Storage device for quickly classifying screws

Abstract

The storage device comprises a shell and a plurality of storage boxes, the top of the shell is provided with a guide sliding groove and a plurality of size screening openings which are arranged side by side at intervals, and the size screening openings in the same row are adjacent to the same side of the guide sliding groove. The guide direction of the guide sliding groove is parallel to the parallel direction of the size screening openings, and the inner diameter of each size screening opening is gradually increased in a gradient mode so as to correspond to different stud lengths and classify screws, the heads of the screws are inserted into the guide sliding groove, and the screws abut against the top of the shell and slide and move in the guide direction. According to the screw sorting device, the size screening openings are formed in the machine body, the tail ends of the studs of the screws are suspended in the size screening openings, the screws fall into the corresponding size screening openings and then fall into the corresponding feeding openings by means of the gravity of the screws and the gravity center of the screws is located in the size screening openings, and then the screws with the same head specification and different stud specifications are quickly sorted and stored.
