Abstract
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe invention relates to an apparatus, a system comprising an earth drilling device, a method for fastening an at least partially flexible connecting element to an earth drilling device and a use in fastening an at least partially flexible connecting element to an earth drilling device.PRIOR ARTEarth drilling devices, for example in the form of ram drilling devices or earth rockets, are known from the prior art and are used in particular for the production of horizontal earth holes and for the drawing in of pipes or pipes. Ram drilling devices are self-propelled drilling devices. As a rule, such a percussion drilling device has a percussion piston which is moved (back and forth) in an oscillating manner within a housing and in the process impacts indirectly or directly on a front or rear percussion surface of the housing, depending on the desired direction of movement of the percussion drilling device. The kinetic energy of the impact piston transmitted thereby ensures an acceleration of the percussion drilling device within the ground.WO 2011 / 128045 A2 discloses an earth drilling device which has a base body with a housing. A striking piston is movably mounted in the housing. The striking piston, during its forward movement, strikes the rear end of a striking pin which constitutes part of the drill head. The front end of the impact bolt forms a drill head tip which, owing to its relatively small diameter, ensures a high directional stability of the earth drilling device, which is designed as a percussion drilling device or earth rocket.By means of a ram boring device or earth rocket, the soil is displaced into the surrounding soil and compacted. As a result, a channel or a ground tube can be produced in the ground. There are, for example, applications in which pipes or lines are drawn in directly during the creation of the canal in the ground or subsequently after the creation of the canal in the ground. Depending on the application, the percussion drilling device or earth rocket can be adapted to different requirements by means of attachment possibilities such as, for example, a return cone, a sleeve pipe, a PE pipe connection or a cutting nipple.Up to now, for a change of the application, the mounting option attached to the housing has to be removed and the desired mounting option has to be attached. For this purpose, a thread is provided at the end of the percussion drilling device or earth rocket, into which the desired attachment possibility can be screwed and the screw connection can be glued. The conversion was complicated due to the screwing and adhesion of the different possible attachments and took time. However, this procedure has hitherto been considered efficient, since the requirements can be met by the provision of differently designed ends on the percussion drilling device or on the earth rocket and a secure design is possible by the type of fastening of the different ends. The consideration was based on the high forces and harsh conditions in the soil, where it is to be taken into account, among other things, that dirt or soil should not penetrate into the earth rocket.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe invention is based on the object of providing an increased flexibility of the earth drilling device with simpler means, so that an improvement of the use of the earth drilling device compared to the aforementioned disadvantages is made possible, wherein in particular a simpler and faster way of fastening to the earth drilling device can be made possible. This object is achieved by the subject matter of the subordinate claims. Advantageous embodiments are claimed in the dependent claims and emerge from the following description of the invention.Contrary to the understanding to date of the person skilled in the art, the core of the invention is to provide only one end of the earth drilling device, to which end a possible attachment, for example in the form of a connection for a direct pipe connection, in which a pipe is drawn into the soil during the propulsion of the earth drilling device, can be selectively fastened. The invention breaks down with the idea of replacing the complete end of the earth drilling device depending on the application of the earth drilling device. The present invention thus provides a completely contrary way in which the end of the earth boring device is designed to provide the attachment facility.According to a first embodiment of the earth drilling device which is only patentable, it is considered that for each application a respective "prefabricated" end must be connected to the housing of the earth drilling device in order to form a closed unit, preferably made of metal. While the prior art has relied on such a closed unit, an opening is provided at the end of the housing which provides a mounting capability. An opening in a housing of the earth boring device has not been considered previously due to material weakening and / or the possibility that dirt may enter the housing. By means of the configuration with a conical end of the housing, both the earth drilling device together with the opening can be configured for a "simple return" in the ground and a direct pipe connection. This results in a multiple use for the user of the earth drilling device, in that the latter can carry out the configuration on site at the construction site quickly and without difficulty.According to the first embodiment, the invention provides an earth boring device with a housing, a percussion piston movable back and forth in the housing and a supply line for a working medium for moving the percussion piston, wherein the supply line is arranged on the end side of the housing, and the end of the housing tapers conically towards the rear in the longitudinal direction in the region of the supply line, and at the end with the supply line there is a connection possibility by means of an opening formed at the end, which is at least partially radially accessible.According to a second embodiment of the earth drilling device which alone provides patentability, it is also considered that for each application a respective "prefabricated" end must be connected to the housing of the earth drilling device in order to form a closed unit, preferably made of metal. While the prior art has relied on such a closed unit, the end of the housing is designed such that an element of a connecting pair is present on the outside, by means of which an attachment is possible. By means of the configuration with a conical end of the housing, both the earth drilling device together with the opening can be configured for a "simple return" in the ground and a direct pipe connection. This results in a multiple use for the user of the earth drilling device, in that the latter can carry out the configuration on site at the construction site quickly and without difficulty.According to a second embodiment, the invention provides an earth boring device having a housing and a percussion piston movable back and forth in the housing, and a feed line for a working medium for moving the percussion piston, wherein the end of the housing tapers conically to the rear in the longitudinal direction in the region of the feed line and an element of a connecting pair is present on the outside at the end, wherein the connecting pair has the element and a counter-element, and the element is configured for an optional connection for cooperation with the counter-element.The two embodiments can be combined with one another without any constraint, so that both an opening and an element of a connecting pair can be present at the end of the earth drilling device. The combined configuration of the first and the second configuration of the earth drilling device, however, represents only one preferred configuration of the earth drilling device. An "earth boring device" as used herein includes any device that can make or expand an earth bore or is used to insert or draw conduits or other bodies into the soil. The earth drilling device can in particular have a percussion piston and be moved in a bursty manner in an existing or to be produced channel in order to produce or expand a bore or to replace or clean an existing pipe in a destructive or non-destructive manner, to draw lines into existing pipes or other elongated bodies. The earth drilling device can be in particular a self-propelled percussion device for producing a horizontal bore, very particularly preferably a percussion drilling device or earth rocket, wherein the terms "percussion drilling device" and "earth rocket" can be used interchangeably. The term "percussion drilling device" encompasses both earth displacement devices in which the drill head tip or bit is fixedly connected to the housing, and percussion drilling devices with a bit mounted axially displaceably with respect to the housing. A ram drilling device according to the invention can be both a one-stroke device and a two-stroke device. In a two-stroke device, the percussion piston initially impacts the bit which leads in the first stroke. The housing is acted upon by the percussion piston in the second cycle. Peak resistance and shell friction are separated and alternately overcome more easily in a two-stroke device. In a two-stroke device, a better energy conversion takes place, which in particular facilitates the breaking up of obstacles as a result of the concentration of the impact impulse on the bit. Due to the displacement of the soil which leads in accordance with the stroke of the drill head, the housing remains in a still position and thus ensures a relatively good running stability. An earth drilling device in the sense of the invention is not limited to work in the earth or work in direct contact with the earth. It is possible, for example, for the earth drilling devices to be able to be used in underground lines and / or pipes. The earth drilling apparatus is also not limited to underground works. Thus, the earth drilling device can also be used, for example, in lines running above ground. The term "horizontal bore" in the sense of the description comprises in particular any type of existing or to be created, preferably horizontal channels in a body, in particular earth channels including earth bores, rock bores or earth conduits as well as underground or above-ground pipelines and wastewater channels which can be produced, widened, destroyed, cut open, cleaned or lined and / or rehabilitated by means of drawing in a conduit or pipe. The term "feed line" in the sense of the description comprises a hose or the like, by means of which a working medium for the movement of the percussion piston can be supplied to the earth drilling device. In particular, the feed line can be designed as a compressed air hose. It is also possible for a pressurized fluid or electrical current to be supplied to the earth drilling device through the feed line. The term "operating medium" in the sense of the description comprises compressed air, pressurized fluid, electric current, electric voltage and / or another medium by means of which the percussion piston can be set in the oscillating back and forth movement. The term "rearward" as used herein includes a direction indicating that a longitudinal direction along the longitudinal axis of the housing is described that is directed opposite the direction of advancement of the earth boring device. The term "at least partially radially accessible" in the sense of the description comprises the arrangement of the opening in such a way that a part of the opening is present in the opening in the radial direction to the housing, i.e. substantially transversely to the longitudinal axis of the housing. A clearance or space behind the opening can be accessed at least in a direction having a radial portion. The end of the housing, in particular the conically tapering region, in the region of the feed line can be screwed and glued to the tubular housing section as before. For the screwing, the tubular housing section can have an internal thread and the end an external thread. Screwing to the adhesive bond offers the advantage of an improved maintenance possibility. The term "connecting pair" in the sense of the description comprises two elements, in particular an element and a counter element, which can cooperate to produce an (optional) connection. The element of the connecting pair can be designed as a latching element, as a receptacle or groove, as a pin-shaped element and / or as a wedge-shaped element. The counter-element interacting with the element can be designed as a) element latching with the latching element, b) as a pin-shaped element which can be inserted into the element designed as a receptacle, in particular designed as a clamping pin, c) as an aperture which is arranged around the element designed as a pin-shaped element, and or as a d) wedge-shaped element. By means of the cooperation of the elements of the attachment pair, a positive fit and / or a non-positive fit can be achieved, by means of which a fastening or connection between an attachment part and the housing of the earth drilling device, in particular the rearwardly tapering end, is possible.A clamping pin or a clamping sleeve is understood in the sense of the description to mean an element which can serve for fastening and which can be an element / counter element of a connecting pair. The clamping pin can be designed in particular as a hollow, slotted pin or sleeve. The terms clamping pin and clamping sleeve can be used interchangeably. To perform the function of the clamping pin, the latter is usually at least partially or slightly compressed in a receptacle. The term "receptacle" in the sense of the description comprises a bore, recess, opening, hole, depression, groove or the like, into which, for example, a clamping pin can be inserted for the purpose of fastening. The term "bore" is primarily not intended to refer to the type of production, but rather to the mere provision of the recess, opening, hole, depression or groove. The receptacle can be produced by means of any machine tool, in particular a drilling machine, a lathe, a milling machine. The receptacle may be manufactured with one or more rotating tools and the mechanical removal of chips or fragments. Production of the recording by means of spark erosion, vibration lapping or by means of lasers is likewise possible. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the receptacle, in particular on the attachment, can be configured as a through-bore or through-hole.In a preferred embodiment, the opening is connected to a space between the supply line and the housing extending longitudinally along the supply line, so that a connecting element can be guided along the space and can be guided outwards through the opening in order to fasten the connecting element to the housing of the earth drilling device. In one embodiment, the opening is arranged within the conically extending region, so that a connecting element can be guided through the opening without the outer diameter through the connecting element guided through the opening being greater than the outer diameter of the housing in the region of the percussion piston. This can also optionally apply in the case of an existing cap which extends over the opening and the connecting element, so that the outer diameter of the cap is not greater than the outer diameter of the housing in the region of the percussion piston. A distance from the longitudinal edge of the conically tapering end can be selected, at which a sufficiently high material thickness is present. In a preferred embodiment, a depression running at least in sections along the circumference is present as a receptacle, which is connected to the opening. The recess or receptacle offers the possibility of at least partially arranging a connecting element in this recess or receptacle in order to keep the outer diameter of the earth drilling device in the region of the end not becoming greater than the outer diameter of the region of the earth drilling device in which the percussion piston is arranged. In a preferred embodiment, a seal adapted to the opening is present, which can be locked on the opening. This ensures that when the seal is placed on or locked, no dirt or soil penetrates through the opening. The invention also provides a system comprising the described earth drilling apparatus. The system further comprises an attachment which has an end-side conical receptacle adapted to the end of the housing in the region of the feed line for receiving the conically rearwardly tapering end and a step within the attachment. The inner wall of the cap extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction. The system further comprises an at least partially flexible connecting element configured to be guided through the opening and fastened. The term "attachment" in connection with the conical end comprises, in the sense of the description, an outwardly cylindrical element in the form of a round tube, which in particular has an outer diameter adapted to the outer diameter of the region of the earth drilling device with the percussion piston. In particular, the outer diameter of the cap can be substantially equal to the outer diameter of the region of the earth drilling device with the percussion piston. In this way, with a corresponding configuration of the receptacle, an outer contour can be obtained when the attachment is placed on, which outer contour has substantially the same outer contour along the longitudinal axis. An outer contour substantially without steps and edges can be formed. The "step" in the interior of the attachment is designed, for the purposes of the description, as a stop or abutment surface for a pipe to be drawn in. The tube to be drawn in can be braced against the step. The term "connecting element" in the sense of the description comprises an elongate element which is flexible at least in sections and whose property is to be tension-proof and limp and flexurally soft. The connecting element can be configured, in particular, at least in sections, in the shape of a cable, chain, belt or similar. Adjacent to the flexible elongate portion, an attachment for an extension connects. By means of the fastening, the connecting element can be extended. The fastening can be designed as a sleeve-shaped element with an internal thread, into which, for example, a pin-shaped element with an external thread (counter element) can be screwed, which in turn has a further section at the other end, which is flexible and elongated. This section can be, for example, an (extension) cable. The two sections, which are flexible and elongated, may have a substantially similar or the same configuration, both as regards material and dimension. It is self-evident that a fastening provided at the end on the connecting element can be configured in any desired manner, provided that the fastening provides a connection possibility for carrying out an extension. The fastening can enable a positive fit and / or a frictional fit with a correspondingly configured counter element. In a preferred embodiment, the connecting element has a loop at one end and a connecting option at the other end for extending the connecting element. The connecting element can be provided as part of a bracing system. The configuration of the connecting element at one end as a loop offers a simple possibility of fastening which can also be handled on site on site; the loop merely has to be looped around the circumference of the earth drilling device and, if appropriate, inserted into a groove / recess. By means of the loop, a "self-locking" fastening of the connecting element can be achieved. The loop can "tighten" under tension in a groove arranged circumferentially around the housing or the end. By tensioning the pipe to be drawn in, a permanent fastening takes place "automatically", i.e. positively, which can only be released by loosening the loop.In a very particularly preferred embodiment, the attachment can be configured such that the attachment pushed onto the end covers a groove / receptacle at the end, in which the connecting element can be arranged at least partially, and / or the opening, so that the attachment, in addition to the possibility of bracing a pipe to be drawn in, also offers protection against the penetration of soil or dirt.In a very particularly preferred embodiment, the attachment can be configured such that the attachment pushed onto the end latches with a latching step in a groove / receptacle at the end, in which the connecting element can be arranged at least partially. In a preferred embodiment, there are a plurality of attachments in the system which differ in the diameter of the inner wall. This allows flexibility to be provided in the connection of different diameters of pipes to be drawn in.The invention also provides a method for fastening an at least partially flexible connecting element to an earth drilling device, which can be configured in particular as described above. The earth boring device has a housing, a percussion piston that can be moved back and forth in the housing, and a supply line for a working medium for moving the percussion piston. The feed line is arranged on the end side of the housing, wherein the end of the housing tapers conically to the rear in the longitudinal direction in the region of the feed line, and at the end with the feed line there is a connection possibility by means of an opening present at the end, which is at least partially radially accessible. Furthermore, there is a longitudinally accessible intermediate space between the end of the housing in the region of the feed line and the feed line, through which, when the method is carried out, an end of the at least partially flexible connecting element is guided along and through the opening, and is fastened to the end.The invention also provides a use for fastening an at least partially flexible connecting element to an earth drilling device, which can be configured in particular as described above. The earth drilling device has a housing, a percussion piston movable back and forth in the housing and a feed line for a working medium for moving the percussion piston, wherein the feed line is arranged at the end side of the housing, wherein the end of the housing tapers conically towards the rear in the longitudinal direction in the region of the feed line and at the end with the feed line there is a connection possibility by means of an opening present at the end, which is at least partially radially accessible. Furthermore, a space accessible in the longitudinal direction is present between the end of the housing in the region of the feed line and the feed line, wherein the opening is used to connect an at least partially flexible connecting element arranged in the space to the housing by an end of the connecting element being able to be guided through the opening and the end of the connecting element being connectable at the end of the housing. The invention will be described with respect to an earth drilling apparatus, a system comprising an earth drilling apparatus, a method and a use. The description of each individual one of the mentioned aspects supplement the respective other aspects with one another, so that in particular the description of the earth drilling device and / or of the system comprising the earth drilling device can be used for the description of the method and / or the description of the use. The aspects supplement one another and can be freely exchanged, supplemented and / or used with regard to their formal configuration of device features, method features and use features. The term "transverse" as directional indication or geometric indication relative to a further direction comprises an angle of 90°, but also deviations therefrom, in order to take into account tolerances in particular during the production of the components.
