Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for changing the travel height of an elevator system in a building under construction, a method for operating an elevator system in a building under construction and a sliding formwork for constructing an elevator shaft.

[0002] In high-rise buildings, elevator systems are often required during construction before the building is completed. Elevator systems are needed, for example, during construction to enable construction workers to reach as high as possible within the building using the elevator. Similarly, if the lower floors of a building are completed before the upper floors, the elevators must already be available to the people using the already completed floors. As construction progresses, the elevators must be able to serve the floors as quickly as possible, all the way to the top.

[0003] A well-known solution for this type of construction time utilization is the so-called jump lift, in which the elevator's travel height is gradually increased by one or more floors each time the construction work has reached a sufficient height relative to the previous jump. The temporary machine room is moved up the previously specified number of floors, and all components that depend on the travel height, such as the support ropes for the car, the speed governor ropes and other components located in the shaft, electrical equipment in the shaft, shaft cables, compensation ropes, etc., are extended to cover the height of the entire completed shaft.

[0004] In the current state of the art, the temporary machine room was lifted, among other things, using the building's construction crane. The problem in this case is that the lift installation depends on the use of the construction crane. The construction crane may also be needed at another location on the construction site at the same time, in which case the hoist is not available for use at the desired time or for a sufficient period of time. Similarly, it may be difficult to obtain a construction crane for temporary use.

[0005] Another known solution for installing an elevator is shown in EP2636629, in which, instead of using a construction crane, the temporary machine room is moved using an auxiliary platform mounted above the temporary machine room in the elevator shaft. The temporary machine room rests on this additional platform during relocation. However, this has the disadvantage that the temporary machine room is inevitably always at a certain distance from the highest floor currently under construction to ensure sufficient space above the temporary machine room for the auxiliary platform. Furthermore, safety regulations require a watertight roof structure above the temporary machine room to prevent foreign objects from falling into the part of the elevator shaft where the elevator system is in operation. This roof structure also requires a certain amount of installation space. Both requirements ensure that the temporary machine room is located at a certain distance from the highest floor under construction. Therefore, there are typically 3-5 remaining floors below the current construction stage that cannot be reached by the elevator system. Construction workers must negotiate these remaining floors by other means, such as stairs, ladders, or scaffolding. Tools and construction materials also cannot be transported this distance using the elevator system. This requires additional effort, which significantly impacts the construction time.

[0006] GB 2 217 296 A relates to a method in which a control module is positioned on an elevator shaft and includes a lifting and control mechanism, e.g., for lowering the part for raising and lowering a car in the elevator. When the elevator shaft is extended, the module is lifted by columns and jacks to maintain the module at a predetermined distance above the elevator shaft.

[0007] CN 207 513 158 U concerns the inner mold and outer mold plate, which is located in the stacking shell outside the structure in advance, inside with a casing connecting each inner mold word together, on the outer casing which is continuous with each outer casing in the outer casing outside. The inner mold word, the inner mold, and the upper end of the outer mold board are connected together. Three-part longitudinal reinforcements of the stacking shell stretch the stacking shell upward while climbing the rod. They direct a punching hydraulic cylinder, and the base of the hydraulic trolley is fixed with the working platform located on top of the stacking shell. The working platform is the fixed gallows in the lower part, the gallows is fixed with the inner casing or the outer casing and provided with the hydraulic control system including the oil pump. The hydraulic cylinder mounted on the work platform can drive the work platform, the boom, the inner casing or the outer casing.

[0008] The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a method in which the temporary machine room can be positioned closer to the current construction status.

[0009] This problem is solved by a method for changing the travel height of an elevator system in a building under construction. The elevator system comprises an elevator shaft with a first movable platform that limits the travel height upwards. In the method, the first movable platform is moved upwards in the elevator shaft, with the first platform being supported on a sliding formwork during the movement.

[0010] Because the slipform is used for support, it is not necessary to maintain space for an auxiliary platform between the first movable platform and the current construction stage. At the same time, the use of a construction crane for moving the first movable platform is eliminated. For the purposes of this application, "support" also includes indirect support, in which additional components are arranged between the slipform and the first platform. It is relevant that the weight of the first movable platform is at least partially transferred into the building via the slipform.

[0011] The first movable platform is designed, in particular, as a temporary machine room. A temporary machine room, in particular, contains a drive motor for the elevator system. In many cases, this is already the drive motor that will be used for the subsequent continuous operation of the elevator system after the building's completion.

[0012] According to a further development of the invention, the first movable platform has a roof structure. The roof structure serves to protect the area below the roof structure from falling debris. In particular, the roof structure is integrated into the first movable platform to achieve a particularly space-saving design. Alternatively, the roof structure can also be designed as a second movable platform arranged above the first movable platform in the elevator shaft. In such a case, first the second movable platform and then the first movable platform are successively moved upwards, with both platforms supporting themselves on the sliding formwork during movement.

[0013] The object of the invention is also achieved by a method for operating an elevator system in a building under construction. The method comprises at least the following steps: S1) Use of a car to transport passengers and / or material up to a first lifting height S2) Change of the lifting height using the method described above S3) Use of the car to transport passengers and / or material up to a second, increased lifting height

[0014] In a preferred embodiment of the method, the following steps are carried out during step S1: S4) Placing at least one temporary working platform in the elevator shaft between the first movable platform and the slipform, the temporary working platform being supported in particular on the slipform S5) Installing at least one elevator component in the elevator shaft between the first movable platform and the slipform

[0015] Due to this assembly of the elevator components, the elevator car can be used to transport passengers and / or materials in this area immediately after the first movable platform 25 has been moved. The elevator system therefore only needs to be taken out of service for a short time during the relocation of the first movable platform 25. Supporting the temporary work platform on the slipform has the advantage that no additional auxiliary platform needs to be installed to support the temporary work platform. Furthermore, the erection of scaffolding from which the assembly can be carried out is also not necessary.

[0016] In a preferred variant of the method, at least one lifting device (or other tool) is used during assembly in step S5, which is supported on the sliding formwork. This has the advantage that the weight forces of the lifting device or, if applicable, other tools are also absorbed by the sliding formwork. This facilitates the installation of the elevator components.

[0017] The invention also relates to a sliding formwork for constructing an elevator shaft of a building under construction, comprising a first anchorage designed to support the load of a first movable platform during the displacement of the first movable platform. The first anchorage therefore forms a load-bearing point or load attachment point. As already explained above with regard to the method, this embodiment has the advantage that the first movable platform can be arranged particularly close to the current construction status. At the same time, the use of a construction crane for displacing the first movable platform can be dispensed with. The first anchorage is arranged, in particular, centrally in order to transfer the load of the first movable platform symmetrically into the sliding formwork.

[0018] The first movable platform is designed, in particular, as a temporary machine room. A temporary machine room, in particular, contains a drive motor for the elevator system. In many cases, this is already the drive motor that will be used for the subsequent continuous operation of the elevator system after the building's completion.

[0019] The sliding formwork is particularly further developed in such a way that the first anchorage is designed as a horizontally positioned bolt. Such a bolt can be particularly well integrated into the structure of known sliding formwork and is suitable for absorbing and supporting the required loads.

[0020] The sliding formwork preferably comprises one or more second anchors designed to support a lifting device (or other tool) during the installation of elevator components. The one or more second anchors thus form a load-bearing point or load attachment point. This has the advantage that the weight forces of the lifting device or, if applicable, other tools can also be absorbed by the sliding formwork. This facilitates the installation of the elevator components. Specifically, at least one of the one or more second anchors is designed as a load eye.

[0021] In a preferred variant, the sliding formwork is designed to support a temporary work platform, wherein at least one of the one or more aforementioned second anchors can be used for support. This has the advantage that the temporary work platform can also be supported by the sliding formwork, eliminating the need for an additional auxiliary platform from which the elevator components can be installed. In other variants, the temporary work platform can also be supported by an additional auxiliary platform.

[0022] In a further developed design variant, the slipform, in particular the underside of the slipform, has a cover to prevent foreign objects from falling into the area below the slipform. Alternatively, the cover can also be arranged on the top of the slipform. Since various elevator components are mounted between the slipform and the first movable platform, this area must be protected from falling foreign objects. In principle, it would be possible to provide an additional protective roof in the elevator shaft for this purpose. However, securing an additional protective roof would require lateral installation space, so the first movable platform could not be arranged so close to the slipform.Integrating the protective roof into the slipform in the form of a cover makes it possible to dispense with this additional protective roof, allowing the first movable platform to be positioned closer to the slipform. In particular, the cover is also designed to be waterproof to reduce and, ideally, completely prevent the ingress of water (especially rainwater). For the same reason, the slipform features a circumferential seal. The ingress of water into the elevator shaft must be prevented to ensure reliable, controlled operation of the elevator system.

[0023] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures, in which Fig. 1 a cross-section of an elevator system in a building under construction.

[0024] The exemplary embodiments illustrated in the figures and explained in connection with them serve to illustrate the invention and are not limiting. In particular, some of the illustrations are not drawn to scale. For the sake of clarity, the figures have not been presented in great detail.

[0025] Fig.1shows a cross-section of an elevator system 13 in a building under construction. The elevator system 13 includes an elevator shaft 15, which is being constructed together with the building. A so-called slipform 17 is used to construct the elevator shaft 15. The use of slipform for concreting building walls is well known and is only explained schematically here. At the time shown, the shaft walls 19 have already been partially erected. The top floor currently under construction is referred to as the current construction stage 20. The slipform 17 is located above the already erected shaft walls 19. The slipform 17 is a mobile platform from which liquid concrete is continually applied to further increase the height of the shaft walls 19. The slipform 17 itself is gradually moved with the applied liquid concrete. The sliding formwork 17 is moved using climbing poles 21 that extend into casing tubes 23. In this way, the sliding formwork 17 is supported on the already cured, lower sections of the shaft wall 19. The sliding formwork 17 therefore does not need to be supported by a separately erected scaffold, but rather is supported on the shaft walls 19 constructed with its help. Simultaneously with the curing of the upper sections of the shaft wall 19, the sliding formwork 17 is continuously moved upwards so that liquid concrete can be continuously applied to form new sections of the shaft wall 19. Once the desired shaft wall height 19 is reached, the sliding formwork 17 is dismantled. The climbing poles 21 are then removed from the casing tubes 23 for reuse. The casing tubes 23 themselves remain in the newly constructed shaft wall 19.

[0026] Located in the elevator shaft 15 is a first movable platform 25 of the elevator system 13. In this case, the first movable platform 25 is designed as a temporary machine room 27. Below the first movable platform 25 is a car 29, which is used to transport passengers and / or material. For this purpose, the car 29 is coupled to a counterweight 33 via a suspension cable 31. The suspension cable 31 is guided over a deflection pulley 35 and a traction sheave 37. The traction sheave 37 is coupled to a drive machine 39 of the elevator system 13. The car 29 is further connected to the counterweight 33 via a lower cable 41. The lower cable 31 is guided over two deflection pulleys 43, which are arranged in the shaft pit 45. However, the car 29 is only used for transport up to a first lifting height, since the first movable platform 25 limits the lifting height upwards. The elevator shaft 15 is simply only completed up to the first travel height, so that the elevator car 29 can only be used for transport up to the first travel height. After another section of the shaft walls 19 has been concreted and the elevator components required for the operation of the elevator system (such as the guide rails) have been installed in the elevator shaft 15 between the first movable platform 25 and the sliding formwork 17, the first movable platform 25 is moved upwards in the elevator shaft 15. Naturally, when moving the first movable platform 25, the support cable 31 and the lower cable 41 must also be extended. The overspeed governor cable (not shown) must also be extended. Moving the first movable platform 25 upwards results in a second, increased travel height of the elevator system 13.

[0027] To move the first movable platform 25, it is connected to the sliding formwork 17 via a cable 47. For this purpose, the sliding formwork 17 has a first anchorage 49 which is designed to absorb the load of a first movable platform 25 during the displacement of the first movable platform 25. In the present embodiment, the first movable platform 25 is designed as a temporary machine room 27. Therefore, the first anchorage 49 is designed to absorb the load of a temporary machine room 27 during the displacement of the temporary machine room 27. Preferably, the first anchorage is arranged centrally on the sliding formwork 17 in order to introduce the load symmetrically into the sliding formwork 17. In the variant shown, the first anchorage 49 is designed as a horizontally lying bolt 50.

[0028] After the first movable platform 25 has been connected to the first anchorage 49 of the sliding formwork 17 via the cable 47, the connection between the first movable platform 25 and the shaft walls 19 is released, so that the load of the first movable platform 25 is taken up by the sliding formwork 17. During operation of the elevator system 13, the load of the first movable platform 25 is taken up by the shaft walls 19. For this purpose, the shaft walls 19 have recesses 51 against which the first movable platform 25 is supported by means of extendable supports 53. To move the first movable platform 25, these supports 53 are retracted, so that the load is then transferred via the cable 47 to the first anchorage 49 and thus to the sliding formwork 17. For the actual relocation, a winch (not shown) is used, with the aid of which the first relocatable platform 25 is pulled up by means of the rope 47 at the first anchorage 49.Subsequently, the first movable platform 25 is reattached to the shaft walls 19. This is achieved, for example, by inserting the extendable supports 53 into correspondingly higher recesses 55 in the shaft walls 19. Raising the first movable platform 25 increases the travel height of the elevator system 13. The car 29 can now be used to transport passengers and / or material up to a second, increased travel height.

[0029] In the variant shown, the first movable platform 25 has a roof structure 57. The roof structure 57 serves to protect the area below the roof structure 57 from falling parts. In this case, the roof structure 57 is integrated into the first movable platform 25 in order to achieve a particularly space-saving design. Alternatively, the roof structure can also be designed as a second movable platform, which is arranged above the first movable platform 25 in the elevator shaft 15. In such a case, first the second movable platform and then the first movable platform 25 are successively moved upwards, with both platforms being supported on the sliding formwork 17 during movement.

[0030] While the elevator car 29 is used to transport passengers and / or material up to a first travel height, the upper part of the elevator shaft 15 between the first movable platform 25 and the sliding formwork 17 can be upgraded for the operation of the elevator system 13 in this section. For this purpose, a temporary working platform 59 is introduced into the elevator shaft 15 between the first movable platform 25 and the sliding formwork 17. From this temporary working platform 59, elevator components (in particular guide rails) are then installed in the elevator shaft 15 between the first movable platform 25 and the sliding formwork 17. Due to this installation of the elevator components, the elevator car 29 can also be used to transport passengers and / or material in this area immediately after the first movable platform 25 has been moved. The elevator system 13 therefore only needs to be taken out of service for a short time during the relocation of the first movable platform 25.

[0031] The temporary work platform 59 is preferably also supported on the sliding formwork 17. For this purpose, the sliding formwork has one or more second anchors 61, which are designed in particular as load eyes. Furthermore, the one or more second anchors 61 are designed to support a lifting device during the assembly of elevator components. For example, a winch can be attached to one of the second anchors 61. This winch can then be used to lift guide rails into the desired position.

[0032] In order for elevator components to be installed in the area below the sliding formwork 17, this area must be protected against falling foreign objects. In principle, it would be possible to provide an additional protective roof in the elevator shaft 15 for this purpose. However, an additional protective roof would require additional lateral installation space, meaning that the first movable platform 25 could not be arranged so close to the sliding formwork 17. Instead, in the embodiment shown, the underside of the sliding formwork 17 has a cover 63 to prevent foreign objects from falling into the area below the sliding formwork 17. The cover 63 is also designed to be watertight to reduce and preferably completely prevent the ingress of water (especially rainwater). For the same reason, the sliding formwork 17 has a circumferential seal 65.The circumferential seal 65 is arranged between the cover 63 and the shaft walls 19. List of reference symbols
