Description

The present disclosure relates to a compressor device and a manufacturing method for a compressor device. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a scroll compressor device in which a compressing portion for compressing a refrigerant and a driving portion for supplying power to the compressing portion are simultaneously assembled in a housing.Generally, a compressor device is used in a refrigeration cycle such as a refrigerator or an air conditioner (hereinafter referred to as a refrigeration cycle). The compressor device provides the work required for heat exchange in the cooling circuit by compressing the refrigerant.Depending on how the refrigerants are compressed, compressor devices may be divided into reciprocating piston, rotary piston, scroll type compressor devices, etc. Below, the scroll compressor device has a fixed scroll fixed inside a closed container and a revolving scroll engaged with the fixed scroll and revolving so that a compression chamber is defined between a fixed scroll wrap and a revolving scroll wrap. The scroll compressor device can achieve a relatively high compression ratio as compared to other types of compressor devices. Due to the advantage that the introduction, compression and discharge circuits of the refrigerant can be easily connected to achieve stable torque, the scroll compressor device is widely used in air conditioners and the like for compressing refrigerant.A conventional scroll compressor device includes a housing forming the appearance, and has a discharge device for discharging the refrigerant, a compression portion fixed to the housing for compressing the refrigerant, and a drive portion fixed to the housing for driving the compression portion. The compressor includes a fixed scroll fixed to the casing and having a fixed wrap and a revolving scroll having a revolving wrap engaged with the fixed wrap and driven by the driving portion. In this conventional scroll compressor device, the compression portion is provided between the discharge device and the driving portion, so that the discharge device is disposed on the side or the lower part. Therefore, compressed refrigerant in the compression section can be discharged directly into the discharge device. The revolving scroll of the compression section generates strong vibrations due to eccentric rotation relative to the fixed scroll and the rotatable shaft. Therefore, in a conventional scroll compressor apparatus, a balancer needs to be installed in a direction from the driving portion to the discharge device. However, since the balancer is connected to a rotatable shaft extending from the driving portion, the rotatable shaft is bent by the vibrations of the balancer, or a flow resistance is generated because the balancer rotates in contact with oil or the like.To solve this problem, there is now a scroll compressor device in which the driving portion is disposed between the discharge device and the compression portion, and is referred to as a low-type scroll compressor device. In the scroll compressor device, since the driving portion is between the discharge device and the compression portion, the balancer device may be placed between the driving portion and the compression portion.Accordingly, in the scroll compressor device, the balancer device is not installed outside the driving portion or the compressing portion. Therefore, the rotatable shaft cannot be bent by the balancer, or the balancer cannot be immersed in and rotated in the fluid. In the conventional scroll compressor device, the driving portion and the compressing portion are coupled to the inner wall of the housing 100 and accommodated in the housing 100. Therefore, the driving portion is first welded to the housing inner wall. Then, the compressing portion is inserted into the housing and connected to the driving portion. Then, the compression portion is welded to the inner wall of the housing.FIG. 1 shows a method and method for assembling a conventional scroll compressor device. In FIG. 1 a, a stator 210 forming a rotating magnetic field and a rotor 220 configured to rotate by the rotating magnetic field are provided. When a coil is wound around the inner circumferential surface of the stator 210, the outer circumferential surface thereof may be made of a metal such as steel. In FIG. 1 b, the driving portion 200 is inserted into the receiving tray 110 forming the outer circumferential surface of the housing, and then the driving portion 200 is welded to the housing 100 by the welding mechanism T.In FIG. 1 c, a compression section 300 consisting of a main frame 310 and a fixed scroll 320 is inserted into the housing 100 and mounted on the drive section 200.In this connection, a rotatable shaft 230 for rotating a revolving scroll provided inside the fixed scroll 320 may be coupled to the compression section 300.The rotatable shaft 230 may be coupled to the rotor 220 by press fitting or the like while the compressing portion 300 is coupled to the driving portion 200The position of the driving portion 200 and that of the compressing portion 300 are finally set, and the angle and the position of the rotatable shaft 230 are adjusted.Referring to FIG. 1 d, when the position of the rotatable shaft 230 and that of the compressing portion 300 are fixed, the outer circumferential surface of the compressing portion 300 and the inner wall of the housing 100 are welded and coupled to each other using a welding mechanism t. Consequently, the conventional scroll compressor device can be assembled by fixedly coupling the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 to the housing 100.In the conventional method of assembling a compressor device, when assembling the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300, there has been a problem that the compressing portion 300 can be coupled to the driving portion 200 far from or very close to the driving device, and therefore is not formed in a designated manner.Further, when welding the driving portion 200 to the housing 100, there is a problem that the rotatable shaft 230 may be misaligned. Further, the shaft may be misaligned when the compacting portion 300 is inserted into the driving portion 200 and welded to the housing 100.Even if the rotatable shaft 230 is only slightly misaligned, the rotatable shaft 230 rotates at high pressure and high speed. Thus, there is a problem that the rotatable shaft 230 breaks or the compressing portion 300 breaks. In addition, after welding the driving portion 200 to the housing, the compacting portion needs to be additionally welded. Therefore, there is a problem that assembly is complicated and productivity is low.U.S. Pat. Specifically, the housing 100 may include a receiving tray 110 provided in a cylindrical shape and receiving the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300, a discharging tray 120 coupled to one end of the receiving tray 110 and having the discharging device 121, and a shielding tray 130 coupled to the other end of the receiving tray 110 to seal the receiving tray 110.The driving portion 200 includes a stator 210 forming a rotating magnetic field and a rotor 220 configured to rotate by the rotating magnetic field. The rotatable shaft 230 may be coupled to the rotor 220 to rotate therewith. The stator 210 has a plurality of slots defined in its inner circumferential surface in the circumferential direction. The coil is wound around the slots and in the slots. The rotor 220 may be formed as a permanent magnet and may be received in and coupled to the stator 210 to generate a rotational force. The rotatable shaft 230 may be press-fitted into the center of the rotor 220.The compression portion 300 may include: a fixed scroll 320 coupled to the receiving shell 110; a revolving scroll 330 coupled to the rotatable shaft and engaged with the fixed scroll 320 to form a compression chamber; and a main frame 310 resting on the fixed scroll 330 and receiving the revolving scroll 330 and forming the appearance of the compressor 330.In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the compression device 10 may include a driving portion 200 between the discharge device 120 and the compression portion 300.In other words, the driving portion 200 is provided adjacent to the discharge device 120. The compacting portion 300 may be disposed adjacent to the driving portion 200 and remote from the discharge device 120. For example, when the discharge device 120 is provided at an upper part of the housing 100, the compressing portion 300 is provided below the driving portion 200. The driving portion 200 may be provided between the discharge device 120 and the compacting portion 300.Therefore, the rotatable shaft 230 may be formed to be supported by the fixed scroll 320 as well as the main frame 310 and the revolving scroll 330. Further, the shaft 230 may extend through the fixed scroll 320 and protrude outside the compression portion 300.Therefore, when a fluid such as oil is stored outside the compression portion 300, the stored oil and the rotatable shaft 230 may be in direct contact to more easily supply the oil to the inside of the compression portion 300.Further, the rotatable shaft 230 is formed to be in surface contact with the revolving scroll 330 and the fixed scroll 320. Therefore, the rotatable shaft 230 can support both the gas force (inflow force) generated when the fluid flows into the compression portion 300 and the reaction force generated when the coolant is compressed in the compression portion 300. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the axial vibrations of the vibrations occurring at the revolving scroll 330. The roll-up torque of the revolving scroll 330 can be drastically reduced, so that noise and vibration can be suppressed as much as possible. Further, the rotatable shaft 230 supports the reaction force generated when the coolant is discharged to the outside of the housing 100 to reduce the normal force by which the revolving scroll 330 and the fixed scroll 320 are pressed in the axial direction and largely reduce the friction of the revolving scroll 330 and the fixed scroll 230. Consequently, in the compression device 1 according to the present disclosure, the axial vibrations and the scroll torque of the revolving scroll 330 inside the compression portion 330 can be greatly reduced, and the frictional force of the revolving scroll can be reduced to greatly extend the life of the compression portion 300.Further, the balancer 400 may be installed between the driving portion 200 and the compressor device 300 to sufficiently damp the vibrations. Therefore, it may be possible to omit extending the rotatable shaft to the outside of the compacting portion 300 or to the outside of the driving device 300 to further install the balancer 400, or to omit installing the plurality of balancers to the outside of the driving device. Therefore, the volume of the housing 100 can be reduced, and at the distal end of the rotatable shaft 400, the balancer can be omitted to prevent deformation of the rotatable shaft 400. Further, when the housing 100 is provided in a vertical direction or the like, the balancer can be prevented from being immersed in coolant or oil provided under the housing 100, thereby minimizing the energy loss.Specifically, the rotatable shaft 230 coupled to the driving portion 200 may extend through the main frame 310 and the revolving scroll 330 in a direction away from the outlet 121, and may be rotatably coupled to the fixed scroll 320.In this connection, the rotatable shaft 230 may extend through the fixed scroll 320.The main frame 310 includes a main head plate 311 extending from the driving portion 200 in a direction away from the discharge device 121 or disposed below the driving portion 200, a main side plate 312 extending from the inner circumferential surface of the main head plate 311 in a direction away from the driving portion 200 and seated on the fixed scroll 330, a main hole 318 passing through the main head plate 311 to receive the rotatable shaft, and a main bearing 3181 extending from the main hole 318 and rotatably receiving the rotatable shaft 230.The main head plate 311 or the main side plate 312 may further include a main hole for guiding refrigerant discharged from the fixed scroll 320 to the discharge device 121.The main head plate 311 may further include an oil pocket 314 defined concave outside the main bearing 318. The oil pocket 314 may be annular and may be eccentric relative to the main bearing 318.The oil pocket 314 may be formed such that the oil supplied by the rotatable shaft 230 is collected therein and is supplied therefrom to the engaged portion between the fixed scroll 320 and the revolving scroll 330.The fixed scroll 320 may include a fixed head plate 321 extending from the main head plate 311 in a direction away from the driving device 300 and coupled to the receiving shell 100 to form the other side of the compressing portion 300, a fixed side plate 322 extending from the fixed head plate 321 to the discharge device 121 and configured to contact the main side plate 312, and a fixed scroll 323 disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the fixed side plate 322 to form a compressing chamber in which refrigerant is compressed. In one example, the fixed scroll 320 may include a fixed through hole 328 through which the rotatable shaft 230 passes, and a fixed bearing 3281 extending from the fixed through hole 328 and rotatably supporting the rotatable shaft. The fixed bearing 3281 may be formed in the center of the fixed head plate 321.The thickness of the fixed head plate 321 may be equal to the thickness of the fixed bearing 3281. In this connection, the fixed bearing 3281 may be inserted into the fixed through hole 328 instead of extending from the fixed head plate 321 to protrude therefrom. The fixed side plate 322 has an inflow hole 325 through which coolant is introduced into the fixed coil 323. The fixed head plate 321 may have a discharge hole 326 for discharging the coolant. The lead-out hole 326 may be provided in the center of the fixed winding 323. Alternatively, the hole 326 may be spaced apart from the fixed bearing 3281 to avoid interference with the fixed bearing 3281. The hole 326 may be provided in multiple. The orbiting scroll 330 may include an orbiting head plate 331 disposed between the main frame 310 and the fixed scroll 320, and an orbiting wrap 333 forming a compression chamber with the fixed wrap 323 in the orbiting head plate. The revolving scroll 330 may further include a revolving through hole 338 formed through the revolving head plate 331 such that the rotatable shaft 230 rotatably engages therein. The rotatable shaft 230 may be eccentric relative to the rotatable through hole 338 at a portion of the rotatable shaft 230 coupled to the rotatable through hole 338. Thus, the orbiting scroll 330 may engage and move along the fixed wrap 323 of the fixed scroll 320 as the rotatable shaft 230 rotates, thereby compressing the coolant. The compressed refrigerant may flow along the space formed by the fixed coil 323 and the revolving coil 333, and may be discharged to the discharge hole 326.In one example, the main scroll 310 and the fixed scroll 320 are fixedly coupled to the receiving tray 110, but the revolving scroll 320 is formed to regularly revolve with respect to the fixed scroll 320.For this purpose, the compression section 300 can further comprise an Oldham ring 340. The Oldham ring 340 may be formed to contact the revolving scroll 330 and the main frame 310, and may be disposed between the revolving scroll 330 and the main frame 310. Oldham ring 340 may be configured to allow orbiting scroll 240 to orbit along fixed wrap 323 of fixed scroll 320 while preventing orbiting scroll 330 from rotating. The revolving scroll 230 is configured to form the compression chamber with the fixed scroll 330.In one example, the discharge hole 326 may be advantageously oriented toward the discharge device 121. Therefore, the refrigerant discharged from the discharge hole 326 can be discharged to the discharge device 121 without much change in the flow direction. However, the compacting portion 300 extends from the driving portion 200 in a direction away from the discharge device 121. Due to this structure in which the fixed scroll 320 is disposed at the outermost of the compression portion 300, the discharge hole 326 needs to be provided to discharge the refrigerant in the direction away from the discharge device 121.In other words, the discharge hole 326 is provided to discharge the coolant from the fixed head plate 321 in a direction away from the discharge device 121.In this connection, when the coolant is directly injected into the discharge hole 326, the coolant cannot be discharged to the discharge device 121 smoothly. When the oil or the like is present on one side or at the lower part of the compression chamber 300, the coolant may collide with the oil and be cooled. To prevent this situation, the compressor device 10 may further include a muffler 500 coupled to the outermost of the fixed scroll 320 and providing a space for guiding the refrigerant to the discharge device 121.The muffler 500 may be provided to seal a side of the fixed scroll 320 away from the diverter 121 to direct refrigerant discharged from the fixed scroll 320 to the diverter 121.Therefore, the coolant discharged from the discharge hole 326 can be discharged to the discharge device 121 by changing the flow direction along the inner surface of the muffler 500.In one example, the fixed scroll 320 is coupled to the receiving tray 110. Therefore, the coolant can be disturbed by the fixed scroll 320 and can be prevented from moving toward the discharge device 121. Therefore, the fixed scroll 320 may further include a bypass hole 327 extending through the fixed head plate 321, through which the coolant may flow through the fixed scroll 320.The bypass hole 327 may be provided to communicate with the main hole 327. Therefore, the refrigerant can flow through the compressing portion 300 and past the driving portion 200 and be discharged to the discharge hole 121.In one example, the refrigerant is compressed to a higher pressure as it flows from the outer periphery of the fixed coil 323 to the inside thereof. Therefore, the inside of the fixed winding 323 and the revolving winding 333 may be referred to as a high pressure region, while the outer periphery of both the fixed winding 323 and the revolving winding 333 may be referred to as a medium pressure region.Further, the space enclosed by the rotatable shaft 230, the main frame 310, and the revolving scroll 330 may define both a high pressure region and an intermediate pressure region.A backpressure seal 350 may be provided between the main frame 310 and the orbiting scroll 330 to divide the space enclosed by the rotatable shaft 230, the main frame 310, and the orbiting scroll 330 into a high pressure region and a medium pressure region. The backpressure seal 350 may serve as a sealing element. In one example, oil may be received in an end of the housing 100 to lubricate the compression portion 300. The oil may be supplied to the compression portion 300 via the rotatable shaft 260 due to a pressure difference between the high pressure and the medium pressure. The structure in which oil is supplied to the rotatable shaft 230 and the compressing portion 300 will be described in detail below. The rotatable shaft 230 is coupled to the driving portion 200 and has an oil supply passage 234 for guiding the oil present at one end or the lower portion of the housing 100 upward.Specifically, the rotatable shaft 230 may be press-fitted into the center of the rotor 220 at one end or at the upper end of the shaft 230. The other end or the lower end of the shaft 230 may be coupled to the compression portion 300 and supported in the radial direction. Therefore, the rotatable shaft 230 can transmit the rotational force of the driving portion 200 to the revolving scroll 330 of the compressing portion 300.The rotatable shaft 230 may include a main shaft 231 rotated by the driving portion 200 and a bearing 232 coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the main shaft 231 to support the main shaft 231 so as to rotate smoothly. The bearing 232 may be provided as a separate member from the main shaft 231, or may be formed integrally with the main shaft 231.The bearing 232 may include: a main bearing 232 cthat is inserted into the main bearing 318 of the main frame 310 and supported therein in the radial direction; a fixed bearing 232 ainserted into the fixed bearing 3281 of the fixed scroll 320 so as to be supported therein in the radial direction; and an eccentric portion 232 bdisposed between the main bearing 232 cand the fixed bearing 232 aand inserted into the circumferential through hole 338 of the circumferential scroll 330.The main bearing 232 cand the fixed bearing 232 aare coaxial with each other. The eccentric portion 232 bmay be radially eccentric with respect to the main bearing 232 cor the fixed bearing 232 a.The eccentric portion 232 bmay be defined such that its outer diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the main bearing 232 cand larger than the outer diameter of the fixed bearing 232 g. In this case, it may be advantageous to insert the rotatable shaft 230 through the respective bearings 318, 328, and 338.Further, the eccentric portion 232 bmay not be integrally formed with the rotatable shaft 230 but may be formed as a separate bearing. In this case, when the outer diameter of the fixed bearing 232 cis not less than the outer diameter of the eccentric portion 232 b, the rotatable shaft 230 may extend through the corresponding bearings 318, 328, and 338.The rotatable shaft 230 has an oil supply passage 234 for supplying the oil to the outer peripheral surface of the main bearing 232 c, the outer peripheral surface of the fixed bearing 232 a, and the outer peripheral surface of the eccentric portion 232 b.Further, a plurality of oil holes 234 a, b, c, and d may be formed to extend through the outer peripheral surface of the main bearing 232 c, the outer peripheral surface of the fixed bearing 232 a, and the outer peripheral surface of the eccentric portion 232 bof the rotatable shaft 230.Specifically, the oil hole may include a first oil hole 234 a, a second oil hole 234 b, a third oil hole 234 d, and a fourth oil hole 234 e.The first oil hole 234 amay be defined to pass through the outer circumferential surface of the main bearing 232 c.Specifically, the first oil hole 234 amay be defined to extend from the oil supply passage 234 through the outer circumferential surface of the main bearing 232 c.Further, the first oil hole 234 amay be defined to pass through an upper portion of the outer circumferential surface of the main bearing 232 c, for example. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. That is, the first oil hole 234 amay be defined to penetrate the lower portion of the outer circumferential surface of the main bearing 232 c.In one example, the first oil hole 234 amay include multiple holes, other than shown in the drawings.Further, when the first oil hole 234 aincludes a plurality of holes, the holes may be defined only in the upper or lower portion of the outer circumferential surface of the main bearing 232 c, or may be defined in both the upper and lower portions of the outer circumferential surface of the main bearing 232 c, respectively. In one example, the rotatable shaft 230 may include an oil supply device 233 configured to pass through the muffler 500 and contact the oil received in the housing 100. The oil supply device 233 may include an extended shaft 233 athat passes through the muffler 500 to contact the oil, and a spiral groove 233 bthat is spirally defined in the outer circumferential surface of the extended shaft 233 aand communicates with the supply passage 234.Therefore, when the rotatable shaft 230 rotates, the oil moves upward through the oil supply device 233 and the supply passage 234 due to the spiral groove 233 band the viscosity of the oil and the pressure difference between the high pressure region and the intermediate pressure region in the compression portion 300 and is thus discharged to the plurality of oil holes. The oil discharged through the plurality of oil holes 234 a, 234 b, 234 d, and 234 eform an oil film between the fixed scroll 250 and the revolving scroll 240 to maintain an airtight state and absorb the frictional heat generated from the frictional portion between the constituent members of the compression portion 300 to release heat.Specifically, the high-pressure oil guided along the rotatable shaft 230, that is, the oil supplied through the first oil hole 234 amay be provided for lubricating the main frame 310 and the rotatable shaft 230.Further, the oil may be discharged through the second oil hole 234 band supplied to the upper surface of the revolving scroll 240. The oil supplied to the upper surface of the revolving scroll 240 may be guided to the medium pressure chamber through the pocket groove 314.In one example, oil discharged through the first oil hole 234 aor the third oil hole 234 d, and the second oil hole 234 bmay be supplied to the pocket groove 314.In one example, oil supplied to the medium pressure chamber may be supplied to the Oldham ring 340, which is installed between the revolving scroll 240 and the main frame 230, and the fixed side plate 322 of the fixed scroll 320. This can also reduce wear on the fixed side plate 322 of the fixed scroll 320 and the Oldham ring 340.Further, the oil supplied to the third oil hole 234 cis supplied to the compression chamber not only to reduce abrasion due to friction between the revolving scroll 330 and the fixed scroll 320 but also to form an oil film, so that heat can be dissipated to increase the compression efficiency. The compressor device 10 has been described based on the centrifugal oil supply structure in which oil is supplied to the bearing by the rotation of the rotatable shaft 230. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For the compressor device 10, a pressure difference-based oil supply structure in which oil is supplied by the pressure difference inside the compression portion 300 may also be used, and a forced oil supply structure in which oil is supplied by a trochoid pump. The oil supplied to the compression portion 300 or the oil stored in the housing 100 may move to the upper portion of the housing 100 together with the coolant when the coolant is discharged to the discharge device 121.In this connection, the oil has a higher density than the coolant and cannot move toward the discharge device 121 and adheres to the inner wall of the discharge tray 110 and the receiving tray 120.In this connection, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 may have a collecting passage defined in the outer circumferential surface thereof, so that the oil adhering to the inner wall of the housing 100 may be collected into the oil collecting space of the housing 100 or the shield shell 130.FIG. 3 shows the structure of the orbiting scroll 330 and the fixed scroll 320 of the compressor apparatus 10 according to the present disclosure. FIG. 3 ashows the revolving spiral. Figure 3b shows the fixed scroll. The revolving scroll 330 may include the revolving wrap 333 on a side of the revolving head plate 331. The fixed scroll 320 may include the fixed wrap 323 on a side of the fixed head plate 321.Further, the revolving scroll 330 is formed of a rigid body sealed to prevent refrigerant from being discharged to the outside, while the fixed scroll 320 includes an inflow hole 325 communicating with a refrigerant supply line to introduce a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant such as a liquid, a discharge hole 326 for discharging the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant, and a bypass hole 327 defined in the outer circumferential surface thereof to discharge the refrigerant discharged from the discharge hole 326.In one example, the fixed scroll 323 and the revolving scroll 333 are formed to have a shape similar to an involute shape so that they can engage with each other at at least two points to form a compression chamber in which the refrigerant is compressed.Specifically, according to the present disclosure, each of the fixed winding 323 and the revolving winding 333 is formed by combining 20 or more arcs, and may be provided such that the radius of curvature varies between portions thereof. In other words, the compression device according to the present disclosure is configured such that the rotatable shaft 230 penetrates the fixed scroll 320 and the revolving scroll 330, and thus the radius of curvature and the compression space of the fixed scroll 323 and the revolving scroll 333 are reduced. In order to compensate for this reduction, in the compressor device according to the present disclosure, in order to reduce the space from which the refrigerant is discharged and to improve the compression speed, the radius of curvature of the fixed winding 232 and the revolving winding 333 at a portion just before the discharge portion may be smaller than the perforated bearing of the rotatable shaft to improve the compression speed. That is, the fixed winding 323 and the circumferential winding 333 may be strongly bent near the discharge hole 326, and may be further strongly bent toward the inflow hole 325. Therefore, the radius of curvature may be different from point to point.FIG. 4 shows how the fixed scroll 320 and the orbiting scroll 330 engage and move together to compress the refrigerant. In FIG. 4 a, the coolant I flows into the inflow hole 325 of the fixed scroll 320. The refrigerant II introduced before the refrigerant I is located close to the discharge hole 326 of the fixed scroll 320.In this connection, the coolant I exists in a space defined by engagement between the outer sides of the fixed coil 323 and the revolving coil 333. The coolant II is confined in other areas where the fixed coil 323 and the revolving coil 333 are engaged with each other at two points. In FIG. 4 b, the revolving scroll 330 then starts the revolving motion. When the position of the revolving coil 333 changes, the points at which the fixed coil 323 and the revolving coil 333 are engaged move along the extending direction of the fixed coil 323 and the revolving coil 333, whereby the volume of the coolant starts to be reduced. Therefore, the refrigerant I starts moving and starts being compressed. The refrigerant II is further compressed and starts to be guided to the discharge hole 327.In FIG. 4 c, the coolant II is discharged from the discharge hole 327. The coolant I moves clockwise when the two points at which the fixed coil 323 and the revolving coil 333 are engaged with each other move. Therefore, its volume decreases and the refrigerant I starts to be further compressed. In FIG. 4 d, the two points at which the fixed scroll 323 and the revolving scroll 333 are engaged with each other move further in the clockwise direction and come closer to the inside of the fixed scroll, so that the volume of the refrigerant is further reduced and compressed, so that the refrigerant II is almost completely discharged. As orbiting scroll 330 moves orbiting, the coolant may be compressed linearly or continuously as it moves in the fixed scroll. The figure shows the intermittent inflow of the refrigerant into the inflow hole 325, but this is for illustrative purposes only, and the refrigerant can be introduced continuously. In a space defined between the two points at which the fixed coil 323 and the revolving coil 333 are engaged with each other, the refrigerant can be accommodated and compressed.FIG. 5 illustrates a method and method of manufacturing the compressor apparatus 100 according to the present disclosure. In FIG. 5 a, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 may be first assembled and coupled to each other outside the housing 100. The compacting portion 300 may be mounted to the driving portion 200 at an end or a lower part of the driving portion 200.In this connection, the rotatable shaft 230 may be inserted into and coupled to the compression portion 300 while the shaft is mounted on the rotor 220. However, since the rotatable shaft 230 is coupled to the plurality of bearings 232, the rotatable shaft 230 may preferably be coupled to the driving portion 200 after the shaft is previously coupled to the main frame 310, the revolving scroll 330, and the fixed scroll 320.When the rotatable shaft 230 has been coupled to the compression portion 300, the rotatable shaft 230 may be press-fitted into and coupled to the rotor 220. In this connection, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are spaced apart from each other by the predetermined distance, and then the rotatable shaft 230 may be inserted into and fixed to the rotor 220.Since the compacting portion 300 has been previously coupled to the driving portion 200, it is not necessary to weld the driving portion 200 to the housing 100 to connect the compacting portion 300 to the driving portion 200 in one example. Further, welding of the packing portion 300 to the housing 100 can be omitted. In other words, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 may be simultaneously inserted into and fixed to the housing 100. Therefore, the process of welding the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 to the housing 100 can be omitted.Further, when the welding operation is omitted, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of errors due to the time lag and the unevenness of the operations occurring in the welding operation.Referring to FIG. 5 b, in order to bypass the welding operation while the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 may be coupled to each other via a fastener, the housing 100 may be heated. The housing 200 may be heated by heating the housing 100 before assembling the housing 100 with the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300.Therefore, the diameter of the housing 100 can be expanded to facilitate insertion of the combination of the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 into the receiving tray 110.In one example, the receiving tray 110 is not heated. The driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 may be press-fitted into the shell 110. However, it is desirable that the receiving tray 110 is heated because the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are rubbed on the receiving tray 110 to change the position of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300.Accordingly, the compressor device according to the present disclosure may be configured such that when the diameter of the inner circumferential surface of the housing 100 is equal to or smaller than the diameter of both the outer circumferential surface of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 can be fully assembled to the housing 100.Referring to FIG. 5 c, the housing 100 may be cooled after the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion are inserted into the expanded housing 100 in the assembled state.Accordingly, the housing 100 is heat shrunk and firmly coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the driving portion 200 and the outer circumferential surface of the compressing portion 300, so that the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 can be inserted into and fixed to the inner circumference of the housing 100.Therefore, the housing 100, the driving portion 200, and the compacting portion 300 can be firmly coupled to each other while omitting the welding operation. Thus, it is not necessary to weld the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 to the housing 100, respectively. The problem that the dimensions of both the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 may change during the welding process can be avoided. Further, the problem that the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 can be bent axially or radially from the rotatable shaft can be suppressed. In one example, although the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200 have been pre-assembled, the dimensions of the receiving tray 110 can be widened when the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200 are inserted therein. Further, one of the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 may rotate during the inserting operation, or the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 may be misaligned with each other in the radial direction during the inserting operation. In other words, a separate configuration may be required such that the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 can be inserted into the receiving tray 110 so as to set the desired position of both the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300.Accordingly, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are provided so as to be coupled to the inner circumferential surface of the housing in a state where the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are coupled to each other by a fastening member detachably fastened to the driving device side surface and / or the compressor side surface. As such, the drive portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 are coupled together at the desired dimension outside the housing. Then, their respective positions can be set even when they are inserted into the housing 100.Further, since the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 can be coupled to the housing 100 simultaneously after the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are coupled to each other, the problem that the distance and the position of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 may change when the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are coupled to the housing 100 can be suppressed. As a result, the reliability in manufacturing the compressor device 100 can be greatly improved. The oil collecting passage provided in the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 may be used to detachably connect the fastener to the side surface of the driving portion 200 and the side surface of the compressing portion 300.FIG. 6 shows the structure of the collection channel defined in the outer circumferential surface of each of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300.FIG. 6 ais a partial sectional view of the compressing portion 300 in a state where the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are assembled. FIG. 6 b shows a bottom view of the compacting portion 300 while the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 are assembled. The collection passage is formed so that the oil sent upward together with the coolant to the discharge device 121 is collected in the oil collection space. This channel can be obtained by cutting the outer circumferential surface of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 into a D-shape.In particular, the collecting channel comprises at least one drive collecting channel 201 along at least one outer circumferential surface of the drive section 200 and at least one compression collecting channel 301 along the outer circumferential surface of the compression section 300.The drive collecting passage 201 may be provided multiple times, and may extend in the thickness direction of the stator 210 or in a direction parallel to a length of the rotatable shaft 230.A plurality of compression collection channels 301 may be provided. The drive collecting passage 201 may extend parallel to the length of the rotatable shaft 230 and may extend on the outer circumferential surface of the main frame 310 and the outer circumferential surface of the fixed scroll 320.The compression accumulation passage 310 may include a main compression accumulation passage 310 aformed on an outer circumferential surface of the main frame 310 and a fixed compression accumulation passage 320 aformed on an outer circumferential surface of the fixed scroll 320. The first compression collection channel 310 aand the second compression collection channel 320 amay have the same cross-sectional area.In other words, the driving portion 200 may include a plurality of driving collection passages 201 recessed in the outer circumferential surface such that a fluid including coolant and / or oil may flow along the passages. Further, the compression collection passage 300 may include a plurality of compression collection passages 301 recessed at positions corresponding to the drive collection passages and in the outer circumferential surface thereof such that a fluid including coolant and / or oil may flow along the passages. The drive and compression collection passages 201 and 301 may partially overlap such that the oil flow is not blocked when the oil moves along the inner wall of the housing 100.Specifically, the plurality of drive collecting passages 201 may include at least one first drive collecting passage 201 athat has the same width as the compaction collecting passage 301.Further, the plurality of driving collecting passages 201 may include at least one second driving collecting passage 201 athat has a different width than the compacting collecting passage 301.In this connection, the first driving collecting passage 201 aand the compression collecting passage 301 may have the same cross-sectional shape, while the second driving collecting passage 201 bmay have a cross-sectional shape different from that of the compression collecting passage 301.In an example, the entire second drive collecting passage 201 bmay be in the direction parallel to the direction of the rotatable shaft of the drive portion 200 having a different cross section from the compression collecting passage 301. In another example, a portion of the second drive collecting passage 201 bmay be in the direction parallel to the rotatable shaft of the drive portion 200 having a different cross section than the compression collecting passage 301. For example, a first portion extending from one end to the other end of the second drive collecting passage 201 bmay be the same as that of the connection collecting passage 301 in cross-sectional shape, while a second portion extending from the first portion to the other end may be formed to be different from or smaller than the compression collecting passage 301 in shape or size of the cross-section.In other words, the second drive collecting passage 201 bmay be formed to be at least partially different from the compression collecting passage 301 in the shape of the cross section, or may be formed to be at least partially smaller than the compression collecting passage 301 in the size of the cross section. Therefore, the first driving collecting passage 201 aand the compacting collecting passage 301 may have the same width or the same sectional area. The second drive collecting passage 201 band the compression collecting passage 301 may have different widths or different sectional areas.Referring to FIG. 6 b, the collecting channel may include one or more first combined channels I formed by the first drive collecting channel 201 aand the compression collecting channel 301, and one or more second combined channels II formed by the second drive collecting channel 201 band the compression collecting channel 302.The fastening element can be detachably connected to the first combined channel I or detachably connected to the second combined channel II.In particular, when the fastening member 600 is detachably coupled to the first drive collecting passage 201 aand the compressing passage 301 simultaneously, the problem that the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 can be rotated in a combined state or that the rotatable shaft 230 can move radially or is misaligned radially can be avoided.Further, since the fixing member 600 is detachably coupled to the compression accumulation channel 301 and supports the cross section of the second drive accumulation channel 201 b, the drive portion 200 and the compression portion 300 can be prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction of the rotatable shaft 230 or the clearance therebetween can be prevented from changing.Specifically, when the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are formed in the vertical direction, the free end of the fixing member 600 may support the second driving collecting passage 201 bto prevent the gap therebetween from narrowing. In this connection, the fixing member 600 has the same width as the first driving collecting passage 201 aand the compression collecting passage 301, so that the moment of the first driving collecting passage 201 aand the compression collecting passage 301 can be restricted by the fixing member 600.Further, the fixing member 600 may be formed to correspond to the first driving collecting passage 201 aand the compression collecting passage 301 in terms of the cross-sectional area. That is, the first driving collecting passage 201 aand the compression collecting passage 301 to which the fastening member 600 is detachably coupled at the same time may be formed to have the same width, respectively, or may have the same cross-sectional shape, respectively.FIG. 6 shows that the drive collecting passage 201 includes the first drive collecting passage 201 athat has the same sectional area as the compaction collecting passage 301, and the second drive collecting passage 201 bthat has a different sectional area than the compaction collecting passage 301. However, the disclosure is not limited thereto. It is not excluded that the shape of the cross section of the compression collection passage 301 is formed differently from that of the drive collection passage 201.FIG. 7 shows an embodiment in which the fastener 600 determines the location of the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200 using the collecting channel.Referring to FIG. 7 a, the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200 are combined with each other so that the driving collecting passage 201 and the compacting collecting passage 301 correspond to each other.According to FIG. 7 b, the fastening element 600 is detachably coupled to the collecting channels. The fixing member 600 includes a first fixing member 610 that is simultaneously detachably coupled to the first driving collecting passage 201 aand the compacting collecting passage 301, and a second fixing member 620 that is configured to be detachably coupled to one of the second driving collecting passage 201 and the compacting collecting passage 301 and supports the other of the compacting collecting passage 201 and the driving collecting passage 301.The first fastening element can be formed as a fastening device 610, while the second fastening element can be formed as a supporting device 620.The fixing device 610 is detachably coupled to a portion corresponding to the compression collecting passage 301 and the first drive collecting passage 201 a.Therefore, the fastening device 610 is detachably connected to both the driving portion 200 and the side surfaces of the compacting portion 300 to support the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300.Further, the support device 620 is detachably coupled to the compaction collecting passage 301 and the second drive collecting passage 201 b, respectively. As such, the support device 620 is coupled to the side surface of one of the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 to support the other. That is, the clearance between the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 can be maintained by the support device 620.In other words, the fixing device having a rod shape can be detachably inserted and mounted in the region where the driving collecting passage 201 and the compacting collecting passage 301 overlap each other. As described above, in order to prevent the compression portion 300 and the drive portion 200 from being misaligned with each other or rotating in the radial direction, the drive collecting passage 201 and the compression collecting passage 301 have the same width, and the fixing device 610 may be provided to have a width corresponding to the width of each of the collecting passages. Further, the driving collecting passage 201 and the compressing collecting passage 301 may be formed to have the same shape in cross section, while the fixing device may be provided to have a shape corresponding to the shape of each of the collecting passages. When the fixing device has surface contact with both side surfaces of the driving collecting passage 201 and the compacting collecting passage 301, and there is no gap therebetween, the driving portion 200 or the compacting portion 300 can be prevented from being misaligned with each other or from rotating. Therefore, the fastening device may be detachably coupled to at least a portion of the first combined channel I and inserted into the receiving tray 110.In one example, the clearance between the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200 needs to be maintained. In this connection, the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200 may move slightly close to each other due to their own weights, and need not be separated from each other. The support device 620 may be coupled to the side surface of the compacting portion 300 to support a surface or the lower part of the driving portion 200, or may be coupled to the side surface of the driving portion 200 to support a surface or the upper part of the compacting portion 300.Therefore, the support device 620 may be configured to be coupled to the compacting collecting passage to support the driving portion 200 or coupled to the fixed collecting passage to support the compacting portion 300.As described above, since the fixed collecting passage 201 and the compression collecting passage 301 are provided substantially at positions corresponding to each other due to their structure, at least one of the fixed collecting passages 201 may have a different cross-sectional area from that of the compression collecting passage 301.In other words, the fixed collecting passage 201 may include a second fixed collecting passage 201 bthat has a smaller cross-sectional area than the compression collecting passage 301 or a smaller width than the compression collecting passage 301.Therefore, the second fixed collecting passage 201 bprotrudes from the compression collecting passage 301 in a direction parallel to the length of the rotatable shaft 230 to thereby provide a portion with which the free end of the support device can come into contact. In other words, the collecting channel may include at least one second combined channel II consisting of the compression collecting channel 301 and the second fixed collecting channel 201 b, which are superimposed on each other. The support device is detachably coupled to at least one of the second combined channels II to support at least one of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 and is inserted into the housing 100.Thus, the first combined channel I is composed of the fixed collecting channel 201 and the compression collecting channel 301 having the same area or not overlapping each other. The fastener may be inserted into the first combined channel I. The second combined passage II is composed of the fixed collecting passage 201 and the compression collecting passage 301 having mutually different surfaces and superposed on each other. The support device may be inserted into only one of the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200.Referring to FIG. 7 c, the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 are inserted into and secured to the receiving tray 110, while the fastening device and the supporting device are coupled to the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300.As shown in FIG. 7 d, when the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 have been coupled to the receiving tray 110, the devices can be removed from the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300. Therefore, the assembling of the compressor device 10 can be completed. Thus, the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200 may be constructed to be inserted into the housing 100 while being coupled to the fixing member 600.FIG. 8 shows another embodiment in which the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 are installed in the housing 100 simultaneously. In the compressor device 10 according to the present disclosure, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 may be installed while the receiving tray 110 is seated on the fastening member 600.The fastener 600 may be constructed such that the fastener 600 is coupled to the fastener 600 when the compacting portion 300 and the driving portion 200 are inserted into the housing 100. The fastening member 600 may include a mounting body 630 that supports the lower part of the housing 100 or the receiving tray 110, a hollow inserted portion 631 that extends from the mounting body 630 and is inserted into the receiving tray 110 to contact the inner circumferential surface of the receiving tray 110, and a seat 632 that extends from the hollow inserted portion 631 to the inside and defines a seating position of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300.While the receiving tray 110 is fixed to and supported by the hollow inserted portion 631, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are inserted into the receiving tray 110 and then seated on the seat 632. Thus, when the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 are simply inserted into the receiving tray 110, their mounting positions can be automatically determined. The hollow inserted portion 631 has a shape corresponding to the driving collecting passage 201 and the compression collecting passage 301, and therefore can be inserted into both the driving collecting passage 201 and the compression collecting passage 301. This prevents the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 from being deformed. In this connection, the drive collecting passage 201 may be at least partially different in cross section from the compression collecting passage 301 such that the drive collecting passage 201 supports the upper end of the hollow inserted portion 631.Thus, the hollow inserted portion 631 may be inserted into the first combined passage I and the second combined passage II to set the position of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300.The hollow inserted portion 631 may have a width equal to that of the first combined channel I and the second combined channel II, or may have a shape corresponding to the cross section of both the first combined channel I and the second combined channel II.Thus, the bracket 700 allows the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 to be coupled to the receiving tray 110 while suppressing misalignment or gap differences therebetween when the welding operation does not take place. In one example, during heating and shrinking of the receiving tray 110, the coolant supply pipe 140 coupled to the receiving tray 110 and the inflow hole 325 of the fixed scroll 320 may be misaligned with each other. To prevent this situation, the fixing member 600 may further include an extension 633 extending from the mounting body 630 outside the hollow inserted portion 631, and a fixed pin 634 fixed to the extension 633.The extension 633 may have an additional hole or slot at a location corresponding to the coolant supply pipe 140.In one example, the extension 633 may include an additional rod 633 ato firmly secure the fixed pin 634 to the coolant supply tube 140. The additional rod 633a may be provided in a tubular shape and extend outwardly from the additional hole of the extension 633.Therefore, the fixed pin 634 may be inserted into the coolant inlet pipe 140 through the additional hole or slot of the extension 633 and may be detachably coupled to the inflow hole 325 formed in the fixed scroll 320 of the compression portion 300.Therefore, when the housing 100 is heated to expand by heat and then cooled and heat shrunk, the position of the compressing portion 300 and the housing 100 can be set at an appropriate position where the refrigerant is easily introduced.FIG. 9 is a flow diagram of the method for manufacturing the compressor device according to the present disclosure. The method for manufacturing the compressor device according to the present disclosure may include: an assembling step s 1 of coupling the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 outside the housing 100, an inserting step s 4 of collectively inserting the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 into the housing 100, and a coupling step s 5 of coupling the driving portion 200 to the housing 100.Thus, the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 can be assembled in an optimum desired state while the assembling operation is not subject to the space restrictions in the housing 100. The optimal state can then be maintained by coupling the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 together with the housing 100.In one example, before the inserting step s 4, the method may include a heating step s 3 of heating the housing 100 so that the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 can be easily inserted into the housing.Further, the coupling step S 4 may be a step of cooling the housing 100 and heat shrinking the housing while the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 are inserted into the housing 100.Therefore, in the process of manufacturing the compacting device 100, the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 can be coupled to the housing 100 without welding. The method may further include a fixing step s 2 of fixing the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 to the fixing member 600 such that the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 may not be rotated or may not move in the radial direction of the rotatable shaft or in the longitudinal direction of the rotatable shaft 230.The fixing step s 2 may be performed before the inserting step s 4 so that the compressing portion 300 and the driving portion 200 may be pressed into the housing 100 at the optimum set position. For example, the fastening step s 2 may be the step of combining the side surface of each of the driving portion 200 and the compacting portion 300 with the fastening member such as a separate device. The fixing step s 2 may include a side surface fixing step s 2- 1 for fixing the outer circumferential surface of the compressing portion 300 and the outer circumferential surface of the driving portion 200 to the fixing member 600, and a clearance fixing step s 2- 2 for securing the outer circumferential surface of one of the compressor and the driving device and an end surface of the other thereof to the fixing member 600.The side surface attachment step S 2- 1 may be a step of detachably coupling the outer circumferential surface of the compacting portion 300 and the outer circumferential surface of the driving portion 200 to the fastener 610.The clearance fixing step S 2- 2 may be a step of detachably coupling the support jig 620 to the outer circumferential surface of the compacting portion 300 such that the free end of the support jig is in contact with one end of the driving portion 200 and supports the driving portion 200.In an example, the fixing step s 2 may further include an adjusting step S 2- 3 of fixing a refrigerant inflow pipe in communication with the housing and fixing the inflow hole of the compressor. The adjustment step s 2- 3 may be to fix the coolant supply pipe 140 of the housing 100 and the inflow hole 325 of the fixed scroll 320 to the fixed pin 634 in the heating step s 3 and the coupling step s 5.In the adjustment step s 2- 3, the axis of each of the fixed scroll 320 and the housing 100 may be adjusted in the radial direction of the housing 100.In one example, the attachment step s 2 may be performed after the insertion step s 4. That is, when the housing 200 and the compressing portion 300 are inserted into the housing 100 while the housing is mounted to the fixing body 630, the position of the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 may be determined by the hollow inserted portion 631 and the seat 632.The method for manufacturing the compressor device may further include a removing step s 5 of separating the fixing member 600 from the housing 100.When the housing 100 is connected to the driving portion 200 and the compressing portion 300 by cooling or the like, at the removing step s 5, the fixing device 610, the supporting device 620, or the mounting body 630 may be removed from the housing, the driving device, and the compressor. The present disclosure may be practiced in various ways without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, when the modified embodiment includes the components of the present disclosure, it should be considered as belonging to the scope of the present disclosure.
