Abstract

The bottom of the recovery funnel is communicated with the recovery main pipe, the top side of the recovery funnel is provided with an overflow port, one end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the overflow port, the other end of the overflow pipe is connected to an upper interface of the recovery main pipe, the capacitance sensor is installed on the outer wall of the overflow pipe, the capacitance sensor is located at least 5 centimeters above the interface of the recovery main pipe, and the capacitance sensor is used for detecting whether liquid exists in the overflow pipe and outputting a liquid level signal. The application has the effects that waste solvent can be effectively prevented from overflowing the funnel during backwashing, and pipeline blockage can be prompted by alarm.
