Abstract

Magazine device (10), in particular for a packaging machine (12), with at least one receiving unit (16), in particular a receiving chute, for receiving products (18, 20), in particular food products, with a lifting unit (14) and with at least one discharge unit (22) which is provided for discharging the products (18, 20) from the receiving unit (16) onto the lifting unit (14), wherein the discharge unit (22) is provided for moving at least two products (18, 20) that are at least temporarily in contact with each other simultaneously along a discharge direction (24) transversely to a feed direction (26) of the receiving unit (16) and each individually onto the lifting unit (14) to create a product stack (36) on the lifting unit (14).

Claims

[1] Magazine device (10), in particular for a packaging machine (12), with at least one receiving unit (16), in particular a receiving shaft, for receiving products (18, 20), in particular food products, with a lifting unit (14) and with at least one discharge unit (22) which is provided for discharging the products (18, 20) from the receiving unit (16) onto the lifting unit (14), wherein the discharge unit (22) is provided for moving at least two products (18, 20) which are at least temporarily adjacent to one another simultaneously along a discharge direction (24) transversely to a feed direction (26) of the receiving unit (16) and for each of them to be applied individually to the lifting unit (14) to create a product stack (36) on the lifting unit (14). [2] Magazine device (10) according to claim 1, characterized bythat the dispensing unit (22) has at least one product support surface (46) on which the product (18, 20) rests during dispensing of the product (18, 20). [3] Magazine device (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by that at least one support element (40) of the lifting unit (14), which is provided for applying the product stack (36), is arranged along the discharge direction (24) at a distance from the receiving unit (16). [4] Magazine device (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the discharge direction (24) is aligned transversely, in particular at least substantially perpendicularly, to a conveying direction (58) of a conveying unit (52) which is arranged downstream of the lifting unit (14) in terms of transport technology. [5] Magazine device (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized bythat the lifting unit (14), in particular only, is provided for a movement (50) at least substantially parallel to the feed direction (26) of the receiving unit (16). [6] Magazine device (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the lifting unit (14) is provided to transport, in particular to lower, the product stack (36) to a height of a conveyor unit (52) which is arranged downstream of the lifting unit (14) in terms of transport technology when the product stack (36) has reached a height ready for packaging. [7] Magazine device (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a displacement unit (60) which is provided for displacing the product stack (36) from the lifting unit (14), in particular onto a conveyor unit (52) which is arranged downstream of the lifting unit (14) in terms of transport technology. [8] Magazine device (10) according to claim 7, characterized bythat the displacement unit (60) is provided to displace the product stack (36) from the lifting unit (14) transversely, in particular at least substantially perpendicularly, to a conveying direction (58) of a conveying unit (52) onto the conveying unit (52). [9] Magazine device (10) according to claim 7 or 8, characterized by that the displacement unit (60) has at least one stop element (62) which strikes the entire product stack (36) on the lifting unit (14) in order to displace the product stack (36). [10] Magazine device (10) according to claim 9, characterized by that the stop element (62) is movable at least substantially perpendicularly and at least substantially parallel to the feed direction (26). [11] Magazine device (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized byin that the discharge unit (22) is provided to temporarily move the at least two products (18, 29) which are at least temporarily adjacent to one another in a shingled manner along the discharge direction (24) transversely to the feed direction (26) of the receiving unit (16). [12] Magazine device (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by in that the discharge unit (22) comprises at least one rotary-driven turntable element (30) which has at least one sawtooth profile (34) along a circumferential direction (48) on a disc surface (32) facing the receiving unit (16). [13] Packaging machine (12) with at least one magazine device (10) according to one of the preceding claims and with at least one conveyor unit (52), characterized bythat the at least one magazine device (10) is provided to convey the products (18, 20) to the at least one conveyor unit (52) to form at least one product batch (54) formed from product stacks (36).
