Abstract
Description
Field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a particle structure and, more particularly, to a Roselle particle structure revealing an innovative design that can be used to regulate the balance of the urinary tract and the vagina. State of the art
[0002] Urinary tract infections are among the most common bacterial infections in humans. Long-term catheterization is particularly necessary in older people or as a result of certain diseases. If bacteria multiply in the urine bag and ascend through the catheter into the bladder, this can easily lead to a urinary tract infection. The body's defenses are closely linked to its antioxidant capacity. Increased dietary intake of antioxidant substances can strengthen the immune system.
[0003] Women are more frequently affected by urinary tract infections. Statistically, 25% of all women will experience a bladder infection at least once in their lives. During certain life stages—such as pregnancy or menopause—the risk of infection increases due to hormonal changes that affect the pH balance and the microbial ecosystem of the urinary and vaginal tracts. This promotes the growth of pathogens. In addition to hormonal changes, the risk of UTIs increases in menopausal women who also suffer from chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Approximately 95% of all UTIs are caused by a single pathogen, with bacterial infections being the most common.
[0004] Furthermore, humans are a link in the natural food chain. Natural foods represent an essential source of nutrients, and their growth is influenced by the quality of air, water, and soil. Over the last hundred years, the world population has increased dramatically from 1 billion to over 7 billion people. The economic boom has led to a significant increase in meat consumption, necessitating a significant increase in agricultural production to meet human food needs and the feed requirements of livestock.
[0005] Nutrition is the foundation of health. Food is the source of nutrients. A balanced diet is the most important principle for maintaining health. Such a diet must provide sufficient calories and essential nutrients daily to maintain bodily functions and prevent deficiencies and associated diseases.
[0006] However, nutrients generally suffer from the same deficiencies as many natural substances, such as low acid stability, limited storage life, and high susceptibility to degradation. Gastric and pancreatic juices, among others, are involved in the human digestive system. Due to the presence of gastric acid, many nutrients are destroyed during passage through the digestive tract, thereby losing their effectiveness, which severely limits their absorption rate in the body. Therefore, improvements and addressing the aforementioned deficiencies are necessary. Object of the invention
[0007] The main objective of the present invention is to provide a Roselle particle structure that can be used to regulate the balance of the urinary tract and the vagina. The technical problem to be solved is how to develop a novel, more optimal, and more practical Roselle particle structure.
[0008] The technical features of the Roselle particle structure according to the invention, which can be used to regulate the balance of the urinary tract and the vagina, are described below. The Roselle particle structure comprises a complex nutrient core extracted from natural foods, whose composition primarily includes malic acid, vitamin C, carbohydrates, pectin, and polyphenols; and a protective shell encasing the complex nutrient core to prevent the external environment from affecting the activity of the complex nutrient core, thus improving the storage stability of the Roselle particle structure and its absorption rate by the human body.
[0009] Compared with conventional technology, the present invention, through its innovative and unique structures and technical features, can realize a roselle particle structure that exhibits various beneficial effects of preventing urinary tract infections, regulating blood pressure, regulating blood lipids, weight reduction, lowering uric acid levels, and preventing anemia. Furthermore, the protective shell can significantly extend shelf life and maintain activity by avoiding damage caused by the external environment, thus achieving the industrial applicability of maintaining the activity and functionality of the complex nutrient core and increasing the absorption rate and product efficacy. Brief description of the drawings Fig. 1 shows a plan sectional view according to the present invention; Fig. Fig. 2 shows a plan sectional view of another embodiment according to the present invention; Fig. 3 shows an illustration of an embodiment in which the present invention is processed into a capsule-shaped food product; Fig. 4 shows an illustration of an embodiment in which the present invention is processed into a tablet-shaped food product; Fig. 5 shows an illustration of an embodiment in which the present invention is processed into a food product in the form of a powder bag. Detailed description of the implementation examples
[0010] It is based on the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, which show a preferred embodiment of the Roselle particle structure according to the invention, which can be used to regulate the balance of the urinary tract and the vagina. The following description only illustrates embodiments of the invention and is not to be understood as limiting the claims.
[0011] The Roselle particle structure P comprises: a complex nutrient core 11 extracted from natural foods, the composition of which primarily includes malic acid, vitamin C, carbohydrates (galactose, glucose, and fructose), pectin, and polyphenols (mainly four types: proanthocyanidins, anthocyanidins, flavonoids, and isoflavones); and a protective shell 12 encasing the complex nutrient core 11 to prevent the external environment from affecting the activity of the complex nutrient core, thus improving the storage stability of the Roselle particle structure P and its absorption rate by the human body.
[0012] The composition of the complex nutrient core 11 is obtained from roselle extract powder.
[0013] Based on the above, the beneficial effects and functions of the individual components of the complex nutrient core 11 are described below: Malic acid: It can help reduce the colonization of the bladder by pathogens that cause urinary tract infections. Vitamin C: It is a water-soluble vitamin with a wide range of health benefits. Its main functions include strengthening the immune system, supporting collagen formation, promoting wound healing, and acting as an antioxidant. Vitamin C can also acidify urine, creating an unfavorable environment for bacteria and thus reducing the bacterial load in the body. Carbohydrates: They primarily serve as an energy source, prevent protein breakdown, promote fat metabolism and support cell regeneration after infections. Polyphenols: These are natural antioxidants with powerful antioxidant effects. They inhibit bacterial growth, reduce inflammation, reduce white blood cell count, and protect cells from oxidative stress. Furthermore, they contribute to cardiovascular protection and cancer prevention. The anthocyanins they contain also have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
[0014] As mentioned above, the complex nutrient core 11 can be protected from influences and damage by the external environment by the protective shell 12 serving as a casing, thereby maintaining its functionality and improving its absorption rate.
[0015] It will be Fig. 2, which shows another embodiment of the present invention. The main difference from the preferred embodiment is that an enteric membrane layer 13 is further provided between the complex nutrient core 11 and the protective shell 12 to prevent the complex nutrient core 11 from being destroyed by the gastric acid present in the human digestive tract, thereby further improving the absorption rate of the complex nutrient core 11 in the human body. In practice, the enteric membrane layer 13 is made of one of the following materials or a combination thereof: pectin, trehalose, polyunsaturated fatty acid, or amino acid.
[0016] The protective shell 12 consists of one of the following proteins or a combination thereof: pea protein, corn protein, yeast protein or potato protein.
[0017] Furthermore, the present invention can be prepared in various dosage forms, for example as capsules (as in Fig. 3), tablets (as shown in Fig. 4), or powder bags (as shown in Fig. 5) to meet different usage needs and occasions. Administration occurs either directly orally or after dissolving in a liquid, for consumption, but the present invention is not subject to any restrictions in this regard.
[0018] The Roselle particle structure can be taken directly orally or drunk after dissolving it in a liquid. Beneficial effects:
[0019] The present invention provides a Roselle particle structure that can be used to regulate the balance of the urinary tract and the vagina, which has various beneficial effects of preventing urinary tract infections, regulating blood pressure, regulating blood lipids, reducing weight, lowering uric acid levels, and preventing anemia.
[0020] In addition, the protective shell can significantly extend the shelf life and maintain the activity by avoiding damage caused by the external environment, so as to achieve the industrial applicability of maintaining the activity and functionality of the complex nutrient core and increasing the absorption rate and product efficacy.
[0021] The present invention thus provides a roselle particle structure that can be used to regulate the balance of the urinary tract and the vagina, comprising: a complex nutrient core extracted from natural foods, the composition of which primarily includes malic acid, vitamin C, carbohydrates, pectin, and polyphenols; and a protective shell encasing the complex nutrient core to prevent the external environment from affecting the activity of the complex nutrient core, thus improving the storage stability of the roselle particle structure and its absorption rate by the human body.
