Description

Technical EnvironmentThe invention relates to a device for producing a composite from a plurality of film webs arranged one above the other.Prior ArtFilm webs arranged at a distance from one another are increasingly used in different configurations, for example as an insulating curtain for window openings or else as structural elements for facade claddings. Such devices have the advantage that the film webs can be varied in their insulation effect, if appropriate by suitable mechanical means such as, for example, rolling-up devices, since a partially or completely rolled-up film curtain can naturally not produce an insulation effect. For example, DE 10 2020 101 393 B4 by the applicant discloses an insulation device in which a plurality of film webs arranged parallel and spaced apart from one another are suspended in a window opening. The film webs are bonded on one side to a holding device.Further developments of the insulation device shown in the above-mentioned document have shown that a composite of film webs arranged one above the other can also be produced by the film webs being placed one above the other, wherein an offset arrangement results on one side of the film webs lying one above the other, so that, viewed from above, a certain lateral region is present in which, from the lowermost to the uppermost film web, all film webs can be seen with a narrow edge strip. To produce a film pack, these film webs are connected to one another by means of an adhesive tape which engages over the corresponding edge strips of the film web, all film webs being connected simultaneously to the adhesive tape. For the described production of the film composite, it has been found in practice that a certain automation of the production process by suitable devices is of great importance in the sense of a rational production.Object of the InventionIt is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a device for producing a composite of a plurality of film webs arranged one above the other, which device can be produced cost-effectively, can be easily operated even by unskilled persons and, with regard to its clear and simple structure, is long-lived and operates reliably.Solution of the ProblemAccording to the invention, the object set for a device of the generic type is achieved by the technical features described in claim 1.It is essential to the invention for achieving the object in this case to equip the device for producing a composite composed of a plurality of film webs arranged one above the other with the following features:• a cube-shaped housing, consisting of two lateral plate-shaped housing walls which are arranged parallel and spaced apart from one another and are connected to one another by a plurality of transverse struts, wherein a plurality of rolling devices are installed in the interior space defined by the housing walls at a spatial distance from one another at right angles to the housing walls, on each of which one of the film webs to be arranged one above the other is wound so as to be able to roll such that the lateral distance of the film webs wound in each case on a rolling device from one of the two housing walls has different dimensions,• a take-off table below the rolling devices, on which the film webs are deposited one above the other by the different distance from the housing walls in such a way that the lowermost film web and the superposed film webs have a lateral offset, so that each film web in the film composite has a lateral projecting strip,• a drawing device for unrolling and superimposing the individual film webs, and• an adhesive device which connects the lateral projecting strips of the film webs of the film composite placed one above the other to one another.By means of the described construction according to the invention, a plurality of film webs ( 4- 8) can be stored in a wound-up space-saving manner in the housing of the device. The film webs are at a different distance from a side wall of the housing on the individual rolling devices, so that when the individual film webs roll off and are placed one above the other, an edge region of the film composite is produced, in which the individual film webs preferably rest on the take-off table in a manner offset by 1 to 2 cm. The trigger table is provided with a clamping device at its front end. At the beginning of the unrolling process of the film webs from the rolling devices, their front ends are placed one above the other in a staggered manner and clamped in place by means of the clamping device. At this stage of the production of the film composite, the take-off table is retracted under the housing by means of a linear guide. Once the film webs have been fixed, the take-off table is pulled out manually under the housing and the clamped film webs are automatically unwound from the rolling devices. In order to ensure a smooth rolling-off process, it has proven expedient if the film webs drawn off from the rolling devices are fed to the draw-off table via a deflection roller arranged centrally below the rolling device. If the take-off table has been moved from its starting position, located under the housing, for the take-off of the film webs into its front end position, an adhesive tape is bonded on the side of the film web composite to the region of the film composite in which the individual film webs are visible from the lowermost to the uppermost film web on account of their offset arrangement. The adhesive tape bonds the film webs to one another and prevents them from being displaced with respect to one another. By means of a suitable cutting device, the film composite can then be separated from the wound-up film webs at its end facing the housing. If the adhesive tape is used as a double-sided adhesive embodiment, a stiffening strip or further components belonging to the insulation device can be applied directly to the upper side of the adhesive tape facing away from the film webs.Particular embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, taken together with the technical teaching of claim 1, additionally result from the features of the dependent claims which refer back to claim 1.It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the rolling devices installed between the housing walls are each provided with an adjusting device which enables a lateral adjustment of the rolling device for adjusting the lateral offset for the film web unwound from the rolling devices.Furthermore, it may be expedient to form the adhesive device as a roller holder on which a double-sided adhesive tape is provided for unrolling, wherein the roller holder can be mounted directly in the housing on one of the side walls.DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURESAn exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the appended figures: FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of the device according to the invention, FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the trigger table belonging to the device; and FIG. 3 is a schematic representation of the roller arrangement belonging to the inventionThe device according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 has a housing 1 which consists of two housing walls 2 and 3 arranged spaced apart in parallel and which represent a three-dimensional cube by means of cross braces 4 and 5.For better accessibility of the interior, the housing 1 has only two closed walls in the form of the housing walls 2 and 3, the top side, underside, front side and rear side being freely accessible for better access to the interior. As shown in FIG. 1 and also in FIG. 3, a plurality of rolling devices 6, 7, 8 and 9 are arranged in the interior of the housing 1. These rolling devices consist in principle of bearing units 10 mounted laterally on the housing walls 2 and 3 and having axles 17 suspended therein. The axles 17 serve for receiving film rolls which are mounted on each of the rolling devices 6, 7, 8, 9. The arrangement of the film rolls is chosen according to the invention such that, as is also clear from FIG. 1, these are laterally offset with respect to one another. The film web wound on the lowermost rolling device 9 has the smallest distance from the housing wall 2, whereas the film web wound on the uppermost rolling device 6 has a considerably greater distance from the housing wall 2. The film webs wound onto the rolling devices are brought together to the underside of the housing in such a way that the film web 11 of the lowermost rolling device 9 comes to lie in the lowermost position and the remaining film webs of the rolling devices 8, 7 and 6 are each placed above it. As is clear from FIG. 2, a row of projecting strips 14 is produced on the horizontal take-off table 12.The process of rolling the film web begins by the delivery table 12 being pushed under the housing 1 in the direction of the arrow X in FIG. 2, so that the front side of the delivery table 12 with the clamping device 15 arranged thereon lies directly in front of the housing in the position with the marking I. After the film webs 11 laid one above the other have been clamped in, the entire package with the take-off table 12 is pulled forwards away from the housing in the direction of the arrow Y in FIG. 2 until the position II is reached.Subsequently, the region of the projecting strips 14 is covered with an adhesive tape 18 so that the individual film webs 11 are firmly connected to one another. The adhesive tape 18 is preferably double-sidedly adhesive and can optionally be connected on the outer side facing away from the film webs 11 to further accessories which comprise further components of the overall device which are to be equipped with the joined film package. The adhesive tape 18 is removed from an adhesive device 16, which is only schematically shown in FIG. 2.The entire device according to the invention is designed structurally for being constructed on different subframes 13.FIG. 3 shows a very schematic side view of the device with the side wall removed, in order to clarify the structure and arrangement of the individual rolling devices. The overall arrangement comprises in FIG. 3 a total of seven rolling devices, which are partially concealed in the illustration of FIG. 1.It can additionally be seen from the illustration in FIG. 3 that the films of the individual rolling devices are brought together by means of a deflection roller 19 in order then to be guided out of the housing in the direction of the arrow Z.The illustrated embodiment represents a constructionally simple realization of the subject matter of the invention. Of course, for a higher automation of the manufacturing process, further drive mechanisms are conceivable without departing from the scope of the invention.List of reference numbers:1 Housing 2 Housing wall 3 Housing wall 4 Cross strut 5 Cross strut 6 Rolling device 7 Rolling device 8 Rolling device 9 Rolling device 10 Storage unit 11 Film web 12 Take-off table 13 Base 14 Projecting strip 15 Clamping device 16 Adhesive device 17 Axle 18 Adhesive tape 19 Deflection roller
