[0034] When tableware is conveyed to the tableware stacking device via a conveyor belt, it is automatically dropped into the device by guide strips installed on the conveyor belt. During the process of tableware falling into the stacking device, the tableware cannot be stacked automatically, resulting in a messy and disordered state. The tableware must then be manually stacked for use, resulting in low stacking efficiency.

[0035] Therefore, this utility model provides an embodiment of a palletizing device 100, which can improve the palletizing efficiency of tableware.

[0036] To facilitate the reader's understanding of the concept of this utility model embodiment, the specific structure of the palletizing device 100 is described below:

[0037] Please see Figure 1 The palletizing device 100 includes a storage component 1, which includes a first enclosure 11 and a second enclosure 12. The second enclosure 12 is movably connected to the first enclosure 11. The first enclosure 11 and the second enclosure 12 together enclose a storage space 13. An opening 111 is provided at the top of the storage space 13. The cross-sectional area of the storage space 13 along the first direction X is M, and the cross-sectional area of the stored tableware along the first direction X is N. Then N≤M≤1.2N. The first direction X is the direction from the opening 111 to the storage space 13. The opening 111 is used to allow the stored tableware to fall into the storage space 13. The storage space 13 is used to limit the stored tableware so that the stored tableware is automatically stacked in the storage space 13.

[0038] In this way, the cross-sectional area of the storage space 13 is controlled within the range of 1 to 1.2 times the cross-sectional area of the tableware being stored. This not only allows the tableware to smoothly enter the storage space 13 through the opening 111, but also constrains the tableware to reduce excessive displacement, tilting, or flipping. This allows the tableware to automatically adjust its posture during the fall and automatically stack in the storage space 13 vertically, avoiding the tableware from becoming messy and disorderly due to excessive displacement during the fall, improving the stacking efficiency of the tableware and saving labor costs.

[0039] To help readers better understand the process of the palletizing device 100 storing tableware, this utility model provides an example: First, at the moment the tableware is passed through the opening 111, because the cross-sectional diameter of the opening 111 is slightly larger than the maximum cross-sectional diameter of the tableware, the tableware can pass smoothly through the opening 111 without getting stuck. The opening 111 plays a preliminary limiting and guiding role for the tableware, preventing it from shifting, tilting, or flipping when passing through the opening 111. Then, after the tableware enters the storage space 13... Since the cross-sectional diameter of the storage space 13 is slightly larger than the maximum cross-sectional diameter of the tableware being stored, the tableware begins to fall under the influence of gravity. During the fall, the tableware automatically adjusts its posture. Finally, the tableware continues to fall under the influence of gravity until it contacts the bottom surface of the storage space 13 or the surface of the already stacked tableware. When the tableware contacts the bottom surface of the storage space 13 or the surface of the already stacked tableware, it automatically adjusts its posture under the influence of gravity so that the tableware is stacked flat and automatically stacked in the storage space 13.

[0040] Regarding the aforementioned storage component 1, please refer to some embodiments. Figure 2 The storage component 1 includes a base plate 14, a top plate 15, a first side frame component 16, and a second side frame component 17. The two ends of the first side frame component 16 along the first direction X are fixed to the base plate 14 and the top plate 15 respectively. The two ends of the first side frame component 16 along the circumferential direction are movably connected to the two ends of the second side frame component 17 along the circumferential direction respectively. An opening 111 is provided on the top plate 15. The base plate 14, the top plate 15, the first side frame component 16, and the second side frame component 17 together enclose a storage space 13. The base plate 14, the top plate 15, and the first side frame component 16 constitute a first enclosure 11, and the second side frame component 17 constitutes a second enclosure 12.

[0041] Furthermore, regarding the aforementioned storage component 1, in some embodiments, please refer to... Figure 2 and Figure 3The first side frame assembly 16 includes a plurality of uprights 161, which are arranged at arc-shaped intervals. At least one of the uprights 161 at the beginning and the uprights 161 at the end is detachably connected to the baffle 171. The baffle 171 can open or close the storage space 13. In this way, the baffle 171 can open or close the storage space 13, facilitating the removal of tableware from the storage space 13 after it has been stacked. Furthermore, in this way, during the falling process of the stored tableware, the sides of the uprights 161 contact the sides of the stored tableware, reducing the frictional contact area and frictional resistance, thereby reducing the risk of wear and tear on the stored tableware.

[0042] Alternatively, in some other embodiments, the first side frame assembly 16 includes a side plate (not shown) that is arc-shaped, and the second side frame assembly 17 includes a baffle 171 that is arc-shaped. The two ends of the baffle 171 are movably connected to the two ends of the side plate (not shown) along the same circumferential direction. The surface of the side plate (not shown) facing the baffle 171 has a plurality of evenly spaced protrusions along the circumferential direction. The baffle 171 can open or close the storage space. In this way, the baffle 171 can open or close the storage space 13, facilitating the removal of tableware from the storage space 13 after it has been stacked. Furthermore, in this way, during the falling of the stored tableware, the protrusions of the side plate (not shown) contact the sides of the stored tableware, reducing the frictional contact area and frictional resistance, thereby reducing the risk of wear and tear on the stored tableware.

[0043] Furthermore, in some embodiments, please refer to Figure 3The storage component 1 includes a hinge 18, a first buckle (not shown) and a second buckle (not shown). One end of the hinge 18 is fixed to one side of the baffle 171, and the other end of the hinge 18 is fixed to the column 161 at the first end, so that one side of the baffle 171 is rotatably connected to the column 161 at the first end. The first buckle is provided on the other side of the baffle 171, and the second buckle is provided on the column 161 at the end. The first buckle is used to detachably engage with the second buckle, so that the other side of the baffle 171 is detachably connected to the column 161 at the end. When one side of the baffle 171 is rotatably connected to the column 161 at the first end, the rotatable connection includes, but is not limited to, a hinge 18 structure. For example, in some other embodiments, the rotatable connection can be achieved through a pivot structure, a pulley structure, or a hinge structure. When the other side of the baffle 171 is detachably connected to the column 161 at the end, the detachable connection includes, but is not limited to, a snap-fit structure. For example, in some other embodiments, the detachable connection can be achieved through a pin structure, a threaded connection, or a magnetic structure. In this way, one of the columns 161 at the first end and the column 161 at the end is detachably connected to the baffle 171, and the other of the columns 161 at the first end and the column 161 at the end is rotatably connected to the baffle 171.

[0044] It is understood that in some other embodiments, the column 161 at the first end and the column 161 at the last end are detachably connected to the baffle 171. For example, the column 161 at the first end and the column 161 at the last end are provided with a sliding groove, and the two sides of the baffle 171 are provided with a sliding part, which is slidably connected to the sliding groove, so that the column 161 at the first end and the column 161 at the last end are slidably connected to the baffle 171. The storage space 13 can be opened or closed by sliding the baffle 171.

[0045] Regarding the baffle 171 described above, please refer to [link / reference] in some embodiments.
