TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] This disclosure relates to the technical field of relays, and more particularly to a hinged, highly insulating small electromagnetic relay. BACKGROUND

[0002] A hinged magnetic circuit structure is a typical structure widely used in the relay industry. Due to its simple design and relatively simple manufacturing complexity, this structure is suitable for relays of various sizes and loads. However, due to its structural limitations, relays of this type also have the disadvantage of poor insulation performance, especially in small products, which is more evident due to the limited size and space.

[0003] A hinged small electromagnetic relay of related technology is shown in Fig. 1 to 4. The relay includes a coil bobbin 101, a bracket 102, an iron core 103, a movable spring armature assembly 104, a terminal for a normally open fixed contact 105, a terminal for a normally closed fixed contact 106, and a housing 107. As a main body of the relay, the coil bobbin 101 has a cylindrical portion 108 arranged symmetrically in a width direction W of the coil bobbin 101. Two coil terminals 109 of the coil are arranged on the same side bottom in the width direction W of the coil bobbin 101 and are substantially coplanar, one to the left and one to the right, in a length direction L of the coil bobbin 101. An integrally symmetrical round rod-shaped iron core 103 is inserted into a hole of the cylindrical portion 108 of the coil bobbin (ie,The iron core hole of the coil bobbin 101 is fitted into the coil bobbin 101, and an L-shaped bracket 102, which is integrally symmetrical in the width direction W of the coil bobbin 101, is fitted into the coil bobbin 101 and riveted to the iron core 103 to form a whole. The normally open fixed contact terminal 105 and the normally closed fixed contact terminal 106, which are integrally L-shaped, are each fitted into the coil bobbin 101 in a transverse direction of the width direction W from the other side of the coil bobbin 101 opposite the coil terminals 109, and are closely engaged with the coil bobbin 101 through an extension end of the contact surface. After fitting and positioning, the terminal for the normally open fixed contact 105 and the terminal for the normally closed fixed contact 106 extend from the output terminals at the lower part of a winding window of the coil body 101 and run substantially coplanar one left and one right along the length direction L. In the winding window of the coil body 101, the terminal for the normally open fixed contact 105 and the terminal for the normally closed fixed contact 106 overlap in a front-to-back direction in the width direction W.Above the winding window of the coil former 101, the coil former 101 is provided with a raised mechanism 110 for limiting the terminal for the normally open fixed contact 105 and the terminal for the normally closed fixed contact 106. The highest portion of the raised mechanism 110 is positioned higher than a contact extension surface of the fixed contact terminal for positioning. After the movable spring armature assembly 104 and the outer surface of the bracket 102 are clamped and limited, a one-piece relay section is formed. After the relay section is encased in the housing 107, a relay is formed.

[0004] The above-mentioned hinged small electromagnetic relay has the following disadvantages: (1) The insulation distance between an input end (the coil) and an output end (the fixed contact terminal and the bracket) is insufficient, limiting the insulation parameters of the product. (2) The fixed contact terminals are inserted from the coil body side and clamped and positioned on the coil body by the contact extension surface. In such an installation mode, it is difficult to ensure and adjust a qualified rate of the mechanical parameters of the relay due to the complete dependence of the mechanical parameters of the relay, such as contact pitch and contact overstroke, on the processing accuracy of the coil body.(3) Since protruding plastic blocks must be placed at many heights above the coil former's winding window, if the relay has a limited height, the space at the height of the coil former's winding window may already be occupied, the winding space may be affected, the coil's ampere-turn number cannot be improved, and the relay performance may be limited. (4) Since the position where the fixed contact terminal is clamped to the plastic is around the contact point, there is a risk that plastic chips will fall into the contacts and cause them to lose conductivity. There is also a hidden risk of reducing the insulation performance between the contacts because contact splashes may place a buildup of plastic on the periphery.(5) The terminal for the normally open fixed contact and the terminal for the normally closed fixed contact will overlap back and forth in the width direction in the winding window of the coil body, the distance of the fixed contact terminal closer to the inside from a coil is shorter, thereby reducing the insulation distance to the coil, and the structure of the two fixed contact terminals in the winding window must be bent in the length direction L of the coil body, which increases the difficulty and complexity of processing the parts.

[0005] To solve the above problems, there are mainly two methods used in related technology. One method is to wrap the coil and the coil output terminal with a full circle of adhesive tape to increase the insulation performance between the coil, the bracket, and the fixed contact terminals. However, this method of wrapping the surface of the coil (enamel-insulated wire) with adhesive tape, on the one hand, has a risk of coil breakage and, on the other hand, may increase costs due to the addition of materials and the manufacturing process. The other method is to install insulating plates between the coil and the bracket to improve the insulation performance between the coil and the bracket. However, this method of installing insulating plates between the coil and the bracket has the following drawbacks: (1) The installation is difficult, so the consistency of the insulation effect cannot be guaranteed.(2) The space for installing the insulation plates must be kept clear, which compromises the space for coil winding and adversely affects the improvement of product performance. (3) It is difficult to solve the problem of insufficient insulation clearance between the coil terminal and the contact. (4) Costs will increase due to the addition of materials and manufacturing processes. Furthermore, neither of these two methods can solve the problem of foreign matter in contact positions and insulation deterioration during use.

[0006] DE 197 47 167 C1 discloses an electromagnetic relay with a coil body which forms a coil tube with two flanges and carries a winding on the coil tube, wherein a first of the two flanges forms a switching chamber with a bottom side parallel to the coil axis, wherein an axial core is arranged within the coil tube, which forms a pole face towards the switching chamber and is connected to an L-shaped yoke in the region of the second flange, wherein the yoke, with its free end in the region of the switching chamber, forms a bearing edge perpendicular to the bottom side for a plate-shaped armature, which forms a working air gap with the pole face of the core, wherein at least one first fixed contact carrier carrying a first fixed contact is anchored in the coil body near the movable armature end, and wherein a contact spring formed from flat strip material is connected to the armature, wherein it carries a movable contact at a free end in the region of the movable armature end and is connected by a terminal section to a contact spring terminal pin of the relay.

[0007] JP H03 - 32 345 U discloses an electromagnetic relay including a magnetic element, a spring-loaded element, a coil and a contact, wherein a head of the iron core opposes terminals of a magnetic drive element and the head is biased relative to the coil and a portion of the iron core.

[0008] CN 1 06 206 166 A discloses an electromagnetic relay with an injection-molded yoke including a movable contact piece, an L-shaped yoke, and a coil. A horizontal side of the yoke and an iron core in the coil are fixed, and a vertical side of the yoke is parallel to an axis of the iron core. On the vertical side of the yoke, a plastic layer is molded on a surface facing the coil. On the surface opposite the coil, a plastic bump is molded in an injection molding mode, and the yoke and the movable contact piece are fixed by the plastic bump. SUMMARY

[0012] In one aspect of the present disclosure, a first through-hole for positioning and mounting the lower end of the jacket tube of the iron core is provided on one side of the bracket, and there is a predetermined distance between the center line on one side of the bracket corresponding to the width of the coil body and the center line of the first through-hole on one side of the bracket corresponding to the width direction of the coil body.

[0013] In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the magnetic pole portion of the iron core is circular, oval, or rectangular.

[0014] In one aspect of the present disclosure, the fixed contact block includes an upper fixed contact terminal and a lower fixed contact terminal, wherein the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal are each L-shaped, the vertical plate bodies of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal are each disposed between the upper flange and the lower flange of the coil bobbin and are located on the other side of the coil terminals in the width direction of the coil bobbin, the portions of the vertical plate bodies of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal that are located in the winding window of the coil bobbin are vertical structures and are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the coil bobbin.

[0015] In one aspect of the present disclosure, a thickness direction of the vertical plate bodies of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal coincides with a width direction of the coil former, wherein the portions of the vertical plate bodies of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal located in the winding window of the coil former are coplanar on the other side of the width of the coil former.

[0016] In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the upper flange and the lower flange of the coil body are each provided with second through holes and third through holes which are closed in a ring shape and through which the vertical plate bodies of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal are inserted, so that the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal can be installed in the coil body only from top to bottom.

[0020] In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a retaining wall is further arranged between the two second through-holes located on the upper flange in the upper flange in the upper flange of the coil body in order to lengthen the insulating distance between the terminal for the upper fixed contact and the terminal for the lower fixed contact.

[0021] Compared with the related art, the present disclosure has the following advantageous features:

[0022] 1. It is introduced in the present disclosure that the magnetic pole portion of the iron core is arranged on the upper flange of the coil bobbin and is located at the middle position in the width direction of the coil bobbin, that the coil terminals 1 are installed on the lower flange of the coil bobbin and are located on one side in the width direction of the coil bobbin, and that the fixed contact block is arranged between the upper flange and the lower flange of the coil bobbin and is located on the other side in the width direction of the coil bobbin. And the axis of the cylindrical portion is designed to deviate from the width center line of the coil bobbin to a direction away from the fixed contact block by a predetermined distance, so that the axial center of symmetry of the outer tube of the iron core is offset from the axial center of symmetry of the magnetic pole portion of the iron core by the predetermined distance.According to the structure of the present disclosure, by holding the magnetic pole portion of the iron core at the axial symmetry center of the product, the cylindrical portion of the coil body and the casing tube of the iron core are arranged eccentrically, so that the coil (for example, after the coil is wound on the cylindrical portion) is integrally eccentric and tilts toward the side farthest from the fixed contact block. This allows the distance between the coil and the fixed contact terminal to be increased without affecting the balance of the magnetic circuit, thereby lengthening the creepage distance between the coil and the fixed contact terminal and improving the insulation performance.

[0023] 2. It is introduced in the present disclosure that the cylindrical portion of the coil body is arranged eccentrically when the ampere-turns of the coil remain unchanged in order to increase the distance between the coil and the fixed contact terminal, lengthen the creepage distance, and improve the dielectric breakdown strength.Meanwhile, the cylindrical portion of the coil body may also shift to the direction away from the bracket in the length direction of the coil body to further increase the insulation between the coil and the bracket, whereby, when the distance between the coil and the fixed contact terminal is sufficient and does not need to be increased, the ampere-turns can be increased, the ampere-turn number can be improved, the contact suction can be enhanced and thereby the contact pressure can be further increased, the springback can be reduced, the contact stability can be ensured, the arcing can be reduced, and the service life and reliability of the contacts can be improved.

[0024] 3. It is introduced in the present disclosure that the cylindrical portion of the coil bobbin is arranged eccentrically and slopes toward a side far from the fixed contact block to leave space for installing the fixed contact terminal on the coil bobbin. According to the present disclosure, the portions of the vertical plate bodies of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal located in the winding window of the coil bobbin are vertical structures and are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the coil bobbin, and the portions of the vertical plate bodies of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal located in the winding window of the coil bobbin are arranged coplanarly on the other side of the width of the coil bobbin.According to the structure of the present disclosure, the insulation distance between the fixed contact block and the coil can be ensured while reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the fixed contact block, wherein the portions of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal in the winding window of the coil body are vertical structures to avoid the disadvantages caused by the bending of the fixed contact terminal in the related art and reduce the manufacturing process while reducing the size of the relay, thereby realizing downsizing.

[0025] 4. It is introduced in the present disclosure that the upper flange and the lower flange of the coil body are each provided with a second through-hole and a third through-hole, which are closed in a ring shape, and through which the vertical plate body and the vertical plate body, which are respectively adapted to the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal, are inserted, so that the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal are installed in the coil body from top to bottom. Since the insertion direction of the fixed contact terminal is from top to bottom, this direction is a direction that affects the contact pitch and overtravel of the relay.By automatically adjusting the position of the fixed contact terminal while it is being pushed in, the mechanical parameters of the relay can be adjusted in real time, the qualification rate of the parameters can be effectively improved, and the dependence on the precision of the parts of the coil body can be reduced, and meanwhile, such a top-down assembly method can also enable the implementation of automatic assembly.

[0026] 5. It is introduced in the present disclosure that a surface in the thickness direction of the lower portions of the vertical plate body of the upper fixed contact terminal and the vertical plate body of the lower fixed contact terminal is provided with clamping protrusions that are fixed to corresponding third through-holes. The upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal are fixed to the coil former by matching the clamping protrusions of the lower portions of the vertical plate bodies with the corresponding third through-holes of the lower flange of the coil former. The clamping position of the fixed contact terminal and the coil body are located at the bottom of the coil body, facing away from the contact mechanism, and insulated by a large plastic area in the center in such a way that foreign plastic in the clamping position is not easily transferred to the contact position. Furthermore, since the position of the fixed contact terminal does not need to be positioned close to the contact surface as in the related art, the plastic of the coil body can be removed at that position, so no unnecessary plastic remains around the contact, splashes generated during contact use can be directed away from the contact, and the influence due to insulation separation between the contacts can be reduced. After the plastic at this position is removed from the coil body, the dimensioning of the plastic height at this position can be reduced, so that the saved space is available for the winding space of the coil body under the condition that the overall height of the relay remains unchanged, and the coil can receive more ampere-turns without affecting the insulation distance; and it is beneficial to improve the comprehensive performance of the relay.

[0027] 6. It is introduced in the present disclosure that the cut profile of the materials for the fixed contact terminals are provided in addition to positions integrally connected to the horizontal plate bodies in the upper ends of the vertical plate bodies of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal to provide insertion positions for predetermined corresponding tools. The upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal are pressed into the coil body, and the insertion positions are approximately collinear with the clamping protrusions of the vertical plate bodies in the height direction corresponding to the coil body. According to the structure of the present disclosure, it is not possible for a deflection torque to be generated when the fixed contact terminal is pressed into the coil body, and the insertion position accuracy can be improved.

[0028] The present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments. However, the hinged, high-insulation small electromagnetic relay of the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments. The fixed contact block is arranged between the upper flange 21 and the lower flange 22 of the coil bobbin 2 and is located on the other side in the width direction of the coil bobbin 2. The axis X1 of the cylindrical portion 23 deviates by a predetermined distance G in a direction away from the fixed contact block (see . Fig. 8) from the center line X2 of the width of the coil bobbin 2 in such a manner that an axial center of symmetry of the casing tube 31 of the iron core 3 is offset by the predetermined distance G from an axial center of symmetry of the magnetic pole portion 32 of the iron core 3 in order to increase a distance between the coil (i.e., after winding the coil around the cylindrical portion 23) and the fixed contact block and to lengthen a creepage distance between the coil and the fixed contact block; at the same time, a shift in the length direction of the coil bobbin away from the bracket is also possible in order to increase the insulation between the coil and the bracket and improve the insulating performance. This specified distance should be adjusted according to the requirements of the insulation distance and the coil winding as a whole, to ensure that the coil winding as a whole is not larger than the circumference of the coil body, but also to ensure that the insulation distance meets the specification requirements.

[0030] In one embodiment, the hinged high-insulation small electromagnetic relay according to the present disclosure further includes a movable spring armature block 41 and a bracket 42, wherein the bracket 42 is L-shaped, and the L-shaped bracket 42 has one side fixed to a lower end of the jacket tube 31 and the other side thereof located at the winding window 24 of the coil core 2 (see Fig. 14). The movable spring armature block 41 includes a movable contact piece 411 bent in an L-shape and an armature 412 (see Fig. 5 and Fig. 6). One side of the movable spring armature block (i.e., the L-shaped side of the movable contact piece 411) is fixed to the other side of the bracket 42, and the other side of the movable spring armature block (i.e., an integral part formed by fixing the L-shaped other side of the movable contact piece 411 to the armature 412) is located above the magnetic pole portion 32 of the iron core 3 on the upper flange 21 of the coil bobbin 2. A center line of the other side of the movable spring armature block 41, which corresponds to the width direction of the coil bobbin, is substantially collinear with a center line of the magnetic pole portion 32 of the iron core 3, which corresponds to the width direction of the coil bobbin, to ensure the stability of the relay tripping during operation.

[0031] In this embodiment, a first through hole 421 for positioning and mounting the lower end of the jacket tube 31 of the iron core 3 is provided on one side of the bracket 42. There is a predetermined distance G (see Fig. 9) between the center line X3 of one side of the bracket 42, which corresponds to the center line X2 of the width direction of the coil body, and the center line (the same as the axis X1 of the cylindrical portion 23) of the first through-hole 421 on the other side of the bracket, which corresponds to the center line X2 of the width direction of the coil body.

[0033] The fixed contact block includes an upper fixed contact terminal 5 (i.e., the normally closed fixed contact terminal) and a lower fixed contact terminal 6 (i.e., the normally open fixed contact terminal), wherein the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are each L-shaped. The upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal each include a horizontal plate body and a vertical plate body, that is, the upper fixed contact terminal 5 includes a horizontal plate body 51 and a vertical plate body 52, wherein the horizontal plate body 51 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 is provided with a fixed contact(s) arranged downwards.are provided, the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 is provided with an output terminal at the lower end thereof, the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6 includes a horizontal plate body 61 and a vertical plate body 62, the horizontal plate body 61 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6 being provided with a fixed contact(s) arranged upwards, and the vertical plate body 62 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6 being provided with an output terminal at the lower end thereof. The vertical plate bodies 52 and 62 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are respectively disposed in the other side of an upper flange 21 and a lower flange 22 of the coil bobbin 2, which corresponds to the width direction of the coil bobbin 2, and opposite to the coil terminals therebetween, so that the horizontal plate body 51 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the horizontal plate body 61 of the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are fitted to the portion of the movable contact piece provided with the movable contact(s) in the movable spring armature block 41, and the portion of the movable contact piece provided with the movable contact(s) in the movable spring armature block 41.the movable contacts is located between the horizontal plate body 51 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the horizontal plate body 61 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, wherein the portions 521, 621 of the vertical plate bodies 52, 62 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, which are located in the winding window 24 of the coil former 2, are vertical structures and are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the coil former 2.

[0034] In this configuration, a thickness direction of the vertical plate bodies 52 and 62 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 coincides with the width direction of the coil bobbin 2. The portions 521, 621 of the vertical plate bodies 52, 62 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 located in the winding window 24 of the coil bobbin 2 are arranged coplanarly on the other side of the width direction of the coil bobbin, that is, the portion 521 of the vertical plate body 52 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the portion 621 of the vertical plate body 62 of the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are coplanar.

[0035] In this embodiment, the upper flange 21 and the lower flange 22 of the coil body 2 are each provided with second through holes 25 (see Fig. 11) and third through holes 26 (see Fig.10) which are closed in a ring shape and inserted in such a way that they interact with the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, so that the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6 can only be installed in the coil body 2 from top to bottom. Of the second through-holes 25, there are two, which are respectively adapted to the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, and of the third through-holes 26, there are also two, which are respectively adapted to the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6.

[0036] Since the cross-sections of the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6 are rectangular in this embodiment, the shapes of the second through-hole 25 and the third through-hole 26 are also rectangular. The lengths of the second through-hole 25 and the third through-hole 26 are respectively adapted to the widths of the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, wherein the widths of the second through-hole 25 and the third through-hole 26 are adapted to the thicknesses of the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, and the width of the second through-hole 25 is greater than the width of the third through-hole 26.Clamping projections 522, 622, which are fixed to the corresponding through hole 26, are provided on a surface in the thickness direction of the lower portions of the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6.The upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are fixed to the coil body 2 by fitting the clamping projections 522 and 622 on the lower portions of the vertical plate bodies 52 and 62 to the corresponding third through holes 26 of the lower flange 22 of the coil body 2, wherein the horizontal plate body 51 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the horizontal plate body 61 of the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are completely exposed on the upper flange 21 of the coil body 2, that is, there is no plastic around the position of the contact surface of the fixed contact terminal and the plastic of the coil body is lower than the contact surface of the fixed contact terminal. In this configuration, the width of the second through-hole 25 is also designed to be larger than the thicknesses of the vertical plate body 52 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the lower fixed contact terminal 6, so that it can be prevented that plastic chips can be generated on the upper portion when the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are inserted.

[0037] In this configuration, positioning protrusions 523, 623, which are adapted to the corresponding second through-holes 25, are provided on a surface in the thickness direction of the upper portions of the vertical plate body 52 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the lower fixed contact terminal 6. The upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are adjusted to positions on the coil bobbin 2 by adapting the positioning protrusions 523, 623 of the upper portions of the vertical plate bodies 52, 62 to the corresponding second through-holes 25 of the upper flange 21 of the coil bobbin 2.

[0038] In this embodiment, the cut-off profiles 524 and 624 of the materials of the fixed contact terminals are further provided in addition to the position integrally connected to the horizontal plate bodies 51 and 61 in the upper ends of the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, in order to provide pressing positions for predetermined corresponding tools and to press the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6 into the coil body 2, wherein the pressing positions are substantially collinear with the clamping projections 522 and 622 of the vertical plate bodies in the height direction corresponding to the coil body, wherein the positioning projections 523, 623 are also substantially collinear, that is, in the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5, the cut-off profile 524,the positioning projection 523 and the clamping projection 522 are substantially collinear, and in the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, the truncated profile 624, the positioning projection 623 and the clamping projection 622 are also substantially collinear.

[0039] In this configuration, a sinking platform 221 located lower than the winding window is further provided at the insertion position corresponding to the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, on a surface corresponding to the winding window 24 of the coil bobbin 2, in the lower flange 22 of the coil bobbin 2 to further lengthen the creepage distance between the position and the coil. An inclined chamfer is provided between the sinking platform 221 and the winding window 24, and an edge of the chamfer is aligned with the third through-hole 26. By setting the chamfer, the generation of plastic chips can be reduced.

[0040] In this embodiment, a first groove 211 is arranged in the region of the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5, between the horizontal plate body 61 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6 and the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 in the upper flange 21 of the coil former 2. The first groove 211 is arranged along the length direction of the coil former 2, wherein a length dimension of the first groove 211 is larger than a width dimension of the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5. The possibility of contact splashes accumulating on the terminal for the upper fixed contact and the terminal for the lower fixed contact can be further reduced by using the first groove 211.

[0041] In this embodiment, a retaining wall 27 is further provided in the upper flange 21 of the coil body 2 between the two second through holes 25 above the upper flange 21 in order to increase the insulation distance between the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6.

[0042] In this configuration, a second groove 222 is also provided in the lower flange 22 of the coil former 2 between the coil terminals 1 and the insertion positions of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 in the one area corresponding to the winding window 24 of the coil former 2. The creepage distance can be lengthened by using the second groove 222, ensuring uniform shrinkage and preventing shrinkage deformation.

[0043] According to the hinged high-insulation small electromagnetic relay of the present disclosure, the magnetic pole portion 32 of the iron core 3 is arranged on the upper flange 21 of the coil bobbin 2 and is located in the middle portion in the width direction of the coil bobbin 2, the coil terminals 1 are mounted on the lower flange 22 of the coil bobbin 2 and are located on one side in the width direction of the coil bobbin 2, and the fixed contact block is arranged between the upper flange 21 and the lower flange 22 of the coil bobbin 2 and is located on the other side in the width direction of the coil bobbin 2.The axis of the cylindrical portion 23 is configured to deviate from the width center line of the coil bobbin 2 toward a direction away from the fixed contact block by a predetermined distance, so that the axial center of symmetry of the jacket tube 31 of the iron core 3 is offset from the axial center of symmetry of the magnetic pole portion 32 of the iron core by the predetermined distance. According to the structure of the present disclosure, by holding the magnetic pole portion 32 of the iron core 3 at the axial center of symmetry of the product, the cylindrical portion of the coil bobbin and the jacket tube 31 of the iron core 3 are eccentrically arranged, so that the coil (that is, after the coil is wound on the cylindrical portion) is integrally eccentric and tilts toward the side farthest from the fixed contact block. This allows the distance between the coil and the fixed contact terminal to be increased without affecting the balance of the magnetic circuit, thereby increasing the creepage distance between the coil and the fixed contact terminal and improving the insulation performance.

[0044] According to the hinged high-insulation small electromagnetic relay, the cylindrical portion 23 of the coil bobbin 2 is arranged eccentrically when the ampere-turns of the coil remain unchanged in order to increase the distance between the coil and the fixed contact terminal, lengthen the creepage distance, and improve the dielectric breakdown strength.Meanwhile, the cylindrical portion 23 of the coil body 2 may also shift to the direction away from the bracket in the length direction of the coil body to further increase the insulation between the coil and the bracket, whereby, when the distance between the coil and the fixed contact terminal is sufficient and does not need to be increased, the ampere-turns can be increased, the ampere-turn number can be improved, the contact suction can be enhanced and thereby the contact pressure can be further increased, the springback can be reduced, the contact stability can be ensured, the arcing can be reduced, and the service life and reliability of the contacts can be improved.

[0045] According to the hinged high-insulation small electromagnetic relay of the present disclosure, the cylindrical portion 23 of the coil body 2 is eccentrically disposed and inclines to a side far from the fixed contact block to leave space for installing the fixed contact terminal on the coil body 2.According to the present disclosure, the portion 521 of the vertical plate body 52 of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the portion 621 of the vertical plate body 62 of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, which are located in the winding window of the coil former, are vertical structures and are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the coil former 2, and the portion 521 of the vertical plate body of the terminal for the upper fixed contact 5 and the portion 621 of the vertical plate body of the terminal for the lower fixed contact 6, which are located in the winding window of the coil former, are arranged coplanarly on the other side of the width of the coil former.According to the structure of the present disclosure, the insulation distance between the fixed contact block and the coil can be ensured while reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the fixed contact block, wherein the portions 521 and 621 of the upper fixed contact terminal and the lower fixed contact terminal located in the winding window of the coil body are vertical structures to avoid the disadvantages caused by the bending of the fixed contact terminal in the related art and to reduce the manufacturing process while reducing the size of the relay and thereby realize downsizing.

[0046] According to the hinged high-insulation small electromagnetic relay of the present disclosure, the upper flange 21 and the lower flange 22 of the coil body are each provided with a second through-hole 25 and a third through-hole 26 that are closed in a ring shape, through which the vertical plate body 52 and the vertical plate body 62, which are respectively fitted with the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6, are inserted, so that the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are installed in the coil body 2 from top to bottom. Since the insertion direction of the fixed contact terminal is from top to bottom, this direction is a direction that affects the contact pitch and overtravel of the relay.By automatically adjusting the position of the fixed contact terminal while it is being pushed in, the mechanical parameters of the relay can be adjusted in real time, the qualification rate of the parameters can be effectively improved, and the dependence on the precision of the parts of the coil body can be reduced, while such a top-down installation method can also enable the implementation of automatic installation.

[0047] According to the hinged high-insulation small electromagnetic relay of the present disclosure, a surface in the thickness direction of the lower portions of the vertical plate body 52 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the vertical plate body of the lower fixed contact terminal 6 is provided with clamping projections 522 and 622, which are fixed to corresponding third through-holes. The upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are fixed to the coil bobbin by fitting the clamping projections 522 and 622 of the lower portions of the vertical plate bodies to the corresponding third through-holes 26 of the lower flange 22 of the coil bobbin. The clamping position of the fixed contact terminal and the coil body is located at the bottom of the coil body, facing away from the contact mechanism, and is insulated by a large plastic area in the center in such a way that foreign plastic in the clamping position cannot easily be transferred to the contact position. Furthermore, since the position of the fixed contact terminal does not need to be positioned close to the contact surface as in the related art, the plastic of the coil body can be removed at that position, so no unnecessary plastic remains around the contact, splashes generated during contact use can be located away from the contact, and the influence due to insulation separation between the contacts can be reduced.

[0048] According to the hinged high-insulation small electromagnetic relay of the present disclosure, the cut profiles 524 and 624 of the materials of the fixed contact terminals are provided adjacent to positions integrally connected to the horizontal plate bodies 51 and 61 in the upper ends of the vertical plate body 52 of the upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the vertical plate body 62 of the lower fixed contact terminal 6, to provide insertion positions for predetermined corresponding tools. The upper fixed contact terminal 5 and the lower fixed contact terminal 6 are pressed into the coil body 2, with the insertion positions being approximately collinear with the clamping protrusions 522 and 622 of the vertical plate bodies in the height direction corresponding to the coil body.According to the structure of the present disclosure, it is not possible for a deflection torque to be generated when the fixed contact terminal is pressed into the coil body, and the accuracy of the pressing position can be improved.
