The bottom of the fermentation tank body (1) is connected to a discharge pipe (37) and an air inlet pipe (38). The top of the cover body (2) is connected to an exhaust pipe (39). Valves (40) are provided on the discharge pipe (37), the air inlet pipe (38) and the exhaust pipe (39).
