Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to an assembly frame for a mobile crane, wherein at least one guy arm of a guying device of the mobile crane can be temporarily stored on the assembly frame. The assembly frame comprises at least one movable sliding frame, and a single guy arm can be temporarily stored on the sliding frame. Furthermore, the invention relates to a mobile crane with such an assembly frame. The invention also relates to a method for mounting a guying device on a telescopic boom of a mobile crane.
[0002] German patent DE 10 2021 111 922 B3 already discloses an assembly and transport frame for two guy arms that can be mounted on a telescopic boom of a mobile crane to increase the load-bearing capacity. The guy arms are stored on the same assembly and transport frame for transport on a low-loader, for transport between the low-loader and the mobile crane, and for preparation for assembly on the mobile crane. The assembly and transport frame essentially consists of a base frame with a left frame section with support legs for receiving a first guy arm and a right frame section with support legs for receiving a second guy arm. The right and left frame sections are arranged on the base frame so that they can be moved relative to one another in order to move them from a narrow transport position to a wide assembly position and vice versa, as needed. For transport on the low loader, the assembly and transport frame is placed on the low loader together with the first and second guy arms resting on it and the frame sections are in the narrow transport position. To assemble the first guy arm and the second guy arm to the telescopic boom of the mobile crane, the assembly and transport frame together with the two guy arms is lifted from the telescopic crane onto a mounting surface on an undercarriage of the mobile crane and bolted there. In one variant, the two guy arms are then moved apart from the narrow transport position into the wide assembly position. The telescopic boom is then luffed out and inserted between the two guy arms. The two guy arms are individually attached to the telescopic boom and then each detached from the assembly and transport frame. The telescopic boom is then erected in the usual manner, and the guy arms are spread and secured. During operation of the mobile crane, the assembly and transport frame can remain on the undercarriage and, if necessary, serve as a storage area for the guy arms.
[0003] European patent EP 2 248 754 B1 discloses another mobile crane with guy arms that can be mounted by the mobile crane itself. Here, too, the two guy arms are transported to a location of the mobile crane on a separate low-loader. The guy arms are connected at one end via a U-shaped support frame to form a structural unit and are each provided with removable or length-adjustable footrests at their opposite ends. To mount the guy arms on a telescopic boom of the mobile crane, the structural unit is lifted from the low-loader using the telescopic boom of the mobile crane and placed behind the undercarriage as an extension of the undercarriage of the mobile crane. The length-adjustable footrests rest on a surface, and the removable footrests rest on the undercarriage in the area of the U-shaped support frame. Here, too, after the telescopic boom is inserted between the two guy arms, the guy arms are attached to the telescopic boom via the support frame, and the removable footrests are removed from the support frame. The length-adjustable footrests remain attached to the guy arms.
[0004] Furthermore, European patent EP 1 342 692 B1 discloses another mobile crane whose two guy arms are transported to the site separately from the mobile crane on a low-loader. Once at the site, the guy arms are lifted from the low-loader by the mobile crane and temporarily stored on an undercarriage of the mobile crane. For this purpose, four leg-like consoles are arranged on the undercarriage, on which the two guy arms of the guying device are placed. A telescopic boom of the mobile crane is then lowered into a substantially horizontal receiving position between the two guy arms, and the guy arms are coupled to the telescopic boom.
[0005] Furthermore, a structural unit consisting of a mounting frame and two guy arms for mounting on a mobile crane is already known from the international patent application WO 2005 / 092 775 A1. This structural unit is transported on a low-loader between the mobile crane's deployment locations. During the assembly or disassembly of the guy arms on a telescopic boom of the mobile crane, it is placed on a floor or temporarily stored via attachable or foldable legs as an extension of the mobile crane. At the end of the assembly, it is attached to the designated mounting points on top of the telescopic boom.
[0006] The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an optimized assembly frame of a mobile crane and a mobile crane with an assembly frame with an optimized intermediate storage option for a guying device as well as optimized methods for mounting a guying device on a telescopic boom of a mobile crane.
[0007] This object is achieved by a mounting frame having the features of claim 1, a mobile crane having the features of claim 9, and a method for mounting a guying device on a telescopic boom of a mobile crane having the features of claims 12 and 13. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims 2 to 8 and 10 to 11.
[0008] According to the invention, in an assembly frame of a mobile crane, wherein at least one guy arm of a guying device of the mobile crane can be temporarily stored on the assembly frame, the assembly frame comprises at least one movable sliding frame, and a single guy arm can be temporarily stored on the sliding frame, an optimized intermediate storage option for a guying device is achieved in that the assembly frame comprises exactly one movable sliding frame. The assembly frame is thus structurally simple and lightweight. In the context of the present invention, the feature relating to the intermediate storage of a single guy arm is to be understood as meaning that only a first or second guy arm can be temporarily stored at the same time. The feature that there is only one sliding frame means that the first and second guy arms can only be stored one after the other and moved into the respective mounting positions.
[0009] Advantageously, the sliding frame can be displaced and repositioned from a receiving position either in a first direction or in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The displacement movements are preferably linear. This simplicity is accompanied by the fact that only a single guy arm can be temporarily stored using the mounting frame.
[0010] What is particularly advantageous from a structural point of view is that the sliding frame can be moved in a linear mounting direction and moved back and forth, and that the mounting direction runs at right angles to a longitudinal direction of the mounting frame.
[0011] In a preferred embodiment, it is provided that a first storage location for the first guy arm and a second storage location for the second guy arm are arranged on the sliding frame.
[0012] It is particularly preferred that first support elements are arranged on the sliding frame at the first storage location and second support elements are arranged on the sliding frame at the second storage location.
[0013] In an alternative embodiment, it is provided that the intermediate frame and the sliding frame form a structural unit and can be detached from the base frame together and, after rotation, can be reattached to the base frame in such a way that the sliding frame, starting from the preferably fully retracted receiving position, can only be displaced in a second direction opposite to the first direction and can be displaced back
[0014] In a preferred and alternative embodiment, it is provided that only a single bearing location for the first guy arm or the second guy arm is arranged on the sliding frame.
[0015] Advantageously, it is provided that the mounting frame comprises a base frame, an intermediate frame and the sliding frame, the intermediate frame is arranged on the base frame and the sliding frame is arranged displaceably on the intermediate frame.
[0016] Furthermore, according to the invention, in a mobile crane with an assembly frame, an optimized intermediate storage option for a guying device is achieved by attaching the assembly frame to the undercarriage as an extension of the undercarriage of the mobile crane. The assembly frame is thus held at the front or rear of the undercarriage and aligned with it, rather than supported on the undercarriage.
[0017] It is advantageously provided that the assembly frame is supported on a base by support legs at a rear end facing away from the undercarriage.
[0018] Typically, a mobile crane comprises an undercarriage, a superstructure, and a telescopic boom. The telescopic boom comprises a base box with retractable and extendable inner boxes. A guying device with a first guying arm and a second guying arm can be attached to the telescopic boom. The first guying arm and the second guying arm can be placed one after the other on the mounting frame for installation.
[0019] According to the invention, an optimized method for mounting a guying device on a telescopic boom of a mobile crane together with an optimized intermediate storage option for a guying device is achieved by the following steps: - Providing a first transport unit with an assembly frame mounted thereon in the area of the mobile crane; - Lifting the assembly frame from the first transport unit using the mobile crane; - Positioning the assembly frame in the extension of an undercarriage of the mobile crane; - Attaching the mounting frame to the undercarriage and detaching the mobile crane from the mounting frame; - Providing a second transport unit with the guying device mounted thereon with a first guying arm and a second guying arm in the area of the mobile crane; - Lifting the first guy arm from the second transport unit using the mobile crane; - Lowering the first guy arm of the guying device onto a sliding frame of the assembly frame at a first storage location by means of the mobile crane; - Moving the sliding frame in a first direction from a receiving position into a laterally extended lowering position; - Lowering the telescopic boom next to the first guy arm; - Moving the sliding frame in the assembly direction and opposite to the first direction from its lowered position into a central fastening position in which a fastening frame of the telescopic boom rests against a base box of the telescopic boom; - Attaching the first guy arm with its mounting frame to the base box; - Repeating the above steps with respect to the second guy arm, starting with lifting the first guy arm from the second transport unit by means of the mobile crane and with respect to a second storage location on the sliding frame and a second direction.
[0020] Also according to the invention, a further optimized method for mounting a guying device on a telescopic boom of a mobile crane together with an optimized intermediate storage option for a guying device is achieved by the following steps: - Providing a first transport unit with an assembly frame mounted thereon in the area of the mobile crane; - Lifting the assembly frame from the first transport unit using the mobile crane; - Positioning the assembly frame in the extension of an undercarriage of the mobile crane; - Attaching the mounting frame to the undercarriage and detaching the mobile crane from the mounting frame; - Providing a second transport unit with the guying device mounted thereon with a first guying arm and a second guying arm in the area of the mobile crane; - Lifting the first guy arm from the second transport unit using the mobile crane; - Lowering the first guy arm of the guying device onto a sliding frame of the assembly frame using the mobile crane; - Moving the sliding frame in a first direction from a receiving position into a laterally extended lowering position; - Lowering the telescopic boom next to the first guy arm; - Moving the sliding frame in the assembly direction and opposite to the first direction from its lowered position into a central fastening position in which a fastening frame of the telescopic boom rests against a base box of the telescopic boom; - Attaching the first guy arm with its mounting frame to the base box; - Detaching the intermediate frame and the sliding frame as a unit together from the base frame, rotating the unit and reattaching it to the base frame in such a way that the sliding frame, starting from the preferably fully retracted receiving position, can only be moved in a second direction opposite to the first direction and can be moved back, - Repeating the above steps with respect to the second guy arm starting with lifting the first guy arm from the second transport unit by means of the mobile crane on the sliding frame and a second direction.
[0021] In connection with the present invention, it is self-evident that the first and second guy arms can also be transported separately on different transport units and picked up or placed there.
[0022] An embodiment of the invention is described using two variants (first variant Fig. 1 to 12, second variant Fig. 13 to 24) are explained in more detail in the following description. [0023] In the following, a method for attaching a first guy arm 9a and a second guy arm 9b of a guying device 9 to a telescopic boom 6 of a mobile crane 2 and, on the other hand, a mounting frame 11 used for this purpose are described in more detail in a first variant.
[0024] The Fig. 1 shows a schematic and perspective view of a mobile crane system 1 with a mobile crane 2, with a first transport unit 3a and with a second transport unit 3b, each parked on a base U. The first and second transport units 3a, 3b are typically designed as semi-trailer trucks with semi-trailers. Such mobile crane systems 1 are necessary because, due to the very high weight of the mobile crane 2 itself, the mobile crane 2 usually has to be transported to its respective location partially disassembled in order to comply with the maximum values specified for the public road network with regard to axle load and vehicle weight. Additional attachments of the mobile crane 2, such as a guying device 9 for increasing the load capacity of the mobile crane 2, a telescopic boom extension, an entire telescopic boom 6 or counterweights, are thus often transported separately on transport units 3a, 3b.
[0025] The mobile crane 2, which can be moved on public roads, typically has a multi-axle undercarriage 4 with pneumatic tires 5. Arranged on the undercarriage 4 is an uppercarriage 7 carrying a telescopic boom 6, which can be pivoted about a vertical axis relative to the undercarriage 4. The telescopic boom 6 has a base box 6a which is pivotably hinged to the uppercarriage 7 about a horizontal axis and in the region of a telescopic boom base 6c of the telescopic boom 6 and which accommodates several linearly retractable and extendable inner boxes 6b, of which only a first inner box 6b is shown. A hoist rope 8, from which a load-handling device, such as a load hook with a bottom block for rope reeving, runs over a telescopic boom head 6d arranged at a free end of the telescopic boom 6, in particular at an innermost end of the inner boxes 6b.
[0026] The two transport units 3a, 3b each have a loading area 3c, which is usually part of a low-loader.
[0027] An assembly frame 11 is transported by the first transport unit 3a. The assembly frame 11 functions as an auxiliary frame that is used during assembly of the first and second tensioning arms 9a, 9b to the telescopic boom 6. The assembly frame 11 essentially consists of a lower base frame 11a, preferably in the form of a lattice mast section, a middle intermediate frame 11b and an upper sliding frame 11c (see Fig. 4 and Fig. 7) and serves as an extension of the undercarriage 4 in order to provide an intermediate storage option for the two guy arms 9a, 9b.
[0028] On the loading area 3c of the second transport unit 3b, a guying device 9 for the telescopic boom 6 is transported as an attachment for the mobile crane 2. Such guying devices 9 are known to increase the load-bearing capacity of the mobile crane 2, to provide rear and lateral guying of the telescopic boom 6, and to reduce elastic deflection of the telescopic boom 6 during operation of the mobile crane 2. For this purpose, the guying device 9 is attached in the usual way to the base box 6a of the telescopic boom 6 and, in one embodiment, in the area of its upper collar 6e. The guying device 9 consists of a first guying arm 9a and a second guying arm 9b, which are coupled to the telescopic boom 6 and can be spread out backwards in a V-shape into an operating position (see Fig. 12). It can also be seen that the first and second guy arms 9a, 9b each have a tensioning mechanism 9d in the form of a cable winch in a middle and lower area in order to tension tensioning means such as guy ropes 12a and guy rods 12b (see Fig. 12) of an associated guying system accordingly. On the second transport unit 3b, the two guy arms 9a, 9b are in a horizontal transport position, parallel to and spaced from one another. In the transport position, the two guy arms 9a, 9b are aligned with their longitudinal directions essentially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the second transport unit 3b. In addition, the two guy arms 9a, 9b are placed as close to one another as possible on the loading area 3c, so that they preferably do not protrude laterally beyond the loading area. In an assembled position of the two guy arms 9a, 9b on the telescopic boom 6, the two guy arms 9a, 9b are arranged next to one another, wherein the distance between the two guy arms 9a, 9b is greater than in the transport position and is adapted to the width of the telescopic boom 6.The two guy arms 9a, 9b are placed in a common transport frame 10 adapted to the geometry of the two guy arms 9a, 9b on the loading area 3c and secured there for transport.
[0029] In the Fig. Figure 2 is a further schematic and three-dimensional view of the mobile crane 2 and the first transport unit 3a according to Fig. 1. At the beginning of a so-called setup process for attaching the first guy arm 9a and the second guy arm 9b to the telescopic boom 6, the first transport unit 3a is aligned with the mobile crane 2 such that the first transport unit 3a is positioned with its longitudinal direction in line with the mobile crane 2 relative to its longitudinal direction. A distance remains between the mobile crane 2 and the first transport unit 3a. Furthermore, a rear end 4a of the undercarriage 4, which is opposite a driver's cab 4b of the mobile crane 2, and a rear end 3d of the second transport unit 3b face each other, so that the loading area 3c of the first transport unit 3a faces the mobile crane 2. Alternatively, the mobile crane 2 can be aligned with the first transport unit 3a in a corresponding manner. After alignment, the assembly frame 11 is lifted from the loading area 3c by means of the mobile crane 2 in a next setup step so that the first transport unit 3a can drive away.
[0030] In a next step, as shown in the Fig. 3, which is a schematic and perspective view of the mobile crane 2 according to Fig. 2 with an attached assembly frame 11, it can be seen that the assembly frame 11 has been moved into a fastening position at the rear end 4a of the undercarriage 4 by means of the mobile crane 2. In this coupling position, the front end 11e of the assembly frame 11 rests against the rear end 4a of the undercarriage 4. The assembly frame 11 has also been lowered so far from the mobile crane 2 that an upper side of the assembly frame 11 is approximately at the same level as a surface of the undercarriage 4, and thus a receiving surface for the two guy arms 9a, 9b on the undercarriage 4 has been extended with the assembly frame 11. In this coupling position, the assembly frame 11 is then fastened to the undercarriage 4, in particular by bolting it there. Also, length-adjustable support legs 11d are arranged at the opposite rear end 11f of the mounting frame 11 in order to support the free rear end 11f of the mounting frame 11 on the base U.The mobile crane 2 or its hoist rope 8 is then released from the assembly frame 11 and is available for the further assembly steps.
[0031] The Fig. 4 shows a plan view of the mounting frame 11 according to Fig. 3, which is already attached to the undercarriage 4 of the mobile crane 2. Opposite the Fig. 3, in a further setup step, the hoist rope 8 has been detached from the assembly frame 11. Based on the Fig. 4, the structure of the mounting frame 11 is explained in more detail below. The mounting frame 11 essentially consists of a lower base frame 11a, a middle intermediate frame 11b, only one upper sliding frame 11c and support legs 11d (see also Fig. 7). The base frame 11a has a lattice mast structure and may be a lattice mast section of a telescopic boom extension with a triangular cross-section. Essentially, the base frame 11a has the shape of a cuboid or a three-sided prism (see Fig. 7). The base frame 11a also has a longitudinal direction G, which in the coupling position of the assembly frame 11 is aligned in extension to a longitudinal direction L of the undercarriage 4. The longitudinal direction G is thus centrally aligned with respect to the symmetrical base frame 11a in the Fig. 4, so that it also corresponds to a center line GM of the assembly frame 11. The length of the base frame 11a is selected such that the first and second guy arms 9a, 9b can be placed on the assembly frame 11 one after the other in time, so that the mobile crane 2 with its lowered telescopic boom 6, in particular with its base box 6a, can move next to the guy arms 9a, 9b to be accommodated (see Fig. 8). An intermediate frame 11b is detachably and, after fastening, fixedly attached to the base frame 11a, preferably clamped or screwed on, which intermediate frame 11b carries a sliding frame 11c with two first support elements 11ha, spaced apart in the longitudinal direction G, for the first guy arm 9a and with two further second support elements 11hb, spaced apart in the longitudinal direction G, for the second guy arm 9b. Viewed in the longitudinal direction G, the first support elements 11ha and the second support elements 11hb are laterally spaced apart in an assembly direction M. The sliding frame 11c is thus designed as a double frame with a first bearing location A1 for the first guy arm 9a and a second bearing location A2 for the second guy arm 9b. The intermediate frame 11b and the sliding frame 11c are a structural unit that can be attached to suitable base frames 11a. The leg-like support elements 11ha, 11hb (see Fig. 7) are each spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction G and designed such that either the first guy arm 9a or the second guy arm 9b can be securely placed thereon. The sliding frame 11c is horizontally and linearly displaceable in an assembly direction M and relative to the intermediate frame 11b. Starting from the center line GM, the sliding frame 11c can be displaced either in a first direction R1 to the right or in a second direction R2 to the left. With the sliding frame 11c, a guy arm 9a, 9b received thereby can thus be aligned or spaced laterally from the receiving telescopic boom 6. With respect to the intermediate frame 11b, the sliding frame 11c can be moved from a retracted receiving position into a laterally preferably fully extended lowered position and into a central fastening position. In the retracted receiving position, the symmetrical sliding frame 11c is centrally aligned with the base frame 11a or intermediate frame 11b. The right-hand first support elements 11ha are thus slightly offset to the right relative to the center line GM. The second support elements 11hb are correspondingly offset to the left. In principle, it is also conceivable for the respective first or second support elements 11ha, 11hb to be centrally aligned with the center line GM in the receiving position. A hydraulic cylinder 11g is arranged between the base frame 11a and the sliding frame 11c for the sliding movement along the intermediate frame 11b. It goes without saying that the hydraulic cylinder 11g can be replaced by any other suitable drive. So that the first or second guy arm 9a, 9b can be displaced sufficiently far to the right or to the left in the first or second direction R1, R2 starting from the central one, and so that the intermediate frame 11b and the sliding frame 11c can be designed with a simple structure, the first support elements 11ha of a sliding frame 11c in a central receiving position are arranged to the right of the center line GM and thus already offset in the direction R1, and the second support elements 11hb are arranged to the left of the center line GM and thus already offset in the direction R2. The sliding frame 11c can be displaced to the right or to the left with respect to the base frame 11a and in the direction of the mobile crane 2 starting from the receiving position. Thus, either only the right, first guy arm 9a or only the left, second guy arm 9b can be moved successively from the sliding frame 11c into the lowering and fastening positions required for assembly on the right side or the left side of the base box 6a, respectively. In the inner receiving position, one of the two guy arms 9a, 9b—in this case, the right and first guy arm 9a—is placed on the assembly frame 11 by the mobile crane 2. The sliding frame 11c is in . Fig. 4 shows the lowering position for mounting the second guy arm 9b, shifted to the left and in the second direction R2. For the next assembly step of mounting the first guy arm 9a, the sliding frame 11c is arranged in the central mounting position. In the lowering position, the first or second guy arm 9a, 9b to be mounted is moved laterally outwards, or to the outside right or outside left, so that the telescopic boom 6 can be lowered next to or at the level of the guy arm 9a, 9b without colliding with the respective guy arm 9a, 9b. From the lowering position, the guy arm 9a, 9b can then be shifted in the direction of the telescopic boom 6 into the fastening position, so that the guy arm 9a, 9b rests against the base box 6a and can be fastened there.
[0032] In addition, a pair of vertically adjustable support legs 11d is arranged at the rear end 11f (see Fig. 7). The two support legs 11d are opposite and spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction G. The two support legs 11d also form a structural unit with an associated support frame 11i, which can be attached to a suitable base frame 11a. The support legs 11d can also be an integral part of the mounting frame 11.
[0033] After the assembly frame 11 has been attached to the undercarriage 4, one of the two guy arms 9a, 9b is transported in the next preparation step. For this purpose, the Fig. 5, which is a schematic and perspective view of the mobile crane 2 and the second transport unit 3b according to Fig. 1 with a raised first guy arm 9a, it can be seen that firstly the second transport unit 3b is aligned with the mobile crane 2 in such a way that the second transport unit 3b is positioned with its longitudinal direction in extension of the mobile crane 2 relative to its longitudinal direction. As previously described for the Fig. 2, a distance remains between the mobile crane 2 and the second transport unit 3b. In addition, the rear end 11f of the assembly frame 11 and the rear end 3d of the second transport unit 3b face each other, so that the loading area 3c of the second transport unit 3b faces the mobile crane 2. Alternatively, the mobile crane 2 can be aligned accordingly to the second transport unit 3b. After alignment, in a next setup step, only the first guy arm 9a of the two guy arms 9a, 9b is lifted from the second transport unit 3b by means of the mobile crane 2. The lifting of the first guy arm 9a is carried out in the usual way by winding up the hoist rope 8, by luffing up the telescopic boom 6 or extending an inner box 6b, as well as combinations thereof. Before lifting, the hoist rope 8 was connected to the first guy arm 9a in the usual way.The transport frame 10 remains on the loading area 3c of the first transport unit 3a, as does the second guy arm 9b. The second guy arm 9b is then mounted in a similar manner after the first guy arm 9a has been attached to the telescopic boom 6.
[0034] In the Fig. Figure 6 is a schematic and perspective view of the mobile crane 2 according to Fig. 5 in a later setup state. It can be seen that the previously picked up first guy arm 9a has been placed on the assembly frame 11, in particular on the two first support elements 11ha present there. Subsequently, the hoist rope 8 has been released from the first guy arm 9a. In the present case, legs 9f are provided on the first guy arm 9a (see Fig. 7) to facilitate or enable placement on the assembly frame 11. The first guy arm 9a thus rests on the first support elements 11ha via the legs 9f. It is fundamentally conceivable that no legs are provided on the guy arms 9a, 9b, and only reinforcements or guide surfaces are provided, which interact directly with the support elements 11ha during placement. The mobile crane 2 is now available for the next assembly step, in particular the attachment of the first guy arm 9a to the base box.
[0035] In the Fig. Figure 7 shows a perspective detailed view of the mounting frame 11 with a received first guy arm 9a. The first guy arm 9a has already been moved from its inner / central receiving position, in which the sliding frame 11c is located above the base frame 11a, in the first direction R1 and into its right-hand lowered position, preferably fully extended along the intermediate frame 11b. When the first guy arm 9a is in this lateral lowered position, the telescopic boom 6 can be lowered into its essentially horizontal receiving position, so that the base box 6a is aligned at the same height as a fastening frame 9e of the first guy arm 9a. The first guy arm 9a in the lowered position does not hinder the lowering of the base box 6a into its receiving position. There is sufficient free space between the base box 6a and the first guy arm 9a for lowering, at least 100 mm and a maximum of 1000 mm, preferably 400 mm to 800 mm.
[0036] The Fig. Figure 8 shows a schematic and perspective side view of the mobile crane 2 with its telescopic boom 6 lowered into the horizontal receiving position. It can be seen that the first guy arm 9a runs essentially parallel to the telescopic boom 6 and the fastening frame 9e is arranged in front of the collar 6e of the base box 6a in the side view. The Fig. 8 and also the Fig. 7, that the inner boxes 6b have been retracted for lowering the telescopic boom 6. The first guy arm 9a is still in the lowering position, ie there is still a gap between the first guy arm 9a and the telescopic boom 6 and the first guy arm 9a is not yet attached to the telescopic boom 6.
[0037] In the Fig. 9, which shows an enlarged section of a plan view of the first guy arm 9a and the telescopic boom 6 according to Fig. 8 shows, the first guy arm 9a with its fastening frame 9e is laterally adjacent to and at a distance from the collar 6e of the base box 6a of the telescopic boom 6. The sliding frame 11c is now moved from its lowered position, together with the first guy arm 9a, inwards onto the base box 6a, so that the fastening frame 9e comes to rest against the collar 6e of the base box 6a. The sliding frame 11c with the first guy arm 9a is then in the middle fastening position. The first guy arm 9a is then fastened to the base box 6a, in particular bolted there. The first guy arm 9a is then picked up from the assembly frame 11 by luffing the telescopic boom 6, and the mobile crane 2 is ready for the assembly of the second guy arm 9b. The first guy arm 9a remains in an attached position running essentially parallel to the telescopic boom 6.
[0038] The Fig. 10 shows a further perspective detailed view of the assembly frame 11 on the mobile crane according to Fig. 4 Compared to the illustration in Fig. 7, however, the sliding frame 11c with the second guy arm 9b has been moved from its receiving position above the base frame 11a to the left into its laterally extended lowered position after the second guy arm 9b has been received in its receiving position.
[0039] The second guy arm 9b is described in detail as before with respect to the first guy arm 9a in connection with the Fig. 5 to 9, additionally attached to the telescopic boom next to the first guy arm 9a.
[0040] In the Fig. 11 is a perspective detailed view of the mounting frame 11 with the first guy arm 9a and the second guy arm 9b according to Fig. 7. The first guy arm 9a has already been attached to the base box 6a as described above. The second guy arm 9b has also been previously placed on the second support elements 11hb by the mobile crane 2 (see Fig. 10). Here, the sliding frame 11c was in its retracted receiving position. The sliding frame 11c was then extended to the left in the direction R2 together with the second guy arm 9b into its left lowered position. The telescopic boom 6, with the already mounted first guy arm 9a, is then luffed down into its essentially horizontal receiving position next to the second guy arm 9b. In a further step, the sliding frame 11c with the second guy arm 9b is moved inward from its lowered position into its central fastening position, in which the fastening frame 9e of the second guy arm 9b rests against the collar 6e of the base box 6a. The fastening frame 9e of the second guy arm 9b is then fastened, in particular bolted, to the collar 6e of the base box 6a. Thus, the first guy arm 9a and the second guy arm 9b have now been fastened to the base box 6a one after the other.
[0041] The Fig. Figure 12 shows a schematic and perspective view of the mobile crane 2 with its guying device 9 with the two attached guy arms 9a, 9b in the operating state. After the two guy arms 9a, 9b have been attached to the telescopic boom 6 as described above, the guy arms 9a, 9b are erected and guyed in a known manner. For this purpose, in a first step, guy ropes 12a are guided from the tensioning device 9d via a deflection pulley 9i arranged at a tip 9c of the respective guy arm 9a, 9b (see Fig. 9) to the telescopic boom head 6d and secured there. In a further step, several guy rods 12b arranged one behind the other are then placed between the telescopic boom base 6c and the tip 9c of the respective guy arm 9a, 9b. Instead of guy rods 12b, ropes or chains or combinations thereof can also be used. The tensioning device 9d is arranged below the guy arms 9a, 9b and, starting from the center of the longitudinal extension of the guy arms 9a, 9b, is offset in the direction of the fastening frame 9e. As previously described, the fastening frame 9e serves to attach the guy arm 9a, 9b to the base box 6a.The fastening frame 9e also includes a double joint for erecting the respective guy arm 9a, 9b relative to the base box 6a by means of an erecting cylinder 9g arranged between the fastening frame 9e and the guy arm 9a, 9b, and for pivoting it laterally into the V-position by means of a pivoting cylinder 9h arranged between the fastening frame 9e and the guy arm 9a, 9b. Subsequently, the telescopic boom 6 is luffed up together with the two guy arms 9a, 9b. Then, the two guy arms 9a, 9b are raised from their transport position almost parallel to the telescopic boom 6 by means of the erecting cylinder 9g relative to the telescopic boom 6, and the two guy arms 9a, 9b are spread out in a V-shape by means of the pivoting cylinder 9h. The two guy arms 9a, 9b are thus aligned approximately at right angles to the base box 6a and enclose an angle of approximately 60 degrees to each other.By raising and swiveling the guy rods 12b, they are tensioned. In parallel, the guy cables 12a are tensioned via the tensioning devices 9d. If necessary, the inner boxes 6b can be extended, and the guy cables 12a can be adjusted and tensioned via the tensioning devices 9d. The guy cables 12a or guy rods 12b can also be connected to an additional counterweight. Such guying devices 9 are also referred to as lateral superlifts or SSLs.
[0042] In a step concluding the setup process, the hoist rope 8 is attached to the assembly frame 11 again, the assembly frame 11 is detached from the undercarriage 4 and temporarily stored by the mobile crane 2 at a suitable location or on the second transport unit 3b for later dismantling of the two guy arms 9a, 9b.
[0043] Disassembly of the guying device 9 from the telescopic boom 6 is carried out in the reverse order.
[0044] In the following, on the one hand, a method for attaching a first guy arm 9a and a second guy arm 9b of a guying device 9 to a telescopic boom 6 of a mobile crane 2 and, on the other hand, an assembly frame 11 used for this purpose are described in more detail in a second variant.
[0045] The Fig. 13 shows a schematic and perspective view of a mobile crane system 1 with a mobile crane 2, with a first transport unit 3a and with a second transport unit 3b, each parked on a base U. The first and second transport units 3a, 3b are typically designed as semi-trailer trucks with semi-trailers. Such mobile crane systems 1 are necessary because, due to the very high weight of the mobile crane 2 itself, the mobile crane 2 usually has to be transported to its respective location in a partially disassembled state in order to comply with the maximum values specified for the public road network with regard to axle load and vehicle weight. Additional attachments of the mobile crane 2, such as a guying device 9 for increasing the load capacity of the mobile crane 2, a telescopic boom extension, an entire telescopic boom 6 or counterweights, are thus often transported separately on transport units 3a, 3b.
[0046] The mobile crane 2, which can be moved on public roads, typically has a multi-axle undercarriage 4 with pneumatic tires 5.
[0047] The two transport units 3a, 3b each have a loading area 3c, which is usually part of a low-loader.
[0048] An assembly frame 11 is transported by the first transport unit 3a. The assembly frame 11 functions as an auxiliary frame that is used during assembly of the first and second guy arms 9a, 9b to the telescopic boom 6. The assembly frame 11 essentially consists of a lower base frame 11a, preferably in the form of a lattice mast section, a middle intermediate frame 11b and an upper sliding frame 11c (see Fig. 16 and Fig. 19) and serves as an extension of the undercarriage 4 in order to provide an intermediate storage option for the two guy arms 9a, 9b.
[0049] On the loading area 3c of the second transport unit 3b, a guying device 9 for the telescopic boom 6 is transported as an attachment for the mobile crane 2.
[0050] Such guying devices 9 are known for increasing the load-bearing capacity of the mobile crane 2, for providing rear and lateral guying of the telescopic boom 6, and for reducing elastic deflection of the telescopic boom 6 during operation of the mobile crane 2. For this purpose, the guying device 9 is mounted in the usual manner on the base box 6a of the telescopic boom 6 and, in one embodiment, in the area of its upper collar 6e. The guying device 9 consists of a first guying arm 9a and a second guying arm 9b, which are coupled to the telescopic boom 6 and can be spread out backwards and in a V-shape into an operating position. It can also be seen that the first and second guying arms 9a, 9b each have a tensioning device 9d in the form of a cable winch in a middle and lower area in order to tension traction devices such as guy ropes 12a and guy rods 12b (see Fig. 24) of an associated guying system accordingly. In an assembled position of the two guy arms 9a, 9b on the telescopic boom 6, the two guy arms 9a, 9b are arranged next to one another in an operating position, wherein the distance between the two guy arms 9a, 9b is greater than in the transport position and is adapted to the width of the telescopic boom 6.The two guy arms 9a, 9b are placed in a common transport frame 10 adapted to the geometry of the two guy arms 9a, 9b on the loading area 3c and secured there for transport.
[0051] In the Fig. 14 is a further schematic view of the mobile crane 2 and the first transport unit 3a according to Fig. 13. At the beginning of a so-called setup process for attaching the first guy arm 9a and the second guy arm 9b to the telescopic boom 6, the first transport unit 3a is aligned with the mobile crane 2 such that the first transport unit 3a is positioned with its longitudinal direction in extension of the mobile crane 2 relative to its longitudinal direction.
[0052] In a next step, as shown in the Fig. 15, which is a schematic view of the mobile crane 2 according to Fig. 14 with an attached assembly frame 11 shows that the assembly frame 11 has been moved into a fastening position at the rear end 4a of the undercarriage 4 by means of the mobile crane 2. In this coupling position, the front end 11e of the assembly frame 11 rests against the rear end 4a of the undercarriage 4. The assembly frame 11 has also been lowered by the mobile crane 2 so far that an upper side of the assembly frame 11 is approximately at the same level as a surface of the undercarriage 4, and thus a receiving surface for the two guy arms 9a, 9b on the undercarriage 4 has been extended with the assembly frame 11.
[0053] The Fig. 16 shows a perspective detailed view of the mounting frame 11 according to Fig. 15, which is already attached to the undercarriage 4 of the mobile crane 2. Opposite the Fig. 15, the hoist rope 8 has been detached from the assembly frame 11 in a further setup step. Fig. 16, the structure of the assembly frame 11 is explained in more detail below. The assembly frame 11 essentially consists of a lower base frame 11a, a middle intermediate frame 11b, only one upper sliding frame 11c and support legs 11d. The base frame 11a has a truss or frame structure and can have a triangular, quadrangular or polygonal cross-section. A lattice mast section of a telescopic boom extension with a triangular cross-section can also be used. Essentially, the base frame 11a has the shape of a cuboid or a three-sided prism. 16, so that it also corresponds to a center line GM of the assembly frame 11. The length of the base frame 11a is selected such that the first and second guy arms 9a, 9b can be placed one after the other on the assembly frame 11 such that the mobile crane 2 with its lowered telescopic boom 6, in particular with its base box 6a, can move next to the guy arms 9a, 9b to be accommodated in each case. An intermediate frame 11b is fastened detachably to the base frame 11a and, after fastening, is fixed in place, preferably clamped or screwed on, which intermediate frame 11b carries a sliding frame 11c with two support elements 11ha spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction G for one of the two guy arms 9a, 9b. The intermediate frame 11b and the sliding frame 11c are a structural unit that can be fastened to a suitable base frame 11a.The leg-like support elements 11a are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction G and designed such that one of the two guy arms 9a, 9b can be securely placed thereon. The sliding frame 11c is displaceable horizontally, linearly, in an assembly direction M and a first direction R1 and relative to the intermediate frame 11b in order to be able to align or space the guy arm 9a, 9b received thereby laterally from the receiving telescopic boom 6. The sliding frame 11c is thus designed as a single frame with only a single first storage location A1 for the first guy arm 9a or for the second guy arm 9b - in each case one after the other. With respect to the base frame 11a, the sliding frame 11c can be moved by means of the intermediate frame 11b from a preferably fully retracted receiving position, into a laterally preferably fully extended lowering position and a central fastening position. For this purpose, a hydraulic cylinder 11g is arranged between the base frame 11a and the sliding frame 11c. It goes without saying that the hydraulic cylinder 11g can be replaced by any other suitable drive. In this fastening position, the sliding frame 11c can only be moved to the right with respect to the intermediate frame 11b and in the direction of the mobile crane 2, starting from the receiving position. Thus, only the right-hand, first guy arm 9a of the sliding frame 11c with the intermediate frame 11b in this right-hand fastening position on the base frame 11a can be moved into the lowering and fastening positions required for assembly on the right side of the base box 6a. In the inner receiving position, one of the two guy arms 9a, 9b, in this case the right and first guy arm 9a, is placed on the assembly frame 11 by the mobile crane 2.In the lowered position, the guy arm 9a, 9b to be mounted is moved laterally outward or to the right so far that the telescopic boom 6 can be lowered next to or at the height of the guy arm 9a, 9b without colliding with the respective guy arm 9a, 9b. From the lowered position, the guy arm 9a, 9b can then be moved toward the telescopic boom 6 into the fastening position so that the guy arm 9a, 9b rests against the base box 6a and can be fastened there.
[0054] In addition, the Fig. 16 shows that a pair of vertically adjustable support legs 11d are arranged at the rear end 11f. The two support legs 11d are opposite and spaced apart from each other with respect to the longitudinal direction G. The two support legs 11d, together with an associated support frame 11i, form a structural unit that can be attached to a suitable base frame 11a. The support legs 11d can also be an integral part of the mounting frame 11.
[0055] After the assembly frame 11 has been attached to the undercarriage 4, one of the two guy arms 9a, 9b is transported in the next setup step. Fig. 17, which is a schematic view of the mobile crane 2 and the second transport unit 3b according to Fig. 13 with a raised first guy arm 9a, it can be seen that first the second transport unit 3b is aligned with the mobile crane 2 in such a way that the second transport unit 3b is positioned with its longitudinal direction in extension of the mobile crane 2 relative to its longitudinal direction. As previously described for the Fig. 14, a distance remains between the mobile crane 2 and the second transport unit 3b.
[0056] In the Fig. 18 is a schematic view of the mobile crane 2 according to Fig. 17 is shown in a later setup state. It can be seen that the previously picked up first guy arm 9a has been placed on the assembly frame 11, in particular on the two support elements 11ha provided there. The hoist rope 8 has then been released from the first guy arm 9a. In the present case, legs 9f are provided on the first guy arm 9a to facilitate or enable placement on the assembly frame 11. The first guy arm 9a thus rests on the support elements 11ha via the legs 9f. In principle, it is conceivable that no legs are provided on the guy arms 9a, 9b and only reinforcements or guide surfaces are provided, which interact directly with the support elements 11ha during placement. The mobile crane 2 is now available for the next assembly step, in particular the attachment of the first guy arm 9a to the base box 6a.
[0057] In the Fig. 19 is a perspective detail view of the mounting frame 11 with a received first guy arm 9a according to Fig. 16. The first guy arm 9a has already been moved from its inner / central or left-hand receiving position, in which the sliding frame 11c is located above the base frame 11a, into its right-hand lowered position, preferably fully extended along the intermediate frame 11b.
[0058] The Fig. Figure 20 shows a schematic side view of the mobile crane 2 with its telescopic boom 6 lowered into the horizontal receiving position. It can be seen that the first guy arm 9a runs essentially parallel to the telescopic boom 6 and the fastening frame 9e is arranged in front of the collar 6e of the base box 6a in the side view. The Fig. 20 and also the Fig. 19, that the inner boxes 6b have been retracted for lowering the telescopic boom 6.
[0059] After lowering the telescopic boom 6, the sliding frame 11c is moved from its lowered position, together with the first guy arm 9a, inward onto the base box 6a, so that the fastening frame 9e comes into contact with the collar 6e of the base box 6a. The sliding frame 11c with the first guy arm 9a is then in the central fastening position.
[0060] In the Fig. 21, which shows an enlarged section of a plan view of the first guy arm 9a according to Fig. As shown in Figure 20, the first guy arm 9a rests with its fastening frame 9e laterally against the collar 6e of the base box 6a of the telescopic boom 6. The first guy arm 9a is now fastened to the base box 6a, in particular bolted there. The first guy arm 9a is then picked up from the mounting frame 11 by luffing the telescopic boom 6, and the mobile crane 2 is ready for the installation of the second guy arm 9b. The first guy arm 9a remains in an attached position running essentially parallel to the telescopic boom 6.
[0061] The Fig. 22 shows a further perspective detailed view of the assembly frame 11 on the mobile crane 2 according to Fig. 16. Compared to the representation in Fig. 16, however, the assembly comprising the intermediate frame 11b and the sliding frame 11c has been fastened or bolted to the base frame 11a, rotated 180 degrees around an imaginary vertical axis. For this purpose, the intermediate frame 11b and the hydraulic cylinder 11g were previously detached from the base frame 11a, lifted by the mobile crane 2, rotated 180 degrees, lowered back onto the base frame 11a, and secured there. In a corresponding manner, the sliding frame 11c can now be moved from its receiving position above the base frame 11a to the left into its laterally extended lowered position. Fig. 22 the sliding frame 11c is shown in the lowered position.
[0062] Now that the intermediate frame 11b has been rotated together with the sliding frame 11c, the second guy arm 9b can be rotated in detail in relation to the first guy arm 9a in conjunction with the Fig. 17 to 21 can be additionally attached to the telescopic boom next to the first guy arm 9a.
[0063] In the Fig. 23 is a perspective detail view of the mounting frame 11 with a first guy arm 9a and a second guy arm 9b according to Fig. 19. The first guy arm 9a has already been attached to the base box 6a as previously described. The second guy arm 9b has also previously been lowered by the mobile crane 2 onto the support elements 11a. The sliding frame 11c was in its retracted receiving position. Subsequently, the sliding frame 11c was extended to the left together with the second guy arm 9b into its left lowered position. The telescopic boom 6, with the already mounted first guy arm 9a, is then lowered into its essentially horizontal receiving position next to the second guy arm 9b. In a further step, the sliding frame 11c, with the second guy arm 9b, is moved inward from its lowered position into its central fastening position, in which the fastening frame 9e of the second guy arm 9b rests against the collar 6e of the base box 6a.Subsequently, the mounting frame 9e of the second guy arm 9b is attached, in particular bolted, to the collar 6e of the base box 6a. Thus, the first guy arm 9a and the second guy arm 9b have now been attached to the base box 6a one after the other.
[0064] The Fig. Figure 24 shows a schematic and perspective view of the mobile crane 2 with its guying device 9 with the two attached guy arms 9a, 9b in the operating state. 21) to the telescopic boom head 6d and secured there.
[0065] In a step concluding the setup process, the hoist rope 8 is attached to the assembly frame 11 again, the assembly frame 11 is detached from the undercarriage 4 and temporarily stored by the mobile crane 2 at a suitable location or on the second transport unit 3b for later dismantling of the two guy arms 9a, 9b.
[0066] Disassembly of the guying device 9 from the telescopic boom 6 is carried out in the reverse order.
[0067] In the previous exemplary embodiments, a transport frame 10 was described on which the first and second guy arms 9a, 9b are placed together for transport on the second transport unit 3b. The transport frame 10 is preferably designed as a single piece for both guy arms 9a, 9b and thus determines the distance between the two guy arms 9a, 9b in the transport position on the second transport unit 3b. This transport frame 10 also remains on the second transport unit 3b when the two guy arms 9a, 9b are transported to the mobile crane 2 during the setup process. It is also conceivable to divide the transport frame 10 into a first part for the first guy arm 9a and a second part for the second guy arm 9b.It is then possible to either leave the first and second parts of the transport frame 10 on the second transport unit 3b or to transport them together with the first and second guy arms 9a, 9b to the assembly frame 11. In the latter case, during further setup, the first and second parts of the transport frame 10 are separated from the first and second guy arms 9a, 9b and remain on the assembly site 11 until needed for the return transport of the two guy arms 9a, 9b to the second transport unit 3b. To accommodate the first and second parts of the transport frame 10, the sliding frame 11c of the assembly frame 11 has correspondingly complementary support elements 11ha, 11hb. These support elements 11ha, 11hb are leg-like for receiving the first and second guy arms 9a, 9b, respectively, and flat for receiving the respective part of the transport frame 10.
[0068] In connection with the previous embodiments, the base frame 11a has been described as a lattice mast structure and also as a lattice mast section of a telescopic boom extension with a triangular cross-section. However, the base frame 11a can have any type of truss, box, or frame structure and can have a triangular, quadrangular, or polygonal cross-section.
