The invention is a motorized trailer wheel mounted to a trailer tongue jack which has a single power source such as 12-volt battery-powered electric motor and gear reducer. The motor drives a pinion gear which engages a circular rack mounted to the wheel. Operation of the motor is controlled by an electrical switch assembly which can switch among OFF, FORWARD, and REVERSE positions.

The invention provides an automatic parking system and method. A trailer dolly includes an internal combustion engine, a transmission providing both forward and reverse drives, and a centralized lifting handle. The internal combustion engine provides much better power and much less weight than electric counterparts. The output device is capable of generating signals for managing movement of a mobile tail support apparatus. The set of load sensors may be coupled to the data processing system and may be capable of detecting loads associated with a swing tail cargo door. The set of position sensors are coupled to the data processing system and detect a position of the mobile tail support apparatus relative to the swing tail cargo door. The computer program product may receive information from the set of load sensors and the set of position sensors and generate signals to manage the mobile tail support apparatus.

The invention provides a lever car mover and relates to the technical field of car moving. The lever car mover comprises a frame support device capable of extending below car tires.
