Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of hand tools, in particular to a portable saw. STATE OF THE ART

[0002] The traditional saw design involves a saw blade mounted on a bracket. This design is bulky and inconvenient to carry and store. Furthermore, the saw blade is constantly exposed, which can easily lead to accidental injuries, thus creating hidden safety risks.

[0003] The prior art discloses a telescopic saw with a saw blade mounted telescopically on the handle. This saw has a smaller volume and is convenient to carry and store. When not in use, the saw blade can be retracted into the handle, thus preventing accidental misuse from causing injury. However, such telescopic saws have a relatively complex locking structure, making operation inconvenient.

[0004] DE 102011012190 A1 discloses a handsaw with two differently shaped areas along the length of the saw blade and a two-part handle.

[0005] DE 202006003049 U1 discloses a hand saw, comprising a handle having a working end, a guide formed in the handle and open to the front at least at the working end of the handle, a saw blade displaceably arranged in the guide, and a fixing device for fixing the saw blade in positions relative to the guide in which the saw blade protrudes to different extents from the working end of the handle.

[0006] US 2013 / 0055573 A1 discloses a tool, such as a saw or a knife, having a hollow handle and a blade element which can be moved alternately into a storage position or a use position, wherein the blade element is surrounded and protected by the handle in the storage position and protrudes from the handle as an extension of the handle in the use position, wherein the blade element can be locked by locking means with respect to the handle either into the storage position or into the use position.

[0007] CN 202726186 U discloses a novel retractable blade saw. The saw comprises a handle, a saw blade, an adjusting nut used to lock the saw blade, and a saw blade sliding block used to drive the saw blade to slide. The handle comprises a first handle body and a second handle body combined in a clamping operation, a guide through groove passing through one body, disposed on at least one of the first handle body and the second handle body, and the adjusting nut passes through the guide through groove, is connected to the saw blade sliding block, and is in coupling fit with the saw blade sliding block. CONTENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0008] The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems of the prior art. To this end, the present invention provides a portable saw with a retractable saw blade and convenient operation.

[0009] A portable saw in an embodiment according to a first aspect of the present invention, comprising: a saw blade; a handle, wherein a receiving cavity is provided on the handle, in which a sliding block is slidably arranged, and wherein a release opening is provided at one end of the receiving cavity, through which an end portion of the saw blade is firmly connected to the sliding block; a locking device comprising a connecting rod and a trigger handle, wherein one end of the connecting rod is connected to the sliding block, and wherein an end portion of the trigger handle is pivotally connected to the other end of the connecting rod, and wherein a strip-shaped through-hole is provided on a side wall of the receiving cavity, and wherein the connecting rod is passed through the strip-shaped through-hole and is slidable in the strip-shaped through-hole,and wherein a pressing part is arranged at an end of the trigger handle nearer the connecting rod, and wherein the pressing part is arranged eccentrically relative to the joint center between the connecting rod and the trigger handle, and wherein the trigger handle, in the pressed state, is rotatable relative to the connecting rod until the pressing part abuts the handle, so that the side wall of the receiving cavity is clamped between the pressing part and the sliding block to limit the sliding of the sliding block, and wherein the trigger handle, in the pulled state, is rotatable relative to the connecting rod until the pressing part is separated from the handle to release the limitation for the sliding block.

[0010] The portable saw in the present embodiment of the present invention has at least the following advantages: in use, only the trigger handle needs to be pushed or pulled to restrict the sliding of the sliding block or to release the restriction for the sliding block, thereby locking the saw blade or releasing the lock for the saw blade; the saw has a simple structure and convenient operation, and locking or unlocking the saw blade can be quickly realized.

[0011] In some embodiments of the present invention, the contact surface of the pressing part is a flat surface, and the handle is provided with a flat surface at a position where the handle abuts the pressing part when the saw blade is fully extended. When the pressing part is matingly abutted against the handle, the release handle will not rotate relative to the connecting rod due to external factors such as vibrations, which is beneficial for improving the reliability and stability of the locking device.

[0012] In some embodiments of the present invention, the handle is provided with a step to limit the pressing part when the saw blade is fully extended. When the pressing part is matingly seated against the handle, a limit for the pressing part can be formed to prevent the trigger handle from rotating relative to the connecting rod due to external factors such as vibrations, thereby further improving the reliability and stability of the locking device.

[0013] In some embodiments of the present invention, the trigger handle is provided with a first arcuate surface at the end near the connecting rod to facilitate rotation of the trigger handle relative to the connecting rod.

[0014] In some embodiments of the present invention, a suspension structure for suspending the handle is arranged on the handle, wherein after receiving the saw blade in the receiving cavity, the handle can be suspended from the waist of the user, thereby facilitating carrying.

[0015] In some embodiments of the present invention, the suspension structure comprises an elastic tongue bent from a rod body so that one end of the elastic tongue has two pivot shafts offset upwards and downwards, a C-shaped notch is provided on the handle, and two offset pivot holes corresponding to the two pivot shafts are provided on the handle at the C-shaped notch, and the elastic tongue is rotatably arranged on the C-shaped notch by a fitting between the pivot shafts and the pivot holes and can form a lock at the C-shaped notch. When the elastic buckle tongue is pressed, it can rotate and release the lock at the C-shaped notch; when the elastic buckle tongue is pressed and rotates, the rotation center of the elastic buckle tongue is located at the axis of one of the pivot shafts, while the other pivot shaft is limited by a pivot hole matching with the pivot shaft, whereby the two pivot shafts are offset to the left and right and generate an elastic deformation force; when the elastic buckle tongue is no longer pressed, it can be restored under the action of the elastic deformation force generated by the left and right offset of the two pivot shafts.

[0016] In some embodiments of the present invention, an end of the connecting rod connected to the sliding block is provided with a limiting part, wherein a counterbore is provided on the sliding block, and wherein the connecting rod passes through the counterbore and can be coupled to the sliding block through the limiting part. When the pressing part is matingly engaged with the handle, the sliding block can be clamped between the limiting part and an inner side wall of the receiving cavity to limit the sliding of the sliding block.

[0017] According to the invention, the connecting rod is a square rod member to limit the rotation of the connecting rod in the strip-shaped through hole and thus limit the rotation of the slide block, thereby preventing fluctuation of the saw blade to improve operation stability.

[0018] In some embodiments of the present invention, a second arcuate surface is provided on both sides of the sliding block, wherein the inner side wall of the receiving cavity is formed in an arcuate shape corresponding to the second arcuate surfaces so as to facilitate the sliding block to slide in the receiving cavity.
