Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an air guiding device according to the preamble of claim 1.From German laid-open specification DE 31 07 692 A1 and Japanese patent abstract JP 2010-132 208 A, devices for ventilating and cooling vehicle brakes are known. From the German laid-open specification DE 10 2011 052 175 A1, DE 10 2011 056 161 A1 and the European patent specification EP 0 778 187 B1, air guiding devices for cooling wheel brakes are known, having a profiled deflection element which is held on the vehicle side on an axle component, such as a wheel control arm. German utility model DE 88 02 975 U1 discloses an air guiding device for cooling wheel brakes of a motor vehicle, having a profiled deflection element which is set against the incoming air flow and is held on the vehicle side on the wheel link and is arranged so as to lead the air flow to the brake, wherein the U-shaped receptacle is surrounded by a bracket which can be connected at the end side to the link via fastening screws. German laid-open specification DE 10 2006 061 308 A1 discloses a holder having at least one spring element for pressing a component onto a vehicle window, wherein the spring element is connected to a retaining foot which can be connected to the vehicle window by adhesive bonding and to a holder frame comprising the component, wherein the holder frame, after mounting on the vehicle window, is held at a distance from the vehicle window by at least one holder foot formed on the holder frame, and wherein the at least one spring element is formed integrally on the holder frame, wherein the at least one spring element is formed as a spring clip which is formed on one side of the holder frame and can be latched to another side of the holder frame, wherein the spring clip latched to the holder frame engages over the receiving opening and bears resiliently against the component inserted into the receiving opening.Proceeding from the prior art, the object of the invention is to enable stable fastening of an air guiding device for supplying cooling air to a wheel control arm contour in a simple manner with the aid of a fastening device. The object is achieved by an air guiding device having the features of claim 1 and by a bending plate holder having the features of claim 7. This provides the advantage that the wheel link can be designed, for example, as a forged part without the tolerance-afflicted wheel link contour having to be processed in order to position the air-guiding device exactly on the wheel link contour and to fix it in a stable manner. Casting and forging contours have a wide tolerance band. Above all in the area of tool parting, casting and / or forging contours often deviate greatly from a theoretical target contour. This has the result that connection geometries can only be implemented with difficulty on unprocessed casting and / or forging surfaces. Fits and clean shape-locking structures are generally not possible without machining. By means of the claimed bending plate holder, the fastening device can be positioned, aligned and fastened in a defined manner on the unprocessed suspension arm. The bending plate holder is particularly advantageously constructed such that the bending plate holder, when fastened, in particular when tightening fastening means such as screws, with which the bending plate holder is fastened, for example, to the air guiding device, fits against the unprocessed wheel link contour. A stable fastening of the air guiding device to the wheel link contour is made possible in a simple manner. The clamping body is advantageously fastened with its ends facing away from one another to the air guiding device. In this case, the clamping body engages around the wheel link in a substantially U-shaped manner. The compensating volume on the clamping body is advantageously arranged in a region of a particular imprecision of the blank, in particular in the region of a tool separation of a tool which is used for producing the wheel control arm. A component geometry of the wheel control arm subject to tolerances can thus yield into the compensation volume without the stability of the fastening of the air guiding device to the wheel control arm being impaired. The bending reserve is advantageously dimensioned such that, when the fastening means described above are tightened, maximum tolerances to be expected on the unprocessed wheel control arm contour are automatically compensated for by the bending plate holder.A preferred exemplary embodiment of the air guiding device is characterized in that the clamping body has fastening regions at opposite ends, which fastening regions are fixed to the air guiding device with the aid of fastening means, wherein the clamping body can deform in the elastically deformable deformation section in order to compensate tolerances on the suspension arm contour until the bending reserve is used up. The fastening means are, for example, screws which are screwed into corresponding threaded bores on the air guiding device in order to fix the fastening regions of the clamping body on the air guiding device. To produce the bending reserve, the bending plate holder is formed from a suitable sheet metal material. The sheet material is, for example, an aluminum sheet material or a stainless steel sheet material.A further preferred exemplary embodiment of the air guiding device is characterized in that the fastening regions are arranged perpendicular to one another. For fastening to the air guiding device, fastening domes are advantageously attached to the air guiding device, which are equipped with fastening surfaces which are likewise arranged perpendicular to one another. During assembly, a fastening region is advantageously initially fixed to the air guiding device. When the fastening means are tightened in the second fastening region, a desired deformation is then initiated in the deformation section of the clamping body.A further preferred exemplary embodiment of the air guiding device is characterized in that the fastening regions each comprise at least two through-holes spaced apart from one another. Thus, each fastening region can be fixed in a simple manner in a reproducible and stable manner on the air guiding device.A further preferred exemplary embodiment of the air guiding device is characterized in that the bending plate holder has at least two positioning tabs which start from the clamping body and extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the wheel link in opposite directions. Thus, the bending plate holder can be positioned in a simple manner stably on the wheel link in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the wheel link. The invention further relates to a bending plate holder for an air guiding device described above. The bending plate holder can be sold separately. The invention optionally also relates to a motor vehicle having an air guiding device described above.Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description, in which various exemplary embodiments are described in detail with reference to the drawing. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is an exploded view of an air guiding device which can be fastened to a wheel link with the aid of a fastening device which is designed as a bending plate holder; and FIGS. 2, 3 to 4 show three different perspective views of the bending plate holder in the fastened state.FIG. 1 shows an exploded view of an air-guiding device 1 with a fastening device 2 and a wheel control arm 3. The clamping body 25 rests with a base 28 against the wheel control arm 3. A lower leg 29 connects the base 28 to the attachment tabs 11, 12. an upper leg 30 connects the base 28 to the attachment tabs 13, 14.
