[0001] The present invention relates to a window with a frame, a window sash pivotably mounted on the frame and having a sash frame, and a protective device, wherein the protective device comprises several frame struts, a net, and several plastic clamping elements for fixing the net to the frame struts, wherein the frame struts have a fixing contour extending along their longitudinal extent, and wherein the clamping elements have a clamping contour extending along their longitudinal extent, wherein the clamping contour of the clamping elements and the fixing contour of the frame struts are aligned such that the net can be fixed to the frame struts by means of the clamping elements.
[0002] From EP 3 138 990 B1, which originates from the applicant, a protective device is known, in which the frame members each have at least one outer profile strip and an inner profile strip that can be telescopically inserted into the outer profile strip, so that the size of the frame can be easily adjusted to the size of the window. The profile strips have a fixing contour, referred to as an (auxiliary) projection, to which the net can be attached by means of a clamping strip. In order for the net to be fixed with a single clamping strip per frame member, an adapter profile strip is clamped onto the auxiliary projection of the inner profile strip. The frame members are connected to each other via corner connectors to form a tension frame. To ensure that the tension frame has sufficient stability, the profile strips are made of aluminum.These tension frames are typically attached to the window frame from the outside using L-shaped mounting elements, with an overlapping section of the mounting elements extending at least partially over the window frame. The tension frame of the protective device is dimensioned so that it overlaps the window frame at least partially. To prevent insects or pollen from passing between the window frame and the tension frame, a (brush) seal is usually installed in the overlap area between the two. To attach the brush seal to the tension frame, the frame members of the tension frame have grooves extending along their longitudinal axis, in addition to the fixing contour offset towards the inside of the frame. Claims
1. A window (4) having a window frame (5), a window sash (6) pivotably mounted on the window frame (5) and having a window sash frame (6.1) and a protection device, wherein the protection device (7) comprises the following: - a net (3) - a plurality of frame struts, wherein the frame struts have a fixing contour (1.1) extending along their longitudinal extent, and - a plurality of elongated clamping elements (2) made of plastics for fixing the net (3) to the frame struts, wherein the clamping elements (2) have a clamping contour (2.1) extending along their longitudinal extent, wherein the clamping contour (2.1) of the clamping elements (2) and the fixing contour (1.1) of the frame struts are adapted to one another such that the net (3) can be fixed to the frame struts by the clamping elements (2), wherein - the frame struts in each case have profile strips (1) made of plastics, wherein the profile strips (1) have no further functional contour in addition to the fixing contour (1.1) extending along their longitudinal extent, - the profile strips (1) are adhesively bonded to the window frame (5) and - the profile strips (1) with the clamping elements (2) fixed to the profile strips (1) are arranged between the window frame (5) and the window sash frame (6.1) when the window is closed, characterised in that adjacent frame struts are connected together via a soft hinge with several degrees of freedom.
2. The window (4) according to Claim 1, wherein the fixing contour (1.1) is configured as a channel with an outwardly open gap extending along the profile strip.
3. The window (4) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the clamping elements (2) are configured as a keder strip or clamping strip, in particular as an omega-shaped strip (Ω).
4. The window (4) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the profile strip (1) with the clamping element (2) fixed thereto has a maximum height of 1 cm and a maximum width of 2 cm.
5. The window (4) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein each frame strut comprises at least two profile strips (1) which are displaceable in a telescopic manner relative to one another.

An assembly kit for a protection device (7) for a window (4) according to one of the preceding claims, comprising - a net (3), - a plurality of profile strips (1) made of plastics, wherein the profile strips (1) have no further functional contour in addition to a fixing contour (1.1) extending along their longitudinal extent, - adhesive for fastening the profile strips (1) to a window frame (5) of the window (4) and - a plurality of clamping elements (2) made of plastics for fixing the net (3) to the profile strips (1), wherein the clamping elements (2) have a clamping contour (2.1) extending along their longitudinal extent, wherein the clamping contour (2.1) of the clamping elements (2) and the fixing contour (1.1) of the profile strips (1) are adapted to one another such that the net (3) can be fixed to the fixing contour (1.1) by the clamping elements (2), characterised in that adjacent frame struts are connected together via a soft hinge with several degrees of freedom.
7. The assembly kit according to Claim 6, wherein at least two profile strips (1) are telescopable relative to one another in order to form a frame strut.

The assembly kit according to Claim 7, wherein in an initial position the profile strips (1) are aligned in parallel with one another and, by pivoting the profile strips (1) relative to one another, can be transferred into an assembly position in which the profile strips (1) are arranged in a frame plane at right-angles to one another.
