Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the packaging technical field, in particular, relates to a packaging structure. BACKGROUND
[0002] With the continuous development of society, display devices gradually enter thousands of households, and the display devices often include a display screen and a wall-mounted rack, which can be used for wall-mounted installation of the display screen.
[0003] In the related technical field, different wall-mounted installation methods can be used for the display screen. Due to different wall-mounted installation methods and installation space limitations, different sizes of wall-mounted racks are often equipped in the display device. In order to reduce the shaking of the wall-mounted rack during transportation, a corresponding packaging structure needs to be designed for different sizes of wall-mounted racks. However, such a setting will result in a large number of packaging structures, which will increase the transportation cost and easily cause a large amount of material waste. UTILITARIAN CONTENT
[0004] The packaging structure provided by the embodiments of the present application can make the convex part connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove, so that the main part and the groove wall of the containing groove form a limiting space, which can adapt to and accommodate wall-mounted racks of different sizes, thereby reducing the movement range of the wall-mounted rack during transportation, effectively reducing the shaking of the wall-mounted rack during transportation, and improving the transportation stability of the wall-mounted rack. In addition, one set of packaging structure can adapt to wall-mounted racks of different sizes, thereby reducing the packaging cost.
[0005] The packaging structure provided by the embodiments of the present application is used for packaging a display device, the display device includes a display screen and a wall-mounted rack, the wall-mounted rack is used for wall-mounted installation of the display screen, the packaging structure includes a packaging piece and a limiting piece, the packaging piece has a storage space and a containing groove, the storage space is used for accommodating the display screen, the containing groove is used for accommodating the wall-mounted rack, and the groove wall of the containing groove has a limiting groove; the limiting piece includes a main part and a convex part, the convex part is protruded on the main part; wherein the convex part can be connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove, so that the main part and the groove wall of the containing groove form a limiting space of different sizes, so as to adapt to and accommodate wall-mounted racks of different sizes.
[0006] Based on the above embodiments, when the limiting piece is not used, the containing groove can adapt to the wall-mounted rack of the maximum size; when there are at least one small-size wall-mounted rack below the maximum-size wall-mounted rack, the convex part can be connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove, so that the main part and the groove wall of the containing groove form a limiting space of different sizes, the limiting space can adapt to and accommodate wall-mounted racks of different sizes, thereby reducing the movement range of the wall-mounted rack during transportation, effectively reducing the shaking of the wall-mounted rack during transportation, and improving the transportation stability of the wall-mounted rack. In addition, one set of packaging structure can adapt to wall-mounted racks of different sizes, thereby reducing the packaging cost.
[0007] In some embodiments, the package has a slot, the slot is in communication with the accommodation groove, and in communication with the limiting groove, and the limiting member can be at least partially located in the slot or at least partially located in the accommodation groove.
[0008] Based on the above embodiments, the limiting member can be at least partially located in the slot, so that when the limiting member is partially located in the accommodation groove to form a limiting space with the groove wall of the accommodation groove, the limiting member can also be inserted into the slot to further increase the contact area between the limiting member and the package, improve the connection stability between the limiting member and the package, and thus the stability of the limiting space can be improved, which can effectively reduce the shaking of the wall-mounted rack during transportation.
[0009] It can be understood that when the largest size wall-mounted rack is placed, the limiting member can be completely accommodated in the slot, so that the largest limiting space can be ensured to accommodate the wall-mounted rack. Moreover, since the limiting member can be completely accommodated in the slot, the limiting member is not easy to separate from the slot due to the large friction between the limiting member and the package, so that the probability of the limiting member separating from the slot can be reduced, and the probability of the limiting member being lost can be reduced. When a small size wall-mounted rack is placed, the limiting member at the corresponding position can be pushed out of the slot to the accommodation groove, so that the convex part is connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove, and thus the main body part can be surrounded by the groove wall of the accommodation groove to form a smaller limiting space, so as to adapt to the small size wall-mounted rack. At this time, the limiting member is also partially inserted into the slot to improve the connection stability between the limiting member and the package, and thus the stability of the limiting space can be improved, which can effectively reduce the shaking of the wall-mounted rack during transportation. The limiting member can also be at least partially located in the accommodation groove, that is, when the limiting member is used to surround the groove wall of the accommodation groove to form a smaller limiting space, the limiting member can be completely pushed out until the limiting member separates from the slot. At this time, it can still adapt to the small size wall-mounted rack, and the shaking of the wall-mounted rack during transportation can be effectively reduced.
[0010] In some embodiments, the slot includes a main slot and a secondary slot, the main body part can be slidingly arranged with the groove wall of the main slot; the secondary slot is in communication with the main slot and in communication with the limiting groove, and the convex part can be slidingly arranged with the groove wall of the secondary slot and can be slidingly moved into the limiting groove through the secondary slot.
[0011] Based on the above embodiments, the convex part can be slidingly arranged with the groove wall of the secondary slot and can be slidingly moved into the limiting groove through the secondary slot, so as to facilitate the movement of the limiting member from the slot to the limiting groove, and also facilitate the movement from the limiting groove to the slot, which can improve the convenience of use.
[0012] In some embodiments, the convex part has a first surface away from the main body part, the first surface is a curved surface, and the secondary slot and the limiting groove both have a curved groove wall matched with the first surface.
[0013] Based on the above embodiment, the auxiliary groove and the limiting groove both have an arc groove wall matched with the first surface, which can eliminate the right-angle contact between the convex part and the auxiliary groove and the limiting groove, thereby facilitating the movement of the convex part along the auxiliary groove and the limiting groove, and further improving the convenience of use.
[0014] In some embodiments, the package comprises a first package part and a second package part. The first package part has a first storage groove and a second storage groove arranged in a spaced manner. The first storage groove and the second storage groove are arranged in a spaced manner, and the groove wall of the second storage groove forms a containing groove. The insertion groove is arranged on the first package part and communicates with the second storage groove. The limiting groove is arranged on the groove bottom of the second storage groove. The second package part has a third storage groove. The groove wall of the third storage groove and the groove wall of the first storage groove form a storage space. The first package part and the second package part are arranged in a spaced manner, or the first package part and the second package part are in contact.
[0015] Based on the above embodiment, the first package part and the second package part are arranged in a split manner, so that the size of the storage space can be matched with the size of the display screen of the display device. For example, when the first package part and the second package part are arranged on both sides of the display screen in the width direction, the storage space can match the length dimension of the display screen. When the first package part and the second package part are arranged on both sides of the display screen in the length direction, the storage space can match the width dimension of the display screen. After the display screen is arranged in the storage space, the first package part and the second package part can be arranged in a spaced manner. In other embodiments, after the display screen is arranged in the storage space, the first package part can also be in contact with the second package part.
[0016] In some embodiments, the first package part comprises a first package sub-part and a second package sub-part. The first package sub-part has a first storage sub-groove and a second storage sub-groove arranged in a spaced manner. The second package sub-part has a third storage sub-groove and a fourth storage sub-groove arranged in a spaced manner. The groove wall of the first storage sub-groove and the groove wall of the third storage sub-groove form the first storage groove. The groove wall of the second storage sub-groove and the groove wall of the fourth storage sub-groove form the second storage groove. The second package sub-part and the first package sub-part are arranged in a spaced manner, or the second package sub-part and the first package sub-part are in contact. The insertion groove and the limiting groove are arranged on at least one of the first package sub-part and the second package sub-part.
[0017] Based on the above embodiment, the second packaging part can also at least include a third packaging subpart and a fourth packaging subpart, so that the first packaging subpart, the second packaging subpart, the third packaging subpart and the fourth packaging subpart are respectively arranged at the four corner positions of the display screen, and then the length and width dimensions of the display screen can be respectively adapted, so as to expand the adaptation range of the display screen, so that the storage space can adapt to display screens of different sizes, and the purpose of packaging the display screens of different sizes can be achieved, and the packaging cost can be further reduced. The slot and the limiting slot can be arranged on the first packaging subpart. In other embodiments, the slot and the limiting slot can be arranged on the second packaging subpart. It can be understood that the slot can also be arranged on the first packaging subpart and the second packaging subpart at the same time, so as to increase the adjustment range of the limiting space to adapt to wall-mounted racks of different sizes.
[0018] In some embodiments, the main part has a second surface, and the convex part is convex on the second surface, and the projection of the convex part on the plane of the second surface is located in the second surface in the direction perpendicular to the second surface.
[0019] Based on the above embodiment, the projection of the convex part on the plane of the second surface is located in the second surface, so that the size of the convex part is small, so that the secondary groove size can be reduced while the connection stability of the limiting part and the packaging part is strong, so that the packaging part can have strong structural stability, thereby providing protection for the display screen and the wall-mounted rack of the display device.
[0020] In some embodiments, the slot wall of the accommodating groove has a plurality of limiting slots, and the distance between adjacent two limiting slots is greater than or equal to 10mm.
[0021] Based on the above embodiment, when a plurality of limiting slots are arranged on the slot wall of the accommodating groove, the distance between adjacent two limiting slots is greater than or equal to 10mm, so that the distance between adjacent two limiting slots is large, so that the slot wall of the accommodating groove can have high structural strength, so as to reduce the probability of damage of the slot wall of the accommodating groove when it is impacted, and then the probability of scratching the display screen by the wall-mounted rack can be reduced. If the distance between adjacent two limiting slots is less than 10mm, the distance between adjacent two limiting slots will be small, so that the structural strength of the slot wall of the accommodating groove is low, which leads to the slot wall of the accommodating groove being easily damaged when it is impacted, and the wall-mounted rack is easily to scratch the display screen by passing through the accommodating groove.
[0022] In some embodiments, the packaging structure further includes a box body, and the box body has a receiving cavity, and the packaging part and the limiting part are arranged in the receiving cavity.
[0023] Based on the above embodiment, the packaging part and the limiting part are wrapped by the box body, so as to facilitate the transportation of the packaging part, the limiting part and the display device.
[0024] Based on the packaging structure of the application, the convex part is connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove, so that the main body part is located in the accommodating groove, so that the main body part and the groove wall of the accommodating groove form a limiting space, which can adapt and accommodate wall hanging racks of different sizes, so as to reduce the movement range of the wall hanging rack during transportation, effectively reduce the shaking of the wall hanging rack during transportation, and improve the transportation stability of the wall hanging rack. And because a set of packaging structure can adapt to wall hanging racks of different sizes, the packaging cost can be reduced. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0032] In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present application and not intended to limit the present application.
[0033] With the continuous development of society, display devices 2 gradually enter thousands of households. The display device 2 usually includes a display screen 21 and a wall-mounted bracket 22, which is used for wall-mounted installation of the display screen 21. However, there are different wall-mounted installation methods for the display screen 21. Due to different wall-mounted installation methods and installation space limitations, different sizes of wall-mounted brackets 22 are often equipped in the display device 2. In order to reduce the shaking of the wall-mounted bracket 22 during transportation, it is necessary to design a corresponding packaging structure 1 for different sizes of wall-mounted brackets 22. However, such a setting will result in a large number of types of packaging structures 1, which will increase transportation costs and easily cause a large amount of material waste. For example, the display screen 21 can be a television, a computer display screen 21, an electronic class board, or other screens that need to be wall-mounted.
[0034] Therefore, with reference to Figure 1 The embodiment provides a packaging structure 1 for packaging a display device 2. The packaging structure 1 includes a packaging piece 11 and a limiting piece 12.
[0035] The packaging piece 11 has a storage space 11A and a containing groove 11B. The storage space 11A is used for placing the display screen 21. The internal shape of the storage space 11A can be customized according to the contour of the display screen 21 of the display device 2, which can tightly wrap the display screen 21 and play a good buffering role, effectively preventing the display screen 21 from being damaged due to collision during transportation. The containing groove 11B is used for placing the wall-mounted bracket 22 and buffering the wall-mounted bracket 22 to prevent the wall-mounted bracket 22 from being damaged due to collision during transportation. It can be understood that the material of the packaging piece 11 can include but is not limited to expandable polyethylene (EPE), polyurethane (PU), and expanded polystyrene (EPS). In other embodiments, the packaging piece 11 can also be other materials.
[0036] The limiting member 12 is detachably connected with the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B to change the size of the accommodating groove 11B, so as to adapt to accommodate wall hanging racks 22 of different sizes. It can be understood that the material of the limiting member 12 can include but is not limited to polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam and polystyrene foam. In other embodiments, the limiting member 12 can also be of other materials. It can be understood that the connection mode of the limiting member 12 and the packaging member 11 includes clamping and abutting. In other embodiments, one side of the limiting member 12 can be connected with the Velcro of the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B through the Velcro. When it is necessary to adjust the size of the accommodating groove 11B, the Velcro is torn open, the limiting member 12 is moved along the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B, and then the Velcro is reattached to fix the position, which can also achieve the adjustment of the size of the accommodating groove 11B. It can be understood that the limiting member 12 and the packaging member 11 can also be connected in other ways, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0037] In the embodiments of the present application, the position of the limiting member 12 in the accommodating groove 11B can be installed and adjusted according to the size of the wall hanging rack 22, so that the size of the accommodating groove 11B can be adapted to the size of the wall hanging rack 22, to reduce the movement range of the wall hanging rack 22 during transportation, effectively reduce the shaking of the wall hanging rack 22 during transportation, and thus improve the transportation stability of the wall hanging rack 22.
[0038] And for different sizes of wall hanging racks 22, the position of the limiting member 12 in the accommodating groove 11B can be adjusted to adjust the size of the accommodating groove 11B, so that the size of the accommodating groove 11B can be adapted to the size of the wall hanging rack 22, so that one set of packaging structure 1 can be used to adapt to wall hanging racks 22 of different sizes, thereby reducing the packaging cost.
[0039] In actual use, first, the display screen 21 is placed in the storage space 11A, then the limiting member 12 is moved to adjust the size of the accommodating groove 11B according to the size of the wall hanging rack 22, and then the wall hanging rack 22 is placed in the accommodating groove 11B. Finally, the entire packaging structure 1 is packaged and can be transported.
[0040] Please refer to Figure 2Specifically, the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B is provided with a limiting groove 11C, the limiting piece 12 includes a main body part 121 and a protruding part 122, the protruding part 122 is protruded on the main body part 121 and can be connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove 11C, so as to increase the contact area between the limiting piece 12 and the packaging piece 11, thereby improving the connection stability between the limiting piece 12 and the packaging piece 11, and when the protruding part 122 is connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove 11C, the main body part 121 and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B form a limiting space 11F, the limiting space 11F can adapt and accommodate wall hanging racks 22 of different sizes, and the placing stability of the wall hanging rack 22 in the limiting space 11F can be improved, and the shaking of the wall hanging rack 22 during transportation can be effectively reduced.
[0041] It can be understood that, in actual use, the size of the accommodating groove 11B can be designed according to the maximum size of the wall hanging rack 22, so that when the limiting piece 12 is not used, the accommodating groove 11B can directly adapt to the maximum size of the wall hanging rack 22; when there is at least one small-size wall hanging rack 22 below the maximum-size wall hanging rack 22, the limiting groove 11C corresponding to the small-size wall hanging rack 22 can be arranged on the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B according to actual use requirements, so that after the protruding part 122 is connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove 11C, the main body part 121 can form a limiting space 11F conforming to the size of the small-size wall hanging rack 22 with the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B, thereby effectively reducing the shaking of the wall hanging rack 22 during transportation, and further improving the transportation stability. Moreover, there is no need to design multiple packaging structures 1 according to wall hanging racks 22 of different sizes, which can reduce the design and manufacturing cost of the packaging structure 1, and further reduce the packaging cost.
[0042] Please refer to Figure 2 When multiple limiting grooves 11C are arranged on the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B, the distance between adjacent two limiting grooves 11C is greater than or equal to 10 mm, so that the distance between adjacent two limiting grooves 11C is large, and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B can have high structural strength, so as to reduce the probability of damage of the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B when impacted, and further reduce the probability of the wall hanging rack 22 scratching the display screen 21.
[0043] If the distance between adjacent two limiting grooves 11C is less than 10 mm, the distance between adjacent two limiting grooves 11C will be small, the structural strength of the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B will be low, the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B will be easily damaged when impacted, and the wall hanging rack 22 will easily scratch the display screen 21 when passing through the accommodating groove 11B.
[0044] Please refer to Figure 2In a specific embodiment, the packaging 11 has a slot 11D which is in communication with the accommodating groove 11B and the limiting groove 11C, and the limiting member 12 can be at least partially located in the slot 11D, so that when the limiting member 12 is partially located in the accommodating groove 11B to form the limiting space 11F with the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B, the limiting member 12 can also be inserted into the slot 11D to further increase the contact area between the limiting member 12 and the packaging 11, improve the connection stability between the limiting member 12 and the packaging 11, and thus improve the stability of the limiting space 11F, which can effectively reduce the shaking of the wall-mounted rack 22 during transportation.
[0045] Please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 3 It can be understood that when the largest size wall-mounted rack 22 is placed, the limiting member 12 can be completely accommodated in the slot 11D, so as to ensure that the largest limiting space 11F is used to accommodate the wall-mounted rack 22. And because the limiting member 12 can be completely accommodated in the slot 11D, due to the large friction between the limiting member 12 and the packaging 11, the limiting member 12 is not easy to be separated from the slot 11D, so as to reduce the probability of the limiting member 12 being separated from the slot 11D, and reduce the probability of the limiting member 12 being lost. When a small size wall-mounted rack 22 is placed, the limiting member 12 at the corresponding position can be pushed out of the slot 11D to the accommodating groove 11B, so that the convex part 122 is connected with the groove wall of the limiting groove 11C, and then the main body part 121 can be connected with the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B to form a smaller limiting space 11F, so as to adapt to the small size wall-mounted rack 22. At this time, the limiting member 12 is also partially inserted into the slot 11D to improve the connection stability between the limiting member 12 and the packaging 11, and thus improve the stability of the limiting space 11F, which can effectively reduce the shaking of the wall-mounted rack 22 during transportation.
[0046] Please refer to Figure 2 In other embodiments, the limiting member 12 can also be at least partially located in the accommodating groove 11B, that is, when the limiting member 12 is used to form a smaller limiting space 11F with the groove wall of the accommodating groove 11B, the limiting member 12 can be completely pushed out until the limiting member 12 is separated from the slot 11D. At this time, it can still adapt to the small size wall-mounted rack 22, and can effectively reduce the shaking of the wall-mounted rack 22 during transportation.
[0047] Please refer to Figure 4 and Figure 5In a specific embodiment, the slot 11D comprises a main slot 11D1 and a sub-slot 11D2, the main body 121 is capable of being slidingly arranged with the slot wall of the main slot 11D1; the sub-slot 11D2 is communicated with the main slot 11D1 and the limiting slot 11C, the convex part 122 is capable of being slidingly arranged with the slot wall of the sub-slot 11D2 and is capable of sliding into the limiting slot 11C through the sub-slot 11D2, so as to facilitate the movement of the limiting piece 12 from the slot 11D to the limiting slot 11C and from the limiting slot 11C to the slot 11D, and the use convenience can be improved.
[0048] Please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 , further, the convex part 122 has a first surface 122A away from the main body 121, the first surface 122A is an arc surface, the sub-slot 11D2 and the limiting slot 11C both have an arc surface slot wall matched with the first surface 122A, so as to eliminate the right angle contact between the convex part 122 and the sub-slot 11D2 and the limiting slot 11C, thereby facilitating the movement of the convex part 122 along the sub-slot 11D2 and the limiting slot 11C, and the use convenience can be improved.
[0049] Please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 , in a specific embodiment, the main body 121 has a second surface 121A, the convex part 122 is convexly arranged on the second surface 121A, and the projection of the convex part 122 on the plane where the second surface 121A is located is located in the second surface 121A in the direction perpendicular to the second surface 121A, so that the limiting piece 12 and the packaging piece 11 have strong connection stability, the size of the sub-slot 11D2 can be reduced, the packaging piece 11 can have strong structural stability, and the display screen 21 and the wall hanging rack 22 of the display device 2 can be protected.
[0050] Please refer to Figure 2In a specific embodiment, the package 11 comprises a first package portion 111 and a second package portion 112. The first package portion 111 has a first storage slot 111A and a second storage slot 111B arranged in a spaced manner, and the second storage slot 111B forms a receiving slot 11B. The first package portion 111 is provided with a slot 11D which is in communication with the second storage slot 111B, and the second storage slot 111B is provided with a limiting slot 11C at the bottom of the slot. The second package portion 112 has a third storage slot 112A, and the slot wall of the third storage slot 112A and the slot wall of the first storage slot 111A form a storage space 11A. The first package portion 111 and the second package portion 112 are arranged in a split manner, so that the size of the storage space 11A can be adapted to the size of the display screen 21 of the display device 2. For example, when the first package portion 111 and the second package portion 112 are arranged on both sides of the display screen 21 in the width direction, the storage space 11A can be adapted to the length of the display screen 21; when the first package portion 111 and the second package portion 112 are arranged on both sides of the display screen 21 in the length direction, the storage space 11A can be adapted to the width of the display screen 21.
[0051] It can be understood that after the display screen 21 is arranged in the storage space 11A, the first package portion 111 and the second package portion 112 can be arranged in a spaced manner. In other embodiments, after the display screen 21 is arranged in the storage space 11A, the first package portion 111 can also be in contact with the second package portion 112.
[0052] Please refer to Figure 2 Similarly, the first package portion 111 can comprise a first package sub-portion 1111 and a second package sub-portion 1112. The first package sub-portion 1111 has a first storage sub-slot 1111A and a second storage sub-slot 1111B arranged in a spaced manner; the second package sub-portion 1112 has a third storage sub-slot 1112A and a fourth storage sub-slot 1112B arranged in a spaced manner; the slot wall of the first storage sub-slot 1111A and the slot wall of the third storage sub-slot 1112A form the first storage slot 111A, and the slot wall of the second storage sub-slot 1111B and the slot wall of the fourth storage sub-slot 1112B form the second storage slot 111B.
[0053] It can be understood that the second packaging part 112 can also at least include a third packaging subpart 1121 and a fourth packaging subpart 1122, which are not described here, so that the first packaging subpart 1111, the second packaging subpart 1112, the third packaging subpart 1121 and the fourth packaging subpart 1122 are respectively arranged at the four corner positions of the display screen 21, and then the length and width dimensions of the display screen 21 can be respectively adapted, thereby expanding the adaptation range of the display screen 21, so that the storage space 11A can adapt to display screens 21 of different sizes, achieving the purpose that the packaging piece 11 can package display screens 21 of different sizes, and further reducing the packaging cost.
[0054] Please refer to Figure 2 In a specific embodiment, the slot 11D and the limiting groove 11C can be arranged on the first packaging subpart 1111. In other embodiments, the slot 11D and the limiting groove 11C can be arranged on the second packaging subpart 1112. It can be understood that the slot 11D can also be arranged on the first packaging subpart 1111 and the second packaging subpart 1112 at the same time, so as to increase the adjustment range of the limiting space 11F to adapt to wall-mounted racks 22 of different sizes.
