Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the general field of bottles for dispensing liquid products, such as creams. The invention concerns an assembly comprising a bottle with a neck, an aesthetic collar positioned around the neck, and a fastening system that secures the aesthetic collar to the neck. PREVIOUS STATE OF THE ART
[0002] Currently, there are assemblies that include a bottle with a dispensing mechanism, such as a pump operated by a user's hand.
[0003] To hide the neck of the bottle and part of the dispensing mechanism, it is known to place an aesthetic band around the neck.
[0004] For aesthetic reasons, in particular, in the context of the distribution of cosmetic products of the beauty product type, it is known to use bottles whose neck has a rectangular section.
[0005] In order to fix the aesthetic fret to the neck, the latter is surmounted by a rim which ensures the attachment of the aesthetic fret to the neck.
[0006] Documents FR-A-3 019 528, FR-A-2 565 799 and FR-A-3 071 388 disclose prior art assemblies.
[0007] Although such an arrangement gives good results, the external dimensions of the aesthetic fret are relatively large to encompass the rim and the means of attaching the aesthetic fret to the rim. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0008] An object of the present invention is to provide an assembly comprising a bottle with a neck, an aesthetic collar which is positioned around the neck and a fastening system which ensures the attachment of the aesthetic collar to the neck, where the fastening system has a particular shape allowing a reduction of thicknesses around the neck.

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF IMPLEMENTATION METHODS

Assembly (10, 100, 200, 300) having a vertical direction (Z) and comprising: - a bottle (102) comprising a hollow body (112) and a neck (114) at the top of the hollow body (112), where the external perimeter of the neck (114) takes the form of a rectangle with four rounded corners, - an aesthetic band (104) comprising a first plate (104a) through which a first window (104b) passes and a first external skirt (104c) extending downwards from the external periphery of the first plate (104a), where the aesthetic band (104) is positioned on the neck (114), and - an attachment system (108, 208, 308) comprising: - a second plate (108a, 208a, 308a) through which a second window (108b, 208b, 308b) passes and positioned between the top part (114b) of the neck (114) and the first plate (104a) of the aesthetic band (104), and - attachment means (150, 250, 350) that provide the securing of the aesthetic band (104) to said attachment system (108, 208, 308), the assembly (100) being characterized in that at each corner and over the height of the neck (114), said neck (114) divides into a bottom part (114a) extending upwards from the hollow body (112) and a top part (114b) extending upwards from the bottom part (114a), where, at each corner, the bottom part (114a) has an inward recess (116) to form a shoulder under the top part (114b), and in that attachment system (108, 208, 308) comprises four lugs (108c, 208c, 308c) secured to the second plate (108a, 208a, 308a), where each lug (108c, 208c, 308c) is positioned under one of the shoulders of the neck (114).

Assembly (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the aesthetic band (104) comprises a cover (109, 209, 309) that comprises a third plate (109a, 209a, 309a) which has passing through it a third window (109b, 209b, 309b) and positioned between the first plate (104a) and the second plate (108a, 208a, 308a) and a first internal skirt (109c, 209c, 309c) that extends downwards from the edge of the third window (109b, 209b, 309b) through the second window (108b, 208b, 308b).
3. Assembly (100, 200) according to claim 2, characterized in that the attachment means (150, 250) take the form of an internal clamping means (151, 251) that is disposed along the edge of the second window (108b, 208b) and grips the first internal skirt (109c, 209c).

Assembly (100) according to claim 3, characterized in that the cover (109) comprises a second external skirt (109d) secured to the third plate (109a) and extending downwards from the external periphery of the third plate (109a) and in that the attachment means (150) also consist of a tight fit between the first external skirt (104c) and the second external skirt (109d).
5. Assembly (200) according to claim 3, characterized in that the attachment means (250) comprise an external clamping means (253) disposed around the second plate (208a) and which rubs against the internal face of the first external skirt (104c).

Assembly (100, 200) according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the internal clamping means (151) takes the form of a hollow truncated cone (151) a large base of which is secured to the second plate (108a) and a small base of which extends downwards from the large base and delimits a circle where the first internal skirt (109c) is inserted, or the internal clamping means (251) takes the form of internal teeth (251) issuing from the second plate (208a) and distributed around the second window (208b) while extending inwards so that the end of each internal tooth (251) rubs against the internal face of the first internal skirt (209c) and grips in the first internal skirt (109c).

Assembly (300) according to claim 2, characterized in that the cover (309) comprises a second external skirt (309d) secured to the third plate (309a) and extending downwards from the external periphery of the third plate (309a) and in that the attachment means (350) consist of a tight fit between the first external skirt (104c) and the second external skirt (309d).
8. Assembly (100, 200, 300) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises anti-floating means (130, 230, 330) that provide pressure of the attachment system (108, 208, 308) against the aesthetic band (104) and against the outside of the neck (114).

Assembly (100, 200, 300) according to claim 8, characterized in that the anti-floating means (130, 230) take the form of anti-floating tongues (130, 230), where each is secured to the second plate (108a, 208a) and projects downwards and outwards to be in abutment through one of its faces against the internal face of the first external skirt (104c) and through the other one of its faces against the outside of the neck (114).

11. Assembly (100, 200, 300) according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises holding means (126, 226, 326) intended to grip at least one out of the reservoir (120) or a dispensing mechanism (106) secured to said reservoir (120) when they are disposed in the bottle (102).

Assembly (100, 300) according to claim 11 depending of claim 2, characterized in that the holding means (126, 326) take the form of a plurality of reliefs (126, 326) produced at the first internal skirt (109c, 309c) of the cover (109, 309) and distributed around the third window (109b, 309b), where each relief (126, 326) extends inside said third window (109b, 309b) and comes into abutment against the dispensing mechanism (106).

Assembly (200) according to claim 11, characterized in that the holding means (226) take the form of holding tongues (226) secured to the second plate (208a) and distributed inside the second window (208b), where each holding tongue (226) extends inside the third window (209b) and comes into abutment against the reservoir (120).
14. Assembly (100) according to one of claim 1 to 13, characterized in that it comprises centring means (140) that provide the centring of the attachment system (108) with respect to the orifice (110).

Assembly (100) according to claim 14, characterized in that the centring means (140) comprise at least three centring tongues (140) distributed around the vertical direction (Z), secured to the second plate (108a), where each centring tongue (140) is arranged so that, in the assembled position, it is positioned aslant against the edge of the orifice (110).
