A vehicle lamp that uses a light-emitting semiconductor device
The vehicle lamp design addresses the issues of short circuits and insufficient light output in LEDs by using a light source unit with a base substrate, first and second electrodes, and a light-transfer layer to ensure stable current supply and uniform heat distribution, thereby improving illumination and reducing production costs.

Abstract
Vehicle lamp with a light source unit (12) for emitting light, wherein the light source unit (12) comprises: a basic substrate (110); a first electrode (120) arranged on the base substrate (110); several light-emitting semiconductor devices (150) arranged on the first electrode (120); and a second electrode (140) arranged on the upper sides of the light-emitting semiconductor devices (150) such that it superimposes on the light-emitting semiconductor devices (150), wherein the second electrode (140) has several projecting electrodes (141) that extend downwards from it, wherein the foregoing electrodes (141) are in contact with the light-emitting semiconductor devices (150) so that they are electrically connected; and wherein the light source unit (12) further comprises a light transmission layer (171) arranged between the light-emitting semiconductor devices (150) and the second electrode (140), wherein the foregoing electrodes (141) penetrate the light transmission layer (171) to be in contact with the corresponding light-emitting semiconductor devices (150).
