Limiting device for extreme support of an air track

Abstract

A kind of limit support limiting device of air track, the device is hinged on the suspension pole by pivot, the lower part is connected with the arc hole on the top of car body by rolling column, the middle part is deformed by elastic limiting piece, the top is non-contact walking with track beam by support frame, when the car body shakes transversely in vertical direction, the bolster swings transversely, when the transverse force is larger, the rolling column is on the end of arc hole by the swing of bolster, the elastic limiting piece is deformed to form flexible support to reduce transverse force, if the swing of car body is further increased, the elastic limiting piece is compressed to the limit, the device will rotate to make the top of device contact with the bottom of walking plate on track beam, the device forms hard support between track beam and car body to limit the maximum swing amplitude of car body in transverse direction.The design can reduce and limit the maximum swing of car body, and the working process is stable, the effect of transverse force reduction is good.
