5. The wall-mounted clothes treatment device according to any one of claims 2-3, wherein a through hole is arranged on the side wall of the cabinet, and the other end of the gas passage extends to the through hole through the mounting portion.

The wall-mounted clothes treatment device according to claim 5, wherein the through hole is located at the front side of the communication port of the mounting portion, and the gas passage comprises a second gas pipe which is arranged to extend forwardly from the communication port for a certain distance and then is bent to extend through the through hole in the direction of the outer periphery of the water tank.

7. The wall-mounted clothes treatment device according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein a filter unit is arranged in the gas passage for filtering moisture and maintaining the communication between the inside and outside of the gas passage.

8. The wall-mounted clothes treatment device according to claim 7, wherein the filter unit is arranged in the gas passage at the front side of the mounting portion.
