Description

Technical Field:The present invention relates to an innovative ceiling system, in particular for fastening thin-sheet metal cassettes by means of magnetic holders. This system allows simple and flexible mounting and dismantling of the ceiling panels and offers a high flexibility of the joint width.Prior Art:Conventional ceiling systems generally require a rigid fastening by screwing or clamping mechanisms, which allow disassembly only with considerable effort. Moreover, adjustments to the joint width are usually no longer possible subsequently.Invention:The magnetfix ceiling system enables simple overhead mounting of thin sheet metal cassettes without the need for complex carrier or frame systems. The fastening is effected by means of magnets ( 2) which are screwed into (rivet-in) nuts ( 1) or welding bolts ( 1). The panels (3) are thereby held securely and can be removed or repositioned at any time without tools.Advantages of the Invention:1. Ease of Inspection: Individual panels can be removed and replaced at any time, which is advantageous in particular for maintenance and repair work. 2. flexibility of the joint width: During assembly, the joint width between the cassettes can be freely selected and adapted, whereby individual design possibilities are opened up. 3. simple installation: The magnetic fastening allows a fast and uncomplicated assembly only with additional cable securing means. For electrical installations, the panels can likewise hang in the safety cables, as a result of which the cable feedthroughs can be realized without additional personnel. 4. high stability: The use of strong magnets in rivet nuts or welding bolts in conjunction with securing cables ensures secure and permanent fixing. 5. toolless dismantling: replacement or adaptation of the panels is possible without special tools or great effort.Application areas:The magnetfix ceiling system is particularly suitable for use in buildings with high requirements of flexibility and serviceability, such as office buildings, industrial halls, shop construction or public facilities. Conclusion:The Magnetfix ceiling system represents an innovative solution for the mounting of thin-sheet metal cassettes. It combines simple handling with high flexibility and enables a flexible and inspection-friendly design of ceiling surfaces.

Claims

Ceiling system with magnetic fastening, comprising: - cassettes (3) made of thin sheet metal, with magnets (2), - wherein the magnet elements are each fastened in (rivet) nuts (1) or to welding bolts (1), - wherein the cassettes are held at a distance from one another on the holding device.Ceiling system according to claim 1, characterised in that the magnetic elements are arranged on the cassette in such a way that they are in contact with corresponding metallic areas of the substructure.Ceiling system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each cassette is additionally provided with a cable safety device which is fastened to the holding device.Ceiling system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the magnetic elements are mounted on displaceable or variably positionable carrier elements, whereby the distance of the cassettes from one another can be changed.Ceiling system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cassettes have metallic attraction surfaces on rear side regions, which effect a releasable mounting on the magnetic elements.Ceiling system according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the holding device is designed such that the cassettes can be removed from the holding device by linear pulling against the magnetic force.
