Description

The invention relates to a waste container holder for the lockable reception of a waste barrel, having a base body on which a locking unit is received, and wherein a locking unit is configured and designed such that the locking unit can be locked with the waste barrel for the lockable reception thereof and can be unlocked with the waste barrel for releasing the waste barrel.PRIOR ARTFor example, the utility model specification DE 94 13 464 U1 shows a closing device for waste containers which is designed such that the cover of the waste container can no longer be opened even if a closure clip of the closing device is locked and closed over the cover of the waste container.Waste can holders typically serve to hold waste cans at a predetermined position by locking the waste barrel to the waste can holder. Such refuse container holders are to be found, for example, in the public space and, in particular, on motorway service stations. The waste container holders usually have a base body on which a locking unit is accommodated, and wherein a closing unit is configured and designed such that the locking unit can be locked with the waste container for the closable accommodation of the waste container and can be unlocked with the waste container for the release of the waste container. The locking unit can frequently be unlocked with a square key or another standardized key, so that the waste barrel can be released, for example in order to empty it. The waste bin is then brought back to the waste container holder and locked with the locking unit. Waste container holders with a blocking unit should be as simple as possible to operate, in particular the waste bin should not have to be raised or tilted in order to latch them on the blocking unit. The fixed positioning of the waste barrel by means of the blocking unit on the waste container holder or on the main body thereof serves only to hold the waste barrel in the predetermined position without it being possible for said waste barrel to be re-located, for example, in particular also not by animals.DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTIONThe object of the invention is to further improve a waste container holder for the lockable reception of a waste barrel, which has a simple locking unit for locking the waste barrel to the locking unit with easy operating procedures and for temporarily removing it from the latter. This object is achieved on the basis of a waste container holder according to the preamble of claim 1 in conjunction with the characterizing features. Advantageous further developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims. The invention includes the technical teaching that the locking unit has at least one lower lock and at least one upper lock, wherein the lower lock and the upper lock are accommodated on the base body so as to be movable relative to one another. The core idea of the invention is the mobility of both the lower lock and the upper lock in such a way that the waste barrel only has to be rolled up to the base body and thus also to the locking unit, so that the locking unit can lock by simply pressing on the waste barrel, and by operating the closing unit the lower lock and the upper lock can release the waste barrel again without the waste barrel having to be either tilted or raised either for fastening or for release. Once the blocking unit has been opened with the closing unit, the waste barrel can be removed and, for example after emptying, the waste barrel is brought back to the blocking unit and moved towards the latter, the blocking unit can automatically lock again. In this respect, no component of the waste container holder has to be adjusted, folded over or moved in some other way, neither in order to release the waste container nor in order to connect it again to the waste container holder. The locking unit can be designed such that the movement of the lower lock is linked to the movement of the upper lock. For example, the upper lock can be accommodated on the base body so as to be pivotable in a first pivot axis, wherein the at least one lower lock is accommodated on the base body so as to be pivotable in a second pivot axis, wherein the second pivot axis of the lower lock runs in particular parallel spaced apart from the first pivot axis of the upper lock. If, for example, two individual sub-locks are configured, which are each coupled to the upper lock, the two sub-locks can be pivotable in a common second pivot axis. If both the upper lock and the lower lock execute a pivoting movement, and if the pivot axes are configured parallel to one another but spaced apart from one another on the main body, then the lower lock and the upper lock pivot or rotate relative to one another with an at least partially formed overlapping region. Thus, the possibility is provided that the upper locking mechanism and the lower locking mechanism are coupled to one another via a link and a link block. If the upper lock is pivoted, then a forced pivoting of the lower lock is likewise triggered. The kinematics formed behind this are caused by the link and the link block, so that the movement of the lower lock takes place in a defined manner, depending on the movement of the upper lock. If the upper lock opens, for example, relative to a handle rod of the waste barrel, the lower lock can also correspondingly execute an opening movement. With respect to the two pivot axes of the lower lock and the upper lock, the upper lock and the lower lock pivot in opposite directions to each other. It is thus ensured that when the locking unit is unlocked by opening the closing unit, both locks release the handle rod of the waste barrel, so that the latter can be released from the locking unit, for example, via a horizontal movement. If the waste bin is moved again with the handle bar against the blocking unit, the latter can automatically snap in.A particularly advantageous embodiment of the locking unit provides that the upper lock has a center of gravity which is located at a distance from the first pivot axis on the side of the first pivot axis on which the closing unit is also configured. This has the effect that the upper lock can automatically transition into an unlocking position by pivoting it due to gravity when the closing unit unlocks and releases a pivoting or rotation of the upper lock. The kinematic coupling of the lower lock to the movement of the upper lock also transfers the individual lower lock or the lower locks into the unlocking position. In other words, the lower lock can pivot into an unlocking position by means of the coupling with the upper lock when the upper lock pivots into the unlocking position due to gravity. The upper lock can be formed in a U-shaped manner, for example, wherein the free ends of the U-legs each have a claw which is formed for partially gripping around a handle rod of the waste barrel. On the other hand, the lower lock can be provided 2 times and arranged parallel to the U-legs of the upper lock. In particular, the bottom locks can abut on the U-legs of the top lock on the outside or on the inside. The base portion of the U-shaped upper catch can have a locking means which can be brought into engagement with the locking unit, wherein the locking means forms a lug or a bracket which can engage with a pawl of the locking unit. The base body of the waste container holder can have a lower part and an upper part, which can be moved longitudinally with respect to one another and can be locked with respect to one another in a longitudinal position by means of fastening means. The blocking unit is in particular attached to the upper part of the base body and can be brought by displacing the upper part relative to the lower part to the height which is required to position the handle rod of the waste barrel as centrally as possible between the upper blocking means and the lower blocking means, and to ensure trouble-free functioning of the blocking unit. If refuse containers of a different size are accommodated such that they can be closed off on the refuse container holder, the height of the base body can be set up by a vertical displacement of the upper part relative to the lower part in such a way that the blocking unit again has the correct height position relative to the handle rod of the refuse container. The lower part and the upper part of the base body can each be constructed from a U-profile and can be guided one inside the other, in that one of the two parts is slightly smaller. Furthermore, it is advantageously conceivable for the base body to have a cover element, wherein the cover element protrudes beyond the front of the blocking unit in order to form an opening stop for the cover of the waste barrel. In addition, the cover element forms a weather protection for the blocking unit. The cover element on the upper part of the base body can be displaced forwards and backwards when a screw connection is temporarily released, with which the cover element is screwed on the upper part, so that the opening stop for the cover of the waste barrel and thus also its maximum opening angle can be adjusted therewith. The essential functional components, in particular the sheet metal elements for forming the blocking unit, can preferably be produced from stainless steel, since the waste container holder is generally exposed to full weathering. The base body and / or the base plate can be produced from galvanized structural steel. By selecting the stainless steel above all for the blocking unit, a very long service life is achieved, since no rust can form, which influences the mechanics of the blocking unit in its function.PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTIONFurther measures which improve the invention are described in more detail below together with the description of a preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention on the basis of the figures. It shows: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the waste container according to the invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of the waste container according to the invention, FIG. 3 shows the isolated locking unit in an unlocked state, FIG. 4 shows the isolated blocking unit in a locked state, and FIG. 5 shows the locking unit in the unlocked state arranged on the base body.FIGS. 1 and 2 show in a perspective and in a side view the waste container holder 1 for the lockable receiving of a waste bin, not shown in any more detail. The waste container holder 1 essentially consists of a base body 10 on which a locking unit 11 is accommodated, with which the waste bin can be locked via a handle bar provided on the waste bin as standard. The locking unit is shown in an unlocking state, so that the handle rod of the waste barrel can be freely removed from the locking unit 11.The base body 10 of the waste container holder 1 is designed such that the height of the blocking unit 11 can be adjusted. For this purpose, the base body 10 has a lower part 10 aand an upper part 10 b, wherein the lower part 10 astands on a foot plate 25 attached on the bottom side, and the blocking unit 11 is accommodated on the upper part 10 band is therefore variable in height with the latter above the foot plate. The upper part 10 bis guided on the lower part 10 ain a longitudinally movable manner, wherein both the lower part 10 aand the upper part 10 bare U-shaped and are guided one inside the other. If the desired height of the blocking unit 11 has been reached and adjusted by a longitudinal displacement of the upper part 10 brelative to the lower part, the upper part 10 bcan be fixed and fixed relative to the lower part 10 avia fastening means 22, for example in the form of screw connections. On the top side of the top part 10b there is a cover element 23 with a front opening stop 24, against which a cover of the waste barrel can strike when it is opened, in order not to fully open it.In FIG. 2, the side view also shows the outer part of the locking unit 12, which can be operated, for example, with a square socket wrench. If the closing unit 12 is operated, for example by an opening movement with the key, the locking unit 11 is transferred into the unlocking position shown, and a waste barrel can be brought up to the waste container holder 1 from the right-hand side according to FIG. 2 until a handle rod of the waste barrel engages in the locking unit 11 and the locking unit 11 is transferred from the opening position shown into a closing position. In addition, an adjustability of the cover element 23 is shown, which can be adjusted in the direction indicated by the adjustment direction 28. A displacement of the cover element 23 has the consequence that the opening stop can be displaced forwards and backwards relative to the blocking unit 11 and thus also relative to the waste barrel, so that the opening angle of the cover of the waste barrel can also be adjusted therewith. The adjustment is possible by means of the screw connection 29, which can be temporarily released and displaced in the associated slots.FIGS. 3 and 4 show the locking unit 11 in an open and in a closed state with two lateral lower locks 13 and an upper lock 14, wherein a closing unit 12 is furthermore shown, with which the locking unit 11 can be locked and unlocked. The arrangement of the locking unit 11 shown relates to the unlocking position, in which the lower locking mechanism 13 and the upper locking mechanism 14 each enable a handle rod, which can run along an indicated rod axis 26.The locking unit 11 has, as an essential element, the upper lock 14, which is U-shaped and the lateral U-legs each have claws 19 at the end. On the outside of the U-legs of the upper lock 14, lower locks 13 are arranged, which likewise form a grip around the handle rod of the waste barrel in order to grip around the handle rod, not shown, along the indicated rod axis 26 when the locking unit 11 is transferred from the opening position shown into the closing position.A locking means 21 is attached to the upper lock 14, for example in the form of a protruding metal sheet, and the locking means 21 can interact with a pawl 27 of the locking unit 12. However, as a result of the release position of the locking unit 11 shown, the locking means 21 is not engaged with the pawl 27 of the locking unit 12. The locking means 21 forms a tab or projection which is attached to the base portion of the upper lock 14.A link 17 is introduced into the lower lock 13, wherein a link block 18 is attached to the upper lock 14, for example in the form of a pin, a ring or the like, and the link block 18 is inserted into the link 17 and fastened to the upper lock 14, according to the exemplary embodiment on the outside on the lateral U-legs of the upper lock 14. If the upper lock 14 pivots in the first pivot axis 15, the coupling of the lower lock 13 with the upper lock 14 via the link 17 and the link block 18 causes the lower lock 13 to also pivot. If the upper locking mechanism 14 pivots upward, the arrangement of the link 17 causes the lower locking mechanism 13 to pivot downward. As a result, the claw 19 opens relative to the bottom-side lower lock 13, so that the handle rod of the waste barrel can be inserted into the position shown with the rod axis 26, so that the lower lock 13 and the upper lock 14 can finally engage around and lock the handle rod of the waste barrel. By means of the locking, the upper locking mechanism 14 is pivoted about the first pivot axis 15 in the opposite direction again, in such a way that the locking means 21 engages the pawl 27 of the locking unit 12 again. The upper lock 14 is U-shaped and has a center of gravity which lies on the rear side of the first pivot axis 15 which is defined by the side on which the closing means 21 and finally also the closing unit 12 are located. If the locking unit 12 is activated by the pawl 27 releasing the locking means 21, the upper locking mechanism 14 pivots downward on the rear side in the first pivot axis 15, so that the claw 19 pivots upward on the front side. At the same time, the sub-lock 13 pivots with the front side downwards, which is effected by the connection via the link 17 and the link block 18.If the waste barrel is pressed with the handle bar against the inside of the claw 19 of the upper lock 14, the base leg of the U-shape moves upwards again on the rear side with respect to the first pivot axis 15 of the upper lock 14, and the closing means 21 can latch with the pawl 27 of the closing unit 12, as shown in FIG. 4.The illustration in FIG. 4 shows a closed blocking unit 11 such that the handle rod of the waste barrel is gripped along the rod axis 26 between the claw 19 of the upper blocking device 14 and the two grips around the lower blocking devices 13, such that the waste barrel is non-detachably fastened to the waste container holder 1.The illustration of the sliding block 18 in the slotted link 17 makes it clear that the lower blocking mechanism 13 pivots in the opposite direction to the pivoting of the upper blocking mechanism 14, which is produced by the two first and second pivot axes 15 and 16 arranged at a distance from one another and the sliding block 18 in the slotted link 17. In the closed state of the locking unit 11 according to FIG. 4, the pawl 27 of the locking unit 12 engages with the locking means 21, so that the locking unit 12 must be activated again only with a key in order to open the locking unit 11 again.FIG. 5 finally shows the arrangement of the locking unit 11 with the two lower locks 13 and the upper lock 14 within the base body 10, in particular in the upper part 10 b. The upper part 10 bis U-shaped and the locking unit 11 is attached on the inside to the two legs of the U-shape, while the closing unit 12 is attached on the base section of the U-shaped upper part 10 bof the base body 10. Thus, the key can be inserted on the rear side of the base body 10 in order to unlock the locking unit 11.The embodiment of the invention is not limited to the preferred exemplary embodiment given above. Rather, a number of variants are conceivable which make use of the solution shown even in fundamentally different embodiments. All features and / or advantages arising from the claims, the description or the drawings, including structural details or spatial arrangements, can be essential to the invention both individually and in a wide variety of combinations.List of reference numbers:1 Waste container holder 10 Base body 10 a Unterteil part 10 b Oberteil part 11 Locking unit 12 Closing unit 13 Bottom lock 14 Top lock 15 First pivot axis 16 Second pivot axis 17 Link 18 Link block 19 Claw 20 Base section 21 Closing means 22 Fastening means 23 Cover element 24 Opening stop 25 Foot plate 26 Rod axis 27 Locking pawlReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
