Abstract

The laser cutting machine convenient to clean comprises a machine base, a screw rod is rotationally installed on the upper end face of the machine base through a rotating groove, a motor connected with the screw rod is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the machine base, a movable plate is installed on the outer wall of the screw rod in a threaded mode, and a sliding groove is formed in the upper end face of the machine base. A stabilizing plate is slidably mounted in the sliding groove through a stabilizing mechanism, a moving frame is fixedly mounted on the upper end face of the stabilizing plate and the upper end face of the moving plate jointly, and a cleaning roller is rotatably mounted in the moving frame. Through the arrangement of the cleaning roller, the gear, the toothed plate and other assemblies, the cleaning roller can drive the gear to be meshed with the toothed plate in the moving process, so that the cleaning roller can rotate in the moving frame and clean the upper end face of the machine base, dust and chippings can be prevented from being attached to the upper end face of the machine base, and in the cleaning process, the dust and the chippings can be prevented from being damaged. The dust collector can suck swept dust and chippings through the air suction cover, and therefore the cleaning effect can be improved.
