A second connecting part detachably connected with any first connecting part is arranged at the opposite tail end of the bellyband, the bellyband is selectively connected with all the first connecting parts through the second connecting parts so as to be positioned at the needed surrounding degree, meanwhile, the opening and closing opening is closed, the ruler is arranged on the bellyband or the clothes body, and the ruler is arranged on the bellyband or the clothes body. The device is used for measuring the girth of the waist and the abdomen of a patient.
