Gripper device (24) for gripping workpieces (12). The gripper device (24) comprises: a support structure (30); a robot arm interface (34) for attaching the gripper device (24) to a robot arm (22); a first gripper (38) for gripping a first workpiece (12); a second gripper (40) for gripping a second workpiece (12); and a third gripper (42) for gripping a third workpiece (12). The first gripper (38), the second gripper (40), and the third gripper (42) are detachably attached to the support structure (30).
