Description

The invention relates to a window lifter arrangement for a vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1. it further relates to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, according to claim 4.The window lifter kinematics in modern vehicles, in particular those with frameless vehicle doors, is extremely complex. Particular challenges for water tightness and aero acoustics must also be fulfilled in the case of complex disc shapes and high travel speeds. In particular in the absence of a window frame, the door window pane, which in the extended state protrudes freely upward from the door body, must fit perfectly to the door sealing system in all tolerance situations in order to meet both the tightness requirements and the continuous running requirements of all components. This complexity and the associated specification of the smallest manufacturing tolerances are opposed by the requirement for a fast and low-complexity mounting of the window lifter arrangement during the mounting of the vehicle on the belt.DE 10 2022 105 398 A1 shows and describes a vehicle having a frameless vehicle door. The position of the door window pane in space and / or the pane curvature are configured such that when the door window pane is closed, a sufficiently high sealing force prevails in the transverse direction of the vehicle along the entire pane frame.DE 44 27 989 A1 shows and describes a cable window lifter for curved vehicle window panes with a front and a rear guide rail. The front guide rail is provided with holders that can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.DE 100 32 993 A1 shows and describes a window lifter for spherically curved panes having two guide rails. The front guide rail is also provided here with holders that can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved window lifter arrangement which, on the one hand, builds up high sealing forces between the window pane and the associated window seals and which, on the other hand, can be installed without greater time outlay during vehicle production. Furthermore, a vehicle having such a window lifter arrangement is to be specified. The part of the object directed towards the window lifter arrangement is achieved with the features of claim 1.In a window lifter arrangement for a vehicle, having a window pane, a first, front guide rail, a second, rear guide rail, a drivable window lifter mechanism which is indirectly or directly coupled to the window pane, wherein the window pane is provided with at least one front window lifter slider and at least one rear window lifter slider or has such a respective one, wherein the at least one front window lifter slider is displaceably guided in or on the first, front guide rail and wherein the at least one rear window lifter slider is displaceably guided in or on the second, rear guide rail, wherein the at least one front window lifter slider is movable relative to the first, front guide rail in a direction substantially parallel to a vehicle longitudinal axis and in that it is fixed relative to the first, front guide rail in a direction substantially parallel to a vehicle transverse axis and about the three orthogonal spatial axes, wherein the at least one front window lifter slider has a first region indirectly or directly connected to the window pane and a second region coupled to the first, front guide rail and guided indirectly or directly on or in it, and wherein the first region is displaceable relative to the second region substantially parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis, it is provided according to the invention that the front window lifter slider is provided with a rack mechanism for the relative displaceability of the first region relative to the second region, which rack mechanism has a pinion and a rack which is in meshing engagement with the pinion, or that the front window lifter slider is provided with a worm shaft mechanism for the relative displaceability of the first region relative to the second region, which worm shaft mechanism has a worm shaft which is in meshing engagement with a gearwheel. The term "substantially parallel" here means a respective direction both exactly parallel to the relevant vehicle axis and a direction with a dominant directional component which runs parallel to the relevant vehicle axis.Due to the movability of the front window lifter rail substantially parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis, i.e. in the direction of the distance of the window lifter rails from one another, and the simultaneous fixing of the front window lifter rail in the vehicle transverse direction and about the three spatial coordinate axes, the window pane is positionally stable in the direction of the sealing forces to be built up in the vehicle transverse direction in the closed state, and due to the preferably linear movability, tolerances are created for a non-exactly parallel installation of the guide rails, which do not require a calibration of the guide rails after their installation in the vehicle any longer. A rack and pinion mechanism works particularly precisely and quickly and is therefore suitable for rapid and precise tolerance compensation. A worm shaft mechanism enables a particularly precise tolerance compensation. Both alternative variants can be designed to be self-locking, so that a relative displacement only occurs when a predetermined force threshold is exceeded, whereby a rattle is avoided. Rough adjustments can be made manually in both variants when the window lifter arrangement is installed, and fine adjustments are made automatically when the predetermined force threshold is exceeded and form an automatic mechanism for compensating tolerances.Further preferred and advantageous design features of the window lifter arrangement according to the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims 2 to 3.Preferably, the at least one front window lifter slider is linearly translationally movable in a direction substantially parallel to a vehicle longitudinal axis relative to the first, front guide rail.An embodiment of the invention is also particularly advantageous in which the first region is displaceable relative to the second region substantially parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis.It is also advantageous in all variants of the invention if the at least one rear window lifter slider is fixed relative to the second, rear guide rail in a direction substantially parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis and in a direction substantially parallel to the vehicle transverse axis and about the three orthogonal spatial axes. This rear window lifter slider can only follow the course of the guide rail and is otherwise fixed, so that the rear window lifter slider also supports effective build-up of sealing forces on the window pane. This creates a combination of maximum torque support by the window lifter slides with the possibility of compensating tolerances for the distance of the window lifter rails from one another, i.e. substantially in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.According to claim 7, the invention is also directed to a vehicle, in particular to a motor vehicle, having a vehicle body and at least one window lifter arrangement according to the invention. The same advantages apply to this vehicle as to the corresponding window lifter arrangement. It is advantageous if the window lifter arrangement is the window lifter arrangement of a frameless window pane, wherein the guide rails are accommodated in a cavity of a vehicle door below a window sill, and wherein the window pane can be moved out of the cavity upwards beyond the window sill.A development of the vehicle according to the invention is likewise advantageous, according to which-alternatively or additionally-the window lifter arrangement is the window lifter arrangement of a frameless window pane, wherein the guide rails are accommodated below a window sill in a cavity of the vehicle body, and wherein the window pane can be moved out of the cavity upwards beyond the window sill.Preferred exemplary embodiments of the invention with additional design details and further advantages are described and explained in more detail below with reference to the attached drawing. It shows: FIG. 1 shows a side view of a vehicle according to the invention with the detail A shown in enlarged form; FIG. 2 shows a simplified side view of a window lifter arrangement according to the invention; FIG. 3 shows a schematic side view of a window lifter arrangement according to the invention, and FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a window lifter arrangement according to the invention in the direction of the arrows IV--IV in FIG. 3.FIG. 1 shows a side view of a two-door Coupé vehicle 1 with a vehicle body 10 which, in the example shown, has a lateral vehicle door 2 on each vehicle side, which door door door door closes one door opening of the vehicle body 10 in each case. However, the invention is not limited to two-door vehicles, but can also be implemented in four-door or other multi-door vehicles. The invention is also not limited to lateral vehicle doors, but can also be realized in rear doors or in fixed body parts that cannot be pivoted open or pushed open. The vehicle door 2 has a movable window pane 4, which closes a door window opening and in the process bears against window seals 40. The vehicle door 2 also has a lower door body 20, which is usually formed from metal or plastic and in which conventional mechanical devices such as, for example, door hinges, door handle, lock and also a window lifter arrangement 3 (FIG. 2 ) comprising a window lifter mechanism 30 and guide rails 32, 34 for the window pane 4 are provided. The upper edge of the door body 20 forms a window sill 22, which has a through slot 24 for the window pane 4 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction X on the upper side. The window pane 4 can be moved upwards out of the door body 20 by means of the window lifter mechanism 30 and back into the latter, for which purpose a mechanical or electrical drive unit 31 is provided, which drives the window lifter mechanism 30 and which is generally known to the person skilled in the art and therefore will not be described in more detail here. The window lifter mechanism 30 is also generally known to the person skilled in the art and is therefore not described in detail. The vehicle door 2 is configured without a frame above the window sill 22, so that the window pane 4 moved upward out of the door body 20 extends freely above the window sill 22. The window lifter arrangement 3 is thus the window lifter arrangement of the frameless window pane 4.In the front region of the vehicle door 2 in the direction of travel F, a so-called mirror triangle 12 is provided for mounting an exterior mirror 14, which has a short guide groove for the window pane 4 on its rear side (facing the window opening). The actual guide rails 32, 34 for the window pane 4 are arranged in the interior of the lower door body 20 below the window sill 22 in a cavity 23 of the vehicle door 2, so that the window pane 4 can be moved out of the cavity 23 upward beyond the window sill 22.FIG. 2 shows a simplified side view of a window lifter arrangement 3 according to the invention, having the window pane 4, a first, front guide rail 32, a second, rear guide rail 34 and a window lifter mechanism 30 which is coupled to the window pane 4 and can be driven by the electric drive unit 31. The at least one front window lifter slider 33 is displaceably guided in or on the first, front guide rail 32 and the at least one rear window lifter slider 35 is displaceably guided in or on the second, rear guide rail 34.As is symbolically represented in FIG. 3 by the double arrow B, the front window lifter slider 33 is movable, in particular translationally movable, in a direction x substantially parallel to a vehicle longitudinal axis X relative to the first, front guide rail 32. For this purpose, the front window lifter slider 33 has, for example, a first region 33' which is indirectly or directly connected to the window pane 4 and a second region 33" which is coupled to the first, front guide rail 32 and is guided indirectly or directly on or in it. The first region 33' can be displaced, in particular displaced, relative to the second region 33" substantially parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis X. This is achieved in the example shown in that the front window lifter slider 33 is provided with a rack and pinion mechanism 36 for the relative displaceability of the first region 33' relative to the second region 33'' which rack and pinion mechanism has a rack 38 which is in meshing engagement with a pinion 37. Alternatively, the front window regulator slider 33 may be provided with a worm shaft mechanism having a worm shaft meshing with a gear.As a result, during the vertical movement of the window pane 4, any differences (tolerances) between the front guide rail 32 and the rear guide rail 34 that may be present along the travel path due to assembly can be compensated. In a direction y substantially parallel to a vehicle transverse axis Y and about the three orthogonal vehicle spatial axes X, Y, Z, in particular about an axis x which runs substantially parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis X, the front window lifter slider 33 is fixed relative to the first, front guide rail 34, as is symbolized in FIG. 4 by the crossed-through double pivot arrow C. As a result, the window pane 4 cannot yield to the sealing force that builds up when it enters the seals. The at least one rear window lifter slider 35, on the other hand, is fixed relative to the second, rear guide rail 34 both in a direction x substantially parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis X and in a direction y substantially parallel to the vehicle transverse axis Y and also about the three orthogonal spatial axes X, Y, Z.In a variant, not shown, of the window lifter arrangement of a frameless window pane, which is constructed in the same way as described above, the guide rails are accommodated in a cavity of the vehicle body 10 below the window sill, so that the window pane can be moved out of the cavity of the vehicle body 10 here upwards beyond the window sill. The invention is not limited to the above embodiments, which is merely for the purpose of generally explaining the gist of the invention. Rather, within the scope of the invention, the device according to the invention can also assume embodiments other than those described above. The device can in particular have features which represent a combination of the respective individual features of the claims.Reference numerals in the claims, the description and the drawings are used merely for better understanding of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of protection.List of reference characters1 two-door Coupé vehicle 2 vehicle door 3 window lifter arrangement 4 movable window pane 10 vehicle body 12 mirror triangle 14 outer mirror 20 lower door body 22 window ledge 23 cavity of 2 24 through slot 30 window lifter mechanism 31 electric drive unit 32 first, front guide rail 33 front window lifter slider 33' first region of 33 33" second region of 33 34 second, rear guide rail 35 rear window lifter slider 36 rack mechanism 37 pinion 38 rack 40 window seals A double arrow B double arrow pivot arrow F direction of travel x direction y direction X vehicle longitudinal axis Y vehicle transverse axis Z vehicle vertical axis
