servo motor double-circulation liquid cooling heat dissipation device which comprises a spiral
copper pipe wound on the outer surface of a motor winding, the outer surface of the motor winding is provided with a motor shell, one end of the spiral
copper pipe is threadedly connected with a no. 1 three-way valve, the other end of the spiral
copper pipe is threadedly connected with a no. 2 three-way valve, and the two ends of the no. 1 three-way valve are both threadedly connected with a circulating cooling
assembly. The double-circulation cooling
assembly is alternately worked to realize continuous and efficient liquid cooling heat dissipation; the cooling liquid filled in the device is driven by a
circulating pump to complete heat absorption and heat dissipation circulation, a temperature sensor monitors the cooling
liquid temperature in real time and transmits a
signal to a controller, when the cooling liquid of one set of circulating cooling assemblies reaches a preset temperature threshold, the controller switches the passage through the three-way valve, starts another set of low-temperature circulating assemblies to continuously absorb heat for the motor winding, and the stopped set of assemblies continuously completes cooling
liquid temperature reduction.
