Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to an interference suppression choke assembly for an electric motor. The present invention further relates to a control circuit for controlling an electric motor, an electric motor drive device in or for a motor vehicle. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

[0002] Electric motor drives have long been used in motor vehicles for a wide variety of applications, such as actuators for window regulators, seat adjustments, parking brakes, sunroofs, doors and trunk lids, and the like. Modern motor vehicles increasingly use electric motors for their power as well. One requirement for the operation of these electric motors is their EMC-compliant operation in order to minimize interference emissions that can negatively affect other electronic components and parts, such as control circuits or multimedia devices in the vehicle.

[0003] For interference suppression, so-called interference suppression chokes or interference filters are usually used in addition to or in combination with capacitors. These filters provide high resistance for high-frequency signals to dampen and thus reduce interference emissions. DC or low-frequency currents are not or hardly affected by the interference suppression choke, so that the motor current flows through the choke coil with virtually no loss. Such interference suppression chokes are used, for example, at the inputs and outputs of switching power supplies, control circuits such as inverter circuits for controlling electric motors, and the like.

[0004] Interference suppression chokes typically feature a closed ferrite choke core in a ring shape or other closed geometry, around which at least two choke windings are wound. Each choke winding consists of several electrically insulated wire turns wound around the choke core. The choke windings of interference suppression chokes each consist of electrically conductive, metallic winding wires, which may be round wire, for example. Particularly in the case of closed choke cores, wrapping the choke core to produce the interference suppression chokes is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Furthermore, the interference suppression effect of conventional interference suppression chokes is often suboptimal.

[0005] When operating such suppression chokes, cooling them is problematic, especially in high-current applications, especially the dissipation of the heat generated during operation. In most cases, no cooling systems are used, or very complex ones are used, making the entire application costly and the entire arrangement correspondingly requiring a large amount of space.

[0006] Due primarily to this problem, interference suppression chokes currently available are designed for comparatively low current densities and, consequently, for comparatively low motor currents of, for example, a maximum of 200 A. It is foreseeable that future applications, especially in the area of motor vehicle propulsion, will require significantly higher current densities and motor currents.

[0007] Finally, the installation of such interference suppression chokes is sometimes comparatively complex.

[0008] EP 2 947 667 B1 describes an interference suppression choke for surface mounting on a printed circuit board, in which the interference suppression choke comprises holding means with a holding section for fixing a connecting wire.

[0009] EP 1 503 483 B1 describes a method for attaching a suppression choke directly to the housing part of an electric motor. The coil core of the suppression choke is first attached to the housing part at only one axial end as an insert during injection molding. The choke wire is then pushed onto the coil core, and both ends are secured. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0010] The present invention is based on the object of providing an interference suppression choke arrangement which is simplified, in particular with regard to its manufacture and assembly, and which preferably has improved properties.

[0011] According to the invention, this object is achieved by an interference suppression choke arrangement having the features of claim 1 and / or by a control circuit having the features of claim 21 and / or by an electromotive drive device having the features of claim 22.

[0012] Accordingly, it is provided: - An interference suppression choke arrangement, in particular for a DC / DC converter and / or for an electric motor, with a printed circuit board, on the front side of which a plurality of spaced-apart, electrically conductive conductor track segments are applied, and with an interference suppression choke or interference suppression choke coil mounted on the printed circuit board, which has a coil core and at least one electrical conductor arranged around the coil core, wherein the at least one electrical conductor is formed by the conductor track segments and by at least one coil segment, which are formed around the coil core and which is electrically conductively connected with its two ends to one of the conductor track segments. - A control circuit for controlling an electric motor, with a printed circuit board which has two supply connections via which a local power supply can be connected, and a single-phase or multi-phase (load) output to which an electric motor can be connected, with an interference suppression choke arrangement according to the invention coupled to the supply connections, and with a driver circuit mounted on the printed circuit board and coupled to the interference suppression choke arrangement, which driver circuit is connected on the output side to the (load) output for controlling the electric motor. - An electric motor drive device in or for a motor vehicle, with at least one electric motor for driving the motor vehicle, with a control circuit according to the invention which is coupled to the electric motor via its output.

[0013] The idea underlying the present invention is to form the electrical conductors surrounding the coil core, i.e., the coil winding, at least partially, and in particular at least in sections, by conductor track segments applied to the printed circuit board (PCB). Thus, at least part of the current flow around the core is carried directly by electrically conductive conductor track segments, which were applied to the circuit board using conventional technologies before the interference suppression choke was mounted.

[0014] The particular advantage of this solution is that it eliminates the need for a dedicated heat sink, as the cooling function can be provided directly by the circuit board itself and its existing cooling layers or heat sinks. Instead of indirect and therefore rather inefficient cooling, immediate, direct cooling can be achieved in a very simple, yet nonetheless highly efficient way.

[0015] Also disclosed is a method for producing an interference suppression choke arrangement according to the invention, comprising the steps of: providing a printed circuit board, a coil core, and a plurality of suitably bent coil segments; applying a plurality of spaced-apart, electrically conductive conductor track segments to a front side of the printed circuit board; positioning and fixing the coil core in a region of the printed circuit board above the applied conductor track segments; positioning the bent coil segments with respect to the positioned coil core such that the coil segments are formed around the coil core and rest with their ends on respective conductor track segments, wherein adjacent coil segments are spaced from one another; and fixing the coil segments with their ends to the respective conductor track segments.

[0016] Advantageous embodiments and further developments emerge from the further subclaims and from the description with reference to the figures of the drawing.

[0017] In a preferred embodiment, the at least one electrical conductor is formed by a plurality of coil segments which are formed spaced apart from one another around the coil core and which are each electrically conductively connected by their two ends to one of the conductor track segments.

[0018] In a further embodiment, at least two electrical conductors are provided, in particular at least one primary-side electrical conductor and at least one secondary-side electrical conductor.

[0019] In a preferred embodiment, a suppression choke designed as a common-mode choke is provided for attenuating common-mode interference currents. Common-mode chokes, also known as current-compensated chokes (CMC), have several identical windings through which the operating current flows in opposite directions, so that their magnetic fields cancel each other out in the coil core. Common-mode chokes are often used to attenuate interference emissions that occur in the same direction in the forward and return lines. However, the present invention would also be advantageously applicable to differential-mode chokes, for example, for attenuating differential-mode interference, or even to other types of chokes, coils, or transformers.

[0020] In general, chokes (inductors, reactors, choke coils) for power applications can be divided into alternating current chokes (AC chokes) and chokes for direct current circuits (DC chokes). AC chokes are usually single- or three-phase. According to the invention, the interference suppression choke arrangement is preferably designed as a high-current choke connected to the positive and negative supply lines via respective terminals. In particular, the interference suppression choke arrangement is designed as a two-wire common-mode choke or forward-return common-mode choke.

[0021] Preferably, the projected area spanned by the entirety of the conductor track segments of the respective electrical conductors applied to the front of the circuit board has a shape that corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the associated coil core. For example, in the case of a round or oval coil core, the respective conductor track segments are dimensioned and arranged on the circuit board such that their arrangement on the circuit board is also round or oval. The same applies to an angular, for example, square or polygonal, shape of the coil core.

[0022] In an additional or alternative embodiment, the projected area spanned by the entirety of the conductor track segments applied to the circuit board protrudes laterally beyond the coil core mounted on them, so that this projected area overlaps the coil core both inwards and outwards. In this case, the projected area is larger than the cross-sectional area of the coil core, which enables easy contact between the coil segment ends and the respective conductor track segments to the side of the coil core. However, this would not necessarily be required. It would also be conceivable for the projected area to be smaller than the cross-section of the coil core. In this case, the coil segments of the electrical conductors could electrically contact the respective conductor track segments, for example, directly below the coil core.

[0023] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the circuit board is designed as a DBC circuit board, IMS circuit board, or FR4 circuit board. DBC stands for direct copper bonded and refers to a construction and connection technology for circuit boards that enables the electrical and thermal connection of electronic components and chips using copper as a conductive material. This is particularly important in power electronics for improved heat dissipation. Conductor track structures and contact surfaces are created on the copper layer of the DBC substrate in order to solder components onto it, which allows for particularly effective cooling, something that is not possible or only partially achievable with conventional circuit boards due to the poorer thermal conductivity of the substrate. The brand name IMS (insulated metal substrate) from Henkel AG refers to metal-core circuit boards in which the dielectric layer consists of a polymer filled with ceramic powder. The heat-dissipating plate in IMS circuit boards is usually made of aluminum instead of copper. FR4, or FR-4, stands for flame retardant and refers to a class of flame-resistant composite materials consisting of epoxy resin and fiberglass fabric. FR4 is used primarily as an electrically non-conductive substrate for circuit boards and is characterized by high tracking resistance and good adhesion properties to copper material.

[0024] The circuit board preferably has a single-layer PCB structure. However, multi-layer PCB layouts or PCBs with an encapsulated metal or copper inlay could also be advantageously used.

[0025] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the coil segments are applied to the circuit board via their ends as SMD components or are mounted to the circuit board segments applied thereon. SMD stands for surface-mounted device and is a technical term from electronics. SMD components do not have wire or contact connections, but are soldered directly onto the circuit board (flat assembly) using solderable contact or connection surfaces or corresponding contact or connection legs. The associated technology is surface-mounting technology (SMT for short). Other technologies are also conceivable, such as through-hole technology (THT), in which the legs of the components are inserted into corresponding plug-in recesses and then soldered.Other conceivable techniques include press-fit or interference-fitting technology.

[0026] In a typical and equally preferred embodiment, the electrical conductors contain copper or a copper alloy as the electrically conductive material. Alternatively, aluminum or an aluminum alloy, or another electrically conductive material that also enables good thermal dissipation, could also be advantageously used.

[0027] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the coil segments of the electrical conductors have, at least in sections, a non-uniform, i.e., variable, conductor cross-section. Preferably, a conductor cross-section of the coil segments increases with increasing distance or radius from the center axis of the interference suppression choke or its coil core. In this case, the coil segments can be wider in the outer region of the interference suppression choke than in their inner region. However, it would also be conceivable for coil segments to be thinner in the outer region than in the inner region, so that an equal current-carrying capacity can be ensured for all coil segment regions. However, it would also be conceivable for the coil segments to have the same cross-section everywhere.

[0028] Preferably, the coil segments of the electrical conductor are arranged around the coil core such that adjacent coil segment sections are equidistant from one another. In this case, the coil segments can be wider in the outer region of the interference suppression choke, with these regions having a higher current-carrying capacity at the same thickness.

[0029] A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the coil segments of the electrical conductor are made, at least in sections, from a preferably bent sheet metal. The sheet metal of the coil segments is preferably bent so that, when assembled, it fits snugly around the coil core—with or without a gap. The sheet metal parts for the coil segments can be manufactured as stamped parts in a production-optimized form and then bent accordingly. However, coil segments made of flat wire would also be conceivable and advantageous. Round wires are also conceivable.

[0030] A particularly advantageous manufacturing design for the coil segments of the electrical conductor is formed as a bow-like, U-shaped sheet metal part. Their ends are preferably formed as outwardly or inwardly angled or bent feet.

[0031] According to a preferred embodiment, the coil core has a round or at least oval cross-section. Especially with a round cross-section of the coil core, essentially identically dimensioned coil segments or conductor track segments can be arranged evenly around the coil core. Alternatively, however, it would also be conceivable for the coil core to have a rectangular or square cross-section. In this case, it would be particularly advantageous for space reasons and for assembly if the respective corners were more or less rounded.

[0032] The interference suppression choke preferably has a coil core with an air gap. The air gap in the coil core of an electromagnet reduces magnetic saturation. Furthermore, the air gap stores magnetic energy, since air has a significantly lower magnetic permeability than iron.

[0033] According to a preferred embodiment, the coil core is made of a soft magnetic material. Preferably, the coil core is a ferrite core made of iron powder or a nanocrystalline material. However, interference suppression chokes with air as the core material, so-called air-core coils, are also conceivable. Air-core coils are inductive components without a soft magnetic core and have relatively low inductances compared to coils with a soft magnetic core. For manufacturing reasons, the coils of air-core coils are usually not self-supporting, but wound on a non-magnetic core that mechanically secures the structure.

[0034] The coil core is preferably formed from a laminated core consisting of a plurality of identical, preferably stamped, sheets. The stamped sheets are preferably bonded together to form a laminated core. However, a joining technique that utilizes an external holder to secure the plurality of stamped sheets into a laminated core is also conceivable.

[0035] In one embodiment, a shielding winding may be provided which is provided between the coil windings and which is designed to prevent inductive interference caused by the current flow through adjacent coil segments.

[0036] In a preferred embodiment, at least one heat sink is provided, which is a component of the circuit board or is thermally coupled to it. The heat sink is thermally coupled to the interference suppression choke in such a way that thermal energy generated during operation of the interference suppression choke is dissipated via the heat sink. The heat sink is preferably arranged on a rear side of the circuit board or is fully integrated into the material of the circuit board.

[0037] In a particularly preferred embodiment, at least one of the heat sinks, and preferably all of the heat sinks, are formed by the respective conductor segments. The conductor segments thus have a dual function: Firstly, they function as part of the electrical conductor of the interference suppression choke. Secondly, they dissipate the heat generated during operation of the interference suppression choke, thus eliminating the need for a dedicated heat sink.

[0038] In a particularly preferred embodiment of the manufacturing method, the coil segments are fixed using a thermal bonding process. Additionally or alternatively, a mechanical bonding process, such as a screw connection, clip connection, press fit, or the like, would also be conceivable.

[0039] The above embodiments and further developments can be combined with one another as desired, where appropriate. Further possible embodiments, further developments, and implementations of the invention also include combinations of features of the invention not explicitly mentioned above or described below with regard to the exemplary embodiments. In particular, those skilled in the art will also add individual aspects as improvements or additions to the respective basic form of the present invention. TABLE OF CONTENTS OF THE DRAWING

[0043] The Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B each show a highly simplified schematic cross-sectional view and a corresponding plan view of an interference suppression choke arrangement according to the invention.

[0044] The interference suppression choke arrangement is in the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B is designated by reference numeral 10. The interference suppression choke assembly 10, which may be intended for use in a control circuit for an electric motor drive of a motor vehicle, comprises a printed circuit board 20 and an interference suppression choke 30.

[0045] The printed circuit board 20 can, as shown in the example, be a so-called IMS printed circuit board 20. Various conductor track segments 22a, 22b are inseparably applied to the printed circuit board 20 on a front side 21 of the printed circuit board 20. The respective conductor track segments 22a, 22b are spaced apart from one another and consist of an electrically conductive and preferably also thermally conductive material, such as copper or a copper alloy.

[0046] The interference suppression choke 30 is mounted on the circuit board 20. The interference suppression choke 30 has a coil core 31 wound with two separate electrical conductors 32a, 32b, of which the electrical conductor 32a designates the primary-side conductor and the electrical conductor 32b the secondary-side conductor. It would also be conceivable, in principle, to use an interference suppression choke 30 with only one electrical conductor arranged around the coil core 21 (in Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B not shown).

[0047] The electrical conductors 32a, 32b are each formed by suitably shaped coil segments 33a, 33b. In this context, suitably shaped means that the coil segments 32a, 33a are shaped so that they are as close as possible and preferably without gaps (in the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B not shown) around the respective coil core 31. In the example shown, the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B, each electrical conductor 32a, 32b has only one coil segment 33a, 33b. However, it would be conceivable and advantageous if each electrical conductor 32a, 32b had at least two and preferably, depending on its geometry, a plurality of coil segments 33a, 33b (in the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B not shown). In the latter case, the coil segments 33a, 33b assigned to a respective electrical conductor 32a, 32b would be spaced apart from one another. The electrical conductors 32a, 32b are also formed by conductor track segments 22a, 22b, which are electrically conductively connected to respective ends 34a, 34b; 35a, 35b of the coil segments 33a, 33b. The ends 34a, 34b; 35a, 35b are foot sections angled and, in particular, bent away from the coil segments 33a, 33b. These can be angled outwards (as in the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B), or angled inwards or both outwards and inwards (in the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B not shown).

[0048] In the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B, the letters “a” and “b” in the respective reference symbol designate the respective primary-side or secondary-side component or element.

[0049] In the Fig. 1A and Fig. Figure 1B shows a general example with an approximately square coil core 31. However, other coil core geometries are also conceivable and sometimes even more advantageous, as will be shown below.

[0050] The Fig. 2A-2E show, using perspective views, various designs of the coil core for an interference suppression choke according to the invention.

[0051] Fig. 2A shows a circular coil core 31. This coil core 31 is advantageous because it allows the use of largely identical coil segments, which in particular taper inwards in the same way (in Fig. 2A not shown).

[0052] Fig. Figure 2B shows an oval coil core 31. This is advantageous in applications where there is no space on the circuit board for a suppression choke with a round choke cross-section. Furthermore, more space or area is available on the two longer sides for accommodating coil segments. However, due to the different curvature radii, typically non-identical coil segments cannot be used, making this coil geometry more complex to manufacture.

[0053] Fig. 2C shows a square coil core 31 similar to that shown in the Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B, on whose respective sides the coil segments can be provided. Due to the limited space, only a few coil segments can be arranged on the respective sides, and the corner areas are less suitable for the placement of coil segments.

[0054] Fig. Figure 2D shows a rectangular coil core 31, on whose respective elongated sides the coil segments of opposing electrical conductors can be placed. The particular advantage of this coil core geometry is that identical coil segments with a constant cross-section throughout can be arranged on the sides, thus consistently having the same current-carrying capacity.

[0055] Fig. Figure 2E shows an approximately rectangular coil core 31 with rounded edges. This simplifies assembly and allows the areas of the rounded edges to be used for the placement of coil segments.

[0056] The Fig. 3A and Fig. 3B shows, using cross-sectional views, two designs of coil segments for an interference suppression choke according to the invention.

[0057] In the Fig. 3A and Fig. 3B, a respective coil segment is designated by reference numeral 33. The coil segment 33 is designed here as a sheet metal or as a flat wire. The coil segment 33 has two ends 34, 35, which have contact surfaces for electrical contact on the circuit board 20. The coil segment 33 is typically shaped according to the contour of the associated coil core 31, in the present case approximately rectangular, and has a horizontal central segment region 36, which is connected on both sides via respective angled segment regions 37, 38 to the ends 34, 35. The two ends 34, 35 are angled as feet from the vertically extending segment regions 37, 38, wherein the ends 34, 35 in the example of Fig. 3A are angled outwards. In the example of Fig. 3B, the ends 34, 35 are angled inwards so that they can electrically contact the associated conductor track segment 22 below the coil core 31.

[0058] The Fig. 4A-4D show, based on top views, further embodiments of coil segments for an interference suppression choke according to the invention.

[0059] In Fig. 4A, all areas of the coil segment 33—that is, the ends 34, 35, the vertically extending segment areas 37, 38, and the horizontal central segment area 36—are of equal width. These segment areas 34-38 therefore have an identical cross-section. Such coil segments 33 are particularly suitable for choke coils with a substantially square or rectangular coil core 31.

[0060] In the example of Fig. 4B shows a coil segment 33 in which the central segment region 36 tapers inwardly on one of its sides. Such coil segments 33 are particularly suitable for placement in the area of the corners of a substantially square or rectangular coil core 31.

[0061] In the example of Fig. 4C shows a coil segment 33 in which the middle segment region 36 tapers inwards on both sides.

[0062] In the example of Fig. 4D shows coil segment 33 in which all segment regions 34-38 taper inwardly and are also curved such that they follow the contour of a substantially round or oval coil core 31.

[0063] Fig. 5 shows the equivalent circuit diagram for a drive device according to the invention with a control circuit according to the invention.

[0064] The electromotive drive device designated by reference numeral 40 comprises a voltage supply 41, a control circuit 42 and at least one electric machine 43 for driving a motor vehicle.

[0065] The power supply 41 is embodied here as a local DC voltage source, such as a battery or accumulator. The power supply 41 has a first and a second supply terminal 44, 45. The DC supply voltage VDC is applied between the supply terminals 44, 45, with the supply potential V1 = VDC / 2 being tapped at the first supply terminal 44 and the supply potential V2 = -VDC / 2 being tapped at the second supply terminal 45. A configuration in which a reference potential, for example the potential of the reference ground GND, is applied to the second supply terminal 45 is also conceivable. In this case, the supply potential V1 = VDC would be tapped at the first supply terminal 44.

[0066] The control circuit 42 is connected on the input side to the voltage supply 41 via the supply terminals 44, 45, so that the control circuit 42 is supplied by the DC supply voltage VDC.

[0067] The control circuit 42 comprises an interference suppression choke arrangement 10 according to the invention, an intermediate circuit 46, an inverter circuit 47 and a load output 48.

[0068] The interference suppression choke arrangement 10 connected on the input side between the supply terminals 44, 45 can be configured according to the Fig. 1A, Fig. 1B, Fig. 6 examples shown.

[0069] An intermediate circuit 46 is connected between the interference suppression choke assembly 10 and thus the supply terminals 44, 45, as well as the input of the inverter circuit 47. In the example shown, the intermediate circuit 46 consists of an intermediate circuit capacitor 49 connected between the supply terminals 44, 45. The intermediate circuit 46 functions as an energy storage device.

[0070] The inverter circuit 47 comprises an inverter 50 consisting of one or more driver stages, a power electronics 51 and possibly further electrical or electronic components 52, such as in Fig. 5 Measuring devices, evaluation devices, and protective devices (not shown). The inverter 50 is designed to convert a DC voltage VDC received on the supply side into an AC voltage VAC in order to provide the multiphase load current at the load output.

[0071] The actual control of the inverter circuit 47 is carried out via a control device 53 provided specifically for this purpose. The control device 53 can, for example, set the respective operating mode of the inverter 50, ie whether the inverter 50 is operated in a three- or multi-stage operation or in a two-stage operation.

[0072] The load output 48 is in the example of Fig. 5 is designed as a three-phase load output 48, which is coupled to the electrical machine 43 for controlling it. A multiphase load current can be tapped at the load output 48, via which the various phases of the electrical machine 43 connected to the load output 48 are operated.

[0073] The electric machine 43 can be designed, for example, as a synchronous motor for driving an at least partially electrically powered motor vehicle. The present invention is particularly preferred for the electric machine 43 to be configured as a dual-rotor motor. With regard to the structure and operation of such a dual-rotor motor and its control circuit, DE 10 2021 003942 B4 and DE 10 2021 003941 B4 are incorporated in their entirety into the present application.

[0074] Fig. 6 shows a PCB layout for an interference suppression choke arrangement according to the invention.

[0075] Here, a printed circuit board 20 is shown on which two preferably identically constructed interference suppression chokes 30 are arranged.

[0076] The coil cores 31 are designed here as circular coil cores 31. The coil segments 33a, 33b arranged in a bow-like manner around the coil cores 31 are pie-shaped in the projection of the plan view, approximately in the shape of an equilateral triangle. The coil segments 33a, 33b are preferably spaced apart from one another. The coil segments designated by reference numeral 33a form the bow-like elements for the primary-side electrical conductor of the interference suppression chokes 30, and the coil segments designated by reference numeral 33b form the bow-like elements for the secondary-side electrical conductor of the interference suppression chokes 30.

[0077] The current flowing through the coil segments 33a, 33b of the interference suppression chokes 30 is shown schematically at reference numeral 60, and the current flowing through the conductor track segments 22a, 22b is shown schematically at reference numeral 61.

[0078] The other electrical and electronic components mounted on the circuit board 20, which are in Fig. 6 are not further specified, can be, for example, intermediate circuit capacitors, diodes, driver circuits, measuring elements and the like.

[0079] Fig. 7A shows a plan view of the conductor track layout for an interference suppression choke arrangement according to the invention according to Fig. 6 and Fig. 7B shows the corresponding top view of the coil core and the corresponding coil segments.

[0080] The conductor track segments 22a, 22b are shaped and angled (see Fig. 7A) that when mounting and electrically contacting the coil segments 33a, 33b on the circuit board 20, a respective coil segment 33a, 33b always contacts two different, adjacent conductor track segments 22a, 22b, so that in this way a continuous current flow is always possible from a current coupling side 70 alternately via the respective conductor track segments 22a, 22b and coil segments 33a, 33b to a current coupling side 71.

[0081] The combination of the Fig. 7A and Fig. 7B, i.e. the primary and secondary side conductor track segments 22a, 22b and the primary and secondary side coil segments 33a, 33b, results in the interference suppression choke arrangement 10 according to the invention, as shown for example in Fig. 6 is shown.
