Description

[0001] The invention relates to a sliding door fitting, a sliding door arrangement with such a sliding door fitting, and a piece of furniture with such a sliding door arrangement.

[0002] Sliding door fittings can be used for laterally sliding doors on furniture. Sliding door fittings in which the sliding doors are moved from a front plane to a rear plane when opened are known from the prior art. For example, German patent application DE 20 2019 108 859 U1 discloses a sliding door fitting with a guide groove and a sliding fitting in the form of plastic gliders that can be moved longitudinally and laterally within it. The sliding fitting has a spring arm that moves with it. Each of the sliding doors can be moved backwards against the spring arm.

[0003] The invention is based on the objective of providing an improved sliding door fitting, in particular a sliding door fitting with the simplest possible design. A further objective of the invention is to provide a sliding door assembly with such a sliding door fitting, as well as a piece of furniture with such a sliding door assembly.

[0004] These tasks are solved by the sliding door fitting, the sliding door arrangement, and the furniture of the independent patent claims. Advantageous further developments are specified in the dependent patent claims.

[0005] According to a first aspect of the invention, a sliding door fitting is configured for laterally sliding a first sliding door between a closed position and an open position, and for laterally sliding a second sliding door between a closed position and an open position. The first sliding door is arranged in a front vertical plane in the closed position and in a rear vertical plane in the open position. The second sliding door is arranged in the front vertical plane in both the closed and open positions. The sliding door fitting has an upper guide element for guiding the first and second sliding doors from above. The sliding door fitting has a lower guide element for guiding the first and second sliding doors from below. The upper and lower guide elements each have a principal direction of extension. The main direction of extension can be aligned, in particular, along the guide element. Furthermore, the main direction of extension can be aligned along a direction of lateral movement of the first sliding door and / or the lateral movement of the second sliding door. The upper guide element has a first upper track section for guiding the first sliding door and a second upper track section for guiding the second sliding door. The lower guide element has a first lower track section for guiding the first sliding door and a second lower track section for guiding the second sliding door. The sliding door fitting also has a first upper sliding fitting for attachment to the top of the first sliding door and a first lower sliding fitting for attachment to the bottom of the first sliding door. The first upper sliding fitting has a spring element. The first lower sliding fitting also has a spring element. The first lower sliding fitting is slidably mounted in the first lower rail section both along and transversely to the main direction of extension. The first upper sliding fitting is slidably mounted in the first upper rail section both along and transversely to the main direction of extension. On a partial section of the first upper rail section, the first upper sliding fitting can be moved from a forward sliding position against the restoring force of the spring element transversely to the main direction of extension. The first lower sliding fitting can be moved from a forward sliding position against the restoring force of the spring element transversely to the main direction of extension on a partial section of the first lower rail section. The second upper rail section and the second lower rail section each have a linear guide. The sliding door fitting further comprises a second upper sliding fitting for attachment to the top of the second sliding door and a second lower sliding fitting for attachment to the bottom of the second sliding door. The second upper sliding fitting is slidably guided in the linear guide of the second upper rail section in the main direction of extension, and in particular exclusively in the main direction of extension. The second lower sliding fitting is slidably guided in the linear guide of the second lower rail section in the main direction of extension, and in particular exclusively in the main direction of extension.

[0006] This sliding door fitting features few, inexpensive, and lightweight parts that are neither prone to failure nor complicated to assemble. This results in a simple design and thus an improved sliding door fitting. Because the second sliding door is guided essentially along the main direction of travel, a simplified construction is possible. In particular, the first sliding door can be slid behind the second sliding door.

[0007] The terms "top" and "bottom" refer specifically to opposite sides of the first and second sliding doors, respectively, in a conventionally constructed piece of furniture with vertical sliding doors, i.e., sliding doors arranged vertically within the furniture. The sliding doors can be positioned side by side. Of course, a different orientation of the furniture is also possible; in this case, the terms "top" and "bottom" still refer to opposite sides of the first and second sliding doors, respectively, whereby the lateral movement of the first and second sliding doors should not occur in either the direction designated as top or bottom.

[0008] The guide elements can be designed as grooves in the furniture material or as guide tracks. The furniture material can be, in particular, a wood-based material. The sliding fittings can have guided elements that are guided in or on the respective guide elements. The guide elements can be referred to as rails, for example. The guided elements can be designed as gliders or rollers, for example. In the forward vertical position, the first sliding fitting can rest against a front rail edge at either the top or the bottom. In the rear vertical position, the first sliding fitting can rest against a rear rail edge at either the top or the bottom.

[0009] The first upper sliding fitting and the first lower sliding fitting can be identical in design. The second upper sliding fitting and the second lower sliding fitting can alternatively or additionally be identical in design. Furthermore, it can be provided that the first upper sliding fitting is symmetrical to the first lower sliding fitting and / or the second upper sliding fitting is symmetrical to the second lower sliding fitting.

[0010] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, when the second sliding fittings (the second upper and the second lower) are moved laterally, the first sliding fittings (the first upper and the first lower) can be displaced against the restoring force of the spring elements transversely to their main direction of extension. As a result, when the second sliding door is moved, the first sliding door moves behind it.

[0011] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first upper sliding fitting has two first fitting parts for longitudinally spaced attachment to the first sliding door. These can be identical in design. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first lower sliding fitting has two first fitting parts for longitudinally spaced attachment to the first sliding door. These can be identical in design. Each of the first fitting parts has a spring element. In particular, the first fitting parts of both the first upper sliding fitting and the first lower sliding fitting can each have a spring element. The configurations of the spring elements described below can also be provided in each case.It can also be provided that both the first fitting components of the first upper sliding fitting and the first fitting components of the first lower sliding fitting are identically designed. This can simplify the manufacture of the sliding door fitting and, in particular, make it more cost-effective, since identical parts can be produced.

[0012] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the spring element comprises a base body and a spring arm. The spring arm has a first end and a second end. The first end is attached to the base body. The second end is movable from an extended position towards the base body against a spring force. In particular, the spring arm and base body can be formed as a single unit. For example, after moving towards the base body, the spring arm can be essentially parallel to the main direction of extension of the guide elements. Essentially parallel can mean that the angle between the main direction of extension and the spring arm is a maximum of 5 to 10 degrees. Furthermore, it can be provided that in the extended position, the angle between the spring arm and the main direction of extension is at least 20 degrees, and in particular at least 25 degrees.

[0013] The spring arm and the base body can be made of, or contain, a plastic material. Alternatively, the spring arm and the base body can be made of, or contain, a metal material, such as aluminum. In particular, the spring arm and the base body can each be injection-molded or injection-pressed parts. A combination of materials for the spring arm and the base body is also possible, for example, a base body made of metal and a spring arm made of plastic.

[0014] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, a spring arm roller is arranged at the second end of the spring arm. The spring arm roller can, in particular, be a spring arm roller. Alternatively, spring arm balls or spring arm needles are also conceivable. The spring arm roller can reduce friction between the spring arm and the guide elements. This can result in smoother and / or quieter operation of the sliding door fitting.

[0015] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, a leaf spring is arranged between the base body and the spring arm. This allows for simple manufacturing of the spring element. Alternatively, another type of spring, such as a coil spring, can also be arranged between the base body and the spring arm. Furthermore, a spring effect can also result from the arrangement of the spring arm on the base body, particularly in a one-piece design of the spring arm and base body.

[0016] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the spring arm is attached to the base body by means of an axle in axle receptacles of the base body. This allows for easy mounting of the spring arm to the base body.

[0017] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first upper track section is configured as the first groove and the second upper track section as the second groove of a track profile. The width of the first groove is greater than the width of the second groove. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first lower track section is configured as the first groove and the second lower track section as the second groove of a track profile. The width of the first groove is greater than the width of the second groove. Both embodiments can also be implemented simultaneously. In both cases, the track profile can be a metallic track profile or a track profile made of plastic. The width of the grooves can be defined perpendicular to the main direction of extension. In particular, the width perpendicular to the main direction of extension can be configured as defined above.Alternatively, two rail profiles can be provided, with the first groove being located in one of the two rail profiles and the second groove in the other of the two rail profiles.

[0018] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first upper sliding fitting has an undercut extending along the main direction of extension. In another embodiment, the first lower sliding fitting has an undercut extending along the main direction of extension. In particular, both the first upper and the first lower sliding fitting can have the undercut. When the first sliding door and / or the second sliding door is moved, the undercut can engage behind the respective second (upper or lower) sliding door fitting, thus assisting the movement of the first sliding door transversely to the main direction of extension.

[0019] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first upper sliding fitting has a return-movement roller on one end face that projects forward in the main direction of extension. If the first upper sliding fitting has the undercut already described, the return-movement roller can be flush with the undercut at the front. The return-movement roller can, in particular, be a return-movement roller that is freely rotatable about a vertical axis. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first lower sliding fitting has a return-movement roller on one end face that projects forward in the main direction of extension. If the first lower sliding fitting has the undercut already described, the return-movement roller can be flush with the undercut at the front. The return-movement roller can, in particular, be a return-movement roller that is freely rotatable about a vertical axis.In particular, both the first upper sliding fitting and the first lower sliding fitting can each have the return movement roller element.

[0020] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first upper sliding fitting has at least one first upper sliding element, which projects towards the first upper track area. The first upper sliding element can, in particular, be a first upper sliding roller freely rotatable about a horizontal axis, a first upper sliding ball in a sliding ball cage, or a first upper sliding roller in a sliding roller cage. The sliding ball cage or the sliding roller cage can be inserted into the first upper sliding fitting or be integrally formed with it. Furthermore, the first upper sliding element can have a first upper sliding roller freely rotatable about a vertical axis, which can provide lateral guidance. In this case, for example, two first upper sliding rollers can also be provided.Alternatively, one of the previously described spring rollers of the first upper sliding fitting can also be used for lateral guidance. In this case, for example, only one of the first upper sliding rollers can be designated for lateral guidance.

[0021] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first lower sliding fitting has at least one first lower sliding element, which projects towards the first lower track area. The first lower sliding element can, in particular, at least partially support the weight of the first sliding door. The first lower sliding element can, in particular, be a first lower sliding roller freely rotatable about a horizontal axis, a first lower sliding ball in a sliding ball cage, or a first lower sliding roller in a sliding roller cage. The sliding ball cage or the sliding roller cage can be inserted into the first lower sliding fitting or be integrally formed with it.Furthermore, the first lower sliding roller can have a first lower sliding roller that is freely rotatable about a vertical axis, thus providing lateral guidance. In this case, for example, two first lower sliding rollers can also be provided. Alternatively, one of the spring rollers of the first lower sliding fitting already described can also be used for lateral guidance. In this case, for example, only one of the first lower sliding rollers can be provided for lateral guidance.

[0022] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second upper sliding fitting has at least one second upper sliding element, which projects towards the second upper track area. The second upper sliding element can, in particular, be a second upper sliding roller freely rotatable about a horizontal axis, a second upper sliding ball in a sliding ball cage, or a second upper sliding roller in a sliding roller cage. The sliding ball cage or the sliding roller cage can be inserted into the second upper sliding fitting or be integrally formed with it. Furthermore, the second upper sliding element can have a second upper sliding roller freely rotatable about a vertical axis, which can provide lateral guidance. In this case, for example, two second upper sliding rollers can also be provided.

[0023] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second lower sliding fitting has at least one second lower sliding element, which projects towards the second lower track area. The second lower sliding element can, in particular, at least partially support the weight of the second sliding door. The second lower sliding element can, in particular, be a second lower sliding roller freely rotatable about a horizontal axis, a second lower sliding ball in a sliding ball cage, or a second lower sliding roller in a sliding roller cage. The sliding ball cage or the sliding roller cage can be inserted into the second lower sliding fitting or be integrally formed with the second lower sliding fitting.Furthermore, the second lower sliding roller element can have a second lower sliding roller that is freely rotatable about a vertical axis, with which lateral guidance can be achieved. In this case, for example, two second lower sliding rollers can also be provided.

[0024] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the upper guide element is formed integrally with the first upper rail section and the second upper rail section, particularly in the form of a drawn metal profile or a drawn plastic profile. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the lower guide element is formed integrally with the first lower rail section and the second lower rail section, particularly in the form of a drawn metal profile or a drawn plastic profile.

[0025] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first upper sliding fitting has a first fastening element for tool-free mounting of the first sliding door to the guide elements. In another embodiment, the first lower sliding fitting has a first fastening element for tool-free mounting of the first sliding door to the guide elements. In another embodiment, the second upper sliding fitting has a second fastening element for tool-free mounting of the second sliding door to the guide elements. In yet another embodiment, the second lower sliding fitting has a second fastening element for tool-free mounting of the second sliding door to the guide elements. This allows for easy installation of the first and / or second sliding door, particularly when the guide elements are permanently attached to a furniture carcass.Tool-free assembly can mean that the first sliding door and / or the second sliding door can be attached to the guide elements without the use of a tool.

[0026] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first fastening element and / or the second fastening element has an additional spring element. This additional spring element is arranged between a fastening point on the first sliding door or the second sliding door and one of the guide elements. A restoring force from the additional spring element presses a first guided element of the first sliding fitting (i.e., the first upper sliding fitting or the first lower sliding fitting) or a second guided element of the second sliding fitting (i.e., the second upper or second lower sliding fitting) against the guide element (i.e., the upper guide element or the lower guide element). This facilitates easy installation of the first sliding door and / or the second sliding door. In particular, the upper sliding fittings can incorporate the additional spring element.

[0027] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first fastening element and / or the second fastening element has a locking element that is slidable towards the upper guide element and / or the lower guide element. The locking element can engage in a recess of a static element of the first upper sliding fitting and / or the first lower sliding fitting and / or the second upper sliding fitting and / or the second lower sliding fitting. In an alternative embodiment, the arrangement of the locking element and the static element can be reversed. The locking mechanism between the locking element and the static element can be reversible. This allows for easy installation of the first sliding door and / or the second sliding door. The slidable locking elements can be assigned to the upper sliding fittings in particular.

[0028] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first fastening element includes a clamping element. The clamping element is designed to clamp the first sliding fitting to the first sliding door. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second fastening element includes a clamping element. The clamping element is designed to clamp the second sliding fitting to the second sliding door. This allows for easy installation of the first sliding door and / or the second sliding door. The clamping element can include one or more expanding bolts that expand into recesses in the first sliding door and / or the second sliding door.

[0029] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first upper sliding fitting has a cup that can be inserted into a cup recess in the first sliding door. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the first lower sliding fitting has a cup that can be inserted into a cup recess in the first sliding door. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second upper sliding fitting has a cup that can be inserted into a cup recess in the second sliding door. In yet another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second lower sliding fitting has a cup that can be inserted into a cup recess in the second sliding door.

[0030] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second upper sliding fitting has a rear projection extending longitudinally along the main direction of travel, by which the first sliding door is guided when it is behind the second sliding door. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second lower sliding fitting has a rear projection extending longitudinally along the main direction of travel, by which the first sliding door is guided when it is behind the second sliding door. The width of the projection transverse to the main direction of travel and the thickness of the first sliding door and the second sliding door, respectively, can be matched to the width of the first track section transverse to the main direction of travel. The projection facilitates movement of the first sliding door from the first vertical plane into the second vertical plane.

[0031] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the projection section is arranged within the first upper track section or the first lower track section. The projection section reduces the track width available for the first upper sliding fitting in the first upper track section or the track width available for the first lower sliding fitting in the first lower track section.

[0032] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the projection section is designed such that the available track width of the first upper track section or the first lower track section is reduced to allow the first sliding door to slide linearly behind the second sliding door. The projection section thus provides linear guidance for the first sliding door when it is positioned behind the second sliding door.

[0033] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second upper sliding fitting and / or the second lower sliding fitting has a rearward tilting slope at one end, which runs obliquely to the main direction of extension and transitions into the tilting section at the rear. This simplifies the movement of the first sliding door behind the second sliding door.

[0034] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, a tilting roller, in particular a tilting roller freely rotatable about a vertical axis, is arranged in a transition area between the tilting slope and the tilting section. This further simplifies the movement of the first sliding door behind the second sliding door. Furthermore, the tilting roller can assist in the lateral guidance of the first sliding door.

[0035] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second upper sliding fitting has two secondary fitting parts for longitudinally spaced attachment to the second sliding door, and between them a central piece connected to the two secondary fitting parts and / or to the second sliding door. The central piece, particularly together with the secondary fitting parts, forms the tilt section. The secondary fitting parts can, in particular, be identical.

[0036] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the second lower sliding fitting has two secondary fitting parts for longitudinally spaced attachment to the second sliding door, and between them a central piece connected to the two secondary fitting parts and / or to the second sliding door. The central piece, particularly together with the secondary fitting parts, forms the tilt section. The secondary fitting parts can, in particular, be identical.

[0037] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the upper guide element has two stop elements at its ends. The stop elements can be inserted into track sections and, in particular, can be positively engaged with these track sections. Alternatively or additionally, the stop elements can be mounted to a furniture carcass, for example, by means of a screw connection.

[0038] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, the lower guide element has two stop elements at its ends. The stop elements can be inserted into track sections and, in particular, can be positively engaged with these track sections. Alternatively or additionally, the stop elements can be mounted to a furniture carcass, for example, by means of a screw connection.

[0039] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting, it is further configured for the lateral movement of a third sliding door between a closed and an open position, and for the lateral movement of a fourth sliding door between a closed and an open position. The third sliding door is positioned in the front vertical plane in the closed position and in the rear vertical plane in the open position. The sliding door fitting has an additional upper guide element for guiding the third and fourth sliding doors from above. The sliding door fitting also has an additional lower guide element for guiding the third and fourth sliding doors from below. Each of these additional upper and lower guide elements has a primary direction of extension. This can be parallel to the main direction of extension of the upper guide element or the lower guide element. The upper guide element has a third upper track section for guiding the third sliding door and a fourth upper track section for guiding the fourth sliding door. The lower guide element has a third lower track section for guiding the third sliding door and a fourth lower track section for guiding the fourth sliding door. The sliding door fitting also has a third upper sliding fitting for attaching it to the top of the third sliding door and a third lower sliding fitting for attaching it to the bottom of the third sliding door. The third upper sliding fitting has a spring element. The third lower sliding fitting has a spring element. The third upper sliding fitting is slidably mounted in the third upper rail section both along and transversely to the main direction of extension. The third lower sliding fitting is slidably mounted in the third lower rail section both along and transversely to the main direction of extension. The third upper sliding fitting is slidable from a forward sliding position against the restoring force of the spring element transversely to the main direction of extension on a partial section of the third upper rail section. The third lower sliding fitting is slidable from a forward sliding position against the restoring force of the spring element transversely to the main direction of extension on a partial section of the third lower rail section. The fourth upper rail section and the fourth lower rail section each have a linear guide. The sliding door fitting further comprises a fourth upper sliding fitting for attachment to the top of the fourth sliding door and a fourth lower sliding fitting for attachment to the bottom of the fourth sliding door. The fourth upper sliding fitting is slidably guided in the linear guide of the fourth upper rail section in the main direction of extension, and in particular exclusively in the main direction of extension. The fourth lower sliding fitting is slidably guided in the linear guide of the fourth lower rail section in the main direction of extension, and in particular exclusively in the main direction of extension.

[0040] The third sliding fittings can be designed identically to the first sliding fittings. The fourth sliding fittings can be designed identically to the second sliding fittings. The third track sections can be designed identically to the first track sections. The third track sections and the first track sections can be designed as continuous track sections. The fourth track sections can be designed identically to the second track sections. The fourth track sections and the second track sections can be designed as a continuous track section. If the track sections are designed as continuous track sections, a center stop can be provided. It can be provided that the first sliding door and the third sliding door are located on the outside and the second sliding door and the fourth sliding door are located on the inside. It is possible for the first and third sliding doors to be located on the inside and the second and fourth sliding doors on the outside. It is possible for the first and fourth sliding doors to be located on the outside and the second and third sliding doors on the inside. It is possible for the first and fourth sliding doors to be located on the inside and the second and third sliding doors on the outside.

[0041] According to a second aspect of the invention, a sliding door arrangement comprises at least one first sliding door, which is laterally displaceable between a closed position in a front vertical plane and an open position in a rear vertical plane, and a sliding door fitting according to the invention. The first sliding door is displaceably mounted both in the main direction and transversely to the main direction of extension by means of the first upper sliding fitting in the first upper rail regions of the upper guide elements and by means of the first lower sliding fitting in the first lower rail regions of the lower guide elements.

[0042] In one embodiment of the sliding door arrangement, it further comprises a second sliding door, which is guided linearly and displaceably only in the front vertical plane of the first sliding door between a closed and an open position. The second sliding door is guided by the second upper sliding fitting in the second upper rail section of the upper guide element, displaceable only in the main direction of extension. The second sliding door is guided by the second lower sliding fitting in the second lower rail section of the lower guide element, displaceable only in the main direction of extension. The first and second sliding doors close flush with each other. The first sliding door can be displaced laterally from the front vertical plane rearward into the rear vertical plane to allow the two sliding doors to slide past each other.

The first upper sliding fitting 130 has at least one spring element 131. Fig. Figure 1 optionally shows two spring elements 131 of the first upper sliding fitting 130. The first lower sliding fitting 150 also has at least one spring element 151. In Fig. Figure 1 optionally shows two spring elements 151 of the first lower sliding fitting 150. The first upper sliding fitting 130 is slidably mounted in the first upper rail section 111 both along the main extension direction 101 and transversely to the main extension direction 101. The first lower sliding fitting 130 is slidably mounted in the first lower rail section 121 both along the main extension direction 101 and transversely to the main extension direction 101. The first upper sliding fitting 130 is slidable from a forward sliding position against the restoring force of the spring element 131 transversely to the main extension direction 101 on a partial section 113 of the first upper rail section 111. The first lower sliding fitting 150 is displaceable on a section 123 of the first lower rail area 121 from a forward sliding position against the restoring force of the spring element 151 transversely to the main extension direction 101.The second upper rail section 112 and the second lower rail section 122 each have a linear guide 114, 124. The sliding door fitting further comprises a second upper sliding fitting 170 for attachment at the top of the second sliding door 12 and a second lower sliding fitting 190 for attachment at the bottom of the second sliding door 12. The second upper sliding fitting 170 is slidably guided in the linear guide 114 of the second upper rail section 112 in the main direction of extension 101, and in particular exclusively in the main direction of extension 101. The second lower sliding fitting 190 is slidably guided in the linear guide 124 of the second lower rail section 122 in the main direction of extension 101, and in particular exclusively in the main direction of extension 101.The first sliding door 11 is therefore mounted so that it can be moved both in the main extension direction 101 and transversely to the main extension direction 101 by means of the first upper sliding fitting 130 in the first upper rail areas 111 of the upper guide element 110 and by means of the first lower sliding fitting 150 in the first lower rail areas 121 of the lower guide element 120.

[0047] This sliding door fitting 100 has few, inexpensive, and lightweight parts that are neither prone to defects nor complex to assemble. This results in a simple design and thus an improved sliding door fitting 100. Because the second sliding door 12 is guided essentially along the main extension direction 202, a simplified construction is possible. In particular, the first sliding door 11 can be slid behind the second sliding door 12.

[0048] The terms "top" and "bottom" refer specifically to opposite sides of the first sliding door 11 and the second sliding door 12, respectively, for a conventionally constructed piece of furniture with vertical sliding doors 11, 12. The arrangement of the sliding doors 11, 12 and the sliding door fitting 100 in Fig. Figure 1 corresponds to this arrangement. The sliding doors 11 and 12 can be arranged side by side. Of course, a different spatial orientation of the furniture can also be chosen; in this case, the terms "top" and "bottom" should continue to refer to opposite sides of the first sliding door 11 and the second sliding door 12, respectively, with these sides facing the guide elements 110 and 120.

[0049] The guide elements 110, 120 can be designed as grooves in a material of the furniture, in particular a wood-based material, but also as guide tracks 115, 125. The sliding fittings 130, 150, 170, 190 can have guided elements 132, 152, 172, 192 which are guided in or on the respective guide elements 110, 120. Fig. 1. There are two guided elements 132, 152, 172, 192 per sliding fitting 130, 150, 170, 190. However, a different number or a different number for each sliding fitting 130, 150, 170, 190 may also be provided. In Fig. The guided elements 132, 152, 172, 192 are each slidably guided in the rail areas 111, 112, 121, 122. The guided elements 152 of the first lower sliding fitting 150 can be designed analogously to the guided elements 132 of the first upper sliding fitting 130. The guided elements 192 of the second lower sliding fitting 190 can be designed analogously to the guided elements 172 of the second upper sliding fitting 170. The guide elements 110, 120 can, for example, be referred to as rails. The guided elements 132, 152, 172, 192 can, for example, be referred to as gliders, as in Fig. 1 shown, or alternatively designed as rollers. In the front vertical position, the first upper sliding fitting 130 can abut a front rail edge 116 of the first upper rail section 111. In the front vertical position, the first lower sliding fitting 150 can abut a front rail edge 126 of the first lower rail section 121. In the rear vertical position, the first upper sliding fitting 130 can abut a rear rail edge 117 of the first upper rail section 111. In the rear vertical position, the first lower sliding fitting 150 can abut a rear rail edge 117 of the first lower rail section 121.

[0050] Optional in Fig. Figure 1 shows that the first sliding door 11 and the second sliding door 12 each have several cup recesses 13, and each cup recess 13 has two screw holes 14. The sliding fittings 130, 150, 170, 190 can be attached to the sliding doors 11 and 12 using screws 15. The sliding fittings 130, 150, 170, 190 can have cups 16 that are inserted into the cup recesses 13. The screws 15 can be screwed into the screw holes 14.

[0051] Fig. Figure 2 shows a top view of the sliding door arrangement 10 of the Fig. 1. The sliding doors 11 and 12 are shown from the inside, i.e., viewed from the direction of a furniture carcass. The sliding doors 11 and 12 are each shown in a closed position.

[0052] Fig. Figure 3 shows a cross-section of the sliding door arrangement 10 of the Fig. 2 at the in Fig. 2 section line marked AA. Since the first sliding door 11 and the second sliding door 12 are both arranged in the closed position in the front vertical plane 102, the second sliding door 12 is shown in the illustration of the Fig. 3 of the first sliding door 11 is covered and not visible.

[0053] Fig. Figure 4 shows a cross-section of the sliding door arrangement 10 of the Fig. 2 at the in Fig. Figure 2 shows the section line marked BB. In particular, a lower section of the sliding door fitting 100 is depicted, including the lower guide element 120, the first lower sliding fitting 150, and the second lower sliding fitting 190. The spring element 151 of the first lower sliding fitting 150 is adjacent to the rear rail edge 127 of the first lower rail section 121. Thus, in the closed position, the first sliding door 11 is guided at the front rail edge 126 by the guided element 152 and at the rear rail edge 127 by the spring element 151. Similarly, the spring element 131 of the first upper sliding fitting 130 can be adjacent to the rear rail edge 117 of the first upper rail section 111. Thus, in the closed position, the first sliding door 11 is guided at the front rail edge 116 by the guided element 132 and at the rear rail edge 117 by the spring element 131.

[0054] Fig. Figure 5 shows a cross-section of the sliding door arrangement 10 of the Fig. 2 at the in Fig. 2 Section line marked CC. In particular, a lower area of the sliding door fitting 100 with the lower guide element 120, the first lower sliding fitting 150 and the second lower sliding fitting 190 is shown.

[0055] The second sliding door 12 is guided linearly between a closed and an open position exclusively in the front vertical plane 102 of the first sliding door 11. The second sliding door 12 is guided by the second upper sliding fitting 170 in the second upper track section 112 of the upper guide element 110, sliding exclusively in the main direction of extension 101. The second sliding door 12 is guided by the second lower sliding fitting 190 in the second lower track section 122 of the lower guide element 120, sliding exclusively in the main direction of extension 101. The first and second sliding doors 11, 12 close flush with each other. The first sliding door 11 can be laterally displaced from the front vertical plane backward into the rear vertical plane in order to slide the two sliding doors 11, 12 past each other.

[0056] In the Fig. Figures 1 to 5 show further optional features of the sliding door fitting 100, which are explained below. These are referred to below as exemplary embodiments. In particular, the features explained below can be used individually in a sliding door fitting 100 with the properties described so far.

[0057] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first upper sliding fitting 130 is identical in construction to the first lower sliding fitting 150. In another embodiment, the second upper sliding fitting 170 is alternatively or additionally identical in construction to the second lower sliding fitting 190.

[0058] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first upper sliding fitting 130 is designed symmetrically to the first lower sliding fitting 150 and / or the second upper sliding fitting 170 is designed symmetrically to the second lower sliding fitting 190.

[0059] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, when the second sliding fittings 170, 190 (i.e., the second upper sliding fitting 170 and the second lower sliding fitting 190) are moved laterally, the first sliding fittings 130, 150 (i.e., the first upper sliding fitting 130 and the first lower sliding fitting 150) can be moved against the restoring force of the spring elements 131, 151 transversely to the main direction of extension 102. As a result, when the second sliding door 12 is moved, the first sliding door 11 moves behind the second sliding door 12.

[0060] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first upper sliding fitting 130 has two first fitting parts 133 for longitudinally spaced attachment to the first sliding door 11. The first fitting parts 133 can, in particular, be of identical design. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first lower sliding fitting 150 has two first fitting parts 153 for longitudinally spaced attachment to the first sliding door 11. The first fitting parts 153 can, in particular, be of identical design. The first fitting parts 133, 153 each have a spring element 131, 151. In particular, the first fitting parts 133, 153 of both the first upper sliding fitting 130 and the first lower sliding fitting 150 can each have a spring element 131, 151. A central web 134 can be arranged between the first fitting parts 133 of the first upper sliding fitting 130.A central web 154 can also be arranged between the first fitting parts 153 of the first lower sliding fitting 150. The central webs 134, 154 can increase the stability of the respective first sliding fitting 130, 150. The configurations of the spring elements 131, 151 described below can also be provided here. Furthermore, it can be provided that both the first fitting parts 133 of the first upper sliding fitting 130 and the first fitting parts 153 of the first lower sliding fitting 150 are identically designed. This can simplify the manufacture of the sliding door fitting 100 and, in particular, make it more cost-effective, since identical parts can be produced.

[0061] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the spring element 131, 151 comprises a base body 135, 155 and a spring arm 136, 156. The spring arm 136, 156 has a first spring arm end 137, 157 and a second spring arm end 138, 158. The first spring arm end 137, 157 is attached to the base body 135, 155. The second spring arm end 138, 158 is movable from an extended position against a spring force towards the base body 135, 155. In particular, the spring arm 136, 156 and the base body 135, 155 can be formed as a single piece. Fig. However, as shown in Figures 1 to 5, the spring arm 136, 156 and the base body 135, 155 each form a multi-part spring element 131, 151. For example, after moving towards the base body 135, 155, the spring arm 136, 156 can be essentially parallel to the main extension direction 101 of the guide elements 110, 120. "Essentially parallel" can mean that the angle between the main extension direction 101 and the spring arm 136, 156 is a maximum of 5 to 10 degrees. Furthermore, it can be provided that in the extended position, the angle between the spring arm 136, 156 and the main extension direction 101 is at least 20 degrees, and in particular at least 25 degrees.

[0062] The spring arm 136, 156 and the base body 135, 155 can, for example, be made of or contain a plastic. In particular, the spring arm 136, 156 and the base body 135, 155 can each be an injection-molded or injection-molded part.

[0063] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, a leaf spring 139, 159 is arranged between the base body 135, 155 and the spring arm 136, 156. This is particularly evident in the illustration of the Fig. Figure 5 shows the leaf spring 159 of the spring element 151 of the first lower sliding fitting 150. The leaf spring 139 of the spring element 131 of the first upper sliding fitting 130 can be designed analogously. This allows for simple manufacturing of the spring element 131, 151. Alternatively, another spring, for example a coil spring, can be arranged between the base body 135, 155 and the spring arm 136, 156. Furthermore, a spring effect can also result from the arrangement of the spring arm 136, 156 on the base body 135, 155, particularly in a one-piece design of 136, 156 and base body 135, 155.

[0064] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first upper rail section 111 is configured as the first groove 118 and the second upper rail section 112 as the second groove 119 of a rail profile 201. The width of the first groove 118 is greater than the width of the second groove 119. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first lower rail section 121 is configured as the first groove 128 and the second lower rail section 122 as the second groove 129 of a rail profile 211. The width of the first groove 128 is greater than the width of the second groove 129. Both embodiments can also be implemented simultaneously, as shown in the Fig. Figures 1 to 5 show the rail profiles. In both cases, the rail profile 211, 221 can be a metallic rail profile 211, 221 or a rail profile 211, 221 made of plastic. The width of the grooves 118, 119, 128, 129 can be measured in a direction transverse to the main extension direction 101. In particular, the width perpendicular to the main extension direction 101 can be configured as defined above. Alternatively, two rail profiles 211, 221 can be provided, with the first groove 118, 128 being located in one of the two rail profiles and the second groove 119, 129 being located in the other of the two rail profiles.

[0065] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first upper sliding fitting 130 has an undercut 141 extending along the main direction of extension 101. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first lower sliding fitting 150 has an undercut 161 extending along the main direction of extension 101. In particular, both the first upper sliding fitting 130 and the first lower sliding fitting 150 can have the undercut 141, 161. The undercut 141, 161 can engage behind the respective second (upper or lower) sliding door fitting 170, 190 when the first sliding door 11 and / or the second sliding door 12 is moved, thus assisting the movement of the first sliding door 11 transversely to the main direction of extension 101.

[0066] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first upper sliding fitting 130 has a return-movement roller 143 on an end face 142, which projects in the main extension direction 101. If the first upper sliding fitting 130 has the undercut 141 already described, the return-movement roller 143 can be flush with the undercut 141 at the front. The return-movement roller 143 can, in particular, be a return-movement roller freely rotatable about a vertical axis, as shown in the Fig. Figures 1 to 5 illustrate this. In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the first lower sliding fitting 150 has a return-movement roller 163 on an end face 162, which projects in the main extension direction 101. If the first lower sliding fitting 150 has the undercut 161 already described, the return-movement roller 163 can be flush with the undercut 161 at the front. The return-movement roller 163 can, in particular, be a return-movement roller freely rotatable about a vertical axis, as shown in the Fig. Figures 1 to 5 are shown. In particular, both the first upper sliding fitting 130 and the first lower sliding fitting 150 can each have the return movement roller element 143, 163.

[0067] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the upper guide element 110 is formed integrally with the first upper rail section 111 and the second upper rail section 112, particularly in the form of a drawn metal profile or a drawn plastic profile. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the lower guide element 120 is formed integrally with the first lower rail section 121 and the second lower rail section 122, particularly in the form of a drawn metal profile or a drawn plastic profile.

[0068] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the second upper sliding fitting 170 has a rear projection section 174 extending longitudinally along the main direction of extension 101, on which the first sliding door 11 is guided when it is located behind the second sliding door 12. In another embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the second lower sliding fitting 190 has a rear projection section 194 extending longitudinally along the main direction of extension 101, on which the first sliding door 11 is guided when it is located behind the second sliding door 12. The width of the display section 174, 194 perpendicular to the main extension direction 101 and the thickness of the first sliding door 12 or the second sliding door 12 can be matched to the width of the first rail area 111, 112 perpendicular to the main extension direction 101.The display section 174, 194 can support the movement of the first sliding door 12 from the first vertical plane 102 into the second vertical plane.

[0069] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the projection section 174, 194 is arranged within the first upper rail section 111 or the first lower rail section 121, respectively. The projection section 174, 194 reduces the rail width of the first upper rail section 111 available for the first upper sliding fitting 130 or the rail width of the first lower rail section 121 available for the first lower sliding fitting 150.

[0070] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the projection section 174, 194 is designed such that the available track width of the first upper track section 111 or the first lower track section 121 is reduced to allow the first sliding door 12 to slide linearly behind the second sliding door 12. The projection section 174, 194 thus provides linear guidance for the first sliding door 11 when it is positioned behind the second sliding door 12.

[0071] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the second upper sliding fitting 150 has two second fitting parts 153 for longitudinally spaced attachment to the second sliding door 12 and, between them, a central piece 175 connected to the two second fitting parts 173 and / or to the second sliding door 12. The central piece 175, in particular together with the second fitting parts 173, forms the projection section 174. The second fitting parts 173 can, in particular, be identical to each other.

[0072] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the second lower sliding fitting 190 has two second fitting parts 193 for longitudinally spaced attachment to the second sliding door 12 and, between them, a central piece 195 connected to the two second fitting parts 193 and / or to the second sliding door 12. The central piece 195, in particular together with the second fitting parts 193, forms the projection section 194. The second fitting parts 193 can, in particular, be identical.

[0073] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the second upper sliding fitting 170 and / or the second lower sliding fitting 190 has a rear projection slope 176, 196 at one end, which runs obliquely to the main extension direction 101 and transitions rearward into the projection section 174, 194. This simplifies the movement of the first sliding door 11 behind the second sliding door 12.

[0074] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, a tilting roller 178, 198, in particular a tilting roller freely rotatable about a vertical axis, is arranged in a transition area 177, 197 between the tilting slope 176, 196 and the tilting section 174, 194. This further simplifies the movement of the first sliding door 11 behind the second sliding door 12. Furthermore, the tilting roller 178, 198 can assist in the lateral guidance of the first sliding door 11.

[0075] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the upper guide element 110 has two stop elements 212 at its ends. The stop elements 212 can be inserted into rail sections 111, 112 and, in particular, can be positively engaged with the rail sections 111, 112. Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that the stop elements 212 can be mounted on a furniture carcass, for example by means of a screw connection. For this purpose, the Fig. The stop elements shown in 1 to 5 have 212 holes.

[0076] In one embodiment of the sliding door fitting 100, the lower guide element 120 has two stop elements 222 at its ends. The stop elements 222 can be inserted into rail sections 121, 122 and, in particular, can be positively engaged with the rail sections 121, 122. Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that the stop elements 222 can be mounted on a furniture carcass, for example by means of a screw connection. For this purpose, the stop elements 222 have in Fig. The stop elements shown in 1 to 5 have 222 holes.

[0077] Fig. Figure 6 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 1 to 5 after the start of a movement of the first sliding door 11 from the closed position towards the open position. Fig. Figure 7 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 6 at the in Fig. 6. Section line marked with DD. Fig. Figure 8 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 6 at the in Fig. 6 with section line marked EE. Fig. Figure 9 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 6 at the in Fig. 6. Section line marked FF. The return movement rollers 143, 163 can roll off the respective projection ramps 176, 196 and thus support the opening of the first sliding door 11.

[0078] Fig. Figure 10 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 1 to 9 after a further movement of the first sliding door 11 from the closed position towards the open position. Fig. Figure 11 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 10 at the in Fig. 10, section line marked with GG. Fig. Figure 12 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 10 at the in Fig. 10, section line marked HH. Fig. Figure 13 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 10 at the in Fig. Section line 10 marked with II. After further opening of the first sliding door 11, it is arranged in the rear vertical plane 103. The first sliding door 11 is therefore arranged behind the second sliding door 12. The first sliding door 11 is positioned between the projection sections 174, 194 of the second sliding fittings 170, 190.

[0079] Fig. Figure 14 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 1 to 5 after the start of a movement of the second sliding door 12 from the closed position towards the open position. Fig. Figure 15 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 14 at the in Fig. 14, section line marked with JJ. Fig. Figure 16 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 14 at the in Fig. 14. Section line marked with KK. Fig. Figure 17 shows the sliding door arrangement of the Fig. 14 at the in Fig. 14 with LL marked section line. If the second sliding door 12 is moved towards the open position, a change occurs towards the Fig. 6 to 9 analogous opening movement of the first sliding door 11, in which the return movement rollers 143, 163 roll on the opening ramps 176, 196 and thus the first sliding door 11 is moved from the front vertical plane 102 towards the rear vertical plane 103. If the second sliding door 12 is now moved further towards the open position, the following results in the Fig. Position shown in Figures 14 to 17, in which the first sliding door 11 is arranged completely behind the second sliding door 12 and in which the first sliding door 11 is arranged between the projection sections 174, 194 of the second sliding fittings 170, 190.

[0080] Regardless of whether the first sliding door 11 or the second sliding door 12 is moved, the first sliding door 11 moves behind the second sliding door 12. This occurs primarily due to the linear guide of the second upper rail section 112 and the second lower rail section 122 in combination with the spring elements 131, 151 of the first sliding fittings 130, 150.

[0081] Fig. Figure 18 shows an isometric view of a first fitting 153 of the first lower sliding fitting 150 with further optional features. The spring arm 156 is attached to the base body 155 by means of an axle 164 in axle receptacles 165 of the base body 155. This allows for easy mounting of the spring arm 156 to the base body 155. The first fitting 133 of the first upper sliding fitting 130 can be designed analogously. The base body 155 can be, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 18, at least two axle mounts 165 are present, as is the base body 135. This allows the spring arm 136, 156 to be attached to both sides of the respective base body 135, 155. This allows, as shown in the Fig. Figures 1 to 17 optionally show the spring arms 136, 156 for the first fitting parts 133, 153 being arranged inwards, with reference to the first sliding door 11. If a corresponding arrangement is to be made on the first upper sliding fitting 130, the axis can be designated with reference numeral 144 and the axis receptacle with reference numeral 145.

[0082] In Fig. Figure 18 also shows an optional pin receptacle 166 and a pin 167 with which the leaf spring 159 can be fixed. This is also possible for the first fitting part 133 of the first upper sliding fitting 130.

[0083] In the embodiments shown, the spring arm 136, 156 extends beyond the respective base body 135, 155 in a resting position, i.e., when the spring arm 136, 156 rests against the respective base body 135, 155. However, the spring arm 136, 156 can also be shorter and, in particular, not extend beyond the base body 135, 155.

[0084] Fig. Figure 19 shows a side view of a further embodiment of a spring arm 136, 156. A spring arm rolling element 148, 168 is arranged at the second end 138, 158 of the spring arm. The spring arm rolling element 148, 168 can, in particular, be configured as shown in Fig. Figure 19 shows a spring arm roller. Alternatively, spring arm balls or spring arm needles are also conceivable. The spring arm roller 148, 168 can reduce friction between the spring arm 136, 156 and the guide elements 110, 120.
