Description

[0001] The invention relates to a method for installing or repairing an elevator door, which includes a test method for evaluating the installation or repair.

[0002] Methods of the type mentioned are known from the prior art, which assess the quality of the installation or repair of an elevator door by expert observation. For example, EP 2 268 565 A1 discloses a method for identifying maintenance to be carried out on an elevator door by means of recorded noises from successive openings and closings of the elevator door.

[0003] The object of the invention is to provide an improved method of the aforementioned type.

[0004] This problem is solved by a method according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the further dependent claims.

[0005] The method according to the invention is a method for installing or repairing an elevator door, comprising a first method step in which the installation or repair of the elevator door is carried out, and a second method step for verifying the installation or repair before commissioning for general use. In the second method step, the elevator door is first opened and closed at least once, in particular two, three, or four times, with the vibration of the elevator door being measured. Then, a vibration profile, in particular an average vibration profile, is generated from the opening and / or closing processes. The vibration profile is then compared with at least one reference value, and depending on the comparison, a signal is output indicating acceptance or rejection of the installation or repair for general use.

[0006] The procedure offers the advantage of objectively determining quality. The procedure offers the advantage of avoiding errors caused by manual inspection. The procedure offers the advantage of automatically transmitting the inspection results to a service center.

[0007] Commissioning for general use may mean deactivating the service mode for using the elevator for general passenger transport. Installation or repair prior to commissioning for general use may mean that the installation or repair takes place in the elevator's service module, where general passenger transport is not permitted.

[0008] A vibration signature is a set of data that provides a measure of vibration as a function of time or distance.

[0009] Preferably, the opening and closing of the elevator door with measurement of the elevator door's vibration is performed as often as necessary until sufficient data for a vibration profile has been measured, such that a function of the measured data or the vibration profile, which in particular represents data quality, exceeds or falls below a threshold value.

[0010] This function can be, in particular, a statistical function. Exceeding or falling below the threshold means that the data quality is sufficient to execute the procedure with adequate reliability.

[0011] This can have the advantage of ensuring a consistently comparable quality of the process, so that the signals from the process are comparable at different elevator doors. This can lead to a more reliable process.

[0012] Preferably, the comparison of the vibration profile with the at least one reference value is carried out using a comparison with a predetermined reference profile.

[0013] Preferably, the comparison of the vibration profile with at least one reference value is carried out using the evaluation to determine whether a threshold value is exceeded or not reached.

[0014] Preferably, the comparison of the vibration profile with the at least one reference value is carried out using the evaluation to determine whether at least one amplitude of the vibration profile exceeds or falls below a threshold value.

[0015] Preferably, the comparison of the vibration profile with the at least one reference value is carried out using the evaluation of whether the at least one amplitude of the vibration profile periodically exceeds or falls below a threshold value.

[0016] Preferably, the comparison of the vibration profile with the at least one reference value is carried out using the detection of a specific frequency, in particular a natural frequency of the elevator door.

[0017] Preferably, the comparison of the vibration profile with the at least one reference value is carried out using a frequency analysis.

[0018] Preferably, the comparison of the vibration profile with the at least one reference value is carried out using wavelet analysis.

[0019] Preferably, the comparison of the vibration profile with the at least one reference value is performed using pattern recognition.

[0020] Further features of the invention are shown in the drawings.

[0021] The advantages mentioned in each case can also materialize for combinations of features in which they are not explicitly mentioned. Overview of the drawings:

[0022] Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings and are explained in more detail below. Identical reference numerals in the individual figures denote corresponding elements. The figures show: Fig. 1 Flowchart of the process Detailed description of the drawing:

[0023] Fig. 1 Figure 10 shows a flowchart of procedure 10. The process begins with the installation or repair of the elevator door 11. This is the first procedure step 10. The second procedure step 20 follows the first procedure step 10.

[0024] In the second process step 20, the elevator door is first opened and closed, and the vibration of the elevator door 21 is measured. The measurement 21 can be performed with a vibration sensor located on the elevator door. The vibration sensor can also be located on the light curtain of the elevator car.

[0025] After measuring an opening and closing process 21, the measured data 22 is compared with a reference value 23. If the reference value 23 is not reached, another opening and closing process 21 is measured, and the measured data is linked with the previously measured data. The linked data is then compared again with the reference value 23. If the reference value 23 is still not reached, the process step 20 is restarted until the comparison shows that the reference value 23 has been reached.

[0026] Then the data are combined into a vibration signature 24.

[0027] The vibration signature 24 is now subjected to a comparison 25 with a reference vibration signature 26. If the comparison 25 reveals sufficient similarity between the vibration signature 24 and the reference vibration signature 26 depending on one or more threshold values, the second process step outputs a signal for acceptance of the installation or repair 31. If the comparison 25 reveals insufficient similarity between the vibration signature and the reference vibration signature depending on one or more threshold values, the second process step outputs a signal for rejection of the installation or repair 32.

[0028] The acceptance signals (31) and rejection signals (32) are transmitted wirelessly to a server via internet protocol. The server automatically informs the service technician of a service company about the signal via an internet message. Reference symbol list:
