Description

The invention relates to a floor cleaning appliance comprising a floor head, at least one cleaning roller which is arranged on the floor head and rotates in a cleaning mode driven about an axis of rotation, at least one cassette, a holding device which is assigned to the at least one cassette and holds the at least one cleaning roller on the at least one cassette, and a fixing device for fixing the at least one cassette to the floor head, wherein the at least one cassette is removable from the floor head.The invention further relates to a cleaning station for a floor cleaning appliance.The invention further relates to a combination of cleaning station and floor cleaning appliance.Cleaning stations are described in CN 117958671 A, CN 117958700 A, CN 117958696 A, CN 117958692 A and CN 118303802 A.CN 117958666 A relates to a cleaning device having a first cleaning arrangement and a second cleaning arrangement, wherein the first cleaning arrangement is configured to perform a reciprocating movement in a working mode. For example, the at least one cleaning roller can then be removed from the floor head in order to clean or replace it separately. For example, the holding element can then also be assigned an additional function, such as a protective wall function for an operating unit on the at least one cassette.It is advantageous if the holding element, if it is fixed relative to the at least one cassette, covers an operating element for releasing the fixing of the at least one cassette to the floor head. For example, the at least one cassette is seated fixed to the base head via a pressure snap-in device. By applying pressure to the cassette, it can be released from the bottom head. By way of a movable cassette holder, for example, additional pressure can be exerted by the at least one cleaning roller on a floor to be cleaned. The scraped dirty fluid can be coupled into a tank device for dirty fluid.It is advantageous if the at least one cleaning roller has a textile covering and in particular microfiber covering. As a result, hard soils in particular can be effectively cleaned.The floor cleaning appliance according to the invention is designed in particular to be self-propelled and self-steering (designed as a cleaning robot). The floor cleaning appliance advantageously has a wet wiping function via the at least one cleaning roller. Additionally or alternatively, a dry cleaning function may be provided.According to the invention, it is provided that in a cleaning station of the type mentioned at the beginning, a movable arm is provided with an engagement region on the at least one cleaning roller or on a holding element for the at least one cleaning roller, wherein the at least one cleaning roller can be removed from the floor cleaning appliance via the movable arm when the floor cleaning appliance is positioned at the cleaning station and the at least one cassette is fixed to the floor cleaning appliance.The at least one cleaning roller can be removed automatically at the cleaning station via the movable arm. This results in a compact structure of the cleaning station.It is furthermore advantageous if a receiving chamber with the receiving space is provided, wherein the receiving chamber has an opening between an adjusting device for the floor cleaning appliance and the receiving space, wherein the at least one cleaning roller can be brought through the opening after being released from the floor cleaning appliance into the receiving space of the cleaning station. This results in a transportability of the at least one cleaning roller into the receiving space with a structurally simple structure of the cleaning station. For example, a plurality of cleaning rollers can be accommodated in the accommodation space, which can then be cleaned together (for example in a washing machine) itself. The cleaning station can be implemented compactly in this case. in particular, automated detachment of cleaning rollers from the floor head can be implemented.For the same reason, it is favorable if the transport device is positioned movably in the opening at least with its receptacle. As a result, a cleaning roller can be moved from the floor head on the floor cleaning appliance through the opening into the receiving space.In a structurally favorable embodiment, the transport device with the receptacle is positioned pivotably at the cleaning station. Wheels 16 are seated on the floor head body 14. The floor cleaning appliance 10 is driven with its floor head 12 in a self-propelled manner via these wheels 16. A wheel axle 18 is associated with the wheels 16. A forward travel direction 20 of the floor cleaning appliance 10 during a cleaning process on a surface 22 to be cleaned is transverse and in particular perpendicular to the wheel axis 18.Furthermore, a pivotable roller 24 is seated on the floor head body 14 at a distance from the wheels 16.A placement plane 26 for the floor head 12 on the surface 22 to be cleaned is defined by the wheels 16 and the roller 24. When the surface 22 to be cleaned is flat, this placement plane 26 coincides with the surface 22 to be cleaned.The floor head 12 is provided with a navigation device 28.The bottom head body 14 has a bottom 30 and a top 32 and is provided with a receiving chute 34 for a cleaning roller 36. The scraping device 64 comprises a corresponding scraping strip, which in particular serves a textile material of the cleaning roller for improved scraping of dirty fluid during a cleaning process.Furthermore, a mouth device 66 (FIG. 8 ) is arranged on the cassette 42. By means of this, scraped-off dirty fluid can be coupled from the cleaning roller 36 into the tank device 56 for dirty fluid.The holding device 44 of the cassette 42 comprises a holding element 68 with a pivot bearing 70 for rotation about the axis of rotation 54. When the cleaning roller 36 is positioned on the base head body 14, the cleaning roller 36 is suspended, to a certain extent, between the pivot bearing 70 of the holding element 68 and the driver 52.The holding element 68 is seated in the region of the cover 43.The holding device 44 comprises a further holding element 72 facing away from the holding element 68, which further holding element 72 serves, in combination with the holding element 68, to hold the cleaning roller 36 on the holding device 44 (on the cassette 42). The further holding element 72 does not absorb any torque during operation of the floor cleaning appliance 10 with rotation of the cleaning roller 36. It serves for a type of prepositioning of the cleaning roller 36 on the holding device 44.The holding element 68 with the pivot bearing 70 is assigned to the opening 40 and in particular to the cover 43. In an embodiment (FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9-10), the retaining member 68 is seated on the lid 43.In this exemplary embodiment, the cover 43 with the holding element 68 (and thus the pivot bearing 70) can be removed from the base head body 14.As a result, the cleaning roller 36 can be removed from the cassette 42, even if the cassette 42 is fixed to the floor head body 14 via the fixing device 46.It is basically the case here that the cleaning roller 36 can be removed from the base head body 14 (from the holding device 44 of the cassette 43) as the cover 43 is removed (compare for example FIG. 3 ), or that the cover 43 with the holding element 68 can be removed from the base head body 14, and the cleaning roller 36 remains on the cassette 42 in the process, and the cleaning roller 36 can subsequently be removed from the cassette 42. Both possibilities can be realized on the same floor cleaning device.The floor cleaning appliance 10 functions as follows:In a cleaning operation, the cassette 42 with the cleaning roller 36 held thereon is positioned in the receiving shaft 34 and the cover 43 is closed. The cleaning roller 36 is connected to the driver 52 in a torque-effective manner and is coupled to the pivot bearing 70 of the holding element 68 (FIGS. 1, 2 ).During a cleaning operation, the floor head 12 travels over the surface 22 to be cleaned.Driven via the drive motor 50, the cleaning roller 36 rotates about the axis of rotation 54; it is moistened with cleaning liquid from the tank device 58 via the moistening device 60. In order to convey cleaning liquid from the tank device 56, a pump is provided in particular, which is positioned on the bottom head body 14.The cleaning roller 36 acts on the surface 22 to be cleaned with a corresponding mechanical load due to the rotation. The dissolution of dirt is improved by the application of liquid. Dirty fluid is received by the cleaning roller 36. The cleaning roller 36 rotates past the stripper means 64 (which is mounted on the cassette 42). Dirt fluid is removed from the textile covering of the cleaning roller 36 via the scraping device 64 and fed to the opening device 66. From there, it is conveyed into the dirty fluid tank device 56.In the solution according to the invention, when the cassette 42 is fixed to the base head body 14, the cleaning roller 36 is removable (compare FIGS. 3, 4 ). As a result, a separate cleaning of the cleaning roller 36 can be carried out, for example, in a washing machine with the cassette 42 remaining on the floor head body 14. It is possible, for example, to perform an effective cleaning of the cassette 42 (for the cleaning of the floor cleaning appliance 10 itself) at a cleaning station. The cleaning roller 36 can be cleaned separately by removing it from the floor head body 14.For this purpose, the opening 40 is opened via the cover 43 (FIG. 3 ).In the exemplary embodiment shown, by a corresponding, for example press-fit, fixing of the cleaning roller 36 to the cover 43, the latter is carried along and pulled out of the receiving shaft 34.A removal direction 74 (FIG. 3 ) is parallel to the corresponding removal direction of the lid 43. the removal direction 74 is at least approximately parallel to the axis of rotation 54.As a result, the lid 43 is then removed and the cleaning roller 36 is removed from the bottom head body 14. The cartridge 42 remains on the bottom head body 14 (see FIG. 4 ). In this described variant, when the cover 43 is removed, the cleaning roller 36 is released from the holding device 44 of the cassette 42 and pulled out of the receiving shaft 34 via the corresponding movement of the cover 43.It is also possible for the cover 43 to be initially released from the base head body 14 and for the holding element 68 to also be released from the base head body 14.This can possibly be further aided if a corresponding force is exerted on the cleaning roller 36, for example from the underside 30, in order to bring about the detachment of the cover 43 from the cleaning roller 36 (detachment of the retaining element 68 from the cleaning roller 36).FIG. 5 shows a bottom view of the bottom head body 14 after the cleaning roller 36 has been released, with the cassette 42 further fixed by means of the fixing device 46.The cassette 42 itself is detachable from the base head body 14 in a removal direction 76 (FIG. 6 ).In the embodiment shown, the direction 76 of removal of the cassette 42 from the bottom head body 14 is parallel to the direction 74 of removal of the cleaning roller 36 from the cassette 42.Removal of the cassette 42 from the base head body 14 can be useful, for example, for further cleaning of the cassette 42.In FIG. 7, the same view as FIG. 5 is then correspondingly shown, with the cassette 42 then also being removed. The receiving shaft 34 on the bottom head body 14 is then empty.In the exemplary embodiment in which the cleaning roller 36 with the cover 43 is removed from the base head body 14 (compare FIG. 9 ), the cleaning roller 36 can then be released accordingly from the holding element 68 on the cover 43 by sufficient force exertion.FIG. 11 shows an exemplary embodiment of a floor cleaning appliance 10, which is basically designed like the floor cleaning appliance 10. Seated on the cover 78 is a corresponding holding element 80 with pivot bearing 82, When the cover 78 (FIG. 11 ) is open, which is correspondingly pivoted about a pivot axis 84, wherein the pivot axis 84 is transverse and in particular perpendicular to the placement plane 26, the receiving shaft 34 is accessible at the opening 40. The cleaning roller 36 can be accessed. This can then be pulled out of the receiving shaft 34 automatically or manually by being detached from the cassette 42.In this embodiment, the lid 78 is a non-detachable element on and remains on the bottom head body 14. The cover 78 and thus also the holding element 80 is movably positioned on the floor head body 14, i.e. is movably seated on the floor head body 12.In another embodiment (FIG. 12 ), a removable lid 86 is provided on the bottom head body 14. This cover 86 comprises a holding element corresponding to the holding element 68 with pivot bearings. When the cover 86 is removed, the corresponding holding element with the pivot bearing is also removed. The receiving shaft 34 with the cleaning roller 36 is accessible at the opening 40. The cleaning roller 36 can be removed from the cartridge 42 with the cartridge remaining on the bottom head body 14.A cleaning station 88 is assigned to the floor cleaning appliance 10 (FIGS. 13, 14 ). The floor cleaning appliance 10 generally soils during a cleaning operation. The cleaning station 88 serves for cleaning the floor cleaning appliance 10 itself (outside a cleaning operation on the surface 22 to be cleaned).The cleaning station 88 can fulfil further tasks, such as, for example, charging a battery device of the floor cleaning appliance 10, receiving dirty fluid from the tank device 56, providing cleaning liquid for the tank device 58 and cleaning the receiving shaft 34 (see below). For this purpose, the cleaning station 88 has, in particular, corresponding devices and superstructures, which are not shown in FIGS. 13 and 14.In one embodiment, the cleaning station 88 comprises a placement body 90. the cleaning station 88 can be placed on a base and in particular on a floor via the placement body 90.In one exemplary embodiment, the mounting body 90 is plate-shaped. It has a ramp 92 and a placement plane 94. The floor cleaning appliance 10 can be placed on the placement plane 94 via the ramp 92 and can be placed there.The support body 90 is assigned a specific position of the floor cleaning appliance 10. In this corresponding position 96 of the floor cleaning appliance 10 at the cleaning station 88, the cleaning roller 36 can be removed from the floor head 12 in an automated manner. In the corresponding position 96, the "remaining" floor head 12 can then also be cleaned.The cleaning station 88 comprises a movably arranged arm 98. the arm 98 is positioned in an embodiment such that it can be displaced with respect to the placement body 90.In one embodiment, the arm 98 is seated on a bracket 100. This bracket 100 in turn has a further arm 102, which is spaced apart and in particular spaced apart parallel to the arm 98. In one exemplary embodiment, the further arm 102 is guided on a guide device 104 on the placement body 94. It is assigned a drive for its displacement movement in a direction / opposite direction 106. When the floor cleaning appliance 10 is positioned in the position 96 at the cleaning station 88, this direction 106 is substantially parallel to the axis of rotation 54; it is substantially parallel to the wheel axis 18; it is transverse and in particular perpendicular to the forward travel direction 20; it is parallel to the installation plane 26.The bracket 100 is formed by the arm 98 and the further arm 102, wherein a web 108 is connected to the arm 98 and the further arm 102 and is oriented, for example, perpendicular to this arm 98 and further arm 102.On the arm 98, there is arranged an engagement region 110 for the cleaning roller 36 or the cover 86 (or the holding element 68).In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 13, 14, the engagement region 110 is designed for engagement with the cleaning roller 36 and, in the process, for end-face engagement with the cleaning roller 36. In this embodiment, the cover 43 is completely detachable.However, it is also possible for the engagement region to be designed for engagement with the cover 43 and for the cleaning roller 36 to be removable from the receiving shaft 34 by removing the cover.By means of the driven movement of the further arm 102 in the direction 106 and engagement of the engagement region 110 with the cleaning roller 36 (or the cover 43), the cleaning roller 36 can be removed from the cassette 42 via the arm 98, and can thereby be removed from the base head 12 (compare FIG. 14 ).This functions as follows:The floor head 12 is moved to the cleaning station 88. The floor head 12 is positioned on the placement plane 94 in its corresponding position 96.In the exemplary embodiment shown, the cover 43 is then opened. (This may also be done automatically by the cleaning station 88.)The arm 98 is then moved on the end face of the cleaning roller 36 and the engagement region 110 couples mechanically to the cleaning roller 36.By driving the arm 98 in the direction 106, the cleaning roller 36 is pulled out of the cassette 42 and thereby out of the receiving shaft 34, thereby being removed from the floor head body 14.In Fig. 14, an intermediate state is shown in which the cleaning roller 36 is not yet fully implemented.When the cleaning roller 36 is completely removed from the floor head body 14, it can be removed by a user and separately cleaned in, for example, a washing machine.The floor cleaning appliance 10 is already correctly positioned at the cleaning station 88 via the position 96 for a cleaning operation. For example, by a corresponding spray action, the floor head 12 can be cleaned on the receiving shaft with the cassette 42 fixed.When the cleaning roller 36 is fixed to the cover 43 via the holding element 68, the cleaning roller 36 is guided out in a similar manner, wherein the engagement region 110 of the arm 98 then couples mechanically to the cover 43.A fresh or cleaned cleaning roller 36 can then be reinserted by the reverse process. It is coupled to the engagement area 110 and, by retracting the arm 98, the cleaning roller 36 is brought into the receiving shaft 34 and positioned on the cassette 42.The arm 98 then moves away from the bottom head 12 and the lid 43 is closed automatically or by an operator.In a further exemplary embodiment of a floor cleaning appliance, which is shown in FIGS. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 to 23 and is denoted by 120, a floor head 122 is provided. A cover 124 is positioned on the bottom head 122 on an upper side. A cleaning liquid tank means 126 is provided which is positioned on the bottom head 122 below the lid 124. Furthermore, a tank device 128 for dirty fluid is provided (in FIGS. 16, 17 and 21, this tank device 128 is removed).With regard to the functional components, the floor cleaning device 120 is configured similarly or identically to the floor cleaning device 10.On the bottom head 122, a receiving shaft 130 for a cassette 132 is formed with a holding device 134. The holding device 134 rotatably holds a cleaning roller 136 in the receiving tray 130 for a cleaning operation. The receiving well 130 is open laterally on the bottom head 122 via an opening 138. For closing this opening 138, a removable or movable cover is provided (not shown in the drawings).For driving the cleaning roller 136 when it is positioned in the receiving shaft 130, a drive motor 140 (FIG. 20 ) is provided. The cleaning roller 136 has a sleeve which can be plugged onto the drive motor 140. The drive motor 140 is an internal drive motor relative to the cleaning roller 136 when it is positioned in the receiving shaft 130.The drive motor 140 is fixed to the bottom head 122 in a region 142 which faces away from the opening 138.When the cleaning roller 136 is placed on the drive motor 140, a corresponding drive shaft of the drive motor 140 also forms a pivot bearing.The holding device 134 has a holding element 144 which is positioned facing away from the drive motor 140. The holding element 144 in turn has a pivot bearing 146 for rotatably mounting the cleaning roller 136 during the driven rotation.The holding element 144 is seated in the region of the opening 138 or of the cover for the opening 138.The holding element 144 is arranged on the holding device 134 in a manner releasable from the cassette 132. A corresponding fixing device 148 is provided, which enables a detachable fixing of the holding element 144, for example, on the cassette 132 (see below).The cartridge 132 itself is supported on the bottom head 122 via a cartridge holder 150.A detachable axial fixing of the cassette 132 with the holding device on the bottom head 122 is provided in the region of a transverse wall 152. This transverse wall 152 is opposite to the opening 138 on a lateral side opposite the lateral side (on which the opening 138 lies).This corresponding fixing device is designed in an embodiment as a snap-on pressure device. In this connection, reference is made to the non-prepublished German patent application No. 10 2024 103 698.2, dated 9 February 2024, and reference is made in its entirety.It is provided in particular that the holding element 144, when it is seated on the cassette 132, is positioned on the cassette 132 in such a way that an operating element for releasing the fixation is covered with the transverse wall 152.In an example of a snap-on pressure device, the fixing to the transverse wall 152 can be released by applying pressure to the cassette 132 from an end face 154 (compare FIG. 16 ).In one embodiment, the holding element 144 is designed such that it has a region 156 which bears against the cassette holder 150 or has a correspondingly small spacing. The arrangement is such that by applying pressure to the holding element 144 in the direction of the transverse wall 152, in particular due to the contact of the region 156, the corresponding pressure-snap-on device cannot be released.When the retaining member 144 is positioned on the cartridge 132, inadvertent disengagement of the cartridge 132 from the bottom head 122 from the receiving tray 130 is not possible. The retaining element 144 must first be removed.The floor cleaning device 120 functions as follows with respect to the removal of the cleaning roller 136:In an initial state, the opening 138 is closed by an openable lid (not shown in the drawings), or no lid is provided and the receiving chute 130 is always open at the opening 138. For removing the cassette 132, this cover is opened or, in one embodiment, removed. The state according to FIG. 15 is then present.The support member 144, which is an "intermediate member" between the lid and the cartridge 132, is connected to the bottom head 122. It is seated in particular on the cassette 132 and is fixed to the cassette 132 via a holding element fixing device 158 (compare FIG. 18 ).In an exemplary embodiment, a latching hook 160 is provided for this purpose on the holding element 144, which latching hook is movable. The latching hook 160 points toward the cassette 132. An operating element 162 for releasing the latching is accessible from an outer side of the holding element 144 (facing away from the receiving shaft 130).A latching opening for the latching hook 160 is provided on the cassette 132.The holding element 144 is then removed from the bottom head 122 by releasing the holding element fixing device 158. This state is shown in FIG. 16.This removal can be carried out "manually" by an operator, or automatically, for example at a corresponding cleaning station.The cleaning roller 136 can then be pulled out of the cassette 132 and removed from the bottom head 122. A corresponding removal direction 164 is parallel to the axis of rotation of the cleaning roller 136 (see FIG. 17 ).In this embodiment, the lid is first opened, then the holding member 144 is removed from the bottom head 122, and then the cleaning roller 136 is removed from the cartridge 132 which remains fixed to the bottom head 122.The removal of the cleaning roller 136 from the cassette 132 can be carried out manually by an operator or automatically, for example at a cleaning station.The cassette 132 itself can be removed from the bottom head 122. A release takes place at the pressure-snap device and the cassette 132 can be pulled out of the receiving shaft 130 in a direction parallel to the removal direction 164 (compare FIG. 19 ).When the support member 144 is seated against the bottom head 122, and more particularly against the cartridge 132, the portion 156 prevents the cartridge 132 from being detachable. If the cassette 132 is to be removed from the receiving shaft 130 in the removal direction 164 (with cleaning roller 136 or with already released cleaning roller 136), the holding element 144 must be removed from the cassette 132 beforehand.In the embodiment described, the support member 144 is connected to the cartridge 132. It is also possible in principle for the holding element to be connected to the cassette holder 150. The holding element 144 is connected to the cassette 132 in such a way that, when the cassette 132 is movable (by corresponding mounting on the cassette holder 150), this corresponding movement "takes along".In a variant of an exemplary embodiment (FIG. 21 ), the cleaning roller 136 is connected to the holding element 144 (for example by means of a press fit) in such a way that, when the holding element 144 is removed in the removal direction 164, the cleaning roller 136 remains held on the holding element 144 and is carried along.This entrainment with the holding element 144 can be prevented, for example, by an operator exerting a corresponding force from below on the cleaning roller 136 when he releases and decreases the holding element 144 and thus also decreases from the cleaning roller 136.Otherwise, the floor cleaning appliance 120 functions as described above.In FIG. 22, a bottom view of the floor cleaning apparatus 122 is shown.In this embodiment, a sweeping brush 166 is also rotatably disposed on the bottom head 122. Side brushes 168 are also provided.The cassette 132 is provided with a scraper device 164 and a mouth device 66, similar to the cassette 42. With regard to an embodiment of the cassette, reference is made to the non-prepublished German patent application No. 10 2024 103 709.1, dated 9 February 2024.In the case of the floor cleaning device 10 and in the case of the floor cleaning device 120, the corresponding cassette 42 or 132 can be removed from the cassette 42 or 132 in the same removal direction as the cleaning roller 36 when the cassette 42 or 132 is fixed to the corresponding floor head 12 or 122.In a further exemplary embodiment of a floor cleaning appliance, which is shown in FIGS. 24, 25, 26 to 27 and is denoted there by 176, a floor head 178 with a receiving shaft 180 is provided. The receiving tray 180 receives a cassette 182. The receiving shaft 180 is open at an underside 184 towards the installation plane. It is also open laterally via an opening 186. As described above, a corresponding cleaning roller can be removed from the cassette 182 and thus from the bottom head 178 via the opening 186 when the cassette 182 is fixed to the bottom head 178.The cartridge 182 can be removed from the bottom head 178 from the bottom 184 (see FIGS. 25, 26). The receiving shaft 180 has an opening 188 on the underside 184, in which opening the cleaning roller is positioned during a cleaning operation.The cartridge 182 is detachable from the bottom head 178 and can be removed through this opening 188. A removal direction is in this case in particular transverse to the removal direction of the cleaning roller from the cassette 182.A removal direction for removing the cassette 182 from the bottom head 178 has a transverse component to the placement plane 26.In a further exemplary embodiment of a floor cleaning appliance, which is shown in FIGS. 28 and 29 and is denoted by 190, a floor head 192 is provided, which comprises a receiving shaft 194. A cassette 196 is removably positioned in this receiving well 194.The cassette 196 holds a cleaning roller 198 (see Fig. 29).The cleaning roller 198 is positioned on the cartridge 196 via its retainer so that it is removable from the cartridge 196 when seated in the receiving tray 194 via a bottom surface 200 of the bottom head 192.It can be pivoted out of the cassette 196 with the receiving shaft 194 in particular (compare FIG. 28 ).In one embodiment, a fixing device 202 is seated on the end face of the cleaning roller 198. This fixing device 202 prevents the cleaning roller 198 from being released on a corresponding holding element with pivot bearing. By releasing the fixing device 202, the cleaning roller 198 can be pivoted out, as shown in FIG. 28, and can thereby be released from the cassette 196 and can thereby in turn be released from the base head 192.A corresponding pivotability can be supported in that, for example, an inner drive motor 204 can be pivoted to the floor head 192 via a corresponding bearing device 206.In a cleaning operation of the floor cleaning appliance 10, this pivotability is blocked on the bearing device 206.In a variant of the floor cleaning appliance 190, the receiving shaft 194 is open laterally with an opening 208. This opening 208 is openably closed by a cover 210.When the cover 210 is open, the cleaning roller 198 can also be removed from the cassette 196 in a removal direction 212 parallel to the axis of rotation of the cleaning roller 198, as selected by an operator.In the floor cleaning appliance 190, the cleaning roller 198 can be removed with a removal direction transversely to the placement plane 26.In the variant of the exemplary embodiment, it is also possible to remove the cleaning roller 198 from the cassette 196, which is fixed to the base head 192, from the cassette 196 in the removal direction 212 parallel to the placement plane 26.An embodiment of a cleaning station 214 is particularly for cooperation with the floor cleaning appliance 190. The cleaning station 214 comprises a station body 216. The station body 216 comprises a receiving chamber 218 with a receiving chamber 220. A placement plane 222 is provided, which serves for placing the floor cleaning appliance 190.The placement plane 222 forms a ceiling wall of the receiving chamber 218 or is arranged above such a ceiling wall.The placement plane 222 is provided with an opening 224 to the receiving space 220.If the floor cleaning appliance 190 is properly positioned at the cleaning station 214, then the receiving space 220 lies below the floor cleaning appliance 190 with respect to a height direction 226.The station body 216 is provided with at least one ramp 228, via which the floor cleaning appliance 190 can be moved onto the installation plane 222.In a cleaning position 230 of the floor cleaning appliance 190 at the cleaning station 214, the latter is positioned such that the cleaning roller 198 lies at the opening 224.The cleaning station 214 is provided with a transport device 232. The transport device 232 has a receptacle 234, which serves to receive a cleaning roller 198 released from the base head 192.The receptacle 234 is positioned to receive the cleaning roller 198 at, and more particularly in, the opening 224.The transport device 232 is arranged movably and movable in such a way that a cleaning roller 198 accommodated by the receptacle 234 can be brought through the opening 224 into the accommodation chamber 220 of the accommodation chamber 218.In one exemplary embodiment, the transport device 232 is mounted on a pivot bearing 236 such that it can be pivoted about a pivot axis 238.The pivot bearing 236 is positioned, for example, in the region of the receiving chamber 218 and, in particular, below the opening 224 (with respect to the height direction 226).The transport device 232 is controlled in particular by a corresponding control device of the cleaning station 214.In a first position 240 (FIG. 30 ), the transport device 232 is aligned with its receptacle 234 on the floor cleaning machine 190 with the cleaning roller 198. The cleaning roller 198 is detached from the cassette 196 as described above. The described pivoting movement (compare FIG. 28 ) is carried out via the transport device and this results in a final detachment from the bottom head 192 and in particular from the cassette 196.In a second position of the transport device 232 (not shown in the drawings), the detached cleaning roller is then deposited in the receiving space 220.According to the invention, a floor cleaning appliance is provided in which the cleaning roller (for example the cleaning roller 36) can be released from the floor head (for example the floor head 12) in a type of two-step process.The cleaning roller 36 can first be removed from the bottom head 12 and thereby from the associated cassette 42.The "empty" cassette 42 can then be removed from the bottom head 12.It is also possible in principle to remove the cassette 42 with the cleaning roller 36 fixed thereto from the bottom head 12.It is thereby possible, for example, to remove the cleaning roller 36 for its own cleaning roller from the floor head 12 (for example in a washing machine).
