An adjustable super-large door system

Abstract

This application discloses an adjustable extra-large door system, comprising: a doorpost, the two ends of which are respectively installed in a top groove and a bottom groove via connectors; a door frame, which is snapped onto the doorpost; and a door leaf, which is connected to the door frame via hinges. The bottom of the door frame is provided with a roller device, which includes: a roller mechanism, a roller device bracket, and an adjusting device. The roller mechanism is mounted on the adjusting device, the adjusting device is fixed to the roller device bracket, and the roller device bracket is installed at the bottom of the door frame. The roller system at the bottom of the door leaf allows for height adjustment and can also serve as a support system. It ensures door leaf height adjustment while preventing sagging caused by the door's own weight and structural deformation. Adjusting the bottom adjusting bolts of the door leaf adjusts the height of the rollers to support the weight of the door leaf. The system is simple to install, has a convenient structure, and is easy to operate.
