AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Existing fishing shelter solutions lack stability and rigidity, particularly for the front umbrella poles/ribs, leading to easy bending and instability.

Method used

A central block for fishing shelters that ensures alignment and overlap of umbrella poles, providing strong support by attaching the front umbrella poles to its rear, preventing bending and allowing quick insertion and securing.

Benefits of technology

Enhances stability and rigidity of the umbrella poles, preventing bending and facilitating quick setup and extension of the shelter.

Abstract

The Mivardi M-DOME block is used to set up or extend tents. This is achieved by attaching the front umbrella poles / ribs to the rear of the block, resting on the entire top of the block. This provides extremely strong support for the front umbrella poles / ribs and prevents them from accidentally bending. This is positively influenced by the forces acting from above. In addition, the construction and design allow for quick insertion and securing of the umbrella poles. The optional umbrella pole can be used if the bivvy needs to be extended. The physically induced downward movement of the front ribs (also aggravated by external forces) is a major limiting factor in bivvy construction. Eliminating this undesirable movement allows for the use of longer poles / ribs and thus the construction of a larger bivvy while maintaining the high strength and stability of the structure.

Description

[0001] The Central block for fishing shelter is used to set up or extend tents.

[0002] The central block for fishing shelters ensures perfect alignment of the umbrella poles, including the optional front umbrella pole. Overlapping the umbrella poles increases stability and rigidity.

[0003] This is achieved by attaching the front umbrella poles / ribs to the rear of the block, resting on the entire top of the block. This provides extremely strong support for the front umbrella poles / ribs and prevents them from accidentally bending. This is positively influenced by the forces acting from above.

[0004] In addition, the construction and design allow for quick insertion and securing of the umbrella poles. The optional umbrella pole can be used if the bivvy needs to be extended.

[0005] For clarification, please refer to the attached drawing and explanation.

[0006] Previously, the poles were placed and secured together. These solutions did not provide any noticeable support for the front umbrella poles / ribs. This resulted in the attached umbrella pole / rib being very easy to bend downward.

[0007] It is precisely this lack of stability that is prevented by the Central block for fishing shelter, as it prevents it from bending. Product name: Central block for fishing shelter

[0008] -Central mounting block for rods Where is the central block for fishing shelter used?

[0009] It is an essential component in so-called bivvys / fishing tents. How does the Central block for fishing shelter differ from existing solutions on the market / in the industry?

[0010] A key difference is that the optional umbrella pole, which is used when the user wants to extend the bivvy (tent), can be fixed, significantly reducing downward forces on this umbrella pole. The central block for fishing shelter differs in design.

[0011] Block also in that the ends of the umbrella poles overlap.

Claims

[1] The claim arises from the modified structure of the block. The modified mounting of the umbrella poles increases stability. The patent is claimed for this design. Figure 1 shows the general structure of the newly designed recording unit. Figures 2 and 3 show the cross-sections resulting from the modified structure in conjunction with Figures 4 and 5, which illustrate the effect of the force ratios.
