[0003] As living standards have risen, more and more electric kitchen appliances have become part of people's lives. One of the newer types of electric kitchen appliances is the air fryer.
[0004] The air fryer primarily uses a built-in heating tube to heat the surrounding air. Then, under the action of a fan near the heating tube, the hot air is forced to create convection, which acts on the food surface within the air fryer's casing, allowing the food to be thoroughly cooked. At the same time, the hot air also removes moisture from the food's surface, creating a crispy surface similar to that of deep-fried food.
[0005] At the relevant state of the art, the air fryer's frying bowl is prone to generating greasy fumes, which impairs the taste of the cooked food, thereby affecting the user experience. Brief description of the invention

[0029] In relation to Fig. 1-2, the frying container (10) provided for an air fryer in one embodiment of the present application comprises a frying container housing (100), at least two grate plates (200), and at least one partition (300), wherein the frying container housing (100) is configured with a receiving chamber (110). The grate plates (200) are detachably arranged in the receiving chamber (110). The partition (300) is detachably arranged in the receiving chamber (110), wherein a grease channel (170) is formed in the bottom wall of the receiving chamber (110), and a first portion (171) of the grease channel (170) is located below the partition (300).
[0030] For the existing fryer (10), since the heating element (410) is generally located in the center of the grate plates (200), the central region of the grate plates (200) is relatively close to the heating element (410), i.e., the central region has a relatively high temperature, which makes the accumulated grease in the central region susceptible to thermal decomposition, resulting in the emission of greasy vapors. By providing a grease channel (170) below the partition wall (300) between the two grate plates (200), the accumulated grease in the central region is guided to a peripheral region relatively far away from the heating element (410). The temperature of the peripheral region is relatively low, which makes it less likely that greasy vapors will be generated, resulting in a reduction in the generation of greasy vapors. As a result, the effect of greasy vapors on the taste of the cooked food and the health of the user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
[0031] By installing the partition wall (300), the user can divide the receiving chamber (110) into at least two cooking chambers (111), allowing the user to cook different foods in multiple cooking chambers (111) simultaneously or separately in one of the cooking chambers (111). After removing the partition wall (300), the two cooking chambers (111) can even be integrated into a large-capacity cooking chamber (111), enabling the cooking of large-volume foods. By installing the partition wall (300), the needs of users in different scenarios can be easily met, thereby improving the user experience. In particular, the partition wall (300) can be a hollow structure; with the hollow partition wall (300), the heating efficiency of the cooking chamber (111) can be improved by using air for heat insulation while preventing heat dissipation.
[0032] In relation to Fig. 1-2, in one embodiment, the second section (172) of the grease trough (170) is located under the grate plates (200) and around the grate plates (200). Therefore, the accumulated grease in the central region of the receiving chamber (110) can be guided to the region below the partition wall (300) and can also be guided to the edge regions of the receiving chamber (110). Since the temperature of the edge region is relatively low, the generation of greasy vapors can be reduced. Furthermore, the first section (171) and the second section (172) are connected to each other, so that the entire grease trough (170) approximates a square that is evenly divided into two rectangles. As in Fig. 2, the flow direction of accumulated fat is indicated by the arrows.
[0033] In relation to Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 5, the wall of the receiving chamber (110) is configured with a stop assembly (130), and the stop assembly (130) is used to abut the partition (300) to limit the horizontal movement of the partition (300). For example, when the partition (300) is compressed by the food, the provision of the stop assembly (130) can provide some support and effectively prevent the partition (300) from falling over.
[0034] As in Fig. 1, Fig. 5 and Fig. 7, the stop assembly (130) specifically includes two spaced-apart stop protrusions (131), and the gap between the two stop protrusions (131) forms the second snap-fit socket (141). When the partition (300) is mounted in the receiving chamber (110), the partition (300) snaps into the second snap-fit socket (141), allowing the two stop protrusions (131) to abut the partition (300), and allowing the second snap-fit socket (141) to hold the partition (300) in place. For example, when the partition (300) is compressed by the food item, the provision of the stop protrusions (131) and the second snap-fit socket (141) can provide some support and effectively prevent the partition (300) from falling over.
[0035] Furthermore, when the grate plates (200) are mounted in the receiving chamber (110), the grate plates (200) can directly abut the stop protrusions (131), so that the stop protrusions (131) can restrict horizontal movement of the grate plates (200). Therefore, by abutting the stop assembly (130) against the grate plates (200), the horizontal movement of the grate plates (200) can be restricted, and by securing the grate plates (200), the risk of the grate plates (200) slipping out of the receiving chamber (110) when the user dumps the food can be reduced. Furthermore, the stop protrusions (131) are located under the grate plates (200) to support and secure the grate plates (200). The stop protrusions (131) can be manufactured using the stamping process.
[0036] In relation to Fig. 3 and Fig. 5, in one embodiment, the side wall of the receiving chamber (110) is configured with a guide groove (142). During assembly of the partition wall (300), the partition wall (300) can slide along the guide groove (142) until it snaps into the second snap-fit socket (141). The guide groove (142) can guide the assembly of the partition wall (300), and the guide groove (142) can also play a role in securing the partition wall (300), thereby improving the reliability of the assembly of the partition wall (300) in the receiving chamber (110). In particular, the side wall of the receiving chamber (110) is configured with two spaced-apart rib plates, and the gap between the two rib plates forms the guide groove (142).
[0037] In relation to Fig. 1 and Fig. 3-6, in one embodiment, the side wall of the receiving chamber (110) is configured with a first snap-fit assembly (120). The grate plates (200) are provided with a second snap-fit assembly (210), and the second snap-fit assembly (210) can snap into the first snap-fit assembly (120) to secure the grate plates (200) in the receiving chamber (110). By installing a second snap-fit assembly (210) on the grate plates (200) to snap into the first snap-fit assembly (120) on the fryer housing (100), the grate plates (200) are fixed in the receiving chamber (110). Therefore, when a user dumps the food, the probability of the high-temperature grate plates (200) coming out of the receiving chamber (110) can be reduced, thereby reducing the risk of the high-temperature grate plates (200) slipping out of the receiving chamber (110) and scalding the user. This, in turn, improves the safety of using the air fryer, thereby enhancing the user experience. In particular, the first snap-fit assembly (120) and the second snap-fit assembly (210) can be made of a flexible material such as silicone. By such a configuration, when the grate plates (200) are mounted in the receiving chamber (110), the first snap-fit assembly (120) and the second snap-fit assembly (210) can exhibit adaptive elastic deformation, thereby facilitating the assembly of the grate plates (200). At the same time, the risk of scratching the chamber coating when the second snap-fit assembly (210) is in contact with the chamber wall of the receiving chamber (110) can also be reduced.
[0038] In relation to Fig. 1 and Fig. 4-6, in one embodiment, either the first snap-fit assembly (120) or the second snap-fit assembly (210) is configured with a first snap-fit connector (121), and the other is configured with the first snap-fit socket (211) to snap-fit with the first snap-fit connector (121). For example, the sidewall of the receiving chamber (110) is provided with a first snap-fit connector (121), and the sidewall of the grate plates (200) is provided with a first snap-fit socket (211) that provides a mating fit between the first snap-fit connector (121) and the first snap-fit socket (211), such that the grate plates (200) are secured in the receiving chamber (110). It is understood that the setup positions of the first snap-fit connector (121) and the first snap-fit socket (211) can be interchanged. That is, the first snap-fit connector (121) is provided on the side wall of the grate plates (200) and the first snap-fit socket (211) is provided on the side wall of the receiving chamber (110).
[0039] In relation to Fig. 4-6, in one embodiment, the second snap-fit assembly (210) includes a first snap-fit portion (212) and a second snap-fit portion (213) arranged from top to bottom. The first snap-fit portion (212) is recessed in the horizontal direction relative to the second snap-fit portion (213), and the recessed space forms a first snap-fit socket (211). Accordingly, the first snap-fit assembly (120) is configured with a first snap-fit connector (121). When the grate plates (200) are mounted in the receiving chamber (110), the first snap-fit connector (121) overlaps over the second snap-fit portion (213), and the first snap-fit connector (121) abuts the slotted wall of the first snap-fit socket (211).Therefore, when the user dumps the food, the first snap-fit connector (121) restricts the grate plates (200) from moving in a direction away from the receiving chamber (110), thereby improving user safety.
[0040] In relation to Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, in one embodiment, along the circumferential direction of the receiving chamber (110), the first snap-fit assembly (120) and the second snap-fit assembly (210) include multiple sets, wherein at least two first snap-fit assemblies (120) are located at the ends of the side wall of the receiving chamber (110) and at least two first snap-fit assemblies (120) are located at the center of the side wall of the receiving chamber (110). It is understood that the position and number of the first snap-fit assemblies (120) are compatible with the position and number of the second snap-fit assemblies (210), and both the front and rear walls of the receiving chamber (110) are provided with the first snap-fit assemblies (120). By snap-fitting multiple sets of first snap-fit assemblies (120) and multiple sets of second snap-fit assemblies (210), the reliability of securing the grate plates (200) is further improved.
[0041] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, when more than two grate plates (200) are placed in the receiving chamber (110), the second snap-fit assembly (210) can be arranged along the circumferential direction of the grate plates (200). For example, one set of the second snap-fit assemblies (210) is located at the corner position of the grate plates (200), and the other set of the second snap-fit assemblies (210) is located at the end of the grate plates (200), i.e., it is arranged close to the corner position. By arranging one set of the second snap-fit assemblies (210) at the ends rather than all at the corner positions when the two grate plates (200) are placed next to each other, the likelihood of interference between the second snap-fit assemblies (210) of the two grate plates (200) can be reduced, thereby maximizing the use of the cooking space of the receiving chamber (110).
[0042] In relation to Fig. 1 and Fig. 6, in one embodiment, one of the grate plates (200) or the second snap-fit assembly (210) is configured with a plug pin (214), and the other is configured with a plug hole (220) to mate with the plug pin (214). For example, in the present embodiment, a plug hole (220) is configured on the grate plates (200), and a plug pin (214) is configured on the second snap-fit assembly (210), and the second snap-fit assembly (210) is fixed to the grate plates (200) by assembling the plug pin (214) and the plug hole (220). It should be understood that the installation positions of the plug pin (214) and the plug hole (220) are interchangeable. That is, the plug pin (214) is provided on the grate plates (200) and the plug hole (220) is provided on the second snap fit assembly (210).
[0043] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, a handle (180) is also provided on the fryer container (10), and the provision of the handle (180) serves to facilitate movement of the fryer container (10) by the user. Additionally, the handle (180) may also function to some extent to prevent scalding.
[0044] In addition, as in Fig. 7-9, an embodiment of the present application also provides an air fryer comprising a housing (400) and a frying container (10) according to any one of the aforementioned embodiments, which is detachably connected to the housing (400).
[0045] It should be understood that the air fryer also includes a heating element (410). Since the heating element (410) is generally located in the center of the grate plates (200), the central region of the grate plates (200) is relatively close to the heating element (410), meaning the temperature of the central region is relatively high, which makes the accumulated grease in the central region susceptible to thermal decomposition, leading to the emission of greasy vapors. By providing a grease channel (170) below the partition wall (300) between the two grate plates (200), the accumulated grease in the central region is directed to a peripheral region relatively far away from the heating element (410). The temperature of the peripheral region is relatively low, which makes it less likely that greasy vapors will be generated, resulting in a reduction in the generation of greasy vapors. As a result, the effect of greasy fumes on the taste of the cooked food and the health of the user is reduced and the user experience is improved.
[0046] As in Fig. 7-9, in some embodiments, the heating element (410) may be located above the grate plates (200) or below the grate plates (200), wherein the vertical projection of the grease groove (170), i.e., the projection on the horizontal plane, does not overlap with the vertical projection of the heating element (410). That is, the location of the grease groove (170) is relatively far away from the heating element (410), making it less likely to generate greasy vapors at that point, resulting in a reduction in the generation of greasy vapors. As a result, the effect of greasy vapors on the flavor of the cooked food and the health of the user is mitigated, and the user experience is improved.
[0047] In addition, as in Fig. As shown in Figures 7-9, there are at least two heating elements (410), with the first portion (171) of the grease trough (170) located below and between two adjacent heating elements (410), and the second portion (172) of the grease trough (170) located on the outside of the heating elements (410). It can be seen that the grease trough (170) is relatively far away from the heating elements (410), making it less likely to generate greasy vapors, resulting in a reduction in the generation of greasy vapors. As a result, the effect of greasy vapors on the flavor of the cooked food and the health of the user is mitigated, and the user experience is improved.
[0048] In some embodiments, the air fryer further includes a fan assembly, and it is understood that a space is provided in the housing to mount the fan assembly and the heating elements. The frying container is mounted on the housing and is designed to be separated from the housing to store food ingredients and form a cooking chamber. The heating element is used to heat the air, and the fan assembly is used to send the heated air into the frying container to heat the food ingredients in the frying container. Furthermore, the fan assembly includes a motor, and the motor is a bidirectional motor. The hot air flows in a predetermined direction when the motor is rotated in a first direction, and the hot air flows in a reverse direction when the motor is rotated in another direction. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor can change the direction of the air in the fryer, allowing the air to heat the food from both sides. In the actual process, the motor's operating mode can be properly adjusted so that the motor runs alternately in the forward and reverse directions to ensure that the food ingredients are heated evenly and taste good.
[0049] Furthermore, the fan assembly is a cross-flow fan, and the exterior of the cross-flow fan is provided with a turbine housing. When the engine rotates in both directions, the interaction between the cross-flow fan and the turbine housing ensures sufficient airflow. Furthermore, the turbine housing is provided with a turbine tongue, which can further optimize the air channel of the turbine housing, thereby improving the airflow guidance efficiency of the turbine housing.
[0050] Furthermore, the inside of one end of the turbine housing connected to the fryer tank is provided with a flow deflector plate. The flow deflector plate can further guide the air as it exits from the lower part and returns from the middle-to-upper part, allowing the air to quickly return to the turbine housing along a predetermined trajectory before the next cycle begins. Additionally, the presence of the flow deflector plate can divide the inlet of the turbine housing into two passages in the up-down direction, with the upper passage serving to return the air near the top of the fryer tank, while the lower passage serves to return the air from the lower half of the fryer tank.In particular, when the fryer's inlet duct is on the other side of the turbine housing, the flow deflector plate allows the air to flow back from the lower duct before flowing to the top. In particular, due to the presence of the lower duct, the air from the side of the fryer far from the turbine housing can be tilted toward the turbine housing under the action of the lower duct before flowing back from the lower duct, rather than flowing directly back to the top of the fryer under the effect of inertia. This serves to regulate the flow path of hot air in the fryer, thereby increasing air circulation efficiency and allowing more hot air to pass through the surface of the food ingredients on the turbine housing side to heat the ingredients, thus overcoming the problem of insufficient heating of food ingredients on the turbine housing side. Depending on the specific design, a connection can be established between the turbine housing and the fryer, allowing the air to quickly flow back from the lower duct after passing through the food ingredients, thereby reducing airflow to the top of the cooking chamber.

For the sake of brevity, not all possible combinations of the various technical features in the previously described embodiments are described. However, as long as there are no contradictions between the combinations of these technical features, they should be considered within the scope of the present specification.
