, C6, C9, C12, C15, C18 or C19) among the eight electrode units 320 where the temperature sensor 321 is set, and is electrically connected to the corresponding signal pad 345 located on the front side of the substrate 325 after passing through a conductive via (not shown) penetrating the substrate 325. The temperature measuring lines (not shown) are all distributed on the back side of the substrate 325, and the multiple gold fingers 3231 connected to the temperature measuring lines (not shown) are respectively located on the front and back sides of the wiring portion 323. The AC line 3254 is led out from a gold finger 3231 on the connection part 323 and is electrically connected to two conductive sheets 342 of two adjacent electrode units 320 located at both ends of the connection part 322 after passing through each connection part 322, that is, the AC line 3254 is electrically connected to the conductive sheets 342 of each electrode unit 320 to transmit the alternating current signal to all the conductive sheets 342. The AC line 3254 is distributed on the front side of the substrate 325, and the gold finger 3231 connected to the AC line 3254 is located on the front side of the connection part 323.
[0041] refer to Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, on the front side of the substrate 325, each main body 3250 is provided with a corresponding conductive sheet 342, and part of the main body 3250 is also provided with the aforementioned ground pad 344 and the aforementioned signal pad 345, an AC line 3254 is arranged on each connecting part 322, and a ground line (not shown) is arranged on part of the connecting part 322 and part of the main body 3250. The AC line 3254, the ground line (not shown), the conductive sheet 342, the ground pad 344 and the signal pad 345 are located on the same layer of the substrate 325 and together constitute a conductive layer (not numbered) located on the front side of the substrate 325. After the conductive layer (not numbered) is completed, the electrode array 32 is laid with an insulating layer 346 on the substrate 325 and the conductive layer (not numbered). The insulating layer 346 covers or partially covers the main body 3250, the connecting portion 322, the wiring portion 323 and the substrate 325 not covered by the conductive layer (not numbered) to form a solder resist layer on the substrate 325. The insulating layer 346 is arranged on the front of the substrate 325 by the COB process (Chip On Board, chip direct mounting technology), and the thickness of the insulating layer 346 is 10μm to 50μm. After the insulating layer 346 is laid, the temperature sensor 321 is welded to the corresponding ground pad 344 and the signal pad 345 to be fixed on the corresponding main body 3250, and sealed by the sealant 343. Figure 3 and Figure 6 The electrode array 32 further includes a dielectric layer 347 laid on the insulating layer 346, the sealant 343, and the conductive layer (not numbered) not covered by the insulating layer 346. The insulating layer 346 can also play a heat insulating role, reducing the heat transferred from the conductive layer (not numbered) to the dielectric layer 347 laid on the insulating layer 346.
[0042] The insulating layer 346 partially covers the main body 3250 and the first latitudinal connecting portion 3222A located in the electrode unit group. The insulating layer 346 located on the main body 3250 exposes the conductive sheet 342 at the bottom, so that the conductive sheet 342 is in contact with and conductive to the dielectric layer 347 further laid on the insulating layer 346. The insulating layer 346 on the first latitudinal connecting portion 3222A also partially covers the conductive layer (not shown) to expose the corresponding AC line 3254, so that the AC line 3254 is directly in contact with and conductive to the dielectric layer 347 laid thereon.
[0043] Back to Figure 3As shown, it shows the state of the electrode array 32 after laying the dielectric layer 347 and the alloy layer 348. The dielectric layer 347 can completely cover the conductive sheet 342 to prevent the conductive sheet 342 from directly contacting the human body to generate direct current conduction and affect the safety of the human body. The edge of the dielectric layer 347 does not exceed the outer contour of the substrate 325 so that the dielectric layer 347 can obtain full support from the substrate 325. The dielectric layer 347 is a polymer dielectric layer 347 with a high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss, which is made of a thin film material with non-fixed crystal orientation, high deflection and high toughness. In this embodiment, the material of the dielectric layer 347 is a polymer with a dielectric constant of not less than 20 and a dielectric strength of not less than 40V / μm to prevent the dielectric layer 347 from being broken down under normal applied voltage. The polymer is a polymer with relaxor ferroelectric behavior, which may be a vinyl fluoride-based polymer, P(VDF-TrFE-CTFE), P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) or P(VDF-TrFE-CFE-CTFE), or a polyamide composite material, such as piperazine-biuret copolymer polyamide. The dielectric layer 347 may be formed on the surface of the conductive sheet 342 and the insulating layer 346 by evaporation, sputtering or ion plating vapor deposition, or may be formed on the surface of the conductive sheet 342 and the insulating layer 346 by printing, spraying or casting. The thickness of the dielectric layer 347 is 3 μm-10 μm.
[0044] The dielectric layer 347 is laid on the corresponding insulating layer 346 corresponding to each electrode unit group, and the dielectric layer 347 between each electrode unit group forms a disconnection gap D on the front of the second latitudinal connecting portion 3222B. The dielectric layer 347 is arranged on the insulating layer 346 in a manner of covering the electrode unit group including two electrode units 320 and the first latitudinal connecting portion 3222A as a whole. Its shape is consistent with the outer contour of the electrode unit group, and it directly contacts and conducts with the conductive sheets 342 of the two electrode units 320 of the corresponding electrode unit group and the AC line 3254 on the first latitudinal connecting portion 3222A. That is, the dielectric layer 347 is not arranged on all the second latitudinal connecting portions 3222B and all the longitudinal connecting portions 3221 in the electrode array 32. The dielectric layer 347 simultaneously covers and conducts the conductive sheets 342 of the two electrode units 320 in the corresponding electrode unit group and the AC line 3254 therebetween, so that the two electrode units 320 simultaneously apply an alternating current signal. In this way, the twenty electrode units 320 can be grouped in pairs to form an electrode unit group, so that the performance parameters of each electrode unit group in the electrode unit group are the same, and the ten electrode unit groups transmit alternating current signals in parallel. When the electrode sheet 30 is tested for electrical performance, each electrode unit group can be used as a unit for testing to improve the testing efficiency.
[0045] refer to Figure 6As shown, an alloy layer 348 is further laid on the dielectric layer 347, and the alloy layer 348 only covers the dielectric layer 347. The adhesive member 33 is attached to the alloy layer 348. The alloy layer 348 is used as an auxiliary layer to increase the conductivity between the dielectric layer 347 and the adhesive member 33. The substrate 325 also includes a covering film 349 laid on the back of the substrate 325 as a whole. The eight temperature measuring wires (not shown) arranged on the back of the substrate 325 are all laid on the back of the substrate 325 by pressing the covering film 349.
