Abstract

This utility model discloses a torque fixture for screwing in a base bushing assembly, including a thread detection component. One end of the thread detection component has a positioning head, and a chuck is detachably connected to the positioning head. The chuck is hexagonal in shape. The other end of the thread detection component is threaded to a screw-in base, and a fixing bushing is detachably connected to the outer surface of the screw-in base. Both the screw-in base and the chuck have deflection grooves. During a destructive torque test, the screw-in base can normally detach as the split base is tightened or loosened. If it does not detach, it can be removed by impacting the thread detection section and the screw-in base through the disassembly hole inserted into the fixing base, which facilitates the loading and unloading of new test pieces. The fixing bushing has an open hexagonal groove design, and the reserved opening structure allows for adjustment of the clamping tightness according to actual conditions, achieving a locking effect to prevent the threaded base from falling off.
