DETAILED DESCRIPTION (Circumstances leading to the present revelation)
[0008] The induction cooker described in Patent Document 1 has a configuration that allows an object, such as a pot to be heated, to be freely placed on the top plate (cover plate). For this purpose, multiple temperature sensors are evenly distributed and arranged with respect to the top plate so that the temperature of the object to be heated can be detected regardless of its location on the top plate. Therefore, the induction cooker described in Patent Document 1 still has room for improvement in reducing the number of temperature sensors.
[0009] Thus, the developers of the present invention found a configuration of a coil unit in which a temperature sensor is arranged in an overlap region in which a plurality of heating regions each having a plurality of coils arranged therein overlap in a plan view, and finally arrived at the present disclosure.
[0010] In the following, an embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, explanations that go beyond what is necessary may be omitted. For example, detailed explanations of already known facts and duplicate explanations of substantially similar configurations may be omitted. This is intended to avoid unnecessary repetition in the following description and facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art.
[0011] The inventors provide the accompanying drawings and the following description to enable those skilled in the art to fully understand the present disclosure, but do not intend to limit the subject matter defined in the appended claims. (First embodiment)[Induction cooker]
[0012] Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an example of an induction cooker 1 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. Figure 2 is a schematic plan view of an example of the induction cooker according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. Note that the XYZ coordinate system shown in the figures is for convenience in understanding the invention and is not intended to limit the invention. The X-axis direction indicates the left-right direction, the Y-axis direction indicates the depth direction, and the Z-axis direction indicates the vertical direction.
[0013] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the induction cooker 1 is a cooker that inductively heats a cooking container C containing a heating and cooking target object T. In this description, the cooking container C is a pot and is described as an example of an object to be heated. The object to be heated is not limited to the cooking container C and can be any object to be heated by induction.
[0014] The induction cooker 1 includes a top plate 2 (cover plate), made of heat-resistant glass, for example, on which the cooking vessel C is arranged, and a casing 3 attached to the lower surface of the top plate 2. A plurality of coil units 4 and 5 are mounted in the casing 3. Each of the plurality of coil units 4 and 5 is arranged below the top plate 2 and inductively heats the cooking vessel C arranged on a facing portion of the top plate 2. That is, each of the plurality of coil units 4 and 5 functions as an induction heating coil unit. In this embodiment, a coil unit 5 is arranged between two coil units 4 in plan view. The coil unit 5 has a different configuration than the coil unit 4. As used herein, "plan view" means a view from the vertical direction, that is, from the Z-axis direction.
[0015] A plurality of markers 6 are shown on the top plate 2. The plurality of markers 6 define an area on the top plate 2 in which the cooking container C is placed. The plurality of markers 6 each have a rectilinear shape. In plan view, the plurality of markers 6 are located on both sides of each of the plurality of coil units 4. In this embodiment, three markers 6 are shown on each side of each of the plurality of coil units 4. The three markers 6 extend in the depth direction (Y direction) of the induction cooker 1 and have gaps between them.
[0016] The plurality of markings 6 can be implemented, for example, by light emitted by a plurality of light emitters arranged below the upper plate 2. The upper plate 2 can include a transmission window that transmits light emitted by the light emitter. The light emitter can be arranged in the coil unit 4. Alternatively, the plurality of markings 6 can be lines physically drawn on the upper plate 2.
[0017] In the plan view, the area defined by the plurality of markings 6 includes a plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 that are inductively heated by the plurality of coil units 4, and a non-heating region NS1 that is not inductively heated by the plurality of coil units 4. In the plan view, the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 form an overlap region DS1 in which the regions S1 and S2 overlap each other. In the plan view, the non-heating region NS1 is arranged around the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2. The non-heating region NS1 is an area in which no coil is arranged.
[0018] The upper plate 2 has a plurality of transmission windows 7. In this embodiment, a plurality of non-contact temperature sensors are arranged below the upper plate 2, and the plurality of non-contact temperature sensors detect the temperature of the cooking container C through the plurality of transmission windows 7. The transmission windows 7 are arranged on a center line of the width of the coil unit 4 in the X-axis direction in plan view.
[0019] The induction cooker 1 includes a control device that controls the coil units 4 and 5. The control device includes, for example, a memory in which a program is stored and a processing circuit corresponding to a processor, for example, a central processing unit (CPU). In the control device, the processor executes a program stored in the memory. [Coil unit]
[0020] The coil unit 4 is described below with reference to the Fig. 3 to 7.
[0021] Fig. 3 is a plan view of an example of the coil unit 4 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the arrangement relationship between the plurality of coils 10A to 10J and the plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. Fig. 5 is a schematic enlarged view of the coil 10A constituting the coil unit 4 of Fig. 4 forms. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the arrangement of the temperature sensor 21 arranged in the overlap region DS1. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the arrangement relationship of the plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. Fig. 8 is a schematic sectional view showing a cross section along a line AA of the coil unit 4 of Fig. 3 shows.
[0022] As in Fig. 3, the coil unit 4 comprises a plurality of coils 10A to 10J, a plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 and a housing 30.
[0023] As in Fig. 4, in plan view, the plurality of coils 10A to 10J are arranged in the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2, which heat an object to be heated.
[0024] The plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 each include a first heating region S1 and a second heating region S2. In this embodiment, the first heating region S1 is located closer to the front side in the depth direction (Y direction) than the second heating region S2.
[0025] In plan view, the first heating region S1 partially overlaps with the second heating region S2. In plan view, the region where the first heating region S1 and the second heating region S2 overlap is defined as the overlap region DS1. In this embodiment, a coil unit 4 is configured to be integrally operable with a power converter circuit (inverter circuit). "Integrally operable" means that the controller can operate the first heating region S1 and the second heating region S2 in combination to heat a common object to be heated. "Integrally operable" may also mean that the magnetic field generated by the high-frequency current flowing through each of the coils 10A to 10J is generated while being influenced by the high-frequency current of the adjacent coils 10A to 10J, and thus serves to heat a common object to be heated. In this embodiment, among the heating regions each formed by a plurality of heating coils that can be driven by a power converter circuit, only the second heating region S2 has the same size as the first heating region S1. Therefore, while it is possible to facilitate cooking by moving the pot from the first heating region S1 to the second heating region S2 or from the second heating region S2 to the first heating region S1, it is also possible to specify the heating region to some extent, so that the coil unit 4 can be controlled in consideration of the user's usage pattern, resulting in an improvement in heating efficiency. Furthermore, by specifying the heating region to some extent, it is possible to avoid complicating user operation.
[0026] In the plan view, the non-heating region NS1 is arranged around the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 without heating coils. The non-heating region NS1 is arranged in an area defined by the plurality of markings 6 located around the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 in the plan view.
[0027] The first heating region S1 is a region where induction heating is performed by the plurality of coils 10A to 10F. In other words, the first heating region S1 is a region having a center C1 in plan view and is a region where the plurality of coils 10A to 10F are arranged. In the first heating region S1, the plurality of coils 10A to 10F are arranged adjacent to each other. More specifically, in plan view, the plurality of coils 10A to 10F are arranged radially inward of the first heating region S1. In this embodiment, the first heating region S1 has a circular shape in plan view. Note that the first heating region S1 is not limited to a circular shape in plan view and may have a polygonal contour.
[0028] The first heating region S1 includes a plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16. The plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16 are arranged radially and adjacently around the center C1 of the first heating region S1 in plan view. More specifically, the plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16 are defined in plan view by a plurality of boundary lines L11 to L16 extending radially from the center C1 of the first heating region S1 toward the outer circumference, and by an outer circumferential line L1 defining the outer circumference of the first heating region S1.
[0029] The plurality of boundary lines L11 to L16 are arranged radially at equal intervals around the center C1 of the first heating region S1 in plan view. The plurality of boundary lines L11 to L16 are straight lines extending from the center C1 of the first heating region S1 toward the outer circumference in plan view. The angles formed by two adjacent boundary lines of the plurality of boundary lines L11 to L16 are substantially equal. Therefore, in plan view, the plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16 have substantially the same shape and substantially the same dimensions. As used herein, "substantially" means that there is a deviation within 10%, preferably within 5%.
[0030] The plurality of coil array regions S11 to S16 each have a fan shape in plan view. As used herein, "fan shape" is a shape defined by two straight lines (radii) extending from the center (centre) of a circle toward the outer circumference and a circular arc connecting the two straight lines in plan view.
[0031] In this embodiment, the plurality of boundary lines comprise six boundary lines L11 to L16, wherein the angles formed by two adjacent boundary lines are each 60 degrees. This allows the first heating region S1 to be divided into six coil arrangement regions S11 to S16, which have substantially the same shape and dimensions in plan view.
[0032] The plurality of coils 10A to 10F are each arranged within the plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16 in plan view. Thus, the plurality of coils 10A to 10F can be arranged radially and adjacently within the first heating region S1 in plan view.
[0033] In this embodiment, the plurality of coils 10A to 10F include a first coil 10A, a second coil 10B, a third coil 10C, a fourth coil 10D, a fifth coil 10E, and a sixth coil 10F. The first to sixth coils 10A to 10F are respectively arranged in the plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16.
[0034] The second heating region S2 is a region where induction heating is performed by the plurality of coils 10A, 10F, and 10G to 10J. In other words, the second heating region S2 is a region having a center C2 in plan view and is a region where the plurality of coils 10A, 10F, 10G to 10J are arranged. In the second heating region S2, the plurality of coils 10A, 10F, 10G to 10J are arranged adjacent to each other. More specifically, in plan view, the plurality of coils 10A, 10F, 10G to 10J are arranged radially inward of the second heating region S2. In this embodiment, the second heating region S2 has a circular shape in plan view. Note that the second heating region S2 is not limited to a circular shape in plan view, but may also have a polygonal contour.
[0035] The second heating region S2 includes a plurality of coil arrangement regions S21 to S26. The plurality of coil arrangement regions S21 to S26 are arranged radially and adjacently around the center C2 of the second heating region S2 in plan view. More specifically, the plurality of coil arrangement regions S21 to S26 are defined by a plurality of boundary lines L21 to L26 extending radially from the center C2 of the second heating region S2 toward the outer periphery in plan view, and by an outer periphery line L2 defining the outer periphery of the second heating region S2.
[0036] The plurality of boundary lines L21 to L26 are arranged radially at equal intervals around the center C2 of the second heating region S2 in plan view. The plurality of boundary lines L21 to L26 are straight lines extending from the center C2 of the second heating region S2 toward the outer periphery in plan view. The angles formed by two adjacent boundary lines of the plurality of boundary lines L21 to L26 are substantially equal. Therefore, in plan view, the plurality of coil arrangement regions S21 to S26 have substantially the same shape and substantially the same dimensions.
[0037] The plurality of coil arrangement regions S21 to S26 each have a fan shape in plan view.
[0038] In this embodiment, the plurality of boundary lines in the second heating region S2 comprise six boundary lines L21 to L26, wherein the angles formed by two adjacent boundary lines are each 60 degrees. This allows the second heating region S2 to be divided into six coil arrangement regions S21 to S26, which have substantially the same shape and dimension in plan view.
[0039] In this embodiment, the two coil arrangement regions S25 and S26 in the second heating region S2 overlap with the two coil arrangement regions S11 and S16, respectively, in the first heating region S1. The area where the coil arrangement regions S11, S16, S25, and S26 overlap is the overlap region DS1.
[0040] The plurality of coils 10A, 10F, 10G to 10J are arranged within the plurality of coil arrangement regions S25, S26, and S21 to S24, respectively, in plan view. Thus, the plurality of coils 10A, 10F, 10G to 10J can be arranged radially and adjacently within the second heating region S2 in plan view.
[0041] In this embodiment, the plurality of coils 10G to 10J include a seventh coil 10G, an eighth coil 10H, a ninth coil 10I, and a tenth coil 10J.
[0042] The seventh to tenth coils 10G to 10J are respectively arranged in the plurality of coil arrangement regions S21 to S24. The first and sixth coils 10A and 10F are arranged in the two coil arrangement regions S25 and S26, respectively. That is, the first and sixth coils 10A and 10F are shared by the first heating region S1 and the second heating region S2.
[0043] In this embodiment, the first and sixth coils 10A and 10F are arranged in the overlap region DS1. The first and sixth coils 10A and 10F may be referred to as "overlap coils 10A and 10F, respectively."
[0044] A more detailed configuration of the first coil 10A is described with reference to the Fig. 5 described.
[0045] As in Fig. 5, the first coil 10A includes a coil main body 11, an outer lead wire 12, and an inner lead wire 13.
[0046] The coil main body 11 is a portion formed by winding a coil wire. The coil main body 11 has a frame shape in plan view. In this embodiment, the coil main body 11 has a fan shape in plan view. Note that the shape of the coil main body 11 is not limited to the fan shape, but can have any shape. For example, the coil main body 11 can have a triangular or polygonal contour in plan view.
[0047] In plan view, a gap SP1 is arranged inside the coil main body 11. The gap SP1 is a space defined by the winding of the coil wire inside.
[0048] The outer lead wire 12 is a lead wire drawn outward from the outside of the coil main body 11.
[0049] The inner lead wire 13 is a lead wire drawn outward from the inside of the coil main body 11.
[0050] A cable lug is located at the ends of the outer conductor wire 12 and the inner conductor wire 13. The cable lug is, for example, a round cable lug.
[0051] In this embodiment, the first coil 10A is formed from a single coil wire. The coil wire is made, for example, of a conductive material.
[0052] In this embodiment, the second to tenth coils 10B to 10J have the same configuration as the first coil 10A. Therefore, in the first to tenth coils 10A to 10J, the plurality of outer lead wires 12 have the same length. In the first to tenth coils 10A to 10J, the plurality of inner lead wires 13 have the same length. By configuring a plurality of coils 10A to 10F with substantially the same coil in this way, manufacturing costs can be reduced.
[0053] It should be noted that the outer lead wire 12 and the inner lead wire 13 can be different or the same length.
[0054] The outer lead wires 12 and the inner lead wires 13 of the plurality of coils 10A to 10J are connected, for example, via a wire connector arranged in the housing 30. The connector is, for example, a bus bar. The bus bar is, for example, a plate made of a conductive material. The connector can be a substrate. For example, the outer lead wire 12 or the inner lead wire 13 can be connected to an electrode or a wiring pattern arranged on the substrate.
[0055] The heating of the plurality of coils 10A to 10J is controlled by the control device of the induction cooker 1. In this embodiment, the control device controls the heating by the plurality of heating coils 10A to 10F in the first heating region S1, the heating by the plurality of heating coils 10A, 10F, and 10G to 10J in the second heating region S2, and the heating by the plurality of heating coils 10A to 10J in the first and second heating regions S1 and S2.
[0056] As in Fig. 4, in plan view, the plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 are arranged in the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 to detect the temperature of the cooking container C arranged on the upper plate 2.
[0057] The plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 include a first temperature sensor 21, a second temperature sensor 22, and a third temperature sensor 23. In this embodiment, the first temperature sensor 21 is a contact temperature sensor, for example, a thermistor or a thermocouple. The second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 are contactless temperature sensors, for example, infrared sensors.
[0058] The first temperature sensor 21 is arranged in the overlap region DS1 in plan view. The first temperature sensor 21 is in contact with the lower surface of the upper plate 2, on which the cooking container C is arranged in the overlap region DS1, to detect the temperature.
[0059] As in Fig. 6, the first temperature sensor 21 is arranged in the gap SP1 defined within the sixth coil 10F. When an inscribed circle CL1, which is internally tangent to the sixth coil 10F, is drawn in the gap SP1 of the sixth coil 10F in plan view, the first temperature sensor 21 is positioned at a center C10 of the inscribed circle CL1. More specifically, in the plan view, the center (midpoint) of the first temperature sensor 21 is positioned so as to overlap the center C10 of the inscribed circle CL1. Note that the "inscribed circle CL1" in this specification means a circle having a maximum diameter among circles that can be drawn in the plan view within the gap SP1 of the sixth coil 10F. The first temperature sensor 21 has a sensing surface whose diameter is smaller than that of the inscribed circle. The sensing surface is, for example, a temperature measuring surface or a light receiving surface. The first temperature sensor 21 is mounted to the upper plate 2 through the gap SP1 of the sixth coil 10F from the bottom of the sixth coil 10F.
[0060] The incircle CL1 has a diameter D10 which satisfies the following formula (1). [Mathematical Formula 1] D10≥Vc×Ac×Fc5×105
[0063] where D10: Inscribed circle diameter (mm) Vc: Coil voltage (V) Ac: Coil current (A) Fc: Frequency (Hz)
[0061] It should be noted that the first temperature sensor 21 only needs to be arranged in the overlap region DS1. For example, the first temperature sensor 21 may be arranged in the gap SP1 within the first coil 10A. Alternatively, the first temperature sensor 21 may be arranged in a portion of the overlap region DS1 where the first coil 10A and the sixth coil 10F are not arranged in the plan view.
[0062] As in Fig. 4, the second temperature sensor 22 is arranged in the first heating region S1 in plan view. The second temperature sensor 22 is arranged outside the overlap region DS1 in plan view and is not located in the overlap region DS1. The second temperature sensor 22 is positioned in a portion of the first heating region S1 where the plurality of heating coils 10A to 10F are not arranged in plan view. More specifically, in plan view, the second temperature sensor 22 is positioned in the vicinity of the center C1 of the first heating region S1. In this embodiment, the second temperature sensor 22 is positioned toward the front side in the depth direction (Y direction) with respect to the center C1 of the first heating region S1. The second temperature sensor 22 is positioned on the center line of the width of the coil unit 4 in the X-axis direction in plan view.
[0063] The second temperature sensor 22 non-contact detects the temperature of the cooking container C arranged on the upper plate 2 in the first heating region S1. Note that the transmission window 7 on the upper plate 2 is arranged above the second temperature sensor 22. If the second temperature sensor 22 is an infrared sensor, the temperature of the cooking container C is detected by infrared light passing through the transmission window 7.
[0064] Note that the vicinity of the center C1 in the first heating region S1 is an area where the plurality of coils 10A to 10F are not arranged, allowing for easy arrangement of the second temperature sensor 22. The vicinity of the center C1 in the first heating region S1 is located on the center line of the width of the coil unit 4 in the X-axis direction in plan view, so that the arrangement of the transmission window 7 on the upper plate 2 hardly disturbs the regular design of the upper plate 2. However, to achieve the temperature measurement function of the second temperature sensor 22, the second temperature sensor 22 only needs to be arranged in the first heating region S1. For example, the second temperature sensor 22 may be positioned in a gap defined between the plurality of coils 10B to 10E.In the case of a specification that permits heating operation only in the heating region excluding the overlap region DS1 of the first heating region S1, it is preferable that the second temperature sensor 22 is located entirely within the first heating region S1 and outside the overlap region DS1. In the case of a specification that permits heating operation in the first heating region S1 including the overlap region DS1, the second temperature sensor 22 can be partially arranged in the overlap region DS or can be located entirely within the first heating region S1 and outside the overlap region DS1. In this embodiment, the sensor area of the second temperature sensor 22 is located within the first heating region S1 and outside the overlap region DS1.
[0065] The third temperature sensor 23 is arranged in the second heating region S2 in plan view. The third temperature sensor 23 is partially located in the overlap region DS1. The third temperature sensor 23 is arranged in a portion of the second heating region S2 in which the plurality of coils 10A, 10F, and 10G to 10J are not arranged in plan view. Specifically, the third temperature sensor 23 is arranged in the vicinity of the center C2 of the second heating region S2 in plan view. In this embodiment, the third temperature sensor 23 is positioned toward the front in the depth direction (Y direction) with respect to the center C2 of the second heating region S2. The third temperature sensor 23 is positioned on the center line of the width of the coil unit 4 in the X-axis direction in plan view.
[0066] The third temperature sensor 23 non-contact detects the temperature of the cooking container C arranged on the upper plate 2 in the second heating region S2. Note that the transmission window 7 in the upper plate 2 is arranged above the third temperature sensor 23. If the third temperature sensor 23 is an infrared sensor, the temperature of the cooking container C is detected by infrared light passing through the transmission window 7.
[0067] It should be noted that the vicinity of the center C2 in the second heating region S2 is an area where the plurality of coils 10G to 10K are not arranged, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the third temperature sensor 23. The vicinity of the center C2 in the second heating region S2 is located on the center line of the width of the coil unit 4 in the X-axis direction in plan view, so that the arrangement of the transmission window 7 on the upper plate 2 hardly disturbs the regular design of the upper plate. However, to achieve the temperature measurement function of the third temperature sensor 23, the third temperature sensor 23 only needs to be arranged in the second heating region S2. The third temperature sensor 23 does not need to be arranged in the overlap region DS1. For example, the third temperature sensor 23 can be positioned in a gap defined between the plurality of coils 10G to 10J.
[0068] With reference to the Fig. 7, the arrangement relationship of the plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 is described below.
[0069] As in Fig. As shown in Fig. 7, in plan view, a first distance D11 between the first temperature sensor 21 and the second temperature sensor 22 is 1 / 4 times or more and 3 / 4 times or less of the diameter D1 of the first heating region S1. In plan view, a second distance D12 between the first temperature sensor 21 and the third temperature sensor 23 is 1 / 4 times or more and 3 / 4 times or less of the diameter D2 of the second heating region S2. This facilitates detection of alignment errors, etc., of the cooking container C.
[0070] The first distance D11 is a distance that connects the center (midpoint) of the first temperature sensor 21 and the center of the second temperature sensor 22 with a straight line in a plan view. The second distance D12 is a distance that connects the center of the first temperature sensor 21 and the center of the third temperature sensor 23 with a straight line in a plan view.
[0071] In this embodiment, the first distance D11 is greater than the second distance D12.
[0072] In this embodiment, the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 are different temperature sensors. For example, the second temperature sensor 22 has a different temperature detection range than the third temperature sensor 23. Thus, manufacturing costs can be reduced by using temperature sensors with sufficient temperature detection performance.
[0073] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the housing 30 houses the plurality of coils 10A to 10J and the plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23. The housing 30 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. The housing 30 is made of, for example, an insulating material. For example, the housing 30 is made of synthetic resin.
[0074] As in Fig. 8, the housing 30 comprises a container 31 which encloses the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23.
[0075] The container 31 surrounds the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 in plan view. The container 31 is made of an insulating material.
[0076] In this embodiment, the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 are non-contact temperature sensors. By enclosing the surroundings of the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 with the container 31, noise from the plurality of coils 10A to 10J can be suppressed.
[0077] Since noise can be suppressed by enclosing the surroundings of the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 with the container 31, the outer lead wires 12, the inner lead wires 13, and the wire connector, etc., of the plurality of coils 10A to 10J can be arranged closer to the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23. The coil unit 4 can thus be downsized. [Effects]
[0078] With the coil unit 4 of the first embodiment, the following effects can be achieved.
[0079] The coil unit 4 includes the plurality of coils 10A to 10J and the plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23. The plurality of coils 10A to 10J are arranged in the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2, which heat the object to be heated, in plan view. The plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 are arranged in the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2. The plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 include the first heating region S1 and the second heating region S2, which partially overlaps with the first heating region S1. In plan view, the non-heating region NS1 without heating coils is arranged around the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2. The plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 include the first temperature sensor 21, which is arranged in the overlap region DS1, in which the first heating region S1 and the second heating region S2 overlap in plan view.
[0080] With this configuration, the number of temperature sensors in the coil unit 4 that performs induction heating in the multiple heating regions S1 and S2 is reduced. In the coil unit 4, the first temperature sensor 21 is arranged in the overlap region DS1 where the first heating region S1 and the second heating region S2 overlap, surrounded by the non-heating region NS1 in plan view. This allows the first temperature sensor 21 to detect the temperature of the object to be heated during both heating in the first heating region S1 and heating in the second heating region S2. This allows the first temperature sensor 21 to cover the detection of the temperatures in the multiple heating regions S1 and S2, so that the number of temperature sensors can be reduced.
[0081] Since the first temperature sensor 21 in the coil unit 4 can cover the detection of the temperatures in the multiple heating regions S1 and S2, the number of components can be reduced and manufacturing costs can be lowered. The number of processes required for assembling the coil unit 4 can be reduced.
[0082] By reducing the number of temperature sensors within the coil unit 4, a cooling air path can be increased. This can improve cooling efficiency.
[0083] The first heating region S1 and the second heating region S2 have a circular or polygonal contour in plan view. The plurality of heating coils 10A to 10J are arranged radially in the first heating region S1 and the second heating region S2. This configuration further reduces the number of temperature sensors and improves heating efficiency.
[0084] The plurality of coils 10A to 10J each have a fan-shaped, triangular, or polygonal contour in plan view. This configuration places the plurality of coils 10A to 10J closer to each other. This allows the size of the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 to be reduced, making it easier for the first temperature sensor 21 to cover the detection of the temperatures in the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2.
[0085] The plurality of coils 10A to 10J include the overlap coil 10F arranged in the overlap region DS1. The overlap coil 10F has a gap SP1 inside it in plan view. The first temperature sensor 21 is arranged in the gap SP1 of the overlap coil 10F in plan view. With such a configuration, the gap SP1 inside the overlap coil 10F can be effectively utilized to position the first temperature sensor 21. This allows the first temperature sensor 21 to be positioned without changing the arrangement or shape of the overlap coil 10F.
[0086] The multiple coils 10A to 10J have the same contour shape. This configuration improves ease of assembly and reduces manufacturing costs.
[0087] The plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 includes the second temperature sensor 22, which is located in the first heating region S1 in plan view. The second temperature sensor 22 is located outside the overlap region DS1 in plan view. With such a configuration, the temperature in the first heating region S1 can be detected by the first temperature sensor 21 and the second temperature sensor 22. This enables the detection of alignment errors, etc., of the object to be heated.
[0088] The first temperature sensor 21 is a contact temperature sensor. This configuration enables accurate detection of the temperature of the object to be heated in the overlap region DS1.
[0089] The second temperature sensor 22 is a contactless temperature sensor. This configuration allows for easy detection of the temperature of the heated object in the first heating region S1.
[0090] The plurality of temperature sensors 21 to 23 includes the third temperature sensor 23, which is arranged in the second heating region S2 in plan view. The second temperature sensor 22 has a different detection range than the third temperature sensor 23. Such a configuration enables the use of temperature sensors with detection ranges corresponding to the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2. This leads to reduced manufacturing costs.
[0091] The second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 are enclosed in the container 31, which has an insulating property, in plan view. This configuration reduces the noise signal that penetrates the contactless temperature sensors, i.e., the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23.
[0092] The second temperature sensor 22 is arranged in the portion of the first heating region S1 where the plurality of coils 10A to 10F are not arranged in plan view. Such a configuration enables effective use of the space where the plurality of coils 10A to 10F are not arranged to position the second temperature sensor 22. Thus, the second temperature sensor 22 can be positioned without changing the arrangement and shape of the plurality of coils 10A to 10F.
[0093] In the plan view, the first temperature sensor 21 is positioned at the center C10 of the inscribed circle CL1 when the inscribed circle CL1, which is tangent to the inside of the lap coil 10F, is drawn in the gap SP1 of the lap coil 10F. The diameter D10 of the inscribed circle CL1 satisfies formula (1). This configuration prevents heat from the lap coil 10F from being transferred to the first temperature sensor 21, which is a contact sensor. It also prevents the first temperature sensor 21 from being inductively heated by the lap coil 10F. Consequently, the temperature detection accuracy of the first temperature sensor 21 is improved.
[0094] The first heating region S1 has a circular shape in plan view. In plan view, the first distance D11 between the first temperature sensor 21 and the second temperature sensor 22 is 1 / 4 times or more and 3 / 4 times or less of the diameter D1 of the first heating region S1. This configuration enables accurate detection of alignment errors of the object to be heated in the first heating region S1. Similarly, the second heating region S2 has a circular shape in plan view. In plan view, the distance between the third temperature sensor 23 and the second temperature sensor 22 may be 1 / 4 times or more and 3 / 4 times or less of the diameter of the second heating region S2. This configuration enables accurate detection of alignment errors of the object to be heated in the second heating region S2.
[0095] The non-heating region NS1 is located, in plan view, within the area defined by the plurality of markers 6 arranged around the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2. This configuration makes it possible to further reduce the number of temperature sensors.
[0096] In this embodiment, the coil unit 4 is described as having 10 coils 10A to 10J by way of example, but this is not a limitation. The coil unit 4 may also contain only three or more coils.
[0097] Although an example in which the plurality of coils 10A to 10J are arranged in the two heating regions S1 and S2 has been described in this embodiment, this is not limitative. For example, the plurality of coils 10A to 10J may be arranged in two or more heating regions forming the overlap region DS1.
[0098] Although this embodiment is described as an example with one overlap region DS1, this is not limiting. For example, one or more overlap regions DS1 may be arranged.
[0099] Although an example in which the two overlap coils 10A and 10F are arranged in the overlap region DS1 has been described in this embodiment, this is not limiting. For example, one or more overlap coils shared by multiple heating regions may be arranged in the overlap region DS1.
[0100] Although this embodiment describes an example in which the number of the plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16 in the first heating region S1 is 6, this is not limiting. Although this embodiment includes an example in which the number of the plurality of coil arrangement regions S21 to S26 in the second heating region S2 is 6, this is not limiting. The number of the plurality of coil arrangement regions may be at least 2 and at most 8.
[0101] In this embodiment, the plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16 and S21 to S26 have been described as having substantially the same shape and size by way of example, but this is not limiting. For example, the plurality of coil arrangement regions S11 to S16 and S21 to S26 may have different shapes and / or different sizes.
[0102] In this embodiment, the plurality of coils 10A to 10J have been described as having substantially the same shape and size by way of example, but this is not limiting. For example, the plurality of coils 10A to 10J may have different shapes and / or different sizes.
[0103] Although an example has been described in this embodiment in which the plurality of boundary lines L11 to L16 are straight lines extending from the center C1 of the first heating region S1 toward the outer periphery in plan view, this is not limiting. Although an example has been described in this embodiment in which the plurality of boundary lines L21 to L26 are straight lines extending from the center C2 of the second heating region S2 toward the outer periphery in plan view, this is not limiting. For example, the plurality of boundary lines L11 to L16 may be curved lines extending from the center C1 of the first heating region S1 toward the outer periphery in plan view. The plurality of boundary lines L21 to L26 may be curved lines extending from the center C2 of the second heating region S2 toward the outer periphery in plan view.
[0104] Although an example has been described in this embodiment in which the coil unit 4 includes the first temperature sensor 21, the second temperature sensor 22, and the third temperature sensor 23, this is not limiting. For example, the coil unit 4 may include at least the first temperature sensor 21. The coil unit 4 need not include the second temperature sensor 22 and / or the third temperature sensor 23.
[0105] In this embodiment, an example in which a first temperature sensor 21 is arranged in the overlap region DS1 has been described, but this is not limiting. For example, one or more first temperature sensors 21 may be arranged in the overlap region DS1.
[0106] In this embodiment, an example was described in which the first temperature sensor 21 is a contact temperature sensor, but this is not limiting. For example, the first temperature sensor 21 may be a contactless temperature sensor.
[0107] In this embodiment, an example was described in which the first temperature sensor 21 is arranged in the gap SP1 within the overlap coil 10F, but this is not a limitation. The first temperature sensor 21 only needs to be arranged in the overlap region DS1. For example, the first temperature sensor 21 can also be arranged outside the overlap coil 10F within the overlap region DS1.
[0108] In this embodiment, an example was described in which the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 are contactless temperature sensors, but this is not limiting. For example, at least one of the second temperature sensor 22 and the third temperature sensor 23 may be a contactless temperature sensor.
[0109] In this embodiment, an example was described in which the second temperature sensor 22 is arranged in a portion of the first heating region S1 where the plurality of coils 10A to 10F are not arranged, but this is not limiting. The second temperature sensor 22 may be arranged only in the first heating region S1. For example, the second temperature sensor 22 may be arranged in the gap SP1 within any one of the plurality of coils 10B to 10E arranged in the first heating region S1.
[0110] In this embodiment, an example has been described in which the third temperature sensor 23 is arranged in a portion of the second heating region S2 where the plurality of coils 10A, 10F, 10G to 10J are not arranged, but this is not limiting. The third temperature sensor 23 may be arranged only in the second heating region S2. For example, the third temperature sensor 23 may be arranged in the gap SP1 within any one of the plurality of coils 10G to 10J arranged in the second heating region S2.
[0111] In the case where the second temperature sensor 22 or the third temperature sensor 23 is a contact temperature sensor and is arranged in the inner space SP1 of a coil, the coil in which the second temperature sensor 22 or the third temperature sensor 23 can be arranged satisfies the formula (1).
[0112] In this embodiment, an example was described in which the non-heating region NS1 is located within a range defined by the plurality of markers 6, but this is not limiting. For example, the non-heating region NS1 may be located within a range defined by one or more markers arranged around the plurality of heating regions S1 and S2 in plan view. For example, the non-heating region NS1 may be located within a range defined by a frame-shaped marker in plan view. (First variant)
[0113] Fig. 9 is a diagrammatic view showing a configuration of the coil unit 4 of a first variant.
[0114] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the plurality of coils 10A to 10J may have the same contour shape, except for the two overlap coils 10A and 10F arranged in the overlap region DS1. For example, in plan view, the two coils 10A and 10F may have a different contour shape than the other coils 10B to 10E and 10G to 10J.
[0115] The two overlap coils 10A and 10F may have different dimensions than the other coils 10B to 10E and 10G to 10J.
[0116] In plan view, the two overlap coils 10A and 10F may have the same contour shape and the same dimensions or different contour shapes and dimensions.
[0117] Although the first variant described an example in which the two overlap coils 10A and 10F are arranged in the overlap region DS1, this is not limiting. One or more overlap coils may be arranged in the overlap region DS1, which differ in their contour shape from other coils not arranged in the overlap region DS1. (Second variant)
[0118] Fig. 10 is a diagrammatic view showing a configuration of the coil unit 4 of a second variant.
[0119] As in Fig.As shown in Figure 10, the first temperature sensor 21 can be arranged outside the two overlap coils 10A and 10F within the overlap region DS1. For example, in the plan view, two overlap coils 10A and 10F are arranged in the overlap region DS1. The two overlap coils 10A and 10F are arranged adjacent to each other with a gap SP2 between them. The first temperature sensor 21 can be arranged in the gap SP2 between the two overlap coils 10A and 10F.
[0120] In the plan view, the distance B1 between the first temperature sensor 21 and the coil 10F closest to the first temperature sensor 21 among the overlap coils 10A and 10F satisfies the following formula (2). [Mathematical Formula 2] B1≥Vc×Ac×Fc2×106
[0125] where B1: Distance (mm) between first temperature sensor and coil Vc: Coil voltage (V) Ac: Coil current (A) Fc: Frequency (Hz)
[0121] Such a configuration suppresses heat transfer from the overlap coil 10F to the first temperature sensor 21, which is a contact temperature sensor. Thus, temperature detection by the first temperature sensor 21 can be performed more accurately.
[0122] Although an example in which the first temperature sensor 21 is arranged in the gap SP2 between the two overlap coils 10A and 10F was described in the second variant, this is not limiting. The first temperature sensor 21 may be arranged in a portion of the overlap region DS1 where the overlap coils 10A and 10F are not arranged.
[0123] Although an example has been described in which the above formula (2) is applied to the relationship between the first temperature sensor 21 and the overlap coil 10F, this is not limiting. For example, when the second temperature sensor 22 or the third temperature sensor 23 is a contact sensor, the above formula (2) may be applied to the relationship between the second temperature sensor 22 or the third temperature sensor 23 and a coil closest to it.
[0124] As described above, the above embodiment and variants have been described as examples of techniques in the present disclosure. For this purpose, the drawings and the detailed description have been provided. Accordingly, the components described in the drawings and the detailed description may include not only components essential to solving the problems, but also components that are not essential to solving the problems, in order to illustrate the above techniques.
