Description

The invention relates to an electric motor with an electromagnetically operated brake.A brake motor is an electric motor with an electromagnetically actuated brake. From DE 33 23 298 A1, an electric motor is known as the closest prior art.EP 2 445 090 A1 discloses a dynamoelectric machine with a holding brake device, wherein the motor has cooling ducts which open into a distributor duct which is arranged in a housing part of the motor, wherein the brake has a coil body, wherein a pipeline opens into the distributor duct.A vehicle is known from US 2014 / 0 077 633 A1.DE 44 42 867 A1 discloses a drive arrangement for a road vehicle.A motor-generator unit is known from DE 10 2013 210 559 A1.DE 10 2012 001 701 B3 discloses a spring pressure brake with a magnet housing. The invention is therefore based on the object of developing a brake motor, wherein the latter is to be designed as compactly as possibleAccording to the invention, the object is achieved in the electric motor with an electromagnetically actuatable brake according to the features specified in claim 1 or 2.Important features of the invention in the electric motor with an electromagnetically actuatable brake are that the motor has cooling channels which open into a distribution channel which is arranged in a housing part of the motor, wherein the brake has a coil body, in particular a magnetic body, in particular in which a coil which can be supplied with electric current is accommodated, wherein a pipeline which is guided through a bore of the coil body opens into the distribution channel. It is advantageous here that the coolant supply can be carried out from the B side, i.e. opposite the output side, i.e. A side. From there, the electrical connections can also be actuated. Thus, a very small radial expansion of the motor can be achieved. The brake is thus to be equipped only with recesses for the oil supply. In an advantageous embodiment, the pipeline is screw-connected to the coil body,in particular, wherein the pipeline has an external thread section which is screwed into an internal thread section of the coil body. It is advantageous here that the pipeline is fastened to the coil body. In addition, the pipeline is inserted into the housing part and the pipeline is thus mounted at two locations spaced apart axially from one another. In an advantageous embodiment, the distributor channel is arranged on the side facing the stator winding, in particular on the axial side, wherein the pipeline is guided through a recess of the housing part, which is arranged on the side of the housing part facing away from the distributor channel or opens out towards the brake. It is advantageous in this case that a compact design of the engine can be achieved in that the coolant supply can be carried out from one axial side to the other axial side.In an advantageous embodiment, the pipeline is connected to the housing part by means of a seal, in particular an O-ring. It is advantageous here that sealing can be achieved in a simple manner. In an advantageous embodiment, an intermediate part surrounds an armature disc of the brake and a brake lining carrier of the brake in a housing-forming manner, in particular radially, and has an axially continuous bore through which a pipeline is passed, in particular wherein the bore is aligned coaxially with the bore through which the coil body is passed, through which the pipeline is likewise passed. It is advantageous here that the distance between the coil body and the housing part can be fixed by the intermediate part. The pipeline is furthermore guided through an axially continuous recess, in particular a bore, in the intermediate part.In an advantageous embodiment, the intermediate part is made of aluminum and the housing part is made of steel, wherein the coil body is made of ferromagnetic material. It is advantageous here that aluminum shields alternating magnetic fields and does not redirect the magnetic flux of the direct field. In an advantageous embodiment, the distributor channel is arranged at a greater radial distance than the bearing of the rotor shaft accommodated by the housing part having the distributor channel. It is advantageous here that the cooling channels fed by the distributor channel can be arranged at a greater radial distance.Further advantages are evident from the dependent claims. The invention is not limited to the combination of features of the claims. The skilled person will be familiar with further meaningful combination possibilities of claims and / or individual claim features and / or features of the description and / or of the figures, in particular from the task and / or the task which arises by comparison with the prior art.The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings:FIG. 1 shows the top view of an electric motor according to the invention.FIG. 2 shows an associated section along the line marked in FIG. 1.As shown in the figures, the housing of the electric motor has a housing part 1 which surrounds the electrical connection region in a housing-forming manner. For this purpose, a continuous recess is formed in the metallic housing part 1, in which recess a cable feedthrough part 2, in particular a cable gland, is arranged, so that a cable 3 can be guided from the external environment of the electric motor into the electrical connection region and is there connected to a connection device 5, to which the stator winding wire end sections are also connected. Thus, the connection, i.e. for example star connection or delta connection, of the motor can be predetermined by means of the connection device 5.In addition, the housing part 1 has a further through-recess, through which a pipeline is passed.A coil body 7, in particular a magnetic body, of an electromagnetically actuated brake is fixedly connected to the housing part 1.The electric motor has a rotor shaft 14 which is mounted in the housing via bearings. The housing comprises a housing part 13, in particular a stator housing, which is fixedly connected axially on both sides to a further housing part 10, in particular a bearing plate.Between the further housing part 10 acting as a bearing shield and the coil body 7, which is manufactured from a ferromagnetic cast steel such as GGG, an intermediate part 9 is arranged. The named fixed connection is carried out by means of a connecting screw 12 which is guided through the housing part 13 acting as a stator housing part, through the intermediate part 9 and the coil body 7 and presses these axially towards one another. The intermediate part 9 is preferably made of aluminum, the other housing parts (13, 1) of steel or cast steel. An armature disk 8 is connected to the coil body 7 in a rotationally fixed but axially displaceable manner, wherein guide elements effect the axial guidance. In the coil body 7, a coil that can be supplied with current is accommodated in an annular groove of the coil body 7, wherein the annular axis of the annular groove is aligned coaxially with the axis of the rotor shaft 14.When the coil is energized, the armature disk 8 is drawn toward the coil body 7 counter to the spring force generated by a spring element 6, wherein the spring element 6 is supported on the coil body 7 and presses on the armature disk 8.A brake lining carrier 15 is arranged between the armature disc 8 and the housing part 10 in a rotationally fixed but axially displaceable manner on the rotor shaft 14, which brake lining carrier also has a counter-braking surface. When the coil is not energized, the armature disc 7 is pressed onto the brake lining carrier 15 and the latter is then pressed onto the counter-braking surface. In the housing part 10 there is arranged an annular distributor channel 11, from which cooling channels can be fed with a cooling medium, which are guided axially through the stator. The cooling channels are preferably regularly spaced from one another in the circumferential direction and open into the annular distributor channel 11.The pipeline 4 has an external thread section which is screw-connected to an internal thread section of a bore which runs axially through the coil body 7. The pipe 4 opens into the annular distributor channel 11 and the pipe 4 is passed through a bore in the intermediate part. Thus, the motor, in particular the region of the stator, can be cooled with a cooling medium, such as oil or water. In the further bearing shield, not shown in the figure, which is arranged on the side of the motor axially facing away from the brake, an annular distributor channel is likewise arranged, into which the cooling channels open and from which the cooling medium can then be discharged from the motor through a further pipe line.In this way, the motor can be operated in a liquid-cooled manner, wherein the motor is designed as a brake motor and the brake nevertheless remains very compact. This is because the passage of the pipeline 4 from the B side, i.e. an axial end region, does not require any further construction volume. The pipe 4 extends axially and linearly. It therefore does not have to be bent. Thus, the coolant supply can be performed from the B side. The electrical connections can likewise be actuated from the B side. This is because the function of the connection box is arranged axially behind the brake. On the side of the brake facing away axially from the stator, in particular of the coil body 7, electrical connection devices and coolant supply are thus arranged. Thus, the radial expansion of the motor is small. The pipeline 4 is designed with a larger cross section in the axial region covered by the connection device 5 than in the axial region covered by the coil body 7.The pipeline 4 is thus designed to taper from the housing surface toward the housing part 10.The pipeline 4 is inserted into a recess of the housing part 10 and sealed off from the housing part 10 by means of seals, such as O-rings. The recess opens into the annular distributor channel 11.The cable gland 2, i.e. the lead-out of the electrical lines, is arranged at a non-disappearing radial distance and is spaced apart in the circumferential direction from the pipeline 4, which is or may be arranged at the same or similar radial distance. The pipeline 4 can be designed as a pipe part, for example made of copper. The tubular part can also be made in multiple pieces, in which case the parts must then be tightly connected to one another.List of reference characters1 Housing part 2 cable feedthrough part, in particular cable screw connection 3 cable 4 pipeline 5 connection device 6 spring element 7 coil body, in particular magnetic body 8 armature disk 9 intermediate part 10 housing part, in particular bearing plate 11 annular distributor channel 12 connecting screw 13 housing part 14 rotor 15 brake lining carrier
