Detailed Implementation
[0026] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, identical or equivalent parts are labeled with the same reference numerals and are not described repeatedly. In this specification, for ease of understanding, the direction of the central axis substantially parallel to the rotation axis of the motor is designated as the first direction D1, one side of the first direction D1 is designated as one side of the first direction D11, and the other side of the first direction D1 is designated as the other side of the first direction D12. Furthermore, the radial direction centered on the rotation axis of the motor is designated as radial D2, and the circumferential direction centered on the rotation axis of the motor is designated as circumferential D3. However, these directions are defined merely for ease of explanation, and the orientation when using the motor of the present invention is not limited, except where it is necessary to define the horizontal or vertical direction. Additionally, in this application, "vertical direction" also includes substantially vertical directions.
[0027] Reference Figure 1 and Figure 2 The motor 1 of the exemplary embodiment will be described. Figure 1 This is a diagram showing the appearance of motor 1 according to an exemplary embodiment. Figure 2 This is a diagram showing the interior of motor 1 in an exemplary embodiment. Figure 2 It shows Figure 1 The stator 12 and wiring component 20 of the motor 1 shown. Figure 3 This is a diagram showing the stator 12 of a motor 1 according to an exemplary embodiment. Figure 3 For ease of understanding, a portion of the stator 12 is omitted and only a portion of the components that are provided in multiples are labeled.
[0028] like Figures 1 to 3 As shown, the motor 1 has a motor housing 11, a stator 12, a rotor 13, a shaft 14, a wiring component 20, and a wiring board 30.
[0029] For example, a conductive wire 40 connected to the motor 1 for external electrical connection is provided. As an example, the conductive wire 40 includes power lines 40U, 40V, and 40W for three-phase AC flow. That is, the motor 1 is a three-phase AC motor. Alternatively, the conductive wire 40 may also include signal lines for power supply signals. The power lines 40U, 40V, and 40W are conductive wires electrically connected to the coils 124 of the stator 12 (described later). As for the form, various forms of conductive wires can be considered, such as leads, metal busbars, terminals, or combinations thereof. The conductive wire 40 is an example of a first type of cable.
[0030] The stator 12 has an annular shape centered on a central axis J extending along a first direction D1. The stator 12 has an annular or cylindrical stator core 121 and coils 124 wound around the stator core 121. Figure 3As shown, the stator core 121 has a plurality of teeth 122 on the inner circumferential surface of the annular back of the core centered on the central axis J. The plurality of teeth 122 extend from the inner circumferential surface of the back of the core outward in a radial direction D2. The plurality of teeth 122 are arranged along the circumferential direction D3.
[0031] Multiple teeth 122 are each covered by a resin insulating member serving as an insulating component. A coil 124 is mounted on each tooth 122 through the insulating member. Specifically, the coil 124 is formed by winding any corresponding conductor 50 from the three-phase AC circuit onto each tooth 122 through the insulating member. That is, the coil 124 comprises three types of coils formed from conductors 50U, 50V, and 50W corresponding to the U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase of the three-phase AC circuit, respectively.
[0032] Lead-out wires 51 extend from any coil 124. Specifically, lead-out wire 51 is the portion of the conductor 50 forming the coil 124 of each phase, excluding the portion forming the coil 124, and extending from the coil 124. That is, lead-out wire 51U is the portion of the conductor 50U excluding the portion forming the coil 124, and extending from the coil 124. Lead-out wire 51V is the portion of the conductor 50V excluding the portion forming the coil 124, and extending from the coil 124. Lead-out wire 51W is the portion of the conductor 50W excluding the portion forming the coil 124, and extending from the coil 124. Lead-out wire 51 is an example of a second cable. That is, the stator 12 has coils 124 connected to the second cable.
[0033] The rotor 13 is positioned radially opposite the stator 12 along the radial direction D2. In this embodiment, the rotor 13 is located inside the stator 12 along the radial direction D2. The rotor 13 has a yoke (not shown) and a magnet (not shown) disposed on the yoke. Due to the interaction between the coil (not shown) and the magnet (not shown), the rotor 13 rotates circumferentially D3 relative to the stator 12 about the central axis J. That is, in this embodiment, the motor 1 is an inner rotor type motor. However, the motor 1 may also be an outer rotor type motor in which the rotor 13 is located outside the stator 12 along the radial direction D2.
[0034] A shaft 14 extending along a first direction D1 is mounted on the rotor 13. The shaft 14 is aligned with the central axis J. In other words, the shaft 14 is the rotation axis of the rotor 13, extending axially along the central axis J. The stator 12 is located radially outside the shaft 14.
[0035] The wiring component 20 houses the lead wire 51. The wiring component 20 is disposed on one side D11 in the first direction relative to the stator 12. In other words, the wiring component 20 is located on the first direction side D11 relative to the stator 12. Typically, the wiring component 20 is mounted on the stator 12.
[0036] The wiring component 20 has a housing portion 21 and a terminal portion 22. For example, the housing portion 21 is formed of an insulating resin.
[0037] The receiving section 21 has an annular shape that follows the shape of the stator 12. The receiving section 21 receives the lead wire 51. In detail, in the receiving section 21, the lead wires 51U, 51V, and 51V are laid along the circumferential direction D3 in a manner that they are arranged in the radial direction D2 relative to each other.
[0038] Terminal portion 22 forms the input / output terminals of motor 1. Terminal portion 22 has terminal housing 22A and cover 22B. Typically, terminal housing 22A and housing portion 21 are formed as a single component. Terminal housing 22A has a generally cuboid shape and is disposed outside the radial direction D2 of housing portion 21. First direction side D11 of terminal housing 22A is open. Cover 22B is disposed on first direction side D11 of terminal housing 22A. Cover 22B covers the open first direction side D11 of terminal housing 22A.
[0039] A wiring board 30 is disposed in the terminal section 22. The wiring board 30 is a board for connecting the conductive wire 40 and the lead wire 51. Typically, the wiring board 30 is disposed in the stator 12.
[0040] Next, refer to Figure 2 and Figure 4 The wiring board 30 of an exemplary embodiment will be described. Figure 4 This is a diagram showing the wiring board 30 of an exemplary embodiment.
[0041] like Figure 2 As shown, the terminal housing 22A has grooves 221 and 222 extending along a first direction D1, and a groove 223 connected to grooves 221 and 222 and extending in a direction intersecting the first direction D1. Grooves 221 and 222 are arranged opposite to each other. The edge of the wiring board 30 is located at grooves 221, 222, and 223.
[0042] In detail, such as Figure 4As shown, the wiring board 30 has a plate-shaped plate portion 31. The plate portion 31 has a first edge 31a, a second edge 31b, a third edge 31c, and a fourth edge 31d. The first edge 31a and the second edge 31b are located on opposite sides of each other. The third edge 31c and the fourth edge 31d are located on opposite sides of each other. The first edge 31a is connected to one end of the third edge 31c and one end of the fourth edge 31d. The second edge 31b is connected to the other end of the third edge 31c and the other end of the fourth edge 31d. In the terminal housing 22A, the third edge 31c is located in the groove 221. The fourth edge 31d is located in the groove 222. The second edge 31b is located in the groove 223. In addition, a groove 224 is provided on the cover 22B opposite to the groove 223. Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 The first edge 31a is located in the groove 224 of the cover 22B.
[0043] Additionally, the plate portion 31 has a first surface 31F and a second surface 31R opposite to the first surface. Figure 2 , Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 ). Figure 4 The first surface 31F side of the plate portion 31 is shown.
[0044] The wiring board 30 also has three through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C, and three notches 33A, 33B, and 33C. The through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C are disposed on the plate portion 31. The through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C penetrate the plate portion 31. The through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C are arranged relative to each other in the direction along the first edge 31a and the second edge 31b. For example, the through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C are all circular. Hereinafter, the through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C will sometimes be referred to as through holes 32.
[0045] Notches 33A, 33B, and 33C are cut inward from the first edge 31a and the second edge 31b of the plate portion 31, respectively. Hereinafter, notches 33A, 33B, and 33C will sometimes be referred to as notches 33.
[0046] 40U power line ( Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 The 40V power line is located in through hole 32B. Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 The 40W power line is located in through hole 32C. Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7In summary, conductive wire 40 is located in through hole 32. Additionally, power lines 40U, 40V, and 40W can also be located outside of through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C, respectively.
[0047] Arbitrary lead-out line 51 is located in the notch 33A ( Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 Arbitrary lead-out line 51 is located at the notch 33B. Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 Arbitrary lead-out line 51 is located at the notch 33C. Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 In summary, lead-out line 51 is located at the gap 33.
[0048] Therefore, the movement range of the conductive wire 40 is limited to the inside of the through hole 32, and the movement range of the lead wire 51 is limited to the inside of the notch 33. As a result, the conductive wire 40 and the lead wire 51 become less likely to move relative to the terminal block 30. Therefore, the conductive wire 40 and the lead wire 51 can be arranged more precisely on the terminal block 30. Therefore, the manufacturing tolerance of the motor 1 can be reduced, and compared with, for example, using crimp terminals to connect the conductive wire 40 and the lead wire 51, it is easier to make the terminal housing 22A fit tightly against the cover 22B.
[0049] For example, the diameter of the through hole 32 is such that the conductive wire 40 can pass through it. More specifically, the diameter of the through hole 32 is related to the diameter of the core wire 41a, which is the conductor of the conductive wire 40. Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 The diameters are roughly the same.
[0050] The wiring board 30 also has pads 35 for soldering conductive lines 40. Specifically, the wiring board 30 has pads 35A, 35B, and 35C. Pad 35A is arranged to surround a through-hole 32A. Pad 35B is arranged to surround a through-hole 32B. Pad 35C is arranged to surround a through-hole 32C.
[0051] By soldering the conductive wire 40 onto the pad 35, the conductive wire 40 is fixed relative to the terminal block 30. Therefore, the conductive wire 40 is less likely to move relative to the through hole 32A.
[0052] The shape and size of the pad 35 are not particularly limited. In this embodiment, the pad 35 is annular in shape surrounding the through hole 32.
[0053] In this embodiment, the pads 35 are disposed only on the first surface 31F. That is, the wiring board 30 is formed as a single-sided board (single-layer board) with pads disposed only on one side (the first surface 31F). Therefore, the wiring board 30 can be manufactured more cost-effectively.
[0054] In this embodiment, notches 33A, 33B, and 33C each have a first notch 33a located on one side of the through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C, and a second notch 33b located on the opposite side of the first notch 33a relative to the through holes 32A, 32B, and 32C. Therefore, it is possible to select whether the lead wire 51 is disposed in the first notch 33a or in the second notch 33b, allowing for a wide variety of wiring patterns for the lead wire 51 in the terminal housing 22A.
[0055] Specifically, the first notch 33a and the second notch 33b of the notch portion 33A are disposed on opposite sides of each other, separated by the through hole 32A. For example, the first notch 33a of the notch portion 33A is located in the first edge 31a at the same position as the through hole 32A in the direction extending from the first edge 31a. The second notch 33b of the notch portion 33A is located in the second edge 31b at the same position as the through hole 32A in the direction extending from the second edge 31b. The first notch 33a of the notch portion 33B is located in the first edge 31a at the same position as the through hole 32B in the direction extending from the first edge 31a. The second notch 33b of the notch portion 33B is located in the second edge 31b at the same position as the through hole 32B in the direction extending from the second edge 31b. The first notch 33a of the notch portion 33C is located in the first edge 31a at the same position as the through hole 32C in the direction extending from the first edge 31a. The second notch 33b of the notch 33C is provided in the second edge 31b at the same position as the through hole 32C in the direction in which the second edge 31b extends.
[0056] In addition, the wiring board 30 also has a partition 34 that separates the second notch 33b. Specifically, the second notch 33b of notch 33A has a partition 34A. The second notch 33b of notch 33B has a partition 34B. The second notch 33b of notch 33C has a partition 34C. The partitions 34A, 34B, and 34C extend in a direction intersecting the second edge 31b.
[0057] That is, the second notch 33b of notch 33A is divided in two by partition 34A along the second edge 31b. The second notch 33b of notch 33B is divided in two by partition 34B along the second edge 31b. The second notch 33b of notch 33C is divided in two by partition 34C along the second edge 31b.
[0058] As a result, since the lead wire 51 can be wound using only the second notch 33b, the wiring pattern of the lead wire 51 can be selected in a wider range of ways.
[0059] In this embodiment, the shape and size of the notch 33, the first notch 33a, and the second notch 33b are not particularly limited.
[0060] For example, in the direction along the first edge 31a, the width of the first notch 33a of the notch 33A is such that three or more lead wires 51 can pass through. Furthermore, the length of the first notch 33a of the notch 33A in the direction along the third edge 31c and the fourth edge 31d, i.e., the depth of the first notch 33a of the notch 33, is greater than that of the groove 224 ( Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 The depth of the notch 33a is such that a lead wire 51 can pass through the first notch 33a between the face of the cover 22B facing the terminal housing 22A. The width and depth of the first notch 33a of the notch 33B and the width and depth of the first notch 33a of the notch 33C are the same as the width and depth of the first notch 33a of the notch 33A.
[0061] Furthermore, the width of one of the two bisected second notches 33b in notch 33A is sufficient to allow one lead wire 51 to pass through. The depth of one of the bisected second notches 33b in notch 33A is deeper than the depth of groove 222, sufficient to allow two leads wires 51 to pass through between the second notch 33b and the surface of terminal housing 22A facing the cover 22B. On the other hand, the width of the other bisected second notch 33b in notch 33A is sufficient to allow two leads wires 51 to pass through. The depth of the other bisected second notch 33b in notch 33A is deeper than the depth of groove 222, sufficient to allow one lead wire 51 to pass through between the second notch 33b and the surface of terminal housing 22A facing the cover 22B.
[0062] The width of one of the two bisected second notches 33b in notch 33B is such that two leads 51 can pass through. The depth of one of the bisected second notches 33b in notch 33B is deeper than the depth of groove 222, such that one lead 51 can pass through the area between the second notch 33b and the surface of terminal housing 22A facing the cover 22B. On the other hand, the width of the other bisected second notch 33b in notch 33B is such that two leads 51 can pass through. The depth of the other bisected second notch 33b in notch 33B is deeper than the depth of groove 222, such that one lead 51 can pass through the area between the second notch 33b and the surface of terminal housing 22A facing the cover 22B.
[0063] The width of one of the two bisected second notches 33b in notch 33C is such that one lead wire 51 can pass through it. The depth of one of the bisected second notches 33b in notch 33C is deeper than the depth of groove 222, such that two leads wires 51 can pass through the area between the second notch 33b and the surface of terminal housing 22A facing the cover 22B. On the other hand, the depth of the other bisected second notch 33b in notch 33C is deeper than the depth of groove 222, such that two leads wires 51 can pass through the area between the second notch 33b and the surface of terminal housing 22A facing the cover 22B. The depth of the other bisected second notch 33b in notch 33C is deeper than the depth of groove 222, such that one lead wire 51 can pass through the area between the second notch 33b and the surface of terminal housing 22A facing the cover 22B.
[0064] Next, refer to Figures 4 to 7 A representative wiring method for the conductive wire 40 and lead wire 51 using the wiring board 30 will be described. Figure 5 This is a diagram showing an example of the wiring of the conductive line 40 and the lead-out line 51 using the wiring board 30. Figure 6 This is another example of the wiring of the conductive line 40 and the lead-out line 51 using the wiring board 30. Figure 7 This is another example of the wiring of the conductive line 40 and the lead-out line 51 using the wiring board 30. Figure 5 and Figure 6 The star connection of the power line 40U and the lead-out line 51U in the through hole 32A and the notch 33A is schematically shown. Figure 7 The diagram schematically illustrates the delta connection of the power line 40U with the leads 51V and 51W in the through hole 32A and the notch 33A.
[0065] Wiring Example 1
[0066] like Figure 5As shown, the core wire 41a of the power line 40U includes a front end 41UT. The core wire 41a extends from the second surface 31R side of the wiring board 30 through the through hole 32A to the first surface 31F side. The front end 41UT is located on the first surface 31F side of the wiring board 30. The lead wire 51U includes a first wire 52a extending from the first surface 31F side of the wiring board 30 through either of the two-part second notches 33b in the notch 33A and to the second surface 31R side, and a second wire 52b extending from the first wire 52a on the second surface 31R side. The second wire 52b includes a front end 52UT. The front end 52UT of the lead wire 51U is connected to the core wire 41a on the second surface 31R side. That is, the second cable is connected to the first cable on the second surface 31R side of the board portion 31. By connecting the conductive wire 40 and the lead wire 51 via the through hole 32A and the notch 33A, the conductive wire 40 and the lead wire 51 can be connected more precisely and easily.
[0067] Wiring Example 2
[0068] like Figure 6 As shown, the core wire 41a of the power line 40U includes a front end 41UT.
