Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure is related to a front cover used in the cooking appliances.
[0002] The present disclosure develops a front cover assembly in a single piece which has the capacity of carrying the external, internal and middle panels.State of the Known Art
[0003] The cooking appliances can perform warming or cooking processes by means of the burners which operate with gas or electricity. Particularly in appliances with an oven section, cooking process at high degrees and in various types can be performed. During mentioned cooking process, in order not to affect the users from such temperatures, generally the environment where cooking takes place is separated by a front cover with a glass panel for allowing the users to follow the environment from the outside. There can be a plurality of glass panels in mentioned cover in terms of heat resistance. There are many applications in the present state of the known art for the montage of these front covers. In the current applications, the framework of the front cover is manufactured from a single piece plate or plastic, montage is realized after the plate part enameling process. However in the covers assembled in such a manner, cracking and wearing occurs due to enameling in time. In another front cover montage application within the state of the known art, bracket plate are adhered to the external glass panel on the front cover by means of an adhesive with silicone content and the montage is made by means of lath and hinge to the bracket plate. However front covers adhered by means of silicone adhesives are problematic in terms of stock. In addition to this, due to long curing time of the silicone during the front cover montage, shifts in lathes have to be pasted can occur while waiting for said curing formation. In this case shifted parts are demounted and the silicone is cleaned so that the montage process is extended.
[0004] In the patent document No EP2662635 A1 as an example to the present state of the known art, an oven front cover which comprises a framework having two support rail sections wherein two surface elements are arranged in two support rail sections, is disclosed. Mentioned front cover system, various pin, clips and silicone content parts are included in order to prevent stretching and breaking the glasses upon contacting to the right, left, upper latches produced from different materials during stretching of the glasses, transportation or usage. However due to excessive number of mentioned connection elements and cost of silicone adhesion, it is required to develop a hinge assembly which allows for opening and closing the front cover mounted to the cooking ovens. The document WO2015165499A1 refers, also, to a relevant example of a front cover assembly for an oven comprising an external panel, an internal panel and a middle panel.
[0005] As a result in order to fix side lathes and the hinges connected mentioned lathes used in the abovementioned systems, montage process becomes complex and montage period extends due to the number of connection elements such as additional stitched plate is excessive. In addition to this, in order to fix mentioned lathes to the glass panel, using bracket plate or silicone increases bot cost and part variety. For this reason, due to mentioned disadvantages and insufficiency of the current solutions about the subject matter, an oven front cover hinge assembly which can be mounted mechanically without using silicone stitch or welding is developed in the present invention.Aim of the Invention
[0006] The present invention is related to an oven front cover hinge assembly which fulfills the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
[0007] The main aim of the invention is to develop an oven front cover assembly which is faster and more practicable to montage.
[0008] Another aim of the invention is to develop an oven front cover assembly which is convenient for using with oven front covers having different dimensions and weight.
[0009] Another aim of the invention is to develop an oven front cover assembly which prevents variety of stock due to using appropriate elements for montage in different front covers.
[0010] Another aim of the invention is to develop a front cover assembly in a single piece which has to capacity to carry the external, internal and middle panel glasses located on the front cover of the cooking appliances.
[0011] The present invention in order to fulfill the abovementioned aims, is a front cover assembly which includes an external panel and provides montage of an internal panel and middle panel in a single piece independent from each other to mentioned external panel in a parallel manner, is appropriate for using in the cooking appliances, comprises at least two first lathes engaged in a manner such that they are parallel to the surface of mentioned external panel facing the cooking appliance and are mutual to each other, at least one first connection element which is engaged on a least one end of mentioned first lath and having a plurality of first housing in a convenient manner with the gaps extending across the first lath and has an appropriate structure to support the internal panel and middle panel in a predetermined distance between the external panel and the cooking appliance and at least one second lath which constitutes a structure in a framework form by being fixed on the first lath in a manner such that it comprises a plurality of channels engaging with the internal panel and middle panel and provides placing mentioned internal panel and middle panel integrally.

[0016] In this detailed description, the oven front cover hinge assembly of the present invention is described only for clarifying the subject matter and in a manner in no way with a limiting effect.
[0017] An assembly is developed with the present invention which provides mounting the glass panels which are independent from each other with sample views given in Figure 1-9 to the front cover of the oven with a single piece. Mentioned assembly is mounted on the surface of the external panel (2) facing the cooking appliances. At least two first lathes (3) are located onto mentioned surface in a parallel manner and mutual to each other. Mentioned first lathes (3) are preferably engaged to be at the right and left side of the external panel's internal surface and connection elements (4a, 6) are positioned which are appropriate for locating a plurality of panels (4, 7) in determined distances between mentioned external panel (2) and cooking appliance.
[0018] The first end of mentioned first lathes (3), preferably its lower end, comprises a gap in a manner such that it is engaged with at least one hinge (5) which provides changing position from the perpendicular position to the sloping position during the cooking appliance's front cover is opened and closed. Mentioned hinge (5) is fixed in a manner to be engaged with the first lath (3) by means of a screw is passed from a hinge connection hole (150) located on the first lath (3). [0025] In the front cover assembly developed with the present invention, also, there is a locking clamp (140) which is convenient with a second housing (160) within the lath connection element (8a) in order to provide mounting the internal and middle panels (4, 7) in a stable manner. Therefore during opening and closing movements of the cooking front cover assembly, undesired situations such as shifting of mentioned internal panel (4) and middle panel (7) inside each other are prevented.

Mentioned handle (1) is fixed by means of screws located on the surface of the external panel (2) facing the cooking appliance, in a manner such that pass through the holes (2a) located on the external panel (2) and through the connection element hole (120) located on mentioned second lath (8).

Claims
1. A front cover assembly for an oven comprising an external panel (2); an internal panel (4) and a middle panel (7), each panel being substantially parallel to the external panel (2), at least two first lathes (3) disposed on opposite sides of the external panel (2) and at least one hinge (5) configured at a lower region of each first lath (3), and a first connection element (6) engaged with the lower end of each of lathes (3), characterized in that • the front cover further comprising at least one second lath (8) extending transversely between upper ends of the first lathes (3) to form a framework, said second lath (8) having channels configured to engage the internal panel (4) and the middle panel (7), and the first connection element (6) includes at least one protrusion (100) arranged to engage with the front of the external panel (2) from a rear side of the external panel, thereby fixing said external panel (2) without welding or silicone.
2. The front cover according to claim 1, wherein each first lath (3) has an inward-facing channel adapted to guide the internal panel (4) and the middle panel (7).
3. The front cover according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the second lath (8) is fixed to upper ends of the first lathes (3) via second connection elements (4a) provided respectively at each lateral end of the second lath (8).
4. A front cover assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second lath (8) has at least one locking clamp (140) cooperating with a second housing (160) to secure the internal panel (4) and the middle panel (7) against unintended shifting.
5. A front cover assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, whereinthe external panel (2), internal panel (4) and middle panel (7) are made of glass.

A front cover according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second lath (8) and a lath connection element (8a) connected to the second lath (8) includes at least one holder (130) configured as a finger recess to facilitate removal of the second lath (8) and the panels (4, 7) for maintenance.
7. A front cover assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the hinge (5) is connected to the first lath (3) by a hinge connection hole (150) at the lower end of the lath (3), enabling the front cover to pivot outward from the cooking appliance.
8. A front cover according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a handle (1) attached on a front-facing side of the external panel (2) by a fastener passing through at least one hole (2a) in the external panel (2) and a connection element hole (120) in the second lath (8).
