A sterile quantitative dispensing device for glass beads

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of microbial experimental equipment, in particular to a sterile quantitative glass bead dispensing device; the device comprises a glass bead stock bin, a glass bead counting channel and a glass bead control device; the lower part of the glass bead stock bin is connected with the glass bead counting channel; the bottom channel opening of the glass bead counting channel is connected with the outside; the side surface of the upper end of the glass bead counting channel is provided with a through hole for allowing the glass bead control device to block the falling of glass beads; the glass bead control device comprises a pressing device, a linkage structure and a glass bead release baffle; the pressing device is connected with the linkage structure, and the linkage structure is connected with the glass bead release baffle; the push rod of the pressing device reciprocates in the through hole; the glass bead release baffle is attached to the bottom channel opening; the device realizes the sterile dispensing of glass beads, and achieves the technical effect of releasing the same number of glass beads each time.
