Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door of a motor vehicle. The door comprises a door outer skin, an inner cladding and a door module arranged therebetween.Motor vehicles, such as passenger cars (passenger cars), usually have a plurality of doors, by means of which a respective opening of a body of the motor vehicle can be closed. To increase the comfort and / or to provide safety functions, a plurality of functional components are usually arranged in the door. These comprise, for example, an (electromotive) window lifter, an electromotive door adjustment, a side airbag, a loudspeaker, a plurality of operating elements, such as switches, and / or locking mechanisms for the door, such that unauthorized access to the motor vehicle can be prevented. For simplified assembly, these functional components are usually pre-assembled on a carrier plate of a door module, which is made from a plastic, for example. The door module formed in this way is in turn fastened to a door shell of the door. On the side facing an interior of the motor vehicle, an interior trim is fastened to the door shell. The door inner part usually provides an inner lining. On the outside, the door module is covered with an outer door skin, such as a sheet metal part or plastic part, which is likewise fastened to the door shell. The door module also serves as a so-called wet-dry space separation and divides the cavity formed between the inner lining and the door outer skin into a wet space side facing the door outer skin, into which moisture can penetrate via a slot-like window opening of the door, and a dry space side facing the inner lining. In order to increase sustainability of the motor vehicle, it is desirable to produce the carrier plate from a plastic recycle, that is to say from a recycled plastic. When producing a recycled plastic material, pieces of plastic material that are no longer used are usually first ground to a small size and heated up again, so that a melt is formed. The new plastic parts are produced from this (plastic) melt, in this case the carrier plate being desirable. However, if one of the original plastic pieces has a comparatively high intrinsic odor, for example, since it was used in an odour-laden environment, the complete plastic melt likewise has this odor. It is also possible that certain plastic types have an increased odour burden on their own or on account of the renewed melting.Since the door module is arranged comparatively close to the interior trim and the latter has a plurality of apertures at least for the functional elements, any odor of the door module can also be perceived by persons inside the motor vehicle, especially since these are usually situated comparatively close to the doors. Usually, therefore, the selection of the original plastic pieces for the plastic recycle is comparatively strict, and therefore, manufacturing cost is increased. Also, in this way, the amount of usable original plastic pieces and thus the amount of available plastic recycle is limited. The invention is based on the object of specifying a particularly suitable door of a motor vehicle, wherein comfort and / or environmental compatibility are advantageously increased, and wherein production costs are expediently reduced.According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements and refinements are the subject matter of the dependent claims. In the mounted state, the door is a component of a motor vehicle and is therefore suitable and provided and configured for this purpose. The motor vehicle is in particular land-bound and preferably multi-lane. In this case, it is suitably possible to position the motor vehicle substantially freely, in particular on a roadway. For this purpose, the motor vehicle expediently has corresponding wheels. In summary, it is preferably possible to position the motor vehicle on land substantially independently of other circumstances. In other words, the motor vehicle is suitably not rail-guided. The motor vehicle is preferably a passenger car (passenger car) or a commercial vehicle, such as a truck (truck) or bus.The door has a door outer skin, by means of which the outer closure of the door, in particular of the motor vehicle, is formed in this region. The door outer skin is preferably manufactured from a plastic or a metal and, for example, a sheet metal part. Furthermore, the door has an inner lining which, in the intended state of the door, delimits an interior of the motor vehicle. In particular, the inner lining is at least partially formed on the side facing the interior with a fabric or leather. Preferably, one or more openings for functional components, such as control elements, are introduced into the interior trim, or these are held in the corresponding openings of the interior trim. In particular, the inner lining is fastened to the outer door skin or preferably to a door shell. The door blank is in particular configured to be self-supporting and is preferably made from a sheet metal or metal. For example, the door blank is configured in one piece or in multiple parts. For example, the outer door skin is also formed by means of the door blank, or it is fastened thereto. Thus, by means of the door outer skin and the inner lining, preferably also by means of the door shell, a cavity is provided or at least laterally delimited.A door module is arranged between the door outer skin and the inner lining, i.e. in the cavity. In particular, the door module is here designed to be substantially planar and is arranged parallel to the door outer skin and / or to the inner lining. The door module expediently has a carrier plate. The carrier plate is suitable, in particular provided and configured, for being able to be fastened to it one or more functional components, or at least parts thereof, for example an (electromotive) window lifter, an electromotive door adjuster, a side airbag, a loudspeaker, one or more operating elements and / or a locking mechanism, such as a lock. Expediently, a continuous and dense surface is provided by means of the carrier plate and the functional components fastened thereto. Preferably, a seal is arranged / fastened on the edge side or at least in the region of an edge, for example on one side of the substantially plate-shaped carrier plate. In particular, the door module, preferably the carrier plate, abuts the door shell and is suitably fastened to the latter. The door module preferably also serves as a wet-dry space separation, wherein the dry space is arranged on the side of the door module facing the interior trim. In contrast, the wet chamber is located on the side of the door module facing the outer door skin. The door module, preferably the carrier plate, is made of a plastic recycled material, i.e. recycled plastic material. For example, only a part of the door module or at least of the carrier plate is made of the plastic recyclate. Suitably, the support plate is made of a plastic. For example, the carrier plate is made completely of the plastic recyclate, or it is also made of another plastic, so that the carrier plate is embodied as multi-component.The door further comprises a component which is arranged between the door outer skin and the inner lining, i.e. likewise in the cavity. The component serves to reduce the odour pollution by the plastics recycle. The component thus serves to reduce the odour stress which is caused by the plastics recycle. The component is suitable, in particular provided and configured, for this purpose. For example, by means of the component, any inherent odour or an odour which arises at least in the region of the door module or is caused by the door module is retained there, or the air located there is at least partially filtered. In this case, molecules which cause the odour are expediently removed or converted. In summary, the component thus serves in particular for cleaning the air or for shielding the door module and is in each case suitable, suitably provided and configured for this purpose. Expediently, the component has no further function apart from reducing the odour load, which simplifies a design of the component and reduces production costs.Due to the component and its arrangement, a structural size of the door is not increased, so that it is not necessary to change an existing construction. In this case, odor pollution for users of the motor vehicle is reduced, which is why comfort is increased. In this case, there are no particular requirements for the plastic recyclate, and so essentially any desired plastic recyclate can be used. Thus, environmental compatibility is increased, and in the production, it is not necessary to sort out specific plastics, and therefore production costs are reduced. For example, the component is arranged between the door module and the outer door skin. It is therefore not perceptible outside the motor vehicle, that is to say in the environment, that a plastic recyclate has been used for production. In an alternative, the component is arranged between the door module and the interior trim. Thus, the component reduces the penetration of an intrinsic odor of the plastic recyclate into the interior of the motor vehicle, which has a comparatively small volume, wherein an air exchange is additionally comparatively small. Thus, the motor vehicle can be used even over longer periods of time without the comfort being impaired for a user in the interior.Preferably, two such components are present, one being arranged between the door module and the inner lining and the other between the door module and the outer door skin. Thus, no load due to the plastic recyclate is perceptible both inside the motor vehicle and outside the motor vehicle, which further increases comfort. For example, the components are structurally identical to one another, which reduces production costs. Alternatively, these are different and adapted to the corresponding different requirements. In one embodiment, the component is designed, for example, in the manner of an air cleaner which is passive, for example. Alternatively, the air cleaner is actively configured and in particular has a blower or the like. The air cleaner expediently comprises an ionizer, by means of which in particular ions are created that interact with the odor-causing molecules, which leads to a reduction of the odor pollution.Particularly preferably, however, the component is fastened to the door module. Expediently, the door module comprises the carrier plate, which is made of the plastic recycled material and to which a plurality of functional components are fastened. Such a functional component is, for example, a loudspeaker or an electric window lifter. In this case, it is expediently provided with the component over the entire surface of the carrier plate. In other words, in particular a full-surface cohesive connection is present between the component and the carrier plate. For example, the carrier plate is provided with the component only on one side. Alternatively, the carrier plate is surrounded on both sides or over the entire circumference by means of the component. In other words, the carrier plate is thus enveloped by means of the component. As a result, the component prevents uncontrolled escape of the odour from the carrier plate or unpleasant odours are at least retained or at least partially filtered, for which reason odour pollution is comparatively low.For example, only the carrier plate is provided with the component. Alternatively, the complete door module is provided with the component, i.e. also the functional components. In particular, the door module is first completely produced and then provided with the component. Damage to the component is thus avoided during the assembly of the functional components and this is intact without special care being required or special measures having to be taken during the assembly of the functional component. It is thus ensured that the odor pollution is reduced over a long period of time by means of the component. For example, the door module is coated with the component. In other words, the component is in particular not self-supporting and has, for example, only a comparatively thin thickness. Alternatively or in combination, the component is produced only by means of application to the door module. For coating, for example, the door module, in particular the carrier plate, is immersed in a specific material from which the component is produced, or this is sprayed onto the door module. Alternatively, the material is pressed onto the door module. Expediently, during coating, the material is present in liquid, powder form or as granules. Due to the coating, in particular, an escape of the odor from the plastic recycle is inhibited, i.e., in particular completely prevented. The component expediently consists of activated carbon or another plastic which is expediently not a plastic recycle. In this case, no odor pollution is present in the other plastic. Alternatively, the component is made of a paint or a glass, in particular a glass which is also used for producing glass fibers. In a further alternative, the component is made of a metal, in particular aluminum, for example, and the door module is metallized in particular for production. In a further alternative, the component is, for example, biological and in particular made from bacteria. In summary, the component expediently consists of or comprises organic substances (e.g. activated carbon, cellulose, living organisms, e.g. bacteria). Alternatively, the component consists of or comprises inorganic or polymeric substances (e.g. aluminum, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, LCP, PVOH, ORMOCER, PVDC, PEN, PAN, PUR).In an alternative, the component is in particular configured as a planar structure which is fastened to the door module. The planar structure is expediently configured self-supporting, but is, for example, limp. It is thus possible to produce the component separately and independently of the door module and to remove it from the door module, for example in the course of a repair. Replacement or replacement is also possible. Such sheet-like structures are also already present, for example, which is why production costs are reduced. Preferably, the sheet is a film or a nonwoven. The planar structure expediently comprises activated carbon, so that the air is filtered by means of the planar structure, preferably the possible nonwoven. If the sheet-like structure is configured as a film, an odor emitted by the plastic recyclate is prevented from escaping in particular by means of this. The film is suitably designed to be airtight. If the component is a planar structure, in an alternative, it is fastened to the carrier plate / the door module only at points or circumferentially. In a further alternative, the planar structure is spaced apart from the door module, for example, and is fastened in particular to the possible door shell, the door outer skin or the inner lining. In this way, a function of the possible functional components of the door module is not impaired by means of the component. The invention further relates to a motor vehicle, such as in particular a truck (truck), bus or preferably a passenger car (passenger car). The motor vehicle preferably has a body, by means of which an interior space is surrounded. The interior is provided here for a user, in particular a driver, to be located therein. The body includes one or more openings. The opening or openings are expediently assigned a corresponding door. The doors are movably mounted on the body, so that the respective opening can be opened or covered by adjusting the door. The respective door comprises a door outer skin, an inner cladding and a door module arranged therebetween. The door module is made at least partially from a plastic recyclate, wherein a component for reducing the odour stress due to the plastic recyclate is arranged between the door outer skin and the inner lining. The advantages and developments mentioned in connection with the door are also to be transferred analogously to the motor vehicle and vice versa.Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to a drawing. Shown therein are: FIG. 1 schematically shows a side view of a motor vehicle having a door which comprises a door module, FIG. 2 is a schematic top view of the door module, which has a carrier plate to which a plurality of functional components are fastened, FIG. 3 is a schematic sectional view of the door; and FIGS. 4, 5 and 3 show alternative embodiments of the door.Corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals in all figures.FIG. 1 schematically shows, in simplified form, a motor vehicle 2 in the form of a passenger car (passenger car). The motor vehicle 2 has a plurality of wheels 4, by means of which contact is made with a roadway, not shown in more detail. The wheels 4 are connected by means of a chassis to a body 6, by means of which a passenger compartment is surrounded. The interior is provided and configured in this case for persons, namely users of the motor vehicle 2, to be present therein. The body 6 has an opening 8, which can be covered by means of a door 10. For this purpose, the door 10 is connected to the vehicle body 6 by means of a hinge 12. Due to the hinge 12, the door 10 is pivotable with respect to the body 6, wherein the opening 8 is covered or released by pivoting the door 10.The door 10 has a door module 14, which is shown schematically in a plan view in FIG. 2. The door module 14 comprises a carrier plate 16 which is substantially planar. The carrier plate 16 is made in one piece and from a plastic recycled material, i.e. a recycled plastic material. For production, plastic pieces that are no longer used in this form are first comminuted and subsequently fused in. The carrier plate 16 is produced from this melt, in particular by means of injection molding or organotechnology. As a result, it is possible for the support plate 16 to have an enhanced intrinsic odor due to the difference in polymerization. Also, if one of the plastic pieces used to produce the plastic recycled product was used in an odour-laden environment, the enhanced intrinsic odour of this plastic piece is transferred to the melt and thus also to the carrier plate 16.A plurality of functional components 18 are arranged on the carrier plate 16 and fastened thereto. The functional components 18 are a loudspeaker, a door control device and two guide rails of an electric window lifter, on each of which a rail slider is movably mounted. Such a functional component 18 is also a drive of the electric window lifter. The functional components 18 are held and stabilized with respect to one another by means of the carrier plate 16. When the door 10 is mounted, the functional components 18 are first mounted on the carrier plate 16, which is then fastened to further components of the door 10.FIG. 3 shows a sectional illustration perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the motor vehicle 2 of the door 10. The door 10 has a door outer skin 20, by means of which the outer side of the door 10 and thus also of the motor vehicle 2 is provided. The outer door skin 20 is designed as a sheet metal part and is fastened on the outside to a door shell 22, by means of which the mechanical integrity of the door 10 is provided.Furthermore, an inner lining 24 is fastened to the door shell 22, which lining represents the boundary of the door 10 facing the interior of the motor vehicle 2. The inner lining 24 is formed on the side facing the interior at least partially by means of a fabric or leather. The door blank 22 is located between the door outer skin 20 and the inner lining 24, so that the latter is not visible or is only partially visible. The door module 14 is fastened to the door shell 22, and by means of this the cavity provided by means of the door shell 22, the door outer skin 20 and the inner lining 24 is separated into a wet space and a dry space, wherein the dry space is located on the side of the module 14 facing the inner space. The door 10 has a window pane 26 which is guided through a slot formed between the inner lining 24 and the outer door skin 20 and which is fastened to the rail slider of the functional components 18 designed as guide rails. Thus, during operation of the power window, the window glass 26 is adjusted. The door 10 further comprises two components 28 which are located between the door outer skin 20 and the inner lining 24, namely between the door module 14 and the inner lining 24. One of the components 28 is an air cleaner that is actively configured. This component 28 thus has a blower and an ionizer. The other component 28 is a coating by means of which the door module 14 is completely provided on the side facing the inner lining 24. The coating, i.e. this component 28, is made of another plastic, namely an original plastic, i.e. no recycled plastic. This plastic is also selected such that it does not steam out, so that it does not give off any odor. In a further alternative, the component is made of an aluminum and the door module 14 is thus metallized. At least the door module 14 is provided by means of this component 28, so that a layer is formed which is applied to the door module 14. In this case, the entire door module 14 and therefore also the carrier plate 16 are provided with the component 28 over the full surface. The components 28 are designed in such a way that the odour pollution by the plastics recycle is reduced by means of these components. By means of the component 28 designed as a coating, an escape of odors from the carrier plate 16 is reduced, at least in the direction of the interior. Any odors that still escape in the direction of the interior are neutralized by means of the component 28 designed as an air cleaner. Thus, the odor pollution present in the interior of the motor vehicle 2 due to the use of the plastic recycle cannot be perceived. In a variant which is not shown in more detail, only the carrier plate 16 is provided with the component 28, namely coated. This component 28 is made of a glass, for example. The functional components 18 are free of the coating and thus are not provided with the component 28. Depending on the embodiment of the coating, the air cleaner is present or not. It is also possible to omit one of the components 28 in the variant shown in FIG. 3.FIG. 4 shows an alternative of the door 10, wherein the door outer skin 20, the inner lining 24, the door blank 22, the window pane 26 and the door module 14 are not changed. Thus, the door module 14 also has the carrier plate 16, which is made of the plastic recycled material and to which the functional components 18 are fastened. The component 28 is also present, which is fastened to the door module 14 on the side facing the interior trim 24. In this case, the component 28, which is bonded to the carrier plate 16 over the entire surface, is configured as a planar structure, namely an airtight film. Thus, the component 28 prevents odors from escaping from the carrier plate 16 in the direction of the interior trim panel 24, and thus reduces the odor burden caused by the plastic recycle. In an alternative, the film is only glued on the edge side to the edge of the door module 14. Thus, the functional component 18 is not obstructed by the component 28, and assembly is facilitated. Here, it is also possible to prevent odors from escaping in the direction of the interior.FIG. 5 shows a further alternative of the door 10, wherein the outer door skin 20, the inner lining 24, the window pane 26 and the door module 14 fastened to the door shell 22 are also not changed here. Furthermore, the component 28 is also designed as an airtight film. However, this is fastened on the edge side of the door inner lining 24. In this case, the component 28 is located in the space present between the door module 14 and the interior trim panel 24 and divides it. In this case, the part facing the inner lining 24 is separated from the door module 14 in an airtight manner, so that the odors emerging from the carrier plate 16 cannot penetrate as far as the interior of the motor vehicle 2. Thus, the odour pollution caused by the plastics recycle is also reduced here. The invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Rather, other variants of the invention can also be derived from this by the person skilled in the art without departing from the subject matter of the invention. In particular, all the individual features described in connection with the individual exemplary embodiments can also be combined with one another in another manner without departing from the subject matter of the invention.List of reference characters2 Motor vehicle 4 wheel 6 body 8 opening 10 door 12 hinge 14 door module 16 carrier plate 18 functional component 20 outer door skin 22 door blank 24 inner lining 26 window pane 28 component
