Description

The invention relates to a rear wheel independent suspension of a motor vehicle with an electric drive train. The invention further relates to a motor vehicle having an electric drive train and such a rear wheel independent suspension.According to U.S. Pat. No. 5,918,692 A, a vehicle frame is intended to be made compact. A rectangular frame part comprises a vehicle body frame on which the front wheels are mounted via guide links and the rear wheels via trailing links. Both the front and rear wheels are suspended from front and rear shock absorbers. The heights of the pivot points are almost equal to the height of the rectangular frame part. A battery is accommodated in the space defined by the rectangular frame member, and the rear portion of the vehicle body is extended to project beyond a swing drive unit. An engine is actually mounted on the trailing arms and the resulting pivot drive unit is pivotally mounted to the frame / chassis so that it can "swing vertically" relative to the chassis.U.S. Pat. No. 8,556,282 B2 proposes an axle for a motor vehicle, at least comprising a transverse leaf spring fastened to a structure of the motor vehicle directly or via an auxiliary frame via two first bearings, two links and two wheel carriers. In this case, in each case one end of the transverse leaf spring facing a wheel of the motor vehicle is rigidly connected to one of the links, wherein the links are aligned substantially in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle and are in each case connected to the structure via a second bearing directly or via an auxiliary frame and are in each case connected to one of the wheel carriers via at least one third bearing. In the field of vehicle technology, a wide variety of suspensions for the wheels of the motor vehicle are known in the prior art for motor vehicles. In particular, a distinction can be made between the independent wheel suspension predominantly used today in passenger cars and the rigid axle suspension mainly used in rear axles of commercial vehicles. In addition, however, there are also so-called semirigid axles in which the wheels of an axle provided on both sides or their wheel carriers are connected to two longitudinal control arms which are pivotably connected at an end on the body side to the vehicle body, usually to the chassis. The control arm axle known in the prior art is a special embodiment of the independent wheel suspension, which is frequently used in motor vehicles as a wheel suspension of a rear axle. The inclined link axle comprises in principle triangular inclined links which are fixedly connected to a wheel carrier and are mounted on the vehicle body in a movable, for example pivotable, manner. For example, US 2011 / 0 227 310 A1 describes an inclined link axle for a motor vehicle, which has an inclined link which is flexible about a vertical axis for each wheel of the axle and is connected to the vehicle structure or to an auxiliary frame via at least one bearing. Each wheel of the axle is connected to the respective flexible oblique link at least via a wheel bearing, as a result of which the flexible oblique link is the sole wheel guide element. In a described embodiment, at least one transverse leaf spring connected to the inclined link or to a wheel carrier is provided, and at least one damper connected to the flexible inclined link or to the wheel carrier is provided for each wheel suspension. It is also known from the prior art to use transverse leaf springs in wheel suspensions, in particular in rear wheel suspensions. The transverse leaf spring can assume one or more of the functions of a stabilizer, a spring and a wheel-guiding transverse link. For example, WO 2009 / 094 973 A1 describes an axle suspension, in particular a rear axle suspension, for a vehicle having a first longitudinal link which is fixedly connected to a first wheel carrier and is articulated on a body of the vehicle by means of a first bearing. Furthermore, the axle suspension system comprises a second longitudinal link which is fixedly connected to a second wheel carrier and is articulated to the vehicle body by means of a second bearing. As a result, the longitudinal control arms can be pivoted about a pivot axis relative to the vehicle body. The axle suspension further includes a first vehicle wheel rotatably supported on the first wheel carrier and a second vehicle wheel rotatably supported on the second wheel carrier. The two trailing arms are connected to one another by means of a transverse connection which, viewed from the bearings, is mounted rotatably on the trailing arms behind the wheel centers. In one described embodiment, the transverse connection is designed as a leaf spring and in particular as a leaf spring made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic (GRP), which is mounted or supported on the vehicle body between the two trailing arms. The transverse leaf spring can assume a wheel-guiding function.Furthermore, WO 2014 / 202 301 A1 describes a wheel suspension for a motor vehicle. The wheel suspension comprises two wheel carriers arranged opposite each other in the transverse direction of the vehicle, which can each be connected in an articulated manner via at least one wheel-guiding link to a structure provided for this purpose. Furthermore, the wheel suspension contains a transverse leaf spring which extends between these two wheel carriers and is mounted spaced apart from the two ends thereof in the region between the two ends thereof for the compression and rebound of the wheel carriers and is connected to the respectively associated wheel carrier in the region of the ends thereof. According to the invention, the wheel-guiding link is arranged in a lower link plane in the vehicle vertical direction and the transverse leaf spring is arranged in a link plane which is upper with respect thereto. By configuring an axle with a wheel guide by a transverse leaf spring, a number of components can be reduced and the axle can thus be designed overall in a favorable manner with regard to its weight and costs. In particular, by using the transverse leaf spring, additional links can be saved and in this way sufficient installation space can be created for a solution in which the wheel carriers can be connected to a drive unit, wherein the drive unit can be designed as a wheel hub motor or electric motor and / or internal combustion engine.Furthermore, WO 2016 / 096 293 A1 describes a rear suspension for a motor vehicle. The rear suspension includesa wheel carrier pivotable about a steering axis for controllably receiving a wheel,a wheel-guiding link which is arranged in a link plane which is lower with respect to the vehicle vertical axis and which is connected on the body side in an articulated manner to a structure provided for this purpose and is connected on the wheel side in an articulated manner to the wheel carrier,a wheel-guiding transverse link which is arranged in an upper link plane and which is connected on the body side in an articulated manner to the structure provided for this purpose and is connected on the wheel side in an articulated manner to the wheel carrier, anda transverse leaf spring with a two-point mounting on the superstructure side, which is connected at its end facing the wheel carrier behind the wheel center in relation to the direction of travel, in an articulated manner to the latter. The transverse link is arranged in front of the transverse leaf spring in the direction of travel and the transverse leaf spring is connected in an articulated manner to the wheel carrier below the transverse link in the vertical direction of the vehicle, so that the transverse leaf spring is designed as a track link for passive steering of the wheel via the wheel stroke. The transverse leaf spring accordingly combines three important functions of a rear suspension in a single component, namely that of the suspension system, the stabilizer system and the track link. As a result, the rear suspension is optimally suitable for a driven rear wheel axle, in particular with conventional drive technology or else with an electric drive, preferably a wheel hub motor. In view of the state of the art presented, the field of rear suspension systems for electrically driven rear wheels still offers room for improvements. The object of the invention is to provide a compact rear suspension of an electrically drivable motor vehicle which enables a high driving comfort. A motor vehicle improved in this respect is likewise intended to be disclosed.According to the invention, the object is achieved by a rear wheel suspension having the features of claim 1 or by a motor vehicle having the features of claim 7.What is disclosed is an independent rear wheel suspension of a motor vehicle having an electric drive train, having a left-hand inclined link and a right-hand inclined link, which can each be pivotably articulated at a body-side end with a respective pivot axis on a chassis of the motor vehicle and can be fixedly connected at a wheel carrier-side end to a respective wheel carrier, wherein the respective inclined links extend, starting from the respective pivot axis, with the respective wheel carrier-side end in a rearward direction, and wherein the wheel carriers have a respective rotational axis, and a transverse leaf spring for the suspension of rear wheels, wherein the transverse leaf spring is connected at the end of the wheel carrier-side ends of the inclined links in a rearward direction at a distance from the rotational axes, such that an open installation space for receiving at least part of the electric drive train, having an electric motor, is formed between the inclined links and the transverse leaf spring, wherein the electric motor is fastened to the chassis in front of the transverse leaf spring between the wheel carriers in alignment with their respective axes of rotation. The object is also achieved, however, by a motor vehicle having the features of claim 7.A motor vehicle having is disclosedan electric drive train including an electric motor and two drive shafts; anda previously described independent rear wheel suspension, wherein the electric motor is arranged in the open installation space between the helical control arms and the transverse leaf spring and each of the two drive shafts is operatively connected to one of the rear wheels of the motor vehicle, wherein the electric motor is fastened to the chassis between the wheel carriers in alignment with their respective axes of rotation in front of the transverse leaf spring.Further, particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the dependent dependent sub-claims.It should be noted that the features and measures individually listed in the following description can be combined with one another in any technically meaningful manner and reveal further configurations of the invention. The description additionally characterizes and specifies the invention, in particular in conjunction with the figures. The independent rear wheel suspension of a motor vehicle according to the invention with an electric drive train has a left-hand inclined link and a right-hand inclined link, which can be articulated in each case by a body-side end to a chassis of the motor vehicle and can be fixedly connected to a wheel carrier at a wheel carrier-side end, and a transverse leaf spring for the suspension of the rear wheels. The transverse leaf spring is connected at the end to the wheel carrier-side ends of the helical links, so that an open installation space is formed between the helical links and the transverse leaf spring for receiving at least part of the electric drive train.A "motor vehicle" is to be understood in the sense of this invention as meaning, in particular, a passenger car, a truck, a semi-trailer or a motor bus.The individual rear wheel suspension according to the invention makes it possible to achieve a high driving comfort. At the same time, with a suitable configuration, an installation space optimized for accommodating at least a part of the electric drive can be provided.Since the inclined links can be fixedly connected to the wheel carrier at their wheel carrier-side end, as an alternative to the connection of the transverse leaf spring to the wheel carrier-side ends of the inclined links, the transverse leaf spring can also be fixedly connected to the wheel carriers at the end.Preferably, the transverse leaf spring is fastened by a central region to the chassis of the motor vehicle. The transverse leaf spring can be arranged in such a way that in a state of the individual rear wheel suspension which is only statically loaded with the body load, it has an upwardly convex shape in the vertical direction. The transverse leaf spring can, however, also be designed such that in this state it extends substantially in a plane which is arranged parallel to a roadway surface. Here, positions of the linkage between the cross leaf spring and the tilt links are arranged spaced apart from rotation axes of the rear wheels in a rearward direction. In this way, it can be achieved that the open installation space comprises regions close to the wheel axis, which are of particular value for accommodating at least part of the electric drive.Preferably, the connection of the transverse leaf spring to the wheel carrier-side ends of the inclined links is brought about by means of at least one substantially vertically oriented coupling rod or a vertical shear pad unit. As a result, regions close to the wheel axis in the vertical direction for receiving at least a part of the electric drive can also be kept free.A "coupling rod" (also: pendulum rod) is to be understood in the sense of this invention as a straight, usually metallic rod, at the ends of which fastening elements are mounted in an articulated manner, for example by rubber bearings. Coupling rods can only transmit forces in the longitudinal direction. As a result, a vertical distance is defined between a wheel carrier-side end of the inclined links and the linked end of the transverse leaf spring; lateral movements are, however, made possible to a predetermined extent. Coupling rods are widely used in vehicle technology and are used, for example, for fastening stabilizers (torsion springs). A similar function may be achieved by the vertical shear pad assembly, which may include, for example, elastomeric materials that are stretched upon application of transverse forces. If the wheel carrier-side ends of the inclined links are arranged below the axes of rotation of the rear wheels and the body-side ends of the inclined links are arranged above the axes of rotation, regions close to the wheel axis, which are also arranged close to the wheel, can be provided as open installation space. In preferred embodiments, the body-side ends of the inclined guide rods are designed in the form of forks and are equipped with two separate bushes for articulation to the chassis of the motor vehicle. In this way, in a suitable configuration, recesses can be provided on the inclined control arms, whereby a weight reduction of the unsprung mass of the motor vehicle can be achieved while preserving the intended function of the inclined control arms.Preferably, at each of the wheel carrier-side ends of the inclined control arms, means for connecting a damping element are provided. Due to the close connection of a damping element to each end of the transverse leaf spring, an effective damping of excited oscillations can be achieved. The damping elements are preferably designed as shock absorbers. In preferred embodiments, the transverse leaf spring consists predominantly of a composite material. In this way, a transverse leaf spring of light construction with a particularly great weight reduction compared to conventional transverse leaf springs made of steel can be provided. The term "to a predominant extent" is to be understood in the sense of the invention in particular as meaning a proportion of more than 50% by volume, preferably of more than 70% by volume and, particularly preferably, of more than 90% by volume. In particular, the term is intended to include the possibility that the transverse leaf spring consists entirely, i.e. to an extent of 100% by volume, of the composite material. The composite material can be designed, for example, as a fiber-plastic composite (LCV). In particular, the composite material can comprise carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP), glass fiber-reinforced plastic (GRP) and / or aramid fiber-reinforced plastic (ARP).In another aspect of the invention, a motor vehicle is proposed that comprises an electric drive train that includes an electric motor and two drive shafts. Furthermore, the motor vehicle is equipped with a previously described independent rear wheel suspension. The electric motor is arranged in the open installation space between the inclined guide rods and the transverse leaf spring, and each of the two drive shafts is operatively connected to one of the rear wheels of the motor vehicle. The term "operatively connected" is to be understood in particular in the sense of this invention to mean that operatively connected objects are mechanically connected to one another in such a way that a transmission of a force and / or a torque and / or a torsion torque between the objects is possible. The transmission can be effected both by direct contact and indirectly, by an intermediate element. The advantages described in connection with the proposed independent rear wheel suspension can be fully transferred to such a motor vehicle. In preferred embodiments of the motor vehicle, the electric motor is arranged in a central region of the open installation space, and the two drive shafts are arranged, starting from one side of the electric motor in each case, in alignment with the axis of rotation of one of the rear wheels. In this way, short, effective transmission paths for force or torque from the electric motor to the rear wheels can be advantageously achieved, whereby components can also be saved in a suitable embodiment. As already mentioned, the electric motor is fastened to the chassis of the motor vehicle, whereby the unsprung mass of the motor vehicle can be kept low.Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims and the following description of the figures. It shows: FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of an inventive independent rear wheel suspension of a motor vehicle with an electric drive train in an installed state in a plan view.FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a possible embodiment of an independent rear wheel suspension 10 according to the invention of a motor vehicle with an electric drive train 60 in a plan view. A straight-ahead direction of travel 68 of the motor vehicle, which is designed as a passenger car, points from the bottom upward in FIG. 1, i.e. parallel to the X direction. The independent rear wheel suspension 10 has a left-hand inclined link 14 and a right-hand inclined link 28, which are each manufactured from steel by way of example and have an outer shape which substantially corresponds to the shape of a tapered equilateral triangle. The inclined guide rods 14, 28 (left inclined guide rod 14, right inclined guide rod 28) can also be formed from other materials, with light metals or composite materials, including fiber-reinforced plastics. Each of the two inclined links 14, 28 (left inclined link 14, right inclined link 28) is articulated with a body-side end, which corresponds to the base of the equilateral triangle, to an auxiliary support of the chassis (not shown) of the motor vehicle or directly to the chassis (not shown) of the motor vehicle. The body-side ends of the inclined guide rods 14, 28 (left inclined guide rod 14, right inclined guide rod 28) are designed in the form of forks and are each equipped with two separate bushes 16, 18, 30, 32 for articulation to the auxiliary carrier of the chassis or directly to the chassis, so that the left inclined guide rod 14 is mounted so as to be pivotable about a left pivot axis 20 running obliquely with respect to the straight-ahead direction of travel 68 and the right inclined guide rod 28 is mounted so as to be pivotable about a right pivot axis 34 running obliquely with respect to the straight-ahead direction of travel 68. Between its two bushes 16, 18, 30, 32, each of the inclined guide rods 14, 28 (left inclined guide rod 14, right inclined guide rod 28) is provided with a circular-segment-shaped recess 22, 36 for saving weight. The left inclined link 14 is fixedly connected to the left wheel carrier 48 at a wheel carrier-side end of one side, corresponding to a leg of the equilateral triangle. In a mirror-image manner, the right inclined link 28 is fixedly connected to the right wheel carrier 54 at an end on the wheel carrier side, corresponding to a limb of the equilateral triangle. In this way, the left rear wheel 50 mounted on the left wheel carrier 48, the left wheel carrier 48 and the left control arm 14 are pivotable about the left pivot axis 20 and are mounted independently of the right rear wheel 56 mounted on the right wheel carrier 54 and mounted together with the right control arm 28 such that they can be pivoted about the right pivot axis 34.The left rear wheel 50 and the right rear wheel 56 are mounted in a manner known per se on the corresponding wheel carrier 48, 54 in such a way that they are rotatably mounted about a left rotational axis 52 and a right rotational axis 58, respectively. In a state of the independent rear suspension 10 which is only statically loaded with the body load, the wheel carrier-side ends of the inclined links 14, 28 (left inclined link 14, right inclined link 28) are arranged below the axes of rotation 52, 58 of the rear wheels 50, 56 and the body-side ends of the inclined links 14, 28 (left inclined link 14, right inclined link 28) are arranged above the axes of rotation 52, 58.Furthermore, the independent rear wheel suspension 10 according to the invention has a transverse leaf spring 42 for the suspension of the rear wheels 50, 56.The transverse leaf spring 42 consists to a predominant extent of more than 95% by volume of a composite material, in this specific embodiment of a fiber-plastic composite. The fiber-plastic composite is designed as a glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin (GRP). In the installed state illustrated in FIG. 1, the elongated transverse leaf spring 42 lies in a plane (YZ plane) which is arranged perpendicular to the straight-ahead direction of travel 68. The transverse leaf spring 42 has a substantially rectangular cross section which varies along its direction of extension in order to achieve a predetermined spring characteristic. The transverse leaf spring 42 is firmly connected to the chassis of the motor vehicle by means of two spring clamps 44, 46 on both sides of a central axis 70 of the motor vehicle. The transverse leaf spring 42 is further connected at the end to the wheel carrier-side ends of the inclined links 14, 28 (left inclined link 14, right inclined link 28). In this case, positions of the connection between the transverse leaf spring 42 and the inclined links 14, 28 (left inclined link 14, right inclined link 28) are arranged spaced apart from the axes of rotation 52, 58 of the rear wheels 50, 56 in a rearward direction. The end connection of the transverse leaf spring 42 to the wheel carrier-side ends of the left-hand control arm 14 and of the right-hand control arm 28 is brought about by means of two substantially vertically oriented coupling rods 24, 38, the movable bearings of which are screwed in each case to one end of the transverse leaf spring 42 and to the wheel carrier-side end of one of the control arms 14, 28 (left-hand control arm 14, right-hand control arm 28). In this case, the coupling rods 24, 38 allow relative movements between the ends of the transverse leaf spring 42 and the respective wheel carrier-side end of one of the inclined links 14, 28 (left inclined link 14, right inclined link 28) in the XY plane within predetermined limits. In this way, the wheel carrier-side ends of the inclined links 14, 28 (left inclined link 14, right inclined link 28) are resiliently connected to the chassis of the motor vehicle. Near the position of the connection at the end of the transverse leaf spring 42, means for fastening a shock absorber (not shown) in the form of fastening holes 26, 40 are provided on each of the oblique links 14, 28 (left oblique link 14, right oblique link 28).As can be seen from FIG. 1, the left-hand inclined link 14, the right-hand inclined link 28 and the transverse leaf spring 42 are arranged in such a way that an open installation space 12 is formed. The open mounting space 12 is provided for receiving a portion of the electric drive train 60 of the motor vehicle. The electric drive train 60 of the motor vehicle comprises, among other things, an electric motor 62 and a left drive shaft 64 and a right drive shaft 66, which are designed as articulated shafts. The electric motor 62 has an elongate shape and is arranged transversely to the straight-ahead direction of travel in the open installation space 12, namely in a central region of the open installation space 12, between the inclined links 14, 28 (left inclined link 14, right inclined link 28) and the transverse leaf spring 42 and is fastened to the chassis of the motor vehicle. Each of the two drive shafts 64, 66 is arranged in alignment with one of the axes of rotation 52, 58 of the rear wheels 50, 56 starting from a respective transverse side of the electric motor 62, in a state of the individual rear wheel suspension 10 which is only statically loaded with the body load. The two drive shafts 64, 66 are also operatively connected to one of the rear wheels 50, 56 for transmitting a drive torque. The propeller shafts resemble movements of the rear wheels 50, 56 relative to the electric motor 62 during travel of the motor vehicle.List of reference numbers:10 Independent rear wheel suspension 12 open installation space 14 left inclined link 16 bushing 18 bushing 20 left pivot axis 22 recess 24 coupling rod 26 fastening hole shock absorber 28 right inclined link 30 bushing 32 bushing 34 right pivot axis 36 recess 38 coupling rod 40 fastening hole shock absorber 42 transverse leaf spring 44 spring clip 46 spring clip 48 left wheel carrier 50 left rear wheel 52 left rotational axis 54 right wheel carrier 56 right rear wheel 58 right rotational axis 60 electric drive train 62 electric motor 64 left drive shaft 66 right drive shaft 68 straight-ahead direction of travel 70 central axis of the motor vehicle
