[0021] The third hinge member may be positioned in a central part of the cushion frame, and may be hinged to the adjustment bracket and the cushion frame, wherein in case the cushion frame rises, the front part of the cushion frame rises and the rear part of the cushion frame descends, so that a leg part of an occupant is raised and a hip point of the occupant moves downward.

[0022] The third hinge member may be positioned on the side of the rear part of the cushion frame, and may be hinged to the adjustment bracket and the cushion frame, wherein in the case that the cushion frame rises, the front part of the cushion frame is inclined at a larger angle than an angle of the rear part, so that a leg part of an occupant is raised but a hip point of the occupant is maintained.

[0023] The third hinge member may be positioned on the side of the front part of the cushion frame, and may be hinged to the adjustment bracket and the cushion frame, wherein in the case that the cushion frame rises, the rear part of the cushion frame is tilted at a larger angle than an angle of the front part, so that a hip point of an occupant moves downward and is lower than a height at which a leg part of the occupant is raised.

[0024] According to the vehicle seat adjustment device having the above-described structure, when the seat cushion is tilted, the front part of the seat cushion rises and the rear part of the seat cushion descends, thus preventing the occupant's lower body from rising as a whole, preventing the occupant's feet from being excessively raised. This eliminates the need for a separate footboard to support the occupant's feet, thereby improving comfort by maintaining a stable posture for the occupant.

[0029] Hereinafter, a seat adjustment device for a vehicle according to exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0030] Fig. 1 is a view showing a seat adjustment device for a vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, Fig. 2 is a view showing a state before operation of the Fig. 1 shows the seat adjustment device for a vehicle, Fig. 3 is a view showing a state after operation of the seat adjustment device for a Fig. 1 vehicle shown shows, Fig. 4 is a view showing a drive unit and a first joint member of the seat adjustment device for a Fig. 1 vehicle shown shows, Fig. 5 is a view showing a second joint element of the seat adjustment device for a Fig. 1 represents the vehicle shown, Fig. 6 is a view showing a third joint element of the seat adjustment device for a Fig. 1 vehicle shown illustrates, Fig. 7 is a diagram explaining a state before and after an operation in the case where a third joint element is in a reference position, Fig. Fig. 8 is a diagram explaining a state before and after an operation in the case where a third joint element is arranged rearward compared to a reference position, and Fig. 9 is a diagram explaining a state before and after an operation in the case where a third joint element is arranged forward compared to a reference position.

[0031] As in the Fig. 1 to 3, the seat adjustment device for a vehicle includes: an adjustment bracket 100 having a rear portion 100b to which a seat back frame 500 is rotatably connected; and a cushion frame 200 disposed on an upper surface of the adjustment bracket 100 and configured to be tilted by a plurality of link mechanisms 300 arranged to be spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal direction of the adjustment bracket 100.

[0032] Here, the adjustment bracket 100 is installed on a movable rail R2 that slides on a fixed rail R1, and moves along the fixed rail R1 together with the movable rail R2. The adjustment bracket 100 may be provided with a base bracket 110, taking into account the installation position of the seat back frame 500, and the seat back frame 500 may be rotatably installed on the base bracket 110 via an adjustment device.

[0033] The adjustment bracket 100 is provided with a plurality of joint mechanisms 300, wherein a seat cushion is tiltably installed via the plurality of joint mechanisms 300.Here, the hinge mechanism 300 may include a first hinge member 310 that is hingedly connected to a front part 100a of the adjustment bracket 100 and configured to support a front part 200a of the cushion frame 200, and that is connected to a drive unit 400 and configured to raise and lower the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 in response to an operation of the drive unit 400; a second hinge member 320 that is hingedly connected to a rear part 100b of the adjustment bracket 100 and is hingedly connected to a middle part 200c or a rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 and configured to guide the movement of the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200; and a third hinge member 330 hingedly connected to the adjustment bracket 100 and the cushion frame 200 and disposed between the first hinge member 310 and the second hinge member 320.In particular, the third joint element 330 is configured to determine a tilting position of the cushion frame 200 in the event that the cushion frame 200 rises.

[0034] That is, since the first hinge member 310 is hinged to the front part 100a of the adjustment bracket 100 and supports the cushion frame 200, the adjustment bracket 100 can rise or fall when the first hinge member 310 is rotated. The first hinge member 310 can be rotated by the drive unit 400 installed on the cushion frame 200 or the adjustment bracket 100.

[0035] The second joint member 320 is pivotally connected to the rear part 100b of the bracket 100 and the middle part 200c or the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200. Therefore, when the drive unit 400 operates and the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises through the first joint member 310, the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 pivotally moves in accordance with the rise of the front part 200a, and thus the tilting operation of the cushion frame 200 can be performed.

[0036] The third joint member 330 is pivotally connected to the adjustment bracket 100 and the cushion frame 200, and is disposed between the first joint member 310 and the second joint member 320, and determines the tilting position of the cushion frame 200 when the cushion frame 200 rises. That is, when the cushion frame 200 rises, the third joint member 330 rotates together with the cushion frame 200 to tilt the cushion frame 200. As described above, since the third joint member 330 rotates together, when the cushion frame 200 rises, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises, but the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 lowers because the rise of the front part 200a is regulated by the third joint member 330.

[0037] As described above, when the drive unit 400 operates, the cushion frame 200 performs a tilting operation in which the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises and the rear part 200b thereof falls by means of the first joint member 310, the second joint member 320, and the third joint member 330, so that an occupant does not rise as a whole, but only the front parts of the occupant's legs rise, thus maintaining a comfortable sitting posture.

[0038] The present disclosure, as described above, will now be described in detail. As will be apparent from the Fig. 2 to 4, the first joint element 310 may comprise a guide joint 311 which engages with the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200, extends downwards and has a guide slot 312 formed thereon, and a pivot joint 313, one end of which is pivotally connected to the front part 100a of the bracket 100 and the other end of which is inserted into the guide slot 312 of the guide joint 311.

[0039] As described above, since the first joint member 310 includes the guide joint 311 and the pivot joint 313, and the pivot joint 313 moves along the guide slot 312 of the guide joint 311, when the pivot joint 313 is rotated, the guide joint 311 performs a linear movement by the rotational movement of the pivot joint 313 to make the cushion frame 200 rise or fall.

[0040] For this purpose, the guide joint 311 may comprise a first portion extending downward from the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 and a second portion formed with the guide slot 312. In a form as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the second portion of the guide joint 311 extends diagonally rearward from the first portion of the guide joint 311, and the guide slot 312 may extend in the same direction as the extending direction of the second portion of the guide joint 311. Furthermore, the pivot joint 313 may be installed so as to rotate from front to rear as the cushion frame 200 rises. Accordingly, when the drive unit 400 operates, the pivot joint 313 is rotated from front to rear, and at the same time, the guide joint 311 is lifted by the pivot joint 313 moving along the guide slot 312 to cause the cushion frame 200 to rise. When the cushion frame 200 rises, the rotation direction of the pivot joint 313 and the extension direction of the guide joint 311 may be opposite to each other, and if so, each joint may be exposed to the front of the cushion frame 200, in which case the pivot joint 313 is configured to rotate from front to back and the guide joint 311 is configured to extend rearward.

[0041] Here, the first joint member 310 may further include a connecting joint 314 configured to pass through a guide slot 312 of each guide joint 311 provided on both sides of the adjustment bracket 100 and to be pivotally connected to the other end of each pivot joint 313. Thus, the first joint member 310 provided on both sides of the bracket 100 can be rotated simultaneously through the connection with the connecting joint 314. In the present disclosure, not only a pair of first joint members 310 but also pairs of second joint members 320 and third joint members 330 are provided on both sides of the bracket 100.

[0042] The drive unit 400 that rotates the first joint member 310 includes a drive motor 410 installed in the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200; and a power transmission part 420 that is connected to the drive motor 410 and has a length that varies in a linear direction depending on whether the drive motor 410 is operating, and that is pivotally connected to the link joint 314 and configured to cause the pivot joint 313 to move along a guide slot 312 together with the link joint 314 by moving the link joint 314 backward when the drive motor 410 is operating.

[0043] Here, the drive motor 410 may be a motor capable of forward and reverse rotation, and may be installed on the cushion frame 200 through a motor bracket 411. The power transmission part 420 may be a screw rod that receives a rotational force transmitted from the drive motor 410 and is pulled out or retracted. Furthermore, the power transmission part 420 may be pivotally connected to the connecting joint 314 via a connecting bracket 315 and may be pulled out backward when the drive motor 410 is operating.

[0044] Thereby, when the drive motor 410 operates to move the cushion frame 200 upward, the power transmission part 420 is extended in accordance with the operation of the drive motor 410 to push the connecting joint 314 backward, and the pivot joint 313 connected to the connecting joint 314 is rotated backward and simultaneously moves along the guide slot 312 of the guide joint 311, so that the guide joint 311 is lifted by the pivot joint 313 to move the cushion frame 200 upward. As described above, by moving the connecting joint 314 by a drive unit 400, the guide joint 311 and the pivot joint 313 provided on both sides of the bracket 100 are rotated simultaneously, and thus the cushion frame 200 can be stably moved upward.

[0045] As in Fig. 5, one end of the second hinge member 320 may be hinged to a higher position than the positions of the first hinge member 310 and the third hinge member 330 on the rear side of the bracket 100, and the other end may be hinged to the middle part 200c or the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 and extend bent downward.

[0046] That is, the second hinge member 320 may be formed to be curved in a "C" shape, and may have one end hinged to the base bracket 110 provided on the adjustment bracket 100, and the other end hinged to the middle part 200c or the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 to perform the tilting operation in accordance with the raising and lowering of the cushion frame 200. The above second hinge member 320 causes a pivot point to be set in the middle part 200c or the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200, so that the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises while the rear part 200b falls. When the second hinge member 320 is simply formed in a straight line, the second hinge member 320 is rotated upward together to make the cushion frame 200 rise forward when the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises. However, since the second hinge member 320 of the present disclosure is formed to be curved in the "C" shape, it allows the cushion frame 200 to move rearward when the cushion frame 200 rises, and thus the rising operation of the front part 200a and the descending operation of the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 can be performed simultaneously.

[0047] Here, a hinge bracket 120 hingedly connected to the other end of the second hinge member 320 may be provided at the middle part 200c or the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200. The hinge bracket 120 may be formed to be inclined obliquely downward. Accordingly, the second hinge member 320, which is formed to be curved, is connected in a straight line by the hinge bracket 120, so that the second hinge member 320 can stably support the cushion frame 200 via the hinge bracket 120 in terms of inclination in accordance with the raising of the front part 200a and the lowering of the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 when the cushion frame 200 rises.

[0048] Furthermore, it is possible, as in Fig. 6, in the case where the front part 200a and the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 are formed separately, to provide a structure in which the hinge bracket 120 connects the front part 200a and the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 to each other.

[0049] Here, the third joint member 330 may extend diagonally forward from the adjustment bracket 100 and may be connected to the cushion frame 200, and may be configured to be in an inclined state with respect to the front side even when the cushion frame 200 rises. Since the third joint member 330 extends diagonally forward from the adjustment bracket 100, it guides the backward movement of the cushion frame 200 while corresponding to the rise of the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 when the cushion frame 200 rises. For this purpose, the third joint member 330 may be configured to be shorter than the final length achieved by unfolding the first joint member 310.

[0050] The tilt angle of the cushion frame 200 can be adjusted depending on the installation position of the third joint element 330 between the first joint element 310 and the second joint element 320.

[0051] That is, as in Fig. 7, since the third hinge member 330 is positioned in the middle part 200c of the cushion frame 200 and is hingedly connected to the adjustment bracket 100 and the cushion frame 200, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises and the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 lowers when the cushion frame 200 rises, and thus the leg part of the occupant is raised and the hip point of the occupant moves downward.

[0052] Here, since the third joint member 330 is installed on the middle side between the first joint member 310 connected to the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 and the second joint member 320 connected to the middle part 200c or the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200, it allows the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 to rise and allows the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 to lower when the cushion frame 200 rises. That is, as shown in Fig. 7, since the third joint member 330 regulates the rotational position of the cushion frame 200, when the cushion frame 200 rises, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises by about 31 mm, and the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 lowers by about 23 mm.

[0053] This causes the occupant's leg portion to lift and move upwards, and at the same time the occupant's hip point to move downwards.

[0054] Since the third joint element 330, as in Fig. 8, is positioned on the side of the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 and is pivotally connected to the bracket 100 and the cushion frame 200, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 is inclined at a larger angle than the angle of the rear part 200b when the cushion frame 200 rises, so that the leg part of the occupant is raised but the hip point of the occupant is maintained.

[0055] That is, in the case where the third joint member 330 is installed adjacent to the position where the second joint member 320 is connected to the cushion frame 200 in the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises, but the rear part 200b makes the descending length relatively small as the cushion frame 200 rises. Accordingly, as shown in Fig. 8, since the third joint member 330 regulates the rotational position of the cushion frame 200, when the cushion frame 200 rises, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises by about 30 mm, and the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 lowers by about 16 mm.

[0056] This raises the leg section of the occupant, but does not significantly change the height of the occupant's hip point, and thus the position of the hip point can be maintained.

[0057] As in Fig. 9, since the third hinge member 330 is positioned on the side of the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 and is hingedly connected to the adjustment bracket 100 and the cushion frame 200, the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 is inclined at a larger angle than the angle of the front part 200a when the cushion frame 200 rises, and thus the hip point of the occupant moves downward and is lower than the height at which the leg part of the occupant is raised.

[0058] That is, in the case where the third joint member 330 is installed near the position where the first joint member 310 is connected to the cushion frame 200 in the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200, the height at which the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises is relatively small when the cushion frame 200 rises, but the lowering length of the rear part 200b can be highly ensured.

[0059] Accordingly, as in Fig. 9, since the third joint member 330 regulates the rotational position of the cushion frame 200, when the cushion frame 200 rises, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises by about 17 mm, and the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 lowers by about 24 mm.

[0060] This allows the occupant's hip point to move downward and is lower than the height at which the occupant's leg section is raised.

[0061] As described above, when the cushion frame 200 rises, the third joint member 330 allows the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 to rise and the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 to descend, and by changing the tilting trajectory of the cushion frame 200 in accordance with the installation position of the third joint member 330, it is possible to realize an optimal posture corresponding to the sitting posture required by the occupant.

[0062] According to the present disclosure, as described above, the cushion frame 200 is first assembled as shown in Fig. 2. Here, as shown in Fig. 3, when the drive unit 400 operates during the tilting operation of the cushion frame 200, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises due to the deployment operation of the guide joint 311 and the pivot joint 313 of the first link 310. In this case, the third joint element 330 is also rotated together with the cushion frame 200 and guides the tilting of the cushion frame 200, and when the second joint element 320 is rotated, the front part 200a of the cushion frame 200 rises and the rear part 200b of the cushion frame 200 lowers.

[0063] This prevents the occupant's buttocks from being held too high during seat tilt mode, allowing the occupant's lower body to maintain a stable posture.

[0064] According to the vehicle seat adjustment device with the above-described structure, when the seat cushion is tilted, the front part of the seat cushion rises and the rear part of the seat cushion descends, thus preventing the occupant's lower body from rising as a whole, preventing the occupant's feet from excessively floating. This eliminates the need for a separate footboard to support the occupant's feet, thus improving comfort by realizing a stable posture for the occupant.
