AI Technical Summary
Existing air mattresses suffer from uneven distribution of warming materials like fluff and cotton, leading to poor heat retention and slow inflation due to their inability to maintain a consistent position within air channels, affecting comfort and usability during outdoor activities.
Incorporating a PET film with a galvanically formed aluminum film layer on the underside, which enhances radiation reflection and improves heat retention, while the PET film's strength and toughness ensure durability and adhesion to synthetic cotton, forming a durable heat-insulating material.
The solution provides improved heat retention and faster inflation by reflecting radiation within air channels, ensuring a comfortable and durable air mattress for outdoor use.

Abstract
Description
Technical FieldThe present invention relates to the heat insulating material of an air mattress, and more particularly to a heat-retaining air mattress comprising a heat insulating material having a higher strength and toughness.Prior ArtGenerally, the air mattress is used outdoors, for example, in climbing, out-of-flight, etc., and may be deflated and inflated for convenient wearing and use by the user. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the air mattress 10 is mainly composed of upper and lower surface layers 11, 12 which are covered on the inside with an adhesive airtight adhesive film (TPU) layer, respectively, and sealed therearound. A plurality of tension straps 13 (made of TPU or other plastics) are fastened between the upper and lower surface layers 11, 12 using a welding machine. The plurality of tension straps 13 are arranged in parallel. The upper and lower ends of the tension straps 13 are joined to the upper and lower surface layers 11, 12 to form a plurality of parallel and interconnected air channels 14. An air valve 15 is provided on one side of the air mattress 10. Air can be introduced through the air valve 15 and flow through the air passages 14 to fill the collected air mattress 10, such that the air mattress 10 is resilient and provides the user with lying when bursty or in the wildness. To achieve a heat-retaining effect of the air mattress 10, a heat-retaining material such as fluff, cotton and other lightweight objects is filled into the air ducts 14. Due to the air circulation, fluff, cotton and other light articles cannot be fixed in the same position, so that the heat-retaining material in the air mattress 10 is filled unevenly, resulting in a poor heat-retaining effect and impairing the inflation speed.Object of the InventionThis object of the invention is to provide an air mattress heat insulating material disposed in each air duct of the air mattress, wherein the aluminum foil electrode layer of the heat insulating material faces the air duct, whereby the radiation reflection of the temperature in the air ducts can be increased and a better heat retaining effect can be obtained. Since the heat insulating material is a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film, its strength and toughness are improved, thereby improving the adhesion of synthetic cotton, so that an air mattress having better heat-keeping effect and durability is obtained. This object is achieved by the heat insulating material of an air mattress of the invention, the air mattress consisting of upper and lower surface layers covered on the inside with an adhesive airtight adhesive film layer and sealed therearound, respectively, a plurality of tension straps are secured between the upper and lower surface layers with a welding machine, the plurality of tension straps are arranged in parallel, the upper and lower ends of the tension straps are connected to the upper and lower surface layers to form a plurality of air passages parallel and connected to each other, the heat insulating material is filled in the air passages, the heat insulating material is a PET film, a synthetic cotton is stuck on the upper surface of the heat insulating material, and an aluminum film layer formed by electroplating is provided on the lower surface of the heat insulating material.Brief Description of the DrawingsFIG. 1 is a perspective view of the conventional air mattress, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line A--A in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a partial explosion view of the invention, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line B--B in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the heat insulating material of the present invention, FIG. 6 is an exploded view of the heat insulating material of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a perspective view of another viewing direction of the heat insulating material of the invention.WAYS OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTIONThe structure, features and effects of application of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiments:As shown in Figs. 3 to 7, the invention mainly comprises an air mattress 20 and a heat insulating material 30.The air mattress 20 is composed of upper and lower surface layers 21, 22 each covered on the inside with an adhesive airtight adhesive film (TPU) layer and sealed therearound. A plurality of tension straps 23 (made of TPU or other plastics) are fastened between the upper and lower surface layers 21, 22 with a welding machine. The plurality of tension straps 23 are arranged in parallel. The upper and lower ends of the tension straps 23 are joined to the upper and lower surface layers 21, 22 to form a plurality of parallel and interconnected air channels 24.The heat insulating material 30 is filled in the air passages 24 of the air mattress 20. The heat insulating material 30 is a PET film. A synthetic cotton 31 is stuck on the upper surface of the heat insulating material 30, and an aluminum foil layer 32 formed by electroplating is provided on the lower surface of the heat insulating material 30.As the outside air enters through the air valve 25 of the air mattress 20, the air may flow through the air passages 24 and fill the entire air mattress 20 to form an inflated layer. The aluminum electroplating film layer 251 faces the air channel 24, so that refraction is generated between the aluminum electroplating film upper layer 32 and the aluminum electroplating film lower layer 32, whereby the radiation reflection of the temperature in the air channels can be increased and a better heat-keeping effect can be obtained. Since the heat insulating material 30 is a PET sheet, its top surface may be bonded to the synthetic cotton 31 by an adhesive layer to form a heat-retaining air mattress 20. Because the heat insulating material 30 is a PET film, its strength and toughness are improved, so that it can withstand the pressure upon inflation, folding, and storage of the air mattress 20, and a long-lived air mattress 20 is provided. The invention described above is illustrated only by the best modes. Various changes and implementations can be made by those skilled in the art, but these changes and implementations should be included within the spirit and scope of the present invention.List of reference characters10 Air mattress 11 Upper surface layer 12 Lower surface layer 13 Tension band 14 Air duct 15 Air valve 20 Air mattress 21 Upper surface layer 22 Lower surface layer 23 Tension band 24 Air duct 25 Air valve 30 Heat insulating material 31 Synthetic cotton 32 Aluminum electroplating film layer
