Abstract

Piñata (8), including: - a foot section (1), comprising a base, a top arranged opposite to the base and a closable opening for filling the foot section (1), - a receptacle arranged on the top of the foot section (1), - an inflatable cylinder (3) that can be attached to the mount, and - a hollow body (5) which can be attached to the cylinder (3) and has a filling opening (6).

Description

[0001] The invention relates to a piñata.

[0002] A piñata is typically used at celebrations, such as children's birthday parties. It is a hollow container made of papier-mâché, paper, cardboard, or corrugated cardboard, which can be filled with items such as sweets. Piñatas can be elaborately and individually designed and decorated. There is a wide variety of shapes and colors available.

[0003] Document DE 20 2019 105 292 U1 describes a piñata with an outer shell and an interior for holding objects such as sweets. The piñata has at least one bottom flap that can be releasably closed to the interior.

[0004] US Patent 2014 / 0051319A1 proposes a portable piñata structure consisting of a weighted base and a vertical pole extending from the base. A horizontal bar is connected near the top of the pole by a joint, allowing the horizontal bar to rotate around its axis and swing up and down. A piñata hangs directly from one end of the horizontal bar, the other end of which has a handle for gripping. This structure allows the piñata a wide range of motion.

[0006] The piñata, filled with sweets for example, is attached to a ceiling with a string. A blindfolded person then tries to hit and damage the piñata with a stick or their hand, causing the items inside to fall out.

[0007] However, attaching a piñata to a ceiling can be difficult, especially if the filled piñata has a certain mass. Therefore, there is a need for a piñata that is easier to use.

Claims

[1] Piñata (8), comprising: - a foot section (1), comprising a base, a top arranged opposite to the base and a closable opening for filling the foot section (1), - a receptacle arranged on the top of the foot section (1), - an inflatable cylinder (3) that can be attached to the mount, and - a hollow body (5) which can be attached to the cylinder (3) and has a filling opening (6).
