Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a bolt mounting adapter (BMA) for fastening surveying points (in particular railway track marking bolts, so-called GV bolts) to masts according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] In the current state of the art, the GV bolt represents a surveying point, which is preferably attached as a horizontal bolt along railway lines and preferably to overhead line masts. For attachment, a hole, usually 8 mm in diameter, is drilled into the mast. The GV bolt, usually 12 mm in diameter and 30 mm or 40 mm long, has an internal thread with which it is screwed on from the back of the mast.
[0003] The invention is based on the object to mount the surveying bolts in a fixed position on masts, in particular angle or steel profile masts of the railway overhead line, without having to drill holes in the mast, which would result in deterioration of the static properties of the mast (e.g. due to removal of material) or deterioration of the corrosion protection of the mast.
[0004] The object is achieved by the bolt mounting adapter according to the invention according to claim 1. Advantageous further developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
[0005] The bolt mounting adapter according to the invention has the shape of a “U” in plan. - In an advantageous variant, the mold is made of (hot) rolled U-profile steel. - In an advantageous variant, the form is made of folded sheet metal. - In an advantageous variant, the mold is made of plastic. - In an advantageous variant, the mold is manufactured with inclined flange surfaces. (see also DIN 1026-1). - In an advantageous variant, the shape is manufactured with parallel flange surfaces (see also DIN 1026-2).
[0006] The individual surfaces are designed as planes. - In an advantageous variant, individual or all surfaces can be provided with structures (for example grooves). - In an advantageous variant, individual or all surfaces can be provided with patterns (for example, point elevations, “nubs”). - In an advantageous form, individual or all surfaces can be covered with foils (for example, anti-slip foils).
[0007] The edges of the bolt mounting adapter are - in an advantageous design with deburred edges. - in an advantageous design with chamfered edges. - in an advantageous design with rounded edges.
[0008] The bolt mounting adapter is painted in an advantageous design, for example in yellow.
[0009] The bolt mounting adapter is advantageously mounted in the side surface “A” according to Fig. and Fig. with one or more holes, marked “B1” in Fig. and Fig. equipped. - In an advantageous variant, two holes “B1” are present. - In an advantageous variant, all holes can be located at any position on the side surface A. - In an advantageous variant, all holes “B1” have a diameter of 8 mm. - In an advantageous variant, all holes “B1” have an internal thread. - In an advantageous variant, the bolt mounting adapter can be screwed with the screw(s) “S1” Fig. be fixed force-fitting against the mast strut, whereby the Mast brace - against the screw head of “S2a” to Fig. is pressed or in the absence of this screw, especially when using “S2b” after Fig. , towards the inside of surface C Fig. is pressed or - against the threaded end of the “GVB3” Fig. is pressed.
[0010] The bolt mounting adapter is advantageously provided in the end face “B” with none, one or more holes, designated “B2” in. - In an advantageous variant there is no hole in area B. - In an advantageous variant, a hole “B2” is present. - In an advantageous variant, all holes can be located at any position on the front surface B. - In an advantageous variant, all holes “B2” have a diameter of 8 mm. - In an advantageous variant, all holes “B2” have an internal thread.
[0011] The bolt mounting adapter is advantageously provided in the side surface “C” with none, one or more holes, designated “B3” in. - In an advantageous variant there is no hole in area C. - In an advantageous variant, a hole “B3” is present. - In an advantageous variant, all holes can be located at any position in the side surface C. - In an advantageous variant, all holes “B3” have a diameter of 8 mm. - In an advantageous variant, all holes “B3” have an internal thread. - In an advantageous variant, there is a hole “B4” in the side surface “A” opposite the hole “B3”. - In an advantageous variant, the hole “B4” has a diameter of 22 mm.
[0012] In an advantageous variant, a round bar "GVB5" according to Fig. , preferably 12 mm in diameter, fixed (for example, by welding), which protrudes beyond the mast strut (e.g., U-profile) by the dimension L, preferably by 40 mm. In a further advantageous variant, the GVB5 round bar can be fully or partially knurled, especially in the area projecting towards the track side.
[0013] In an advantageous assembly variant, all screw connections are made with anti-rotation devices, in particular liquid anti-rotation devices.
[0014] In an advantageous variant, instead of fixing the track marking bolts (GVB1 or GVB 2 according to Fig. ) with the screws (S2a or S2b according to Fig. ) Track marking bolts with external thread are used (GVB3 or GVB4 in Fig. ), which are screwed directly into the bolt mounting adapter.
[0015] In an advantageous variant, bolt mounting adapters are used, to which the GV bolts are attached to the Fig. The positions shown are pre-fixed, for example by welding.
[0016] The bolt mounting adapter is advantageously made of weather-resistant material. - In an advantageous variant, metallic material is used. - In an advantageous variant, non-corrosive material is used. - In an advantageous variant, plastic is used.
[0017] The bolt mounting adapter is advantageously made of deformation-resistant material.
[0018] In an advantageous variant, preforming stiffness is given to the extent that with a force-locking screw connection with the screws “S1” according to the Fig. no deformation of the bolt mounting adapter occurs.
[0019] The bolt mounting adapter is manufactured in an advantageous variant with the following dimensions: - Height “h” according to Fig. of 90 mm - width “b” according to Fig. of 80 mm - thickness “d” according to Fig. of 50 mm - internal dimension “i” according to Fig. of 40 mm Illustrations Fig. shows the bolt mounting adapter from two perspective views Fig. shows the bolt mounting adapter and its application in plan view. A screw "S1" (shown in green) is screwed into the bolt mounting adapter, which firmly secures the bolt mounting adapter to the mast strut. The bolt mounting adapter contains the screw “S2a” (shown in red), onto which a track marking bolt (GVB1) can be screwed. The bolt mounting adapter contains the screw “S2b” (shown in red), onto which a track marking bolt (GVB2) can be screwed. As a rule, the screw “S2a” or the screw “S2b” is used so that the mounted track marking bolt points with its free end in a designated direction, in an advantageous variant in the direction of the track. Fig. In an advantageous variant, two screws “S1” are used Fig. In an advantageous variant, track marking bolts GVB3 or GVB4 (shown in purple) with external thread are used, which are screwed directly into the bolt mounting adapter. Fig. shows the bolt mounting adapter in individual views. Fig. shows the bolt mounting adapter in use with U-profiles.
