[0001] The state of the art is building materials made from organic materials that achieve bio-compostable status.
[0002] However, the approval of such building materials is not easy, as high requirements are placed on fire protection, sound insulation and thermal insulation.
[0003] Due to these regulations, these building materials, such as mushroom mycelium, grain husks, etc., do not meet the approval requirements for professional use in construction.
[0004] These disadvantages are to be eliminated by the invention specified in the claims.
[0005] The invention is based on the object of combining high-quality materials from recycling processes of inorganic or organic materials, as well as a mix of organic and inorganic materials with organic materials in such a way that they comply with building regulations and can be easily separated and returned to the recycling economy at the end of their service life.
[0006] The starting point for this is wall elements, floor elements, ceiling elements and installation modules.
[0007] The structure of these elements consists on at least one side preferably of robust, heat-insulating recycled material, preferably from 100% recycled PET bottles, and on at least one other side or filling of preferably mushroom mycelium with preferably organic residues, such as hemp fibers, spent grain, straw, wood residues, etc.
[0008] This combination is exemplary and can consist of any raw material on the recycled or organic material side.
[0009] The organic material selected should preferably be suitable for industrial and domestic composting and, ideally, should also have a fertilizing effect in the formation of humus.
[0010] Products made from this material mix utilize the top properties of both raw materials with regard to technical requirements and sustainability, as already described above.
[0011] The structure of an exemplary formulation is based on carbon, preferably obtained from biochar through pyrolysis processes or HTC coal. The carbon can also be enriched with nutrients, for example, to allow it to optionally grow with other organic materials, which are introduced according to technical requirements, for example, fungal mycelium.
[0012] The resulting building elements, such as wall elements, floor elements, ceiling elements and installation modules, are to be used in a modular system to create structural rooms, partition walls and installation walls.

Claims

[4] Composite components made of recycled and organic materials according to one of the preceding claims characterized by that the basis of the organic unit consists of biochar or HTC coal, or a mix of different carbon formulations. [5] Composite components made from recycled and organic materials characterized by that the composite of recycled PET bottles and organic material is integrated into a module, which enables a system for the construction of wall elements, ceiling elements, floor elements and installation modules.
