Abstract
Description
Field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a water-saving, push-to-operate water flow switching structure. State of the art
[0002] Existing water-saving push-button water flow switching structures are typically provided with a housing, a switch seat, and a push-button drive mechanism. The housing typically includes a switching chamber, a water inlet, and at least two water outlets, and the water inlet and outlets are continuously connected to the switching chamber. A common push-button ballpoint pen-type switch structure is used for the push-button drive mechanism. By pressing the push-button drive mechanism once, the switch seat can be driven to rotate by a predetermined angle, thereby switching the water outlet hole and continuously connecting it to a corresponding water outlet to achieve the water flow switching function. However, when driving the existing switch seat, it is often necessary to overcome the reaction force created by the water pressure, resulting in a large driving force and a poor user experience. The water inlet 14 is further connected to a water inlet pipe, and a respective water outlet 15 is further connected to a corresponding water outlet pipe.
[0039] The switching process of this embodiment is briefly described below: As in Fig. 2, at this time, the portion of the switching axis 31 protruding from the housing 10 (namely, the driving portion of the driving mechanism to be operated by pushing) is not yet pressed, the second projecting blocks 311 of the switching axis 31 are located in the corresponding first sliding slots 1212 of the axis sleeve 121, the third projecting blocks 321 of the reset axis 32 are located outside the corresponding second sliding slots 252 of the switching sleeve, the second inclined buttons of the reset axis 32 correspond to the corresponding third inclined buttons 2511 of the switching sleeve 25, and the switching axis 31 and the reset axis 32 abut each other.
[0040] When the portion of the switching shaft 31 protruding from the housing 10 is pressed, the return shaft 32 is driven by the switching shaft 31 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic return member 33 and move axially inward. After the switching seat 20 is rotated by a predetermined angle, the water outlet hole is switched from one water outlet 15 to another water outlet 15.
[0041] When the driving force applied to the switching axis 31 is removed, the switching axis 31 and the reset axis 32 are reset under the action of the elastic return element 33, so that the second projecting blocks 311 of the switching axis 31 slide into the corresponding first sliding slots 1212, the third projecting blocks 321 of the reset axis 32 slide out of the second sliding slots 252, and the second inclined return surfaces 3211 of the reset axis 32 and the first inclined return surfaces 12111 of the axis sleeve 121 abut against each other, whereby the reset axis 32 is rotated and moved to the position in which the second inclined buttons 3212 of the reset axis 32 correspond to the third inclined buttons 2511 of the switching sleeve 25, namely the position shown in Fig. 2, in which the section is not yet pressed, is reset to prepare it for the next switching. In the present embodiment, after pressing the switching axis 31 three times, the positions of the first flow hole 21 and the second flow hole 22 are reversed. This means that if in the initial state the first flow hole 21 corresponds to the water inlet 14 and functions as the water inlet hole of the switching seat 20, and the second flow hole 22 corresponds to a water outlet 15 and functions as the water outlet hole of the switching seat 20, after pressing three times, a change occurs in that the second flow hole 22 corresponds to the water inlet 14 and functions as the water inlet hole of the switching seat 20, and the first flow hole 21 corresponds to a water outlet 15 and functions as the water outlet hole of the switching seat 20.
